Our room power was off I don’t know what time as when I woke up in the morning i was sweating. Had to call maintenance to check and fix our electcity in the room.
At night time I called for complementary water so I can take my medication in the morning but it did not come so my medication administration was late.
My check in time was also terrible as member in our group is only 17 years old and the other 2 members were nith of legal age how ever they want to call the parents for parents consent. I asked why the 18 years old and the 19 years old need parents consent if they are already of legal age. Finalky they allow us to check in but i was put on the spot as my reservation is not refundanle and they were saggesting that I schouls check in to the next jotel in the vicinity. I tried to plead if they can allow us to check in as we came so far. Finally we have to contact the mother of the 17 years old to give concent so we can just stay in the hotel
