When I arrived at this hotel I had a room that first had broken roof and then water leaking from pipes and TV was poor so got upgraded into a room where the TV was really poor also and also rats running across the roof every night.
Even I spoke to staff to sort out these issues the staff didn't seem to want to communicate any of these problems to 1 of the 4 managers there so when I spoke to the manager on my last day before leaving the manager upgraded me to VIP room and gave me free meal and breakfast for the last morning.
I feel very dissatisfied with this hotel because when booked the hotel it told me breakfast was included but then when arrived at hotel and I asked about this the staff told me I was not intitled to breakfast.

The room is very clean and amazing interior design . I love also the T&B..The foods are GREAT!!!
But the staff when we checked out was annoying. My husband and I were asking for the official receipt at the reception..The staff who attended us (I forgot the name but he’s a guy) said “pahintay na lang po”..after 5-10minutes I asked the other staff at the reception to ffup our receipt, then few minutes after the Guy (i think manager) explained that they not issued any receipt bec it is attached to our Voucher(i don’t know what he’s referring to). To make it short WE ARE WAITING for NOTHING..
Suggest to train more their staff to communicate with their clients well..

Fine to meet your needs.

Room met my needs. Staff was fine, but nothing extraordinary in the evening. Area is dodgy with many homeless and beggars. Including young children. Keep an eye on your possessions. I lost a lithium portable battery charger.

We liked the property and location. walking distance or short ride to all the tourist sites, friendly staff. but not for children. Great value for the price. Came with family for a night, and we stayed a second. Free breakfast was basic,but good. Great night club scene nearby if that is your thing.

Third time I have stayed here. Very quiet, very modern and clean. Excellent breakfast and staff is wonderful. This was the first year I had a horrible internet connection.
They kept trying to fix it, but, nothing worked. Only works in the restaurant. Thst was my only complaint.

Overpriced, but would recommend. Would use it again.
Nice interior, the staff is helpful.
I didn't have any issues. Can order breakfast over the phone and get it ready for when you are in the lounge. Has different food options.
Good hotel, but as every hotel in the Philippines its overpriced in my opinion.

Wife and I booked for an overnight stay as we wanted to relax and get a room with a jacuzzi, which Victoria's suite rooms are known for. We found out that it's cheaper to book online than check-in upfront. We were delighted at first to see a very spacious room and some amenities that aren't usually found like the small billiards table.However when my wife checked the jacuzzi she saw either some fine dirt or sand particles so she had to wash them away. Afterwards we started accumulating the water for the jacuzzi, however my wife noticed that some dirt settled at the bottom and sides of the jacuzzi so we stopped using it and just settled for the nice shower.

2 great nights at Victoria Manor

Booked the Deluxe Suite and was not disappointed. Large room with hot tub/jacuzzi. Ordered several meals from room service. All meals were very good and served in a timely manner. I highly recommend and would stay again without hesitation.

Room service was good but food was priced too high. Only draw back, you won't get a key to your room. When you leave your room and return you need to call a hotel staff to unlock your room. I didn't feel secure leaving my things in the room. However, nothing was taken.

The staff was very nice and diligent, the food was quite good if you like the local food, and the rooms were very clean and nice. The hotel is located near the zoo and a few shopping centers, and close to the U.S. Embassy. Depending on the traffic, which, if you have ever visited Manila, can be quite heavy, but even then, it took less than 30 minutes to the airport.

Shady hookup hotel - rented by the hour

This hotel was awful and I'm amazed it's even offered on Hotels.com. It's referred to as a 'hookup hotel' by the locals as it's known to be specifically for that. I was completely misled by nice looking photos and while the rooms do look that way, the mattress is made of vinyl, the wifi absolutely does not work at all, there is no hotel lobby but rather back doors you must enter through and climb dingy staircases to reach your room. The rooms are rented out by the hour and every single time I returned to the hotel they asked if I was checking out and if I had a room. Very much a turn and burn operation, not a place people actually stay. I was attending a travel blogging conference at the local convention center and was embarrassed to have to tell the drivers and other attendees where I was staying. This 'hotel' should not even be listed on this website.

3 star room....for a 3 star price !!

Only stayed for two nights. Not the best area, and no matter how hard i tried could never link into the wi-fi. The hotel is paid for by the hour and so is uded for some clients of the ladies of the night shall we say !! However the rooms themselves are clean, and spacious, and because of its other use there are some fancy lighting options. I had under bed lighting, which was quite low and novel. All in its a budget hotel....and you get the value you pay for.

This is not a Hotel as advertised but a short stay MOTEL with room that looks nothing like the pictures. horrible, experience. I arrived at 2 am and they never had a room ready for me. I waited for 6 hours and never got a room. I finally left and went to another hotel The supervisor of this motel his name was Chito (fitting name)
They wanted me to charge me for some other services that I never did.

Despite coming across some locals who informed us that Victoria Court is known for rendezvous purposes, a friend of mine recommended this because it is not a sleazy place, and it wasn't! (at least not apparent to us)
The rooms were slightly dim but very comfortable to stay. My friends are I were there over the New Year's and the night life along Baywalk (5 mins walk away) was very happening with lots of food around as well. We even walked all the way to Ocean Park and later across the whole of Rizal Park. I would definitely recommend this place to stay and I like the idea of only having the option of breakfast in bed. The staff are friendly, always willing to help immediately and they are very attentive too.

Service was great. it took less than 15 mins to get the room ready. room was clean. food service was fast unlike my other hotel experiences where it took hours before they bring our food. However it lacks necessities such a rug for the comfort room but overall everything was cozy room design was great but one thing disturbing is the crew keeps on asking if we're already checking out from our room every time we go out. Neighborhood looks scary but we managed to get in and out of the hotel safe even at late hours. One of the coolest and most hip hotels I've seen. I can recommend it but not for family getaways since it's a hotel for adults.

Unusual hotel. It seemed like the room was located above a garage. The cleanliness of the room was not up to scratch as there was dust under the bed and clearly seen. A mirror on the roof of the room gave an uneasy feeling that maybe you could be watched from above. Other than that the service was good and efficient.

1. Wifi was very poor and did not provide adequate service levels
2. Breakfast trays were not removed from room for days and smelled
3. When booking this hotel I did not understand that it is a short stay hotel bookable for as little as 3 hours. At 12 am one morning I was woken by a staff member advising that \"your 12 hours are up. Do you wish to extend?\".
4. While no personal posession were ever stolen or apparently touched during my absence from the room I did not feel it was safe leaving valuables in the room considering the sorts of people hiring rooms for short stay assignations that were around 24 hours a day.
5. Lighting in the room was too dim.

A delux room well worth it.

I enjoyed my stay. I had a standard room first night. Matters very firm, Philippine way. The up grade room, delux suite. Well worth me money. Very nice , large. Nice bathroom. I looked at 4 rooms before I picked the delux room. I found many rooms dark wood or colourings. But this was what was available to look at.
Over all I would go back again. Good diverse rice. Friendly staff.
