My experience was fine here, good check in and the room was good condition. For three adults with luggage it was a small room but we wanted budget and this hotel provides that.

The soap dispenser is at the wrong place since it is both used for hand and body washing. it is behind the curtain facing your back . It should be on the wall next to the mirror in front of you and above the sink. They should provide tissues, bath sheets instead of bath towels, a bin in the bedroom.

The room booked as wheelchair accessible was on the second floor with no lift. Mattresses were leant against the corridor walls for the duration of our stay. Cigarette ends were found in the room. We were not told the door codes changed daily, so we were stuck outside the front door in the evening and had to wait for another guest to let us in. Woken up at 3AM by someone banging on the door looking for his friends in another room, having come in through the open fire escape. Noise kept going for another couple of hours, with something other than tabacco being smoked.

We spent most of the night awake because in one of the neighboring rooms someone was beating/killing their wife/girlfriend. A women was screaming as a man was yelling, their were hits against a wall. We wanted to call the front desk, but there are no phones in the room, also, there is no one at reception after 9. The worst stay i have ever had.

Beware of Small Showers
The staff was excellent and very accommodating. There is no air conditioning at this hotel, so they gave us two fans. It was still unbearably hot, but the hotel was cheap, so we dealt with it because the staff was so nice. The main issue was that the bathroom was comically tiny. The toilet is literally in the shower. A porta-potty is larger than this bathroom. You feel like you are drying off in the toilet . . .

Hotel en mauvais etat avec du materiel vetuste. Le derouleur de papier wc casse le bloc porte casse la fenetre tres difficile a refermer la salle de douche avec des moisissures le rideau de douche usage pas de prise a la tete de lit. Chambres tres males insonorisées. Le petit dejeuner etait catastrophique plus de jus d'orange puis finalement il y en avait, machine a cafe en panne plus de viennoiseries peu de choix dans le petit dejeuner. Heureusement nous avons eu un geste commercial car les petits dejeuners ne nous ont pas ete factures !! Alors ok le tarif est bas mais cela ne doit pas empecher l'entretien de l'hotel. Heureusement la personne presente a l'accueil etait tres pro et sympathique

un peu déçu par la chambre ,nous étions pourtant venu plusieurs fois dans cet établissement.De plus mon épouse avait égaré un pantalon lors de notre séjour ;j'ai demande a ce que l'on me renvoie celui en port dû ,je me suis heurte un non catégorique ,me disant que je devais venir le chercher ;pourquoi pas faire 800 km aller- retour pour une vêtement J’ai trouvé cela peu courtois ,Notre prochain séjour se fera sans aucun doute dans un autre établissement

La propreté laisse à désirer, la chambre était sale et puait. Le lit était cassé, pas de savon ni de shampoing. Le récipient était vide et personne à l’accueil. Le radiateur avait dû brûler ou quelque chose comme ça vu son état. Bref, la chambre laissait complètement à désirer pour le prix. Le wifi ne fonctionnait même pas également

Il a fallut réclamer 2 fois pour un nettoyage de noircit sous le lit du haut: bien visite du lit du bas (j'aurais du prendre une photo !) , et j'y avais mis une affiche ! !

Bon accueil avec un personne presente la nuit ce qui est plausant. Par contre avec le COVID ils ne font pas kes chambres le temps de votre sejour. Impossible de nettoyer la salle de bain et kes toilettes seul. Donc salle de bain et WC sale pendant 3 jours duree de notre sejour. Surprenant non !
