Very much older property and it shows. Renovations have been done but cheaply. The carpet in the room had mud stains. The bathroom faucet would shoot out water from the sides of handle if you turned it to much. The tv only had about 15 channels cause the rest were locked and was told management only pays for a few channels. The breakfast is terrible. The hot water had to run for at least 15-20 mins to be hot.

WORST HOTEL WE’VE EVER STAYED AT. I dont usually leave bad reviews as I like to help small businesses but this hotel needs new management. The rooms and property are filthy and feel like a crime scene. Old dilapidated rooms. No hot water in shower at night the whole stay. Only 3 channels on the TV... No one came to clean room, change sheets, towels the whole stay despite repeatedly asking. Toilet paper ran out and they didn’t bring more as they said they only worked mornings. They never even came to our room. Barely anyone was staying in the hotel. No clean towels. There were other poroblems with room but you get the idea how bad it was.

I was then locked out of room at night as card stopped working and their was no one to provide a new card. A sign was left on counter that they were helping a guest with their room which was false. I walked around property looking for someone for ages, came back and repeatedly hit the bell. Then the Indian owner finally came out of office where he had been asleep…. And then after leaving the hotel he decided to charge our card for nights we weren’t even there, not the agreed upon rate, plus a $25 fee for leaving at 11:05am. Check out is 11am. We've disputed it all with bank. There are some great hotels in Glasgow. We chose this because it was cheaper. You get what you pay for. Steer clear of this one. There was no refund so couldnt leave. Horrible experience

Our first room had a door that had been kicked in and wouldnt lock. We didnt discover that until midnight. There was also an inch wide gap on the door that let in 20° air all night. First thing in the morning, we were given a new room that still had the old soap wrappers on the bathroom foor. And Im willing to bet that it has been a tear since someone swept behind the bathroom door. Stale (hard to the touch) muffins for breakfast. At least we got spend the money and stay elsewhere. This place is DISGUSTING. They also try to scam uou by charging an additional $1.50 for having a safe in the room. two towels in this room.

The room was very moist when you walked in. The comforters felt damp, it smelled like mildew, and the bathroom was dark and damp. I asked for another room and was told none were available due to having pets. We slept on top of the comforters and checked out as early as possible. A few days later I received a charge on my card for an undisclosed pet deposit. In the amount of $65. I called and explained I had paid their pet deposit. I was told I’d need to email the manager and they would respond via email within 30 days. The clerk also told me good luck with it, they had never seen the manager give a refund. So I didn’t even bother. I had just moved into town and could not take on one more thing to try and keep up with. I’ve just made sure everyone that has come to visit does not stay there. I’ll never be back.

Exterior door into room had a 1 inch gap at the bottom. Once we turned the heater on, an awful rodent smell filled the room. The bed covering had big stains on it. We tried switching rooms. Second room had a gap under exterior door snd very foul smell as well. We did not stay in this hotel, but still payed for a night’s stay. We went across town to a different hotel for the night. If I could give negative stars I would. Very disgusting place. Utterly awful.

Check in staff was wonderful. She was very friendly and that’s a plus in customer service. However, the room I stayed in wasn’t all the best. The shower curtain had mold growing on the bottom of it, the bed wasn’t very comfortable and the hot water didn’t seem to work. There were some stains on the floor in the room and the sheets and cover had some sort of burnt orange/ rust stain on them.

The check in was good. The woman attendant was very friendly and helpful. The room was ok but the facilities in general were not kept up. There was masking tape peeling off around the walls in the hall upstairs; very sloppy looking. At check out the young woman would not give me a receipt that showed the price charged and zero balance. Instead it showed zero charged and zero balance; pretty much useless. She said it was because I made the reservation on-line (through Expedia), and could only get a useful receipt from Expedia. Every other hotel I've stayed at this trip gave me a paper receipt showing the full amount charged. When I said that to the lady she didn't even reply.

Dont book it for the jacuzzi tub

The bed looked clean. The floors did not feel dirty. Is the bathroom was awful. We paid for a Jacuzzi tub and did not get to use it. We stayed 2 nights and checked in about 1 am the first night. Woke up saturday morning and going to get in the tub, turned the water on and the jets and black crud started floating in the water and made a ring in the tub. There was uses paper towel/ toilet paper at the corner of the tub. Inside rim of the toilet was filthy. The bucket that sat on top of the safe in the bathroom had a hair in it. Microwave was dirty and the freezer was frozen with ice. Talked to the front desk lady the first morning and she was super nice. Told us that there was nothing that she could do but the manager would be in monday and they could take care of it. She gives me a sticky note with email and direct phone number so i could send the pictures i showed her. I didnt hear anything monday so i call and talk to jay and he says the manager isnt in right now. I call back the next evening and jay answered the phone again and says the manager is on vacation. Jays says since i stayed both nights nothing is going to be done about it. That i should have went somewhere else or demanded another room

Cleanliness lacked. The floors had lots of dirt in the corners, the sheets hard stains on them, there was food left in the fridge in both of the rooms we had. The first room, the door would not lock so we were moved to a second room. The showers in both units dripped water continously.breakfast was literal had 4 mini muffins, 2 pieces of raisin and 2 plain bagel, and make your own waffle machine. I wish i could share pitures that i took. It was not up to the ratings by any means.

This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in the pictures on your website aren’t accurate from the parking lot to the swimming pool. Everything was dirty. There was mold around the bathtub. Nothing had been dusted, the hairdryer in the room didn’t work. They only clean the room every three days by request and when I requested it to be clean, they didn’t even make the bed. It’s a terrible hotel and the pool does not work. I don’t know why it’s on their website or your website, but they don’t have a pool that works. I would never ever stay at a quality Inn again.

First off, the floors were filthy. Took my shoes off and my socks to be comfortable, after about 5 minutes, the bottom of my feet were black. My feet actually stuck to the bathroom floor. The shower leaked and dripped all night and day long. The bathroom floor was wet next to the shower and under the sink. There were gnats flying around everywhere. The comforter on the beds were damp where they were not left in the dryer long enough to dry completely. All of the bedding were stained with coffee, blood, and who knows what else. There are no drawers to put clothes in, only a couple of shelves. Worst 2 night stay I ever had at a Quqlity Inn Hotel.

This hotel gave us motel quality. The rooms were renovated, but it was not a high quality renovation. We stayed in an executive king room. The couch looked dirty. The white linens were stained. The toilet seat appeared to have dirt varnished into it somehow. We found dead moths in the room as well. It was an okay place to stay for the price, but don’t expect anything great. The desk staff were nice though.

We stayed there paid extra for a jetted bathtub that didn’t work. Tried to call the front desk and let them know and they never answered. When I went to check out they tried telling me that it worked. I’m not stupid. I know how to work a jetted tub. He never even offered to show me that it worked. I tried to get the difference I paid and they told me no. The bed is hard as a rock and the sink in the bathroom only had ice cold water. They don’t sweep the floors either. Hair all over and dirt.

I have stayed at the property on and off for the better part of 20 years. I have seen a decline at the property but was always clean and nice. They are/ or have refurbished most if not all the rooms there and are very nice. However on this stay we found bed bugs! They did move our room since we figured if we had them then why take them to another hotel. We weee informed that it had been about a year since there last bed bug sighting. We were very concerned and cautious when getting home. We never found any but fumigated vehicle, all clothing and truck bed. We bagged up all closed and laundromat bound. This is a shame , always enjoyed going there but I can say that it will be my last.

They are renovating their hotel and this was not told to us. We were given a room that had no weather stripping on the door, bugs came in the entire time. The bathroom door mirror was cracked, and the bathroom door didn’t shut. The hot water took about two minutes to get hot for a shower. The faucet handle was loose and water shot out. The satellite for the tv never gave a continuous signal.

The room was clean, bed was comfy and it had a coffee pot, microwave and fridge. WiFi was good also.
They are remodeling the hotel so there was trash and bed frames, and furniture all over the place. Parking was difficult and inconvenient because of rugs and trash bins in the way.
I couldn't watch TV because I couldn't figure out the remote. The volume was stuck on 72 and it either went to mute or back to 72. It wouldn't let me turn it down. And finding a channel to watch was another ball game. So I finally gave up.
Plus there was one stairwell that one of the steps had a large hole in the middle of it. It wasn't the best stay.

I would not recommend staying at this property. Upon checking out, I received a second charge on my credit card. I called the property to see what the issue was, and I was accused of stealing two towels and two rags for a total of $70. The lady that answered the phone was very rude about this and did not give me any options to dispute the charge. This is very shady business practices and a dirty way to run a business.

Nothing wrong with the property; it’s just an older hotel and showing it’s age. It was clean, safe, and comfortable, just nothing fancy.

One interesting comment: the pool is listed in the advertisement and property description and I let the pool affect my decision and selection in choosing to stay there. However, the pool was closed, covered, and NOT available for use.

I confirmed a 2 night stay with a standard room, king bed, no smoking and assessable. Our room was on the second floor, no elevator! Being handicapped I cannot do steps easy. This created a problem. AT THIS POINT IM TIRED AND FRUSTRATED So the lady at front desk gave us a room on the first floor. Double beds, not handicapped assessable. And a smoking room. Charged me additional $$$ (61.00 each day) AGAIN I confirmed my stay through Expedia and got an exceptional price, again my confirmation said standard room, king bed , no smoking and assessable. ALSO- the outdoor pool was not opened (green water) and our toilet wouldn’t flush! I will never stay here again!!!! Sorry, have stayed there before and there was bo problem NO PROBLEM IN THE PAST! Toilet did not work in our room. Front desk said they were completely full and couldn't do anything for us. Pool was green and we were hoping to take our granddaughter swimming.

Good location, nice big rooms, comfy beds. The breakfast was everything you could expect. The room I stayed in had a running toilet and the shower rail needed securing. So a nice stay but a little maintenance is needed.

It was not far from our entertainment venue. We checked in and went to our reserved event. Came back and stayed 10 minutes before checking out. We decided to drive home late at night and tired rather than stay. Both husband and I agreed neither of us was going to sleep all night. Hope to hear from management soon on our issue!!!!
