I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Amethyst Hotel. Upon arrival I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcome drink. I arrived a little before check-in time and the staff happily accommodated getting me into my room early. Harry and Lookpla took their time explaining the hotel amenities and answered questions I had regarding the area. My room (#702) was immaculate, the WIFi was fast and reliable, the AC was quiet and cool, the shower had great pressure and warm water, and the bed was super comfortable which is important after enjoying long days in Pattaya. This hotel is in a great location around a lot of things to do. However, it is very quiet at night since it’s on a side street. I slept very well!
One of my favorite features of this hotel is the incredible breakfast. I’m used to the ultra-processed, tasteless, limited variety food that hotels in USA provide, so I was quite pleased with the variety, freshness and quality of breakfast every morning.

Amethyst hotel is a new hotel in central Pattaya and in the start of Soi Buakhao area. So \"Party zone area\" is just around the corner.
The rooms, reception and eveyrhing in the hotel is clean and in a good condition. The employers at the hotel did a fantastic job, always smiling and at your service.
The balcony at the hotel is only for smoking and drying your swimwear. ( our room was 3 meters from the neighbor building, so we were looking in to another apartment from the balcony ).
Breakfast is very good for the price, but I would prefer a little higher price and more options in cold cuts and cheese.
My wife and I is very satisfied with our stay at Amethyst, and Amethyst hotel will be an option for our next visit in Pattaya.

My second stay here and I will come back for a third because Amethyst is reliable. I can walk in any direction and find something to eat or drink! Quality foot massage everywhere and can walk to the beach. Pool is great for swimming laps, exercise room is clean and has everything I needed for a workout before going out.
The restaurant is clean, comfortable and the chef’s can make any style eggs for breakfast.

The hotel has many plus points. First of all the staff were excellent. Helpful where possible and joined up my disjoined travel plans for me. The hotel is new and fresh. Even the basic room had a huge bed and one of the most comfortable ones I’ve ever slept in with premium bedding. While not of 2nd Road or beach Road it was a very simple short walk to 2nd Road to catch the baht bus or cut through to the beach. I’m looking forward to returning next week

I would recommend staying at this hotel because it will make you close to the tourist activity sites, but it may be better to have your breakfast in a nearby restaurant.

For me, it was an accident location. You can walk out the front door in any direction to get to everything you need. The pool bar food was an excellent option and the restaurant in the lobby was an excellent option. Room was modern and clean. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Overall a great stay. The staff were all excellent, so friendly and helpful, always smiling and greeting us every time. The hotel is very clean and always smelling fresh. They have a barista in the lobby with great coffee and cake.

Plenty of power points and USB charging points. The bed was large, very comfortable as to the pillows.
The shower was also large, great water pressure and plenty of hot water.
The location is also great. About 5 minutes to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars surrounded the hotel. A 7 Eleven was just around the corner for quick grabs and a supermarket about a 2 minute walk away.
We highly recommend staying at the Amethyst, you won’t regret it.

Excellent location for a new hotel (2022). Stayed in large grand executive room for 4 days. First hotel room that actually looked like the pictures. Well worth the price break at 40% off.
Hotel strangely not full and great, inexpensive supper menu with few other guests. By contrast the free breakfast was limited, small and overcooked. The on demand items (eggs, etc) were better.
The bar cannot mix a drink to save their lives (curdled milk in unblended pina colada, tom collins tasted like a sour pickle).
Pool and gym (with a great top floor view of the city) were fantastic and well served with staff, food items and a bar.
Laundry was exhorbitant compared to nearby local places but fast.
Concierge good, arranged far cheaper travel than elsewhere. 24 hour reception friendly and helpful.

What a great little hotel, very reasonable price, 3 blocks to the beach but the real stand out was the staff. All of them were attentive, helpful and very pleasant especially Peemai on the front desk who always greeted me with her lovely smile. The hotel is very modern and well appointed.

Definitely a must stay hotel in Pattaya.Staff are brilliant extremely helpful the door staff especially.The hotel itself is just fantastic,very modern.The rooftop pool and sun deck is amazing.Would definitely stay here again (and will be hopefully in December).Location is perfect for everything you want.
