Lobby was clean and tidy, room not so much. Whoever does the maintenance here should be fired. Mold and mildew in the shower, paint splatter all over everything in the bathroom, paper thin walls, lumpy, uncomfortable bed, and a joke of a \"breakfast\". Add to that the yipping dog next door ALL NIGHT LONG, and I can honestly say I will never return to this place. I stayed on a Friday, and there wasnt many cars in the parking lot when I arrived at 9pm....should have been my first clue as to the inhospitable environment here. I'd stay away from this one....

Checked in at 9:30pm with a very nice, polite reception clerk. Went to room and discovered the inn as being completely run down. Though an obvious effort had been made to clean, there was a musty smell, loud rambling ac unit and we could hear everything from the family in the adjacent room. Bathroom was in poor shape. The bed was uncomfortable and we were unable to sleep. My wife was so distraught and disgusted we checked out 3hrs later and forfeited the stay. Got back on the road and kept driving stopping to sleep a couple hours in our vehicle. Despite a very nice gentleman at the desk, this hotel is a tear down or in need of a complete overhaul.

The computer system was down when I arrived but they still put me in a room and called when the system was back up so we could complete the check-in. It's an older hotel and the price reflects what it is. But it was clean and the staff was great so I would definitely go back.

The trip started poorly. Property mgmt & Expedia are not on the same page. I was told different costs for pets. We were not told by the front desk about amenities. We lost money in the laundry room. Front desk said they'd inform mgmt. We never heard back.

No frills but more than satisfactory.

Clean, basic but clean. Fridge and microwave, comfortable beds. No frills but a very economical stay. The Asian guys work hard at making their hotels accommodating.

I would not hesitate to recommend it to my friends. I wish the guys every success in their venture.

The room we had appeared to be in rather poor shape. Was the cheapest room we selected for an overnight travel stay, but did not know till we checked in that is was a smoking room. We checked in fairly late at night, and was supposedly a last room so accepted it. The room smelled heavy of smoking but initially appeared pretty clean and tidy. The shower wall was cracked. The tissue box only had (x1) kleenex tissue left in it. The bed was super comfortable. Found out in the morning that the textured ceiling had A LOT of blackness to it very much like black mold. Maybe that was from smoking or vaping, but the white walls were very clean. The bed sheets had multiple cigarette burns and maybe a wax stain.
The rest of the facility, grounds and staff was great. Maybe we got the worst room at this hotel location. I feel that room should not have been rented out and we should have moved on to another hotel.

We were skeptical at first, being this is not a huge brand name hotel we are used to, but much cleaner than some of them for sure! I will tell you that the people in the area dont smile when you smile, but we were greeted by a gemtleman with a genuine smile who was kind, funny, and efficiently got us booked in.
I was impressed how clean the lobby and room acrually were. The beds and pillows were super confmy, the room smelled clean, the water is nice and hot and the fridge kept my drinks very cold. The outdoor pool was well kept and relaxing. All of this for such a reasonable rate
We will def come back to stay next time we are in town.

The only reason we will not returning is the pool closed at 8 pm. We have stayed at this hotel many times and never had an issue with pool closing early. So we decided next time we will stay at Hampton inn across the street. We love the Mexican restaurant next to hotel, so now we will just walk across the street and stay at a different hotel.

Great affordable stay for a mini family vacation. Staff very friendly, helpful to make our stay work for us. Adjoining rooms on quieter side of complex.
Rooms clean, tv, microwave, frig in each room. Bathrooms are dated and need some bleach to caulking on shower walls. But for the price well worth the stay. Continental breakfast.
Nice clean outdoor pool.
Convenient location to restaurants and area attractions.

Toliet would flush when it wanted- had the guy at front desk come. He finally got to flush and then the next day was not flushing again. I was told that he would call his manager and never heard back. Bathroom light also had problems turning on- had to keep pushing the switch until it would finally go on. Remote also barely worked and when i pushed the buttons on the side of the tv it would only change input.

Only small complaint was little mold in bathroom behind the door and the bathroom door did not shut , the door was bigger than the frame so you just had to hold it shut while using the facilities . Was hopeful for waffles for the kids but it was just cereal and bagels. But it did the job

whoever runs this place needs to be investigated by the health department. The room itself is a biohazard. I had to argue for hours to get a refund- mold growing off the bed frame and walls, broken mirrors and toilets. Reeks of smoke even in the non smoking rooms. to top it off they only have 1 worker and i feel bad for them. if i could add pictures i would. expedia needs to remove this hotel from its offers. unacceptable unclean and disgusting. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. do yourself a favor and get yourself a room across the street. just standing in the room here for 10 minutes made me and my family sick.

3stars. Room was adequate. Pillows were decent sized. Fine place to just sleep for the night. Breakfast was extremely limited. No protein whatsoever. Bread products, cereal & fruits. Coffee, juice. That’s it. 3 tables to sit at in a huge lobby with a ton of hotel rooms. People were standing at the breakfast counter eating because of the limited seating. Pool was open but we didn’t use it. It’s about 15 min from mammoth caves.

Overall it was a good stay. Pool was great. In room 169, there was a dead cockroach and the toilet doesn’t flush unless you continue to hold down the handle. Even then, it’s slow to go down if it does. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast is cereal, toast, bagels, and yogurt. To drink is coffee, orange juice and apple juice. There is Cracker Barrel and McDonalds across the street.

The property I gave a good rating, it was clean, the pool was clean, etc.

Check in I gave a low rating.

I booked a 2 queen bed room, arrived went to the room and it was a 1 bed room.

Went back to the front desk, I showed her my reservation that it said 2 queen room.

She looked and her side on her computer said 1, and started asking me questions if I changed or made any changes like I was lying.

She made a few phone calls and informed me her side showed 1 bed and I wouldn’t have got a 2 bed for the price I paid.

I informed her I used key cash also to book it.

She said she would move us but I had to pay $10 more, or I could call hotels.com.

We were tired and I was frustrated so I paid it and chalked it up.

The property is ok, I would suggest calling to make sure you get what you pay for.

Id prolly stay somewhere else next time for the way I was treated.

Was great except the room we were staying in had a gap on sides and bottom of door thus allowing bugs to get in. Other than cosmetic issues told it needed remodeling. Pool was amazing on the outdoor patio. Beds were very comfy n cozy. Walkable to the Mexican restaurant for food. Customer service was amazing and the light breakfast was good.

I like the hard floors (no carpet) and the rooms were clean and updated. Plenty of outlets. The outside needs updates but the pool was very nice and clean. I didn't like needing to walk on the outside of the hotel to get to the front desk. They dont permit guests to use the pass through door by the pool. They also track how many pool towels they give you by your room number. Which worries me they are going to charge me if they cant find one in my room when they clean it. The biggest issue we had was they deactivated our room keys in the morning so we always had to leaving someone in the room when we packed things up in the morning. We nearly got locked out of our rooms with purses and valuables inside. I have never had a hotel do this. Mind you check out was 11am and we noticed the keys deactivated at 8am. I told the desk about it and he said he would tell his boss but by that time we were already packed up. The room was worth the value and stay but the policies and practices of management are nothing i have encountered before at any other hotel.
