Rooms was good, beds comfy, swim up rooms so nice.

Its nowhere near 4 star all inclusive, i have seen 2 star all inclusive much better.

Not really to our taste, but others there seemed to be having a great time. Cant fault the cleanliness of the room, jusy very, very dated and old school. I presume other rooms over the otherside are like those advertised in the images. It was fine for one night. Food snacks was really quite dire.

Basic 3* Hotel but OK

* Hotel is directly under the flight path for the local airport... Flights coming into land are at approx 500ft and fly over very frequently... Our room was on the 4th Floor (top floor) so through the night we were even closer to aircrafts above our heads.
* Food was OK, small variety but OK for a basic 3* hotel.
* Drinks again, much the same, only one bar open at any one time and only certain drinks available at one bar or the other, so my preferred drink I could only have in the evening, all drinks were in paper cups too!
* Bed was very firm but OK.
* Room was OK, a little drab, hinges broken so doors were half hanging off if not closed, AC worked fine, curtains not wide enough for the full window (very odd), small fridge
* Not enough sunbeds, lots of people had to sit on the chairs to wait for a sunbed.
* Reception were very helpful.
* Evening, there were no seats free so we just went and did our own thing and couldn't watch the entertainment.
* Aqua Gym/Aerobics were fun.
* Close to the beach and supermarket was just across the road.
* Private shower room available to book for free, if you have a late flight home.
Personally I wouldn't recommend this hotel and if I return to Rhodes then I will definitely book a different hotel.

Pool was a lovely temperature and had a great section that was shaded. The food was delicious and a great variety.
Air conditioner was too small for the room and it was 31 in the room, we call for maintenance 3 times. They did say they were ordering a second unit for the family suit but it had not arrived yet.. Received bottled water only in the first day. Paid for all inclusive and half the bar menu was not included.

This was a beautiful property the room was clean and the landscaping is amazing the beach is in site quite pebbly bring water shoes but the water is amazingly clear and that beautiful Greece blue. Restaurants nearby and staff is very accommodating. I did.not like the food but I’m picky about food. So don’t completely trust me but the property is nice. Rooms have pools right in front affords you privacy

Positives:
The staff were so friendly and willing to help. Especially the reception staff. The room was fine, air conditioning worked really well and bed was comfy. Our balcony had a small sea view and lovely sunsets.

Negatives:

The property does need some maintenance, the rails down to the pool broke during our stay and they were not fixed, just removed. If you had elderly people or people with mobility issues then this would not have been safe. Lots of the sunbeds were broken and there's a shortage as it is so this needs addressing.

When we stayed in 2019, there were lots of cocktail options included in the all inclusive. In 2023, only 3 during the day and then more at night. This was fine because we drank gin/wine/beer but it wasn't ideal. The cups too are really poor, we had read the reviews and so brought our own bamboo cups. They are also terrible for the environment!! It would been good to use sustainable cups in the day and in the evening, have glass. It's pretty rubbish drinking a nice evening drink out of a flimsy coffee like cup.

Talking of the environment, the fact you can't fill up your refillable water bottle is ridiculous. I'd happily drink the tap water but wasn't able to fill up my bottle. I had to buy water bottles in plastic from the mini mart.

CONCLUSION:
On the whole, this stay was pleasant and enjoyable. The beach is great and we loved Rhodes town. This hotel offers a nice stay but needs some improvements to make it a true 4*.

Fine but not wonderful and glad we left after two nights. The water slides were good but pool was a bit dirty and everything looked a bit dated and delapidated. I wouldn’t be booking up again but on the plus side the food was ok and plentiful. Just don’t order a g&t!

Spent a lovely couple of weeks at this hotel.
Rooms.
We had a top floor garden view room as requested, these rooms are ok as long as you are not expecting great views as they are blocked by the large palm trees. Rooms below on floors 2 & 3 have got balconies which in hindsight would have been a better option.
If you do not like a lot of outside noise in the room then DO NOT request a pool view room as you will get the daytime pool music and the evening / bar entertainment which is all outside until 0100.
The matress was very firm, not sure if they were all like that, we used the allocated swim up room on our last day for shower etc and the rooms are lovely with wetroom bathroom and beds with very comfortable matresses.
Service.
The service in this hotel is excellent in ALL areas. Reception are super helpful, the restaurant staff cannot do enough for you and are managed very well by the lovely Maria (cheers for the birthday bubbles). Poolside snack bar staff again are super friendly and helpful (cheers for all the \"special coffees\").
Bar staff Danial and Geordie are a great team, keeping the place buzzing all night and some great banter. The choice of music could be more varied and the volume reduced later at night. That said they are very entertaining and very hard working. Unless you sit inside the bar area at this hotel you can only drink from PAPER COFFEE cups, which is not what i want to do in the evening on holiday.

We went for a girly holiday. From the first day we had a rocky start, room was not up to our standard, we spoke to michalitsa (guest relations manager) she resolved the issue immediately. She is such a nice person. She was very apologetic. However she was always there if we had any issues. I can’t fault her. She turned into a friend for us.

The entertainment team (Martin and Valerie) were fantastic! All the staff were so polite I cannot fault them. The life guard (Aris) was so welcoming. I couldn’t swim and he taught me how to swim.

Bar men were so good! Drinks were flowing every evening. They didn’t give you one drink at a time like most hotels do. Alex, Daniel, George Jordan, Mike are excellent very welcoming nice people to have a laugh with too.

Maria the restaurant manager was sooo polite. Me and my friends were vegetarian and there was not much varieties she went out of her way to make vegetarian pizza for us. Chef was also very polite.
Front desk manager Virginia was really friendly and accommodating.

Overall the staff were so polite and friendly.
We loved our holiday.

We had to ask to change room as we were virtually into of the nightly entertainment. Only a shower no bath and vet basic mattresses on the beds. Communal areas were bright and clean. The resort is one of the better ones in the area.

The resort is clean, easy access to the sea and beach, nice pools, free sun-beds and good treat at the spa. A good family resort.

Whilst the hotel is nice, the food could be improved and served warmer than what it was. Failing that, a short walk onto the main road offers some decent restaurants.

Tired hotel needs some TLC

The staff and food ( although repetitive options at every meal) were good and the waiters and waitresses were quick to clear away. Nice to have free wine or beer st every meal whether you were half board.
The hotel rooms are in desperate need of a deep clean. The wooden slats in the showers are rotten and smell and there were ants and bugs all over the place.
The balcony bounced and I was wary of standing on it and the directors chair was covered in mildew stains. They were rotten.
Other visitors need to be aware that this hotel is directly in the flight path of landing aircraft but you can’t hesr them in the rooms and it can be fascinating outside.
There’s not much outside the resort and the “beach” is a small pebble strip.

The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The outside area is good, although there are no areas to get away from smokers. The food was good, although not much difference every day.
The room needed a lot of attention, damp patches, collapsing shower floor and the bed was the worst I have ever slept in. Whilst bedding was changed regularly the sheets just didn't fit and came off every night. No mattress protectors and poor state of mattress. We were provided with a kettle as soon as asked. Entertainment was awful and only lasted about half an hour in the evening. Very close to sea, but not suitable for children as rough and shelving with strong tides. Difficult to get in and out.

Needs more than a little help

We were taken to a different, quite revolting hotel as they had overbooked. I had kicked up a fuss so they had given us a room which had ripped up flooring, mould up the walls, ants and ant powder everywhere and the most horrific smell. We refused the now legendary 401 room but they then put a honeymoon couple in their 3 hours later and all we heard was people kicking off.

We eventually got a room in the hotel in the second night which was fine, still mould and damp problems and skirting boards hanging off.

Food was pretty poor but we found something to eat. The staff are pretty inefficient and rude and management hid away the entire week.

I saw 2 people in 3 days fall on a man cover next to the pool by the bar and not one member of staff go and assist

To fact that when we got there there were around 20-25 people complaining and that’s all we heard around the pool the entirety of our trip says it all

Having to contact hotels.com to see if I can get a refund for the first night due to not actually staying in the hotel I had booked

We enjoyed our stay however the room as a big let down as the shower, leaked not only over the bathroom floor but also into the rest of the room, it was obvious this had been happening for a while as the wall was all damp. We called the maintenance in to fix it but there was no improvement. Also one day the they swapped the fridge without any warning for a fridge that bearly worked, when we asked about this they said the old one was not working. Was not impressed with the food most nights ( theme night food was about better).

Nice Hotel on the beach, but various issues...

Beautiful beach hotel location & generally nice staff but food frequently reheated in different forms from previous meal which was disappointing! I had read reviews to this effect prior to booking but thought I'd give benefit of doubt and went ahead. It wasn't awful in my opinion but not great, although my partner felt it was very unappetising as did some of the other guests we spoke to!!! Our 'swim up' room as advertised doesn't connect to the pool which we thought was a little mis-leading and although sort of nice was a little pointless especially considering the extra cost! The room itself (105) was ok except for bad mould and damp problems in bathroom, two way glass which we thought very strange (should have been frosted) so you're partner needs to vacate the room for privacy when you need the toilet!!! We saw another room with frosted glass as expected when we checked out!!! Finally the pillows & mattress we awful... We asked for replacement pillows but the mattress was about as cheap as it gets... You could feel every spring! Again we found at end of holiday not every room was like this! Our neighbour in 106 had to vacate due to their room flooding after a shower & a new guest checked in the very next day to find out was still flooding!!! Also Wi-Fi is up & down more times than a YoYo! Such a shame as this place really does have potential & could/ should have been so much more, especially for the price!!!

A hotel that makes you feel truly welcome

We stayed AI for 2 weeks this August. The hotel is perfectly situated on the shingle beach with lovely sunbathing areas close by for €3 per bed. But if you don't want to pay for a bed the hotel allow you to take their own sun loungers and towels on the beach. I must say the food and drinks were fantastic, I have not found a AI hotel that is fully AI as the All Senses Ocean Blue before. Ice cream of all flavours all day, any cocktail you want, even if you have one of your own and the local wine/beer was very nice too. The staff are excellent (to many names to mention) and make sure they do everything to make your holiday one to remember. The restaurant staff work so hard and keep the restaurant replenished with fresh food and clean tables all the time. There is such a fantastic variety of food throughout breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Greek, Italian and Asian nights were lovely and found I did no need to go out of the hotel for meals and waste my money as the hotel had it all. The entertainment is light but suited us as they were not forcing you into things you couldn't or didn't want to do(pool games,aqua swim,volley ball and yoga). Greek dancers and acrobat entertainment some nights and entertainment team do quizzes the other nights and also do a mini disco for little children. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to go away and relax and meet some fantastic people. A 10 min local bus ride to explore the magnificent Rhodes Town and boat ride to Lindos is a must.

Lovely staff & great location

Cannot fault the amazing staff at this hotel from the manager Dimitri, waiters/ waitresses (Christopher, sandro + Antony) and the lovely female manager of the restaurant whose name I’ve forgotten as well as amazing spa manager Anna - nothing was too much trouble and our feedback was appreciated and acted upon which made our stay even better. The hotel is conveniently situated right by the beach (pebble beach) and a short and pleasant bus ride away from Rhodes town (approx 15-20 mins). It is also quite reasonably priced to get a taxi to attractions such as the water park, butterfly valley and Kallithea (from €15-25). The rooms come with a pool directly outside the room which is a great addition especially considering the price! The food (we had breakfast and dinner included in our package) was spot on, lots of variety for all meals, great ambience with different themed dinners every other day. Generally excellent value for money and can not wait to revisit as it was such a pleasant stay! The only area which could be improved is a slight upgrade and room cleanliness which we relayed to management and he took very seriously and we understand is in the works as the hotel is being renovated. Wonderful staff, wonderful fellow guests, we made some good friends and would highly recommend!

Hotel was beautiful as were the grounds and beach although pebbly. Very disappointed with the room we had smelt of damp and had some mould on the walls. The shower had planks of wood screwed to the floor and shower head wall. Needed to wear flip flops to shower as you could see dirt in between the slats - very un hygenic.. The food was lovely although a bit repetitive - we experienced one themed night ‘Greek’ which was lamazing - the only day pita bread was served. We have stayed all inclusive many times and the only thing that let it down was the snacks during the day on offer was ‘cling filmed’ sandwiches and homebaked cookies - not very appartising, self served different flavoured ice cream cones were amazing. Drinks were extensive and pulled a punch but again disappointed that last all inclusive drinks finished at 11. Our overall experience was that it was a lovely small friendly hotel that needed some updating. We even enjoyed the plane spotting!

Overall, this is a nice hotel. The room we had had a sea view and we could also watch the entertainment if we chose to have a quiet night in. The room was kept clean everyday by very friendly maids. Although on our first day the shower overflowed from the tray. Maintenance came very quickly to be fair but what was causing the blockage was a wad of hair in the waste water trap. I really think that sort of thing should've been checked during room changes.

The bathroom lacked any form of privacy from the outside. There is a big picture window in the bathroom that only has frosted glass half way up, leaving the top half of your body for all who happen to be looking, including while in the shower. Although we were not overlooked as such, I would imagine others would not find that to be acceptable.

Overall, we had a very nice stay, but I think there's still some finishing to be done.

Great hotel for families

Unfortunately, the check in experience was awful. We arrived at 01.30 as flight was delayed. I had booked the Double Room with pool/sea view with twin beds and a sofa bed. The man on reception was quite unhelpful, kept us waiting for around 30 minutes, we were shown to a room with one double bed and a 'sofa bed'. The sofa bed was too short for my 11 year old son and so I had to trudge all the way back to reception and explain it wasn't the room I had booked or paid for. He was very unsympathetic, said he had never heard that before (thus calling me a liar). He had what seemed to be an argument with the security guard and the security guard came to our room, saw the sofa bed was too short then disappeared for about 20 minutes. He came back with a camp bed and bed linen. The slats on the camp bed fell out a few times so we had interrupted sleep. It wasn't until 2pm the following day that we were shown to the room that I had paid for. When you are only on holiday for 7 days, losing 1.5 days due to bad organisation is stressful.

So there were a few room issues re Room 110;

1. Room check-in at 2pm, ours was only available from 3pm
2. Cupboard hangers - terrible wire hangers that were well past there throw away date
3. No plug in bath
4. Shower fixture completed fell off the wall when used the first time - reported & fixed,
however there being no shower curtain/cubicle around bath each time the bathroom
floor was flooded and had to be dried to prevent slipping & causing injury
5. Bath front panel corner open/agape and at a point I by mistake pushed against the
bottom of the bath panel and the entire front panel fell open - reported this twice but to
no avail, so the bedroom chair kept the panel in place for the entire week
6. TV in the room was for show only (did not work) - reported but never fixed
7. Beach area on website pictures appear photo shopped as it was NOT at all so large a
beach area
8. Room was not serviced every day

A lovely hoiliday but...

All in all we had a wonderful holiday. Friendly welcome on a late arrival, offered sustenance! On the other side we had a 2 day wait to get an extra pillow and the toilet cistern kept running throughout our stay, judging by the staff organising the repair it probably still is! The room was dirty on arrival and the bed was unacceptably hard and we like a firm mattress!
The lead entertainer guy was excellent! The food was very good. The front desk, other than on arrival offered substandard customer service, there was the pillow and toilet disappointment and on departure day because we had a late flight we booked a room for a shower having checked out and therefore without access to our own room. We were given access to a room without clean towels 15 minutes late. Apart from these individual issues the manor and tone of the lady on the front desk we regularly had dealings with was very unpolite.

Lunch on the last day was not included despite us having all-inclusive status during our stay. Perhaps we didn't read the small print that it was all-inclusive apart from the last day but it is a customer service error at the very least. As a guest this made me feel like a lower class guest. We went to a local bar for lunch next door on principal although as an aside having had lunch included for the last week 20 euros a person was a little hard to swallow. An option half of the price would have been better and preferably include lunch on the last day of an all inclusive package.

Lovely location and beach, disappointing hotel.

Just arrived home from 6 days at this hotel 28/06/2018. I have to say I was pretty disappointed with the hotel. Let’s start with the rooms, first room we had to move from because it was leaking from the lights in the ceiling. The beds in the room are terrible, we also had no hairdryer, no hangers in the wardrobe and no iron, I would also expect in an all inclusive hotel that you might get a bottle of water daily or a fridge with some refreshments, but you don’t. The rooms also state sea view, which is the case if you bring some binoculars. The hotel states it has a gym, it has one bench inside the spa which is currently being refurbished and not relaxing at all. The food is really below what you would expect from a 4 star hotel, and is the same food daily, so found ourselves eating out most days. Considering the hotel next door charges 40 Euro a night and is closer to the beach and you actually have an unrestricted sea view and breakfast included it’s fair to say this hotel is over priced and I wouldn’t be recommending it. I will say the location is great, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Trevligt hotell precis vid havet. God och fräsch mat, fina rum och trevlig personal. Flera små trädgårdar med parasoller bara 10-20 m från stranden, det gick alltid att hitta solstolar. Underbar terrass och trädgård att sitta i under måltiderna, lugn och avslappnad miljö. Plus för pappersmuggar och riktiga glas i baren. Nära flygplatsen.

Synd att det märktes att det var slutet på säsongen. Både med mat och annat.
Vattenrutschbanan dånade för mycket..
men helheten fantastisk.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. We had some issues with our room and the reception staff was happy to help us.

The food at the hotel was absolutely terrible. We only had a few decent meals at the hotel during our stay. Our room was okay, but it needs to be updated. Our room was facing the pool area, and it gets very loud during the evening.

The area surrounding the hotel is quite filthy and there is not that many restaurants close to the hotel.

The spa was nice and they offered very relaxing treatments.

The overall experience was unfortunately quite underwhelming, and I would not visit this hotel again.

Ett bra hotell att åka till med familjen, alla fick plats. Personal som lyssnade på feedback och tillgodosåg och ändrade.
Mindre bra kvällsunderhållning, baren hade väldigt hög och dålig musik. Inte bra att det var möjligt att röka så nära intill övriga ickerökande gäster.

Hotellin tiedot Expedialla olivat osittain väärin. Hotellin kuvat olivat muutamia vuosia vanhoja ja näin eivät pitäneet paikkaansa kaikilta osin. Hotellin tiedoissa mainittiin kuntosali joka oli kyllä olemassa mutta aika käyttökelvottomat laitteet ja suppea laitevalikoima. Hotellin henkilökunnan palvelualttius ja halu ratkaista ongelmia oli ensiluokkaista. Emme olleet tyytyväisiä huoneisiin ja siisteyteen kaikilta osin, joten vastaanoton päällikkö teki kaikkensa korjatakseen asiat mahdollisuuksien mukaan. Hotellin puutarhapiha oli kiva muuten karussa Kremastin ympäristössä, joka oli karua ja tyhjiä tontteja. Lentokoneet lentävät jonkin verran hotellin ylitse mikä ajoittain saattaa häiritä metelillään, mutta paaosin oli huomaamatonta ja siedettävää. Ruokatarjonta oli mainio ja monipuolinen. All inclusiveen kuuluva ruoka ja juoma olivat laadukkaita ja kokonaishintaan sopivia. Hotellin lähistöllä ei oikein ole mitään mutta allasalueella ja puutarhassa sai päivän kivasti kulumaan hyvässä seurassa.

Perus hotelli, hyvällä henkilökunnalla, kivalla ruualla. Sijainti syrjässä, huoneisiin voisi vähän remonttia tehdä ja yleisilmettä kohentaa.

Swim up -huone oli kiva ja toimiva. Henkilökunta oli poikkeuksellisen ystävällistä ja palvelu erinomaista. Ruoka oli todella hyvää, vaihtelevaa. Ohjelma oli myös mukavaa. Kokonaisuutena erittäin onnistunut loma. Miinuksena allasalue oli aika tukkoinen ja ahdas ja aurinkotuoleja ei riittänyt, jos ei niitä ollut aikaisin aamulla varaamassa. Olimmekin sitten enimmäkseen swim up -altaallamme sekä meren rannalla, joka oli aivan vieressä.

Huoneessa oli hometta ja siivous oli todella puutteellista. Lattiat olivat siivouksen jälkeenkin todella likaiset eikä hotellihuoneen tasoja / vessaa pesty. Lakanoista ainoastaan peittona oleva lakana vaihdettiin. Ruoka oli ala-arvoista - aina kylmää ja hedelmät ja kasvikset maistuivat usein pilaantuneilta. Plussana oli iso uima-allas.

Mukava ja avulias henkilökunta. Siisti hotelli, hyvää ruokaa.
Hotellialue hyvin hoidettu. Vihreä puistomainen puutarha.
Rauhallisella alueella. Mukava hiljainen rantatie. Pitkä uimaranta heti tien toisella puolella. Mereen pääsi uimaan monesta eri kohdasta. Pienen kävelymatkan päässä oli myös maksullisia rantatuoleja 3€ päivä. Hiljaista ja rauhallista ainakin näin syyskuun lopussa. Lämmintä ja aurinkoa riitti.
Hotellin uima-allasalue riittävän kokoinen. Oli ohjattua toimintaa päivittäin.
Hotellissa tehty korjauksia ja kunnossa pitoon kiinnitetty huomiota. Kaikkia paikkoja ei ymmärrettävästi voida samanaikaisesti korjata. Kylpyhuoneessa näkyi kuluneisuutta ja huoneen ovi oli äänieristykseltään huono. Muuten huoneen äänieristyksessä ei moitteita. Parvekkeen lattialaudat näyttivät myös huonoilta.
Kokonaisuudessaan hotelli oli loistava. Tiedän minne hotelliin menen jos matkustan Rodokselle.

Nära flygplatsen och underbar personal

Fantastiskt hjälpsam och trevlig personal! Hotelldelen där vi bodde var sliten och vi hade bokat \"seaview\" men fick ett bakgårdsrum som var slitet och det läckte i badrummet. Finns säkert finare, fräschare rum! Fint poolområde precis vid havet, för salta bad och promenadstråk, dock går flygplanen till Rhodos in för landning över ens huvud titt som tätt. Bra och generöst med frukost och lunchbuffé!

Dat wij aankwamen kregen wij een welkomstdrankje aangeboden. Wij moesten wel lang op onze kamer wachten. Wij hadden een grote kamer met balkon, prachtig uitzicht op de zee en zwembad, alleen waren de gordijnen te kort. Geen planken in de kasten. De kamer was wel ontzettend schoon. Wij waren met zijn 3en moest 1 van ons op een sofabed slapen, dat was echt niets. Het bed was prima. Wij hebben dit gemeld bij de receptie en er kwam een matras voor op de sofabed, dat sliep prima. Eten was prima, er lagen genoeg verschillende gerechten. Als je om half 7 kwam, dan was het eten heet. Mooi zwembad met glijbanen. Je mag met een luchtbed of zwemband in het zwembad zwemmen. Aan het strand kiezels, neem waterschoenen mee. Het animatieteam Milena en Teo, Milena was lief en kon heel mooi zingen. Teo was afstandelijk, had niet zoveel geduld en maakte onderscheid tussen de gasten met wij hij spelletjes wilde doen. Heel vreemd, dat hadden wij nog nooit meegemaakt met een animator.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, mit renovierten Zimmern. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit eigenem Poolzugang, es war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage des Hotels ist praktisch, da es sehr zentral liegt (10min Flughafen, 20min Rhodos, 25min Faliraki), jedoch fliegen mehrmals täglich Flugzeuge darüber. Der Strand direkt vor dem Hotelgarten ist steinig und nicht geeignet zum Liegen. 500m weiter findet man jedoch Sandstrand. Das Personal (vor allem im Restaurant) war jeden Tag sehr freundlich und täglich gab es Unterhaltung am Abend. Alles in einem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub im Hotel All Senses Ocean Blue und wir können es sehr weiterempfehlen.

Das Hotel ist toll am Meer gelegen. Von unserem Zimmer hatte man einen super Blick aufs Meer. Das Zimmer war schön groß und war gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf dem Gelände konnte man direkt Ausflüge und Mietwagen buchen. Die Anlage war schön und geflegt. Den einzigen Minuspunkt würde ich den durchweg kalten bis lauwarmen Essen geben.
