Second, the hotel presents itself as dog friendly. Unfortunately we were told we couldn’t have breakfast with the dog in the bar (there was only one other family in there). It meant we had to have breakfast outdoors, which was ok until it started raining.
We can’t recommend this hotel to tired hungry travellers or to people with dogs.

Not the best Campanile, but convenient for A13
I arrived early for a one night en-route stop-over, so my room wasn't ready. However, although they couldn't speak English, the reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. When the room was ready, I was escorted to it and an initial problem with the electronic key was quickly solved. I ate dinner in the restaurant - the buffet des entrees was rather limited (I've had much better in other Campaniles) but the main course was well cooked and very tasty. However, I wish the staff would not try to force diners to use the same cutlery for the main course as well as for the starter - I just won't have it! There was a further disappointment when I ordered coffee and a cognac. The waiter brought the coffee but then announced there was no cognac (despite it being shown on the menu) - rather like bringing frites then saying there were no moules! I refused the coffee and made coffee in my room. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but I was unable to use the shower as the knob, which has to be pulled to divert the water to the shower-head, was lying in the bottom of the bath. A pity that a pleasant hotel, convenient for the A13, and having very nice nice staff, is spoiled by lack of good maintenance. I will probably use it again just for its convenient location, unless I can find an alternative in the same area.

Nice to have the car parked right outside the door. Pleasant restaurant - the food (evening meal) was good.
The walk down to the station to take the train to Paris is about 15 minutes- trains are regular (approx 30 min journey) - its a very beautiful village....but warning: the walk back to the hotel is a steep uphill walk!!!

Inexpensive hotel convenient to Triel sur Seine
Stayed here for 5 nights over Christmas. Had stayed before but hotel has new management and was not as good. Tea /coffee making facilities had been withdrawn, the staff in the bar were too busy chatting to serve and the housekeeping was not up to standard.

I have stayed at this hotel twice during the summer; it is most convenient for my purpose and also quiet. However, leaving just one member of staff to welcome guests; clear the rooms; and serve dinner to a virtually full house is self-defeating on the, as it happens, two Sunday nights of our stay. Other guests were non too pleased at the, obviously, reduced level or service from the poor girl that was left to cope by herself - which she did exceptionally well, despite - in my opinion - being let down by the hotel management!

The entry doors to most rooms were so tight fitting that they had to be banged shut from both sides which was a disturbance to other guests especially late at night and early morning.
The temperature control in the room was ineffective when cooling was required.

Bien, quelques points à ameliorer
Séjour d'une nuit, réceptionniste timide et débordée, on avait l'impression de déranger. Un poil susceptible quand je lui ai demandé si le buffet du petit déjeuner allait être rechargé, j'ai fini par comprendre que oui et avec un peu de patience tout à été géré. Tout était bien, quelques poils dans le lavabo à notre arrivée, mais rien de bien grave, ça peut arriver. Les chambres sont récentes, déco très sympa, bonne literie. Dommage que la clim ne fonctionne pas, il faisait assez chaud. Mur peu épaissi, et parking proche mais ça le fait pour une nuit. Bonnz experience dans l'ensemble avec quelques points perfactibles.

L accueil a l arrivée bof, le lendemain matin, c était mieux, l hôtel est bruyant, on entend les portes claquées , la fermeture des volets. Notre chambre était propre.

Arrivee le 25 decembre. La chambre ne s ouvrait pas.donc changement de chambre mais ds celle ci pas de baignoire dc on rechange de chambre. Arrivée ds la 3 eme chambre on depose les affaires pour répartir. A notre retour on s aperçoit qu il y a 2 vers de terre mort devanr le lit, de la saleté...ds la salle de bain moi qui voulais prendre un bain il n y a pas la bonde pour boucher la baignoire ...bref et pour finir nous sommes réveillé a 8h30 car un agent passait la soufflette...donc tres decu car nous avons choisi cet hotel pour etre au calme et au propre et nous pensions que c etait de meilleur qualite mais nous aurions du aller au premiere classe ou au bb hotel cela aurait mieux sans compter la literie qui date et qu il est peut etre temps aussi de changer

Je peux comprendre que le confinement soit démoralisant pour les hôteliers mais il ne faut pas abuser. Proposer un petite dejeuner à 8€ avec une barquette de confiture, sans beurre, deux pains de mie de la veille et un bout de gâteau et.... c est tout. La chambre est tres sommaire, vieillotte qui sent le renfermée. Le côté positif c est qu il y a dans la chambre un socle pour une bouilloire mais à aucun moment on vous propose la bouilloire. Les fenêtres ne sont pas insonorisées du coup on entend les voitures qui passent, bref à éviter.

A part la localisation près d’un golf tout est vieux .... les peintures extérieures sont écaillés... les salles de bains vieillottes la literie pas mal mais pas top non plus c’est sombre les murs en crépis sont dépassés bref ça ne vaut pas la somme ...

Nous avons eu une chambre où le système de douche n’était pas fixé et la chasse d’eau défaillante. Nous avons changé de chambre pour une où le système de fumé était condamné avec un sac plastique une odeur de cigarette très forte dans la chambre et sur les oreillers. Ce qui est très désagréables pour des non fumeurs.
Nous avons énoncé ça à l’accueil et ce malgré notre premier désagrément aucun geste commercial n’a été fait ...je ne garde pas une bonne expérience de ce séjour ce malgré un bon accueil à notre arrivé par M.M. qui relève la note sur ce séjour.
