Hotel itself doesn’t really deserve a 3-star rating. The shower door is almost impossible to close, there are a lot of poorly done repairs in the room, and overall the place feels outdated.
That said, the staff is amazing. The front desk is always smiling and genuinely willing to help. Breakfast is decent, and the staff there is great too.

Food at breakfast not great however a very friendly wait staff named Ayamur The check-in was slow and reception did not pay attention to the order that people came in. We were given incorrect information about taxis and most people were not friendly. The bed was uncomfortable and the coffee horrific. And the room was hot. Overall experience was negative and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed 5 nights. The whole hotel is clean, beds are comfortable, and breakfast was wonderful. Although the staff are not fluent in English, they try very hard to please customers. The only thing that I had difficulties with was water pressure and hot water. During shower, the water pressure changes frequently and hot water comes intermittently. I couldn’t adjust the right mix of hot and cold water. This may be a systemic issue. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable.

Short stay with them. The toilet has little moulds in the bottom shower. There was no heating and staff cannot speak English properly and we also decided not to ask/seek help from them. Breakfast selection was good and location is good too.

It was a nice experience, the staff were very polite and helpful. Our only issue was with the air condition, it wasn't cool enough so we had to borrow an air cooler on the second night onwards as the room was too warm without it. The complimentary breakfast was okay.

The AC was not working well, and it was very hot during the day, muggy and hot at night. We had a horrible night sleep. They were supposed to bring us a fan, but that did not take place u til the second night. We slept well the second night. They were courteous and respectful. Just need to fix their AC.

My partner and I spent 2 weeks here and had a great time. All the staff were great but in particulars our housekeeping lady Sanya was lovely and very accommodating. Always with such a warm smile. As a wheelchair user I found that getting into a little difficult but once in everything was fine. And we did find that staff were always there always in hand to help us. We had room service one night an though the menu was limited the food was good. We had a room on the 6th floor with a Terrace which had an amazing view of the city and the sea. We happily returned next time we go to Istanbul. I did find getting the city was fairly easy for me to wheel around in my chair so would go back.

The staff booked the Bosphorous tour for us where we were picked up and dropped off at the hotel lobby.

Small room, bad layout, windows has no view, noisy aircon, 2 single beds instead of 1 double bed, malfunction hand shower, empty shower gel dispenser, no parking (had to use Holiday Inn's parking facility for a fee), only 1 power socket in the room at the dressing desk... Bad experience for this Ramada hotel.

The property is under renovation, the renovated rooms need update to get to standards. Bathroom door are none functional, we did change rooms 2x, then they allowed us to leave, they would not let us leave the first night when we checked in and found out that what we booked online is not matching description, the staff showed us multiple rooms, none of the rooms conditions was worth 100 Euro, difficult experience, property and price are not at value of the area, :(

Was terrible stay there was construction next door to my room and couldn't sleep or work and I complain many times and they didn't listen and I complain to hotels.com equally didn't care and I ask for a refund they refused i asked them to change my own they refused and they just said it is what it is and I had to live with the noise for 2 full days, don't go there. The rooms are not suitable for family for example, mother and child etc as the bathroom has tinted glass, no wall or solid doors and the pedson inside is visible. When asked to cancel 2 nights out of my 3 nigts they didnt. I wouldnt recommend.

We stayed at Ramada for 4 nights and the stay was very comfortable. On the first night we got 2 different rooms on 2 different floors (we were staying with our 2 teenagers). On the next day the manager was very kind and we changed our rooms to a family room and that also for free of charge. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

I felt very uncomfortable with this hotel that I left after the first night when I paid for 2 nights. No privacy to use the toilet or shower when you have a second person in the room.

DO NOT BOOK! This hotel does not look as advertised. It is very dirty, dull and outdated. Rooms are very small and dirty and covered in dust and after complaining and switching rooms 3 times, all the rooms were horrible. You cannot breathe in these rooms because of the dust. Construction work till 2am will not let you sleep and the hotel will do nothing about it. They have refused a refund even though I complained several times and changed rooms 3 TIMES. Absolutely disgusting , do not stay here unless you want horrible sleep and dirty tiny rooms!!
