We needed a place to stay overnight and to park or car. That is what we got. A shower that was not cold, or a bed that had the floor under it cleaned, a curtain not held together by safety pins, or creme cheese or butter for toast... all of these things would have been nice to have, but were not provided.

hole in closet to the bathroom with jetted tub. The room needs to be remodeled badly and not all jets in tub worked. Wifi kept cutting in and out. Phone had no cord to connect to the wall and some lights didnt work. Blankets had stains.

Was by far the worst room i have ever seen and ive stay at some crap holes. The tube had 3\" of standing water in it when we checked in and had mold all aroind the caulking. Also had mold on the window curtains and ceiling.

The place was nasty. And dirty. Nothing like pictured. We were given a dirty room first time, rooms were switched out after going back to office. My room smelled HEAVILY of cigarette smoke. BLACK mold on the walls, tiles broken off the wall revealing a hole next to bathtub. Mysterious water on the floor. Breakfast was JUST bagles and muffins. The guy at the counter couldnt be bothered to set up the breakfast stuff. Another customer did it. Waffle maker was broken. Front desk guy stared us down and was incredibly rude.

Check in was sad… staff could not get us checked in as room was marked dirty. Offered upgrade for a fee then checked the room and it was deemed “clean.” I asked for recommendations of things to do he had no idea. Ceiling is covered in mold, spiders and webbing, it also cover the window treatments and toilet room ceiling. The curtains would not stay closed I had to use a hair clip to close them. Could not get hot water in the evening, thank God we got it at 5 am. No one in the lobby at 6am nor any breakfast or coffee set up. Shortly after 7 there was juice and coffee with the ability to make a waffle. The room stank of stale cigarettes. The property was not safe feeling. The door lock on our room was pulled out of the wall. Even with the cheap price this was horrendous. Oh yeah and our room faced the highway so loud as can be.

I've stayed at this location multiple times. Rooms are hit or miss on quality ranging from crumbling walls to completely normal room. However, it's clean and safe for travel. Reccomend the non-smoking side for the best quality room.

Plus: The staff was beyond helpful, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the parking was convenient. The location is easy to reach off the highway. The refrigerator and microwave worked well.
Cons: in need of maintenance. Big hole in carpet, spackle on wall repair not painted. Desk chair was defective, the level mechanism was broken, so the seat was about a foot off the ground. The laundry machines were not working.
Biggest Plus: Horse Cave's Hidden River Cave is only a few minutes from the motel. It's a must-see!

Unfortunately, my stay was NOT enjoyable. There were people up late into the night (Wednesday). The Cable was out. I found it out in my room. I complained, WHY didn’t they tell me that at Check In? A $50 CASH fee is held and is returned in the morning. Not sure why. They didn’t check my room before I left. It’s just an inconvenience. I found roaches in the bathroom. Disappointing…

When I pulled into the parking lot, there were a lot of people hanging around the parking lot and up on the balconies. Some of them were hooting at my son and I. I felt very unsafe. We walked into the room. It was filthy Stained gross. Even though I could not get a full refund and at the time, I didn’t even know if there was in Hotel with openings near us I canceled my stay paid the one night that I was regard to Pay and left and found a safer and Cleaner hotel.

This property is in terrible repair, and the rooms are disgusting. It appeared that it has not been vacuumed maybe ever. Mystery substances everywhere. Cobwebs all over the place. It is just absolutely disgusting. We stayed the first night because of the late hour that we arrived with exhausted teenagers, but did not stay the second night that was reserved. Employee stated that they were not allowed to spend any money to update and that she didn't blame us for going elsewhere. This place is so terrible that it really should be shut down. I've always experienced reasonable accommodations for the price with Quality Inn, but this place does not even approach their standard. I highly recommend that you spend a little more and stay in a place that's decent.

The worst hotel I’ve ever experienced, SO DIRTY

The room was disgusting! There were several spots of blood on the walls, yes BLOOD. The floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in months, the ceiling was literally falling into the room in one corner. There were a few broken windows on a few of the. other rooms and they had just covered the broken spots with tape. It smelled absolutely horrid. We walked into the room and immediately walked back out to go to the front desk and ask for a refund. They had a man that was “security” walking around the property. He was in jeans, a black shirt and black sunglasses. As we were getting back into our vehicle to leave he was walking around taking photos of everyone’s license plates. I’m sure had we stayed, we would have found many other issues.

Something was leaking and made the floor wet and sticky all night. Got in and the tv was disconnected and while the desk agent \"tried\" to help, i had to figure out which connection cord was the proper one to get the tv to work. At that time we were too tired and just went to bed.

The room was in disrepair, curtains were dirty, marks on walls, something stuffed in the peep hole in the door. I moved out the night stand to look for an outlet and it hasn't been cleaned in a very long time back there. The room was musty and smelled like a damp basement. There were cracks between the door and the door jamb so you clearly could see daylight. The sheets were clean, the toilet was clean, and the air conditioner worked (although old and dirty) but the there is obviously no pride of ownership.

Very run down, some of the windows on the building were cracked and the curtains were shredded. Bead spread had cigarette burns, one sheet had stains, chair had big black stain, ceiling and walls had nasty looking stains like water damage or bug guts? Bathtub paint was peeling. Deadbolt broken. Tv and AC worked and pool looked nice. Had a fridge and microwave although I did not check them. Overall, my family and I just felt a little disgusted here, we packed up and drove straight home instead of sleeping.

The overall experience was poor. From very few breakfast items to no plates or utensils or cups, the free breakfast was lacking each day. Our bathroom door was attached with a paint can opener painted to match the door. It looked like mold on the wall behind the night stand. Dead bug in our ice bucket with no liner. Carpet was so dirty our feet were filthy if we took our shoes off. Front desk service was hit or miss. It looked like the employees kids were skating and biking around the hotel and lobby. I would not recommend at all.

This place is nothing like the pictures, which appear to be from when this place first opened. The room smelled like an ashtray. The bed had stains all over it and food crumbs. Dead bugs everywhere. Food wrappers all in the couch. The entire room was not clean. Description said separate bedroom which was also false. The woman at the front desk was not friendly and you could tell she either didn’t want to be there or she was on something. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

I checked out after 20 minutes in the room and went to the hotel across the street. Many things wrong with the room. Terrible odor, broken and cracked shower floor, toilet was loose, leaking holes in the ceiling, floors and drapes were wet, walls were dirty, bed was dirty. It looked very worn out part of the rooms that were not updated. It looked like they had not been lived in. In our case the carpet needed to be changed. It felt crunchy. The room we were given totally everything needed to be replaced. There were cracks on the floor of the shower, the lamps had holes in them and were messed up stained and mold on the ceiling. There was an unlocked door to a passageway that ran a lot. All the other rooms for the electrical etc. It was not secure. And the lock on the main door to our room had been kicked in at one time and never properly repaired.

Going to contact Corporate Quality Inn, this place was like something out of a scary movie.
Filthy, it was sn old Motel, and it has not been cleaned or updated since the Quality Inn took over.
Quality Inn, should not let anyone stay there until it is cleaned and updated. It makes their reputation look extremely bad.

There is not one category that one could comment positive on, please go to the property and start with the drapes their dry rotted and tattered looking much like a haunted house. Then move inside to the sticky remotes that do not work, the spiders in the bathtub multiple the front door looks like it was about beat off the hinges. Again there is nothing positive that I can comment on but call me and I'll be much more colorful.

I made the mistake of opening the nightstand drawer and found a live cockroach that I had to kill with the bible.
There was no TV remote in our room, the room door was jacked up at the bottom and the popcorn ceiling was starting to peel.

Booked here for pool and breakfast. Pool was not open for season, breakfast was VERY limited and there was almost no where to sit. Rooms were dirty, we booked a non-smoking room and there were ashes on the bible and in the night stand drawer, ashes on the carpet in front of the TV. Clearly a vacuum was not used before our stay. The room stunk and the beds were very firm and uncomfortable. The other patrons were loud and it was disruptive. Would not stay here again.

This place is absolutely disgusting! I do not recommend it to anyone! And the staff was not helpful at all anytime someone asked for help with replacing items that were low during breakfast. There were a lot of upset customers when we were there. Only stayed for a few hours in the middle of the night, stayed fully clothed and used our own bedding then left immediately after the terrible breakfast experience. We will never stay here again.

It can be a little noisy being so close to the interstate. If given the option get a room on the backside. Be ready to wait on hot water as it was about 3 minutes to heat up in the sink. It was about half that time for the shower.
There were a couple of light bulbs out but the lighting was adequate.
The internet was good but it is open. Think about that before opening anything important.
It's not a bad place, just a little rundown.

For $50 I honestly didn’t think it was that bad.

Cons:
Our door was kind of broken and cold air was coming in through it. We could see outside so that was scary. And our blinds were broken so.
There were also some weird holes in the walls where we could literally see outside and into other rooms. Which was very scary but thankfully we didn’t see anyone on the toilet.
The carpet was pretty dirty and didn’t look like it had been vacuumed in a while.
There was mold in the bathroom and the shower floor was broken.
I almost busted my head on the walkway because there was a lot of ice and I don’t think they put any salt down.

Pros:
The bed was very clean and comfortable. I didn’t feel yucky sleeping in it.
While the shower floor was broken it was a big shower and great water pressure! Big enough for two, if not possibly even three or four people.
There were teas and coffee to make in our room.
The continental breakfast was not bad at all even though it was small. The waffle maker was very fun to have.
When we got to our room the heat was already running and it was very cozy.
The night management was very nice.
The TV not only worked great but we got to watch a Marvel movie on it and that was fun.
The room smelled clean even though it was old.

I would give it a solid 4 out of 10 simply because of the outdatedness and such but for $50 it was worth it.

We did not stay. After seeing the room, we went to the libby and asked for a refund. The room was horrible. Dirty, moldy, and the shower curtain was in the floor with metal fixtures on it. The bathtun had black particles in it. I was tols i would get a refund and a confirmation email, but I never got the email. We had to purchase a room at another hotel. I want my refund.
