La chambre est beaucoup plus petite que sur les photos (visiblement prises avec un grand angle), il y a très peu d’espace pour circuler et tout est entassé. La moquette était très abîmée et tachée, donnant une impression de saleté.
Le petit-déjeuner était correct, sans plus.
En résumé : hôtel pour une nuit de passage seulement et, à mon avis, surévalué. Inadmissible qu’un Ibis ait des lits dans cet état ; ils devraient les changer d’urgence.

Very economical hotel.
Most hotel staffs were not that much friendly as usual French people aren't not friendly. But one male staff wearing glasses was really friendly. The room rate was pricey because I stayed at the hotel during the early January. But I chose this hotel because I didn't have any option. The bathroom condition was fine. And housekeeping was good. The two ladies cleaned the room everyday. Personally, I think the bed is really important, but the bed was just fine. After staying this hotel, I went to Paris and stayed at the other hotel, which is comparable to this hotel, but the bed was much better.

Decent Hotel with excellent local aminities
The hotel is ok with all the comforts you would expect from Ibis. There was quite a lot of internal renovation work going on but it did seam as though disruption to the guests was kept to the minimum. But the real joy is the close proximity to the port. A lovely little area 10 minutes walk away down by the river which was bustling with locals all enjoying the warm summer evening. With 6 restaurants and bars to choose from in a beautiful setting it really made our stop over complete.

Great budget hotel for Paris trip
We chose the hotel as a reasonably priced option for a trip to paris. Paris is a short trip by road (approx 16 miles) and easily accessible by public transport. I was a bit cautious after reading several reviews but all the bad reviews seemed to be linked to bad expectations, it's clearly not a luxury hotel, as you can tell from the price. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel, it was fairly basic but clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed for a 3-day break in paris. Only thing that was missing was some better tea/coffee facilities(not bothered about these being available in the room, but this should be available somewhere). All together a great stay, can't imagine finding such a hotel with free parking and wifi, so close to Paris.

We needed an inexpensive place to stay for two nights near Auvers sur Oise, (village of Van Gogh and Daubigny) and Pontoise (village of Pissarro and Cezannes) and this Ibis was just about 30 minutes drive from one and 15 from the other, so was well placed for our visits. Buffet breakfast with various choices, as much as you want, and 10 minutes' well-lit walk from a pretty quai full of little boats, lined with at least half a dozen restaurants for dinner. Staff cheerful and welcoming, hotel basic but perfectly adequate. So a very successful trip.

I had chosen this hotel based on previous reviews and I was not wrong to do so! The staff were very friendly and spoke English, rooms were very spacious and clean, had access to free wireless internet from Orange and the position of the hotel is relatively great. I say relatively because you have to walk for 15 minutes to get to the Railway station. But at the same time around the station there is a large shopping mall with everything you could ever want.
On a less positive note, the food prices in the hotel were very high, but it was to be expected. Luckily there is a petrol station about 50 meters away which also runs a mini supermarket where you can find snacks, sandwiches and drinks at reasonable prices.
Overall my stay was great and I will not hesitate to stay at an Ibis hotel in the future!

L'accueil fut agréable et nous avons trouvé une solution pour récupérer notre réservation et ne pas repayer. Les chambres communicantes étaient pratiques mais moquette très sale. Une des deux salles de bain inutilisable tellement elle était moisie (odeur horrible). Les lits creux au milieu car les matelas sont vieux. Le petit déjeuner était pas mal.

Ibis, c'est Ibis mais celui-ci a été remis à neuf, c'est plaisant à l'oeil et sdb mieux. Equipe à l'accueil au top du service.
La politique Accord devrait exiger le pass sanitaire même pour entrer dans l'hôtel et surtout pour petit-déjeuner. La politique gouvernementale dit simplement pour les apéros; désolé on peut y appliquer du bon sens et l'exiger aussi pour tout l'hôtel/restaurant. Point de vue personnel qui n'est peut être pas légal (?)

Gratis parkeren op de locatie. Ontvangst was wat ongeïnteresseerd. Kamers netjes en nog niet zo lang geleden gerenoveerd. Haventje met restaurantjes op fietsafstand en kleine supermarkt in het tankstation op de hoek.

Nous avons apprécié l’accueil, le calme (bien que l'hôtel soit situé près d'un axe routier très fréquenté) qui nous a permis de bien dormir durant les deux nuits ainsi que la possibilité que deux autres personnes se joignent à nous pour le petit déjeuner.

En transit, nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour sa situation par rapport à notre voyage et pour son appartenance au Groupe Accor.
Très bon accueil, lits confortables, propreté des chambres et surtout un excellent petit déjeuner avec fruits frais notamment.
Le seul point \"négatif\" est que cet hôtel est perdu au milieu de rien.
Mais à 15mn à pied, ou 7mn on peut aller se balader sur le petit port de Cergy ou se trouvent bars et restaurants qui peuvent dépanner pour un soir

A notre arrivée une chambre nous a été attribuée mais nous avons dû demander à en changer car elle sentait le tabac bien que toutes les chambres soient non fumeurs. A l'accueil aucune difficulté pour en obtenir une autre, mais la personne qui fait les chambres doit bien sentir l'odeur et devrait faire le nécessaire pour désodoriser correctement. Ensuite, le wifi était en panne.
D'autre part, le confort est sommaire, la chambre est certes confortable, mais toute petite. Pour moi elle ne vaut pas les 69 euros affichés.

Die Zimmer sind in den 80ern stehen geblieben und dafür definitiv zu teuer - auch für französische Verhältnisse. Vor dem Hotel ein stetiges Brummgeräusch - Fenster zu öffnen daher eine zweifelhafte Angelegenheit.
