We stayed for 2 nights on the 4th floor. We had 2 queen size beds and a pull out sofa. The sofa was like sitting/sleeping on a hardwood floor with a flat mat on it. The queen size beds were super outdated and worn like your grandparents bed. The sheetrock had clear damage, tape/metal showing. Blood or paint was splashed onto the curtains. The TV would not work, or buffered every 5 minutes when it did. The cable was super lose from the wall. The pull tab on the bath faucet to turn shower on, was broken so low pressure. A/C spit black fiber or mold onto the bed. Every sound around you and under you, can be heard.
Out in the hallway: holes in several spots big enough for my size 8 shoe to fill. Smell of mildew throughout covered by strawberry scent. The elevator: pickaxe hole in door showing clear sign of having to be forced open. Buttons did not react half the time. Elevator would attempt to descend with the door open. When it would descend, you could hear popping and clanking and you felt like you would fall. Asked for an additional blanket set for the sofa bed (not supplied) and it never arrived. We were kicked out of the pool on Friday afternoon for the pool cleaning guy to check levels. Pool towels are size of a kitchen towel.
Good note: The breakfast was great, broad selections of bread items, juices, all temperature regulated, scrambled eggs and bacon/sausage, canadian bacon offered. Lobby is clean, most staff is friendly.
Just a horrible hotel where good people work.

Room was not cleaned properly. There was hair all over the bathroom floor, in the shower, in the sheets. Staff was worrried about ordering their dinner instead of checking us in. We were told the hot tub would be up and running when we stayed. It was not open. There's only a washer and dryer on floor 2 and 3 so i had to keep going back and forth between the floors to do laundry. The breakfast was fully stocked but the cook bagged up trash with gloves on and went back to cooking the food with the same gloves on. We went to the front to ask about laundry and there was a pregnant woman who answered us rudely. I'm pretty sure she's the manager. I wouldn't stay again. Oh and the walls are paper thin. The kids in the room next to us were literally screaming and running around until 2am and we couldn't sleep.

It was terrible stay the bathroom light was on a timer very short one keep turning the lights off when your showering or using the restroom and the other light in the restroom flickered the whole time told staff about they act like they really wasn’t concerned. Not staying there ever again.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which I greatly appreciated during my stay. However, the condition of the room was very disappointing. Each time the air conditioning came on, it emitted black particles that looked like ashes. The curtains were heavily stained, and the flooring near the bathroom sank when stepped on. Additionally, the shower faucet pulled away from the wall when activated. The television also had several issues—many channels did not work, and when they did, the picture displayed visible lines. The cable wire was also exposed.
Despite these concerns, I would consider staying here again if the property underwent significant updates and maintenance, as the excellent hospitality of the staff made a positive impression.

Upon arrival to hotel was informed that I did not have a room reservation and this was after I had spoken with someone at the property, who assured me that I had a reservation. Point of the story I did not stay at this property and I am hoping and praying that I was not charged for this stay!!! The check-in staff was nice...a little over talkative so it took longer to check-in but he was trying to be personable. The room smelled musty and the view was to an industrial parking lot. The rooms need updating. Our AC never came on during the night so the room was humid...plaster was coming off the wall at the base so that's probably why. It was a place to sleep for a night, but overpriced for what it was.

Did not eat breakfast. Mold in the shower. Bathroom fixtures separated from walls, visible mold and dirt. Toilets barely flushed took at least an hour for the water to fill in the back tank to be able to flush again. Toilet paper felt like cardboard. Bed was uncomfortable it’s past time for an upgrade to mattress. For it to be a handicap room, the amenities were not up to par. Also with the shower you have to manipulate the faucet handle to get hot water and then once you’re able to turn, it’s too hot.

This room should not be extended to guests until the mold, water pressure and toilet issues are addressed.

The building itself is very outdated and worn out. The AC unit in the room had missing pieces. The room just felt stuffy and dirty, even with the AC turned down. The mattress was bowed inward and almost felt like I was sleeping in a hammock. The chairs in the breakfast area are coming apart. The staff however was very accommodating, offering an early check in, and were very understanding when we chose to check out after the first night of our two night stay.

Hotel is in very poor shape and is in desperate need of an upgrade. Our hotel room had an uneven floor that had low spots and what seemed like holes under the carpet. Carpet was also dirty and the hallways are also dirty. My brothers room had a clogged sink that wasn’t fixed while he was there. Choice hotels are getting worse and worse and I am a choice rewards member and I’m not sure I’ll continue using this brand due to the poor condition of their hotels. This hotel was no where near worth the high price. My brother almost paid $200 a night and it was barely worth $100.

The check-in was smooth. Housekeeper clean the room on day 3. Did a great job. Breakfast was adequate and well staffed. They could changed up the menu more than just alternating meat. The three issues I had were business computer was not connected to a printer. Second, internet was inconsistent at best. Finally, tv selection was horrible. Couldn't get channels I wanted. Like weak signal on an antenna. I had to use my personal TV streaming to watch what I wanted. Unacceptable. I paid a good amount.to not get reasonable Internet or tv.

We booked two rooms and one of the rooms had an overwhelming chemical smell. It gave us immediate headaches. It smelled like there was a mildew or mold issue and they were covering it up with a chemical smell. The other room we had didn’t smell the way the one room did. We tried to switch rooms but they were fully booked and couldn’t give us another room. The smell was so bad we left and stayed at a different hotel. The hotel refused to refund us for the stay. I won’t ever book with this company again.

The staff themselves were friendly and helpful. The condition of the room was ok at best. There was a musty smell and you could tell the flooring in the bathroom hasn’t had a good scrub in a while. The shower pressure was non existent. The linens were very clean though. Nothing stained or looked dirty. There was some trash between the bed and nightstand that housekeeping missed. The breakfast was not the best. I opted not to eat there the second morning. The hot tub was warm but the timer knob was broken so couldn’t turn it on and the bottom of it was pretty dirty. And the door next to the pool area you couldn’t get back in because the key card reader was broken so you had to walk around the building to the front door to get back in. Could definitely use some deep cleaning, maintenance, and updating on the property.

My room had significant stains that looked like blood on the drapes. The sofa had a large stain on the arm rest. Sofa Linens were not in the room for the pull out sofa and the carpet needs to be shampooed/cleaned. The room didn’t smell fresh at all. Overall did it make do? Absolutely, but all these things and a terrible breakfast really canned the experience. Will not be staying again. Not worth the price that was charged. Will be letting individuals know to avoid the facility

Check in was great; staff very helpful and friendly.
Somehow my cell phone was tied to someone else, so we had a little hiccup at check in.
The room was great, bed super comfy! Cons: None of the hardware in the bathroom had been installed yet, TP on the counter (no TP holder), no place for towels to hang or dry (no towel rods). The dial on the iron was broke. So trying to iron a blouse was interesting.
Main concern was just a lock that spun on the connecting door to the next room. So we put some stuff in front of door and booby trapped it in case someone tried to get into our room while we were gone.

This hotel was used just for the night stay for a baseball tournament. But all in all the hotel needs some upgrades for sure. The AC was broken and dirty. Smelled like mold in the whole building especially in the room. Bathroom was clean and I appreciated that.breakfast was decent. Only thing I didn’t not like was the lady in the kitchen had gloves on and was touching her phone typing and never changed her gloves. Not very sanitary.

The front staff lady Laci was amazing and was so understanding that my kids are very hyper. She was very respectful and helped with whatever we needed. Breakfast was great and the cooks were awesome. Made the stay great. Also, the cleaning people came to check if we needed anything during our 6 night stay and changed the beds for us. Would recommend to anyone with a family.
