Booked the Double or Twin Room for my 3 day 2 night stay at MyEcoLodge.

The stay was very welcoming. They provided shuttle pickup service to/from Kutchan JR Station which is very convenient.

The breakfast was mediocre, it serves normal food such as bread with butter/jam, coffee and water (no tea option) as well as hot food with salad.

One downside about the stay is they don’t provide tissue in the room and mineral water bottle but I guess it is due to their effort in sustainability.

There is a 7eleven minimart right opposite the hotel and it is also the Niseko shuttle bus service pickup point to Grand HIRAFU Welcome Center.

Will definitely booked this hotel again if I am coming back to Grand HIRAFU for Snowboading.

Great environment. Also it’s a great place for deals on food because other places around there excluding convenience stores are expensive. My room was great size with a big bed, the shower and electrical are also in great working condition despite the harsh winter weather I experienced. And the crew were also very helpful with the questions I had asked.Can’t wait to stay here again!

The staff were friendly and super helpful. The hotel was quite clean. The free shuttle and full breakfast were great. We ate dinner there every night-inexpensive and delicious. The ski locker was huge and was perfect for drying out wet skis and gear. Totally planning on staying here on our next trip.

Maybe one comment I have is that for a hostel that claims to be eco-friendly, more could be done (e.g. heaters in the rooms are way too hot, laundry machines are old, etc). Some improvements could be made on that end to be even more sustainable, but overall we had a great stay!

Great budget option for skiing Niseko. Convenient shuttle options to the slopes and a 7-11 store across the street. Worked well for our family of four adults to share a quadruple with 2 bunk beds. Shared and very clean bathrooms were available. Also enjoyed the free breakfast. Highly recommend!

1. The wifi in the room is super slow.
2. The auto check-in/check-out system doesn’t work during off hours. So if you plan to do late check-in or early check out, let the staff know beforehand, or cal them using the phone at the entrance.

The staff were amazing! Best price in town. We took the shuttle every morning and then walked back after skiing. The breakfast was free and I decided to skip it but the Ramon restaurant at night was really tasty. Our skis were safe and in a warmed locker. Really wonderful overall.

We booked a 4n stay here during ski season and had a very good experience.

Rooms were very clean and comfy, the heater was so awesome and we opened the windows slightly to regulate the temperature.

Food wise, the hotel's breakfast is very humble but acceptable and given that it's difficult to go out in the snow and nothing is very walkable in Niseko, we had most of our dinners at the in house cafe. Great ramen during cold snowy nights. If you're lacking anything, an awesome 711 is literally opposite the lodge so you can get many ready meal options there.

Service wise, the staff are as helpful as they can get and will do their best to help. Good English speaking capabilities too.

In terms of location, this is fairly near Hirafu but is in btwn Hirafu and Hanazono. During peak season, the jam from Hirafu back here will easily take 1h drive but without traffic, it could be as short as 10 mins. If you're intending to go to Annapuri or Niseko Village, it will take minimally about 40 mins by public bus which stops right outside the lodging.

Lastly, if you're going to Niseko to ski, this is a good place to stay at because it has a huge ski locker on the first floor for your boots and skis/boards etc once you get back it's located literally next to a great rental called Good Sports.

The only disappointing factor abt the hotel is that they explicitly state they have a shuttle to Hirafu but this wasn't operating when we arrived despite the fact that ski season was in full swing

Very inexpensive place but 17 m3 room size is MUCH smaller than anticipated.
Very basic accommodation that would be fine for a maximum of 2 days.
The breakfast and dinner option was absolutely awful.
Breakfast was very cold and dinner the same for 7 nights in a row.

Nice hotel. I think it's a new hotel because all stuffs in the room were looks new. Haha..except there is no tv & kettle in the room but kettle, micro oven & etc..can get it on the 1st & 3rd. floor pantry. Big size tv is allocated outside at the coffee lounge. Good location to Niseko mountain & Fukidashi Park. There are several restaurants & 7 Eleven around the hotel. Although the breakfast is simple but nice! The staffs were very friendly.

Really good place to stay. Hot breaky included and for the money I highly recommend this place.
It is a little out of town but they run a shuttle from 7:45 till about 4:15 and then after that the local area bus (which is easy to work out) comes about every 30 after these times and the stop is right out the front.
For the money I don’t really think you can go wrong with Ecolodge, would def stay here again.

Great place to stay if you are here in Niseko for skiing. The ski/board storage locker room is air conditioned and you can dry your boots during the night. The laundry room, pantry, convenience store 7-11 and a nice Italian restaurant right across the street; you have got everything you need to facilitate ski/snow board life. BF is decent, lunch and dinner is also served if you do not want to go out to the Niseko Hirahu village area. We stayed 7 nights and really enjoyed it.

Free shuttle from hotel to ski slope was very convenient, local bus is also available in the evening when hotel shuttle was no longer running. 7-eleven right across hotel was just perfect as we can get cheap and variety of food 24/7. Very comfortable stay at reasonable price. Staff were extremely friendly and were always ready to offer recommendation for food. The bus shuttle provided by the hotel is always punctual and they leave right on the dot. Only drawback is the distance from the hotel to the Gondola/Welcome Center. It is quite far off and walking would take you around 20-25 mins. Would definitely recommend this hotel for bargain hunters. :)

Great location. Helpful staff (although one of the restaurant staff could have been friendlier), the shuttle service was great. The only real improvement I could make was the shower. It was so sensitive that it was either too hot or way too cold at the smallest turn of the control.

Overall, we would definitely stay again.

I truly enjoyed my 9 nights' stay with My Ecolodge. I was here 2 years ago and very pleased by how much they have improved! The staffs working here are EXTREMELY friendly and welcoming.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast is included and they offer a good spread of Japanese staples and continental breakfast. They provide free pick up and drop off at Kutchan station / Welcome Centre. They also provide shuttle bus ride to the slopes until 4pm at every 30mins interval. If you miss the last shuttle, there's always free Grand Shuttle that you could take 5 mins walk away that brings you to Hanazono/ Hirafu. Coin oparated laundry and snow gear drying room available.

I highly recommend this place and I couldn't thank the team enough for making me feel so at-home :)

Cosy Hotel with Great Staff and Good Facilities

Stayed during end of ski season in March 2018, the entire ski area was really quiet, but the hotel still ran shuttle buses to the slopes despite me being the only passenger more than half the time.

Room was clean, there is coin operated laundry and dryer in the building and a public area to store your gear.

Staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast that was included was the same everyday but still nice and filling. Once, I missed breakfast and the chef pulled an apple out for me to go.

Pleasant surprise.

Provided free transfer from the Hirafu Welcome Centre as we took the coach from New Chitose Airport. Just inform the hotel what is the expected time and they will be there waiting. The check in was fast and the room is cozy and clean. There’s a shuttle bus every half hour to the Centre of the town and the main skiing area but to walk takes only less than 20 minutes. The breakfast is basic but adequate. It was a pleasant 2 nights stay and will come back again for sure .

Loved staying at My Ecolodge. We booked this kind of last min and didn’t have high expectation. To my surprise, we really enjoyed our stay. We had the Japanese breakfast everyday and it was delicious. The staff was friendly and would help us with all our needs. We wanted to go to an onsen one day and they helped us find a mix onsen and a shuttle that took us there from the hirafu welcome center. Shuttle service to the mountain was every 30mins and so convenient. We stayed in a private room which was small but very clean. The only thing was sometimes the room smelled of sewage. The downstairs area also smelled bad too because people were drying their socks on the vents. Nice storage area for your equipment. The hirafu bus system is somewhat confusing too, I’d ask a staff member so you know how to ride it.

A lovely little lodge for skiers and backpackers. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it to families as the rooms are a little small. But overall, it's clean, very helpful staff and a shuttle bus going back and forth from the city centre.

Cheap and cheerful - in a great way!

We loved our time at My EcoLodge. The start of an epic trip, we arrived super-jet lagged but the friendly staff, clean rooms and good food made it all so easy. It’s a little way out of town, but there are regular hotel shuttles - and if you miss those there’s a free public bus. My EcoLodge is brilliant!

Very friendly and helpful service. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. We went there during the summer season (off season) so not many places around the area were open. A couple places were open but closed early, around 8 pm. We went there to climb Mount Yotei, and th hotel manager was able to drop us off and pick us up. Very friendly service!

Nice & comfy stay. The views from my stay were superb! The staffs were very friendly & helpful to all my queries. Closed to the gondola base. Shuttle service could have been better if it ends at 8pm instead of 4pm. The cafe closed to early and its difficult to get dinner if you came back late after skiing or snowboarding. Overall I would still recommend to my family & friends.

Clean and reasonably priced resort in Niseko

It's reasonably priced considering the exorbitant fees they charge at ski resorts. Shuttle bus to skiing run often but not as much as I would like them to be. The bus is also quite small. With everyone bringing their own skis and snowboard, you won't be able to find enough room to get in.

The included breakfast was excellent, very tasty, with a mix of both Japanese and western style food.

Internet is slow to a crawl though, that's why its a 4 and not a 5. you would think Japan would have high speed internet, but this hotel's wifi makes you think you're in a developing country.

Little Piece of Luxury!

My fiancé and I booked here last minute for 5 nights to enjoy a week of skiing at Niseko.

What we received was a well priced room (exceptionally clean) and amazing service from the lodge staff.

The first night was a little tough (as I'm a light sleeper) and our room near a pantry that had some other guests chatting loudly for a while after the 10pm noise curfew. After providing initial thoughts on our experience immediately post-check in per an email from Expedia, only a matter of hours later the lodge staff kindly offered us a new room further at the end of the hall-way. Never have I received such prompt service, which I must acknowledge the staff for in improving our stay.

The rest of the nights were fantastic, good sleeps and complimentary buffet-style breakfasts in the morning kept us energised for our days' skiing, and the to-the-dot shuttle service from the lodge to the Grand Hirafu Gondola, Welcome Centre (ace hill lifts) and hirafu intersection made us feel as though we were in the village itself.

The lodge is slightly out of Hirafu, but walking distance (10-15mins brisk walk), but this is a positive as it keeps guests out of the zoo that is Hirafu and in a little slice of quiet village heaven.

Bonus: incredible Italian right across the road (expensive, but well worth it), tasty burgers <5mins walk and GoodSport ski hire right next door - which is WELL below the rest of the ski rental prices of the likes of Rhythm, etc in town).

Would stay again. Thanks again!

Friendly hotel ~1.5 miles from Niesko Hirafu

MY Ecolodge was comfortable and had many friendly guests. My boyfriend and I made some friends even during our one night stay. This hotel has a laid-back and welcoming vibe. The hotel is styled in a modern way and focuses on sustainability. It was a little on the pricey side so I'm not sure if we'd stay here again, but the price is typical (maybe even on the low side) for Niseko. While MY Ecolodge is close to Niseko Hirafu, it's is still a bit of a walk. It was dumping the night we stayed there so it was a little to far for us to walk to nearby bars and restaurants. However, it was only about a $7 cab ride from the bars in the area at the end of the night. On a bluebird day I'm sure it would be an easy walk to the resort with all of your gear.

아주 만족입니다. 저희가족처럼 스키여행 숙소 예약을 미리 하지 못해 스키장 워크인되는 숙소가 아닌곳을 본다면 아주 좋은 선택일거에요. 4인 가족이라 4인실 전체를 사용했고 매트와 베개가 참 편했습니다.
무료 조식은 딱 적당한 구성이었지만, 저희는 세븐일레븐에서 우유와 빵을 사와서 함께 먹었습니다.

스키장행 셔틀버스는 곤돌라 스테이션과 웰컴센터에 내려주어서 스키장 이용에 아주 편리했고, 스키장비 보관실이 따로 있어서 쾌적했습니다. 체크아웃 후 굿찬 기차역에 태워다 주셔서 완벽한 스키여행이 되었습니다.
추천합니다.

初めて利用しました。立地的には目の前にコンビニがあったので、食料調達には困りませんでした。シャワー、トイレは共同となっていますが、宿泊客が少ない事もあり、特に不便は感じませんでした。唯一の難点はWIFI環境があまり良くなかったことくらいです。
