A Cost Effective and Clean Place to Stay

First of all, this hotel was better than another F1 hotel on Rue Docteur Babinski we stayed at earlier in the trip to Paris so that was a relief. While it was about only 500 meters from the Transit (Gard) Cergy Prefecture Station, it was amazingly hard to find. Once we asked locals we zeroed in on it but before that it was a real struggle.
The rooms are clean and I'd say the staff at the front desk are helpful. They have vending machines in the lobby that serve some pretty good food. My daughter got meat in her spaghetti that was 5 Euros. Not bad when you're in a rush or heading to the airport the next morning.
There were a lot of young guys sitting at the tables around the vending machines. Seemed like engineers or students taking big exams soon.
I would recommend this place as a good place to stay in the Cergy area.

I stayed for 2 nights. There was no direct access from road so I had to carry my heavy luggage to the hotel through stairs. Inside the room just a twin bed, a desk with chair and TV on the wall. The floor looks like never been cleaned for some time. There was only one towel in the bathroom with no hand towel or bathmat. I went down to request and the receptionist only gave me another towel saying the hotel doesn't provide any bathmat, but on the second day after house keeping the bathmat suddenly appear! The towel got some stains and smelled funny. The wifi was slow and the only power socket was down near the floor next to bathroom door. You can easily kick your charger if you plug it there.
The good point about this hotel is cheap price and central location, but don't have high expectation.

I specifically asked for a non smoking and quiet room.
At the end, they put me in a smoking and noisy room.
I told them and showed them the email I had sent to them. The staff said they DO NOT READ AND CARE FOR WHAT WE WRITE!!

Not what I expected!

When booking I thought Premier meant Premier. It did not. No plug with in easy reach to recharge electrical appliances, No bedside table or light. This hotel was in reality a stop over for visiting students . The décor was tired and the flooring was lino. Breakfast was not worth the 5.25 Euros. I booked out after one night.

We organised a road trip around a few European cities before Christmas (2011) and we were advised by one of our Parisian friends that we should stay in Cergy and get the train in to the center as it would be cheaper for a hotel and easier to park.

We found a good deal on this hotel but it seems it was too good to be true. The hotel was poor quality and dirty. The hotel was very outdated and badly maintained. We weren't that bothered because we were there to see Paris and this was just somewhere to sleep.

But I would not recommend this to a friend.

The staff were not very helpful and spoke basic english. We were given a room on the 7th floor and the corridor was poorly lit, and was full of people who appeared to live there peaking out their doors at us. Lots of crying babies and strange smells. There was no wardrobe or drawers to put clothes, the lino floor was dirty and the bathroom was very small with dirty tiles. For one night perhaps it would be OK, but certainly not for the week we had booked. Following our complaints to the management, we were advised that the 3rd and 4th floors had been renovated - complete with laminated floors, double bed only, wardrobe space and new bathroom. We duly moved into these brighter, cleaner rooms and were much happier.

Had we been given these new rooms to begin with, we would have had no complaints (other than it was a double bed and we required twin beds - but we managed!).

Staff didn't really know the area well and we were sent on a 20 minute walk in a poor area to find a restaurant - however, days later we found a very nice restaurant within a 5 minute walk!

Very convenient for the train station, but it is not the sort of place for women to walk about on their own.

At a push we would stay there again, but only if we were in the upgraded rooms.

Great location & not too expensive. Not the nicest room though...

This hotel is great for those who love shopping. The 3 Fontaine shopping center is just minutes away walking distance and has great stores. Basically its huge. Right next to the mall, there is the RER Station which can take you downtown easily. The buses aren't too far either. The rooms are small, the beds aren't so comfy. If you're not planning on spending much time in the room though, I don't see why you shouldn't consider this hotel. It's obviously outside of Paris, but I'd go there again.

Chambre vraiment pas très propre, l'aspirateur n'avait pas été passé depuis un moment, des saletés ce sont accumulées dans les angles de murs,sous le lit, des toiles d'araignée de belles tailles étaient en attentes de leur plus belles victimes,un collègue dans une autres chambres a eu des punaises de lit, et pour couronner le tout j'ai retrouvé mon camion pro percé de 3 trous dans la portes latérales,quartier pas très secure

Mon avis est très mitigé car pour un formul 1 il est très bien placé met très mal entre cage escalier sale, avec une odeur désagréable dans les couloirs et les escaliers.
De la moisissure sur le plafond la salle de bain.
Sinon sincèrement ça suffit pour dormir ce n'est pas le grand luxe.

Arrivée lundi départ mercredi Très bien accueilli par l’accueil. Mais reveiller tous les jours par les femmes de ménage très tôt le matin mardi matin femme de ménage qui tape et qui ouvre la porte alors que nous étions au lit mercredi femme de ménage tape a la porte à 9h40 alors que départ à 12h reviennent re taper à 11h puis 3e fois à 11h40 ensuite à 12h et ouvre la porte alors qu’on se préparait à partir on lui a dit d’attendre 2 minutes car ma copine n’était pas encore habillé mais elle est rentré quand même franchement pire hôtel que j’ai faites de ma vie et pourtant j’en ai fait mais celui la plus jamais

BAD HOTEL, Staff are thieves\n

I booked for 3 nights. When I went back to the hotel for the second night, the staff took my things from room 309 without my permission. Staff put my things on the IKEA shopping cart. I get really pissed off at them and demand to be paid in full for the 3 nights. Otherwise I will call the police. They say I have asked to change rooms. I stop them for crap excuses and \"why am I mad at you if I wanted to change rooms, Stop with your excuses\". They changed their mind to refund for 1 night. I still demand a refund for the 3 nights or I call the police. Until finally their boss accepts to refund for the 3 nights and I get to sleep there for free for 3 days. We sign contracts and took pictures of staff with contracts. The next morning they pay me and throw me out. Pure idiots. Will be reported to the police for 2 things for disappeared.

Accueuil froid ,douche très sale, les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité, hotel très bruyant beaucoup de passages de véhicules, mauvaise isolation, église à côté, chambre poussiéreux, pas de sac poubelles dans les poubelles, télécommande sale, vitre de douche ne cache pas assez l'intimité, porte de toilette ne ce ferme pas cassé, odeur de cigarettes sur les drap, rideaux de douche très sale, chasse d'eau bruyant d'effectieux, ascenseur bruyant vieillot, vu le prix l'état de l'hôtel ne m'étonne pas, hôtel pour des cas sociaux je pense, pas de panneaux sur l'indication de l'emplacement de l'hôtel pour les personnes en transport en commun, il faut chercher pendant des heures, note générale 2/10.

Franchement pour être choqué, je suis vraiment choqué, je n’ai même pas pu dormir dans cet hôtel insalubre tout autour. Il y a des centaines de rat et de souris énorme les uns des autres. Les chambres sont insalubre même pas nettoyées d’un dégoût inouï des odeurs dégueulasse, des traces blanches dans l’intérieur des toilettes
Le rideau de douche jaune, les joints marrons, franchement même si vous payez 20 € de plus allez dans un autre hôtel
