Sort out the ant infestation

Was here for 2 nights used as a crash pad. The room was ok, there was an ant infestation in the bathroom. Other than that ok… expensive compared to other better hotels nearby

Excellent location to public transport

We felt very comfortable and relaxed at the hotel. Staff were very helpful. A bath, as well as a shower, was most welcome. Bathrobes were also provided. Coffee and tea making facilities were appreciated.

Very nice hotel! Rooms are small but functional. Staff is friendly. Good, quiet location right on the tramline; easy to get to the town center and the major attractions. The area seemed safe and the hotel is within a short walk to grocery stores. There’s a McDonald’s nearby for cappuccino in the morning.

Stayed in Graz on the way to Corinthia. Lovely hotel with a view of the castle and the old town. The staff were brilliant and the breakfast amazing.
Graz is a hidden gem, a gorgeous city that doesn't get the recognition it deserves.

Disgusting dirty old place

That’s a disgrace to call this place a “best western plus”. It is definitely not. It’s old, but not historic old - it’s stinky and rundown old: the mattresses are probably from the 60s, but there are some kind of covers put on top of them to hide it. You cannot sleep in those beds because you go all the way down - that’s how bad the mattresses are. We asked to exchange the room and were given the same type of a room but on a different floor. I am so disgusted by this place. It’s also dirty and there is somebody's hair all over the bed, stains on the sheets. There was even an ant trap in a bathroom. Really? Call yourselves “Motel 6” and there won’t be any questions. But “Best Western Plus”? Seriously?

Nice hotel but no gym

Nice hotel, rooms are a little on the small side but bathroom is big. They have a 24 hour bar. Sauna is good. The promised gym however does not exist. A bike and a stepper next to the saunado not qualify as fitness facility (not sure what American women would be thinking when they are working out with the view of naked men coming out of the sauna...).

Business travel in Graz

Booked for a group meeting customers in Graz. Room was very comfortable. Location was less than a mile from the city center and easy to walk to restaurants. Breakfast was nice with good options. They have a bar area but I never used. Used tables in dining area to discuss business with others in the group. This was also closely located to the main train station. I was able to walk to the hotel from the train, but they have above ground cable cards that take you throughout the city as well. I would stay again.

The Hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable. We arrived after 9:00 pm and there was no parking left and we had to find a place on the street. The only street parking available was about three blocks away. We unloaded our luggage at the hotel and then parked the car,

Graz was a very interesting city and we were glad to had visited there.

I spent there 2 days with my wife . Nice superior rooms. The extra charge for breakfast makes it quite expensive, but you can get a nice one at a close distance, Convenient as a point for excursions in the area . Good public transportation to the city centre and local attractions.

Fantastic price and service with a smile

The rooms are clean and comfortable, nothing was too much bother for the staff from keeping the bar open late to opening the breakfast room early for departing guests. Service with a smile. Would definitely recommend whether for a ski trip, visit to Maribor for a sporting event or just passing through.

Nice and German (Austrian) clean. Good beds and bathroom. Next time I would just prefer to stay in a room that doesn't look on on of the 2 main streets. Didn't like a high breakfast 14 euro extra charge. And there was no place for my car in the Hotels garage. It was full. But would stay there again. Although it's a little overpriced. For my opinion it should be about 70 - 80 euro with breakfast.

Everything was good, nice hotel, very clean, has private garage. The only negatives are internet connection (very slow, not working for moments) and two/separated mattresses within one king size bed. Despite that, hotel staff was very helpful and answered to all our requests promptly. All in all, I would recommend this hotel for a business stay or leisure.

Nice place to stay

This hotel is about 10 miles from Beale Street and a lot cheaper than staying closer towards the city. It is a very easy drive back and forth and definitely worth it to save on the costs of the closer hotels. Very family oriented, lots of church groups, kids sports teams, etc.

Camera molto pulita, anche se un pò piccola. Struttura in buono stato di manutenzione (non ottimo, qualcosa sarebbe da aggiornare: dispenser sapone in bagno perde, il tubo della doccia è sfilacciato). Colazione con buona scelta tra dolce e salato. Posizione ideale sia per centro (15 min a piedi) che per destinazioni di lavoro fuori città. Rapporto generale qualità / prezzo discreto

A good hotel with a good parking garage

A good hotel with a good parking garage if you are travelling by car. We got a good room for three travellers. The room was bigger and had everything we needed. Friendly and helpful staff.

Können wir weiter empfehlen. Wichtiger Kritikpunkt: Frühstück kleine Auswahl an Wurstwaren, bitte mehr Putenwurst oder so. Und leider wurde nie wieder mehr aufgefüllt, wenn leer war. Das ist ein absolutes NOGO

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer für 4 Personen. Das Hotel ist sicher kein 4-Sterne -Hotel, bestenfalls ein 3 Sterne-Hotel. Wir hatten auf jeden Fall mehr erwartet.

Nel complesso la struttura è comoda e ben attrezzata. Il buffet della colazione è buono, basterebbe qualche piccolo accorgimento per renderlo perfetto. Sono rimasto male solo per la mancanza della zona fitness. Sul sito si segnalava la presenza della palestra e c'era pure una foto in cui era possibile vedere una bici da spinning ed un cross trainer ma che evidentemente non sono più presenti.

Una camera già occupata

parcheggio interno (a pagamento e disponibilità limitata), camera stile business, funzionale, non troppo grande, buona colazione.
Segnalo problema nell'assegnazione della stanza: mi danno una chiave, entro in stanza e trovo giacca, gonna, stivali ... insomma mi è stata data chiave di una stanza già occupata (in quel momento l'ospite non era in camera). L'idea che possa verificarsi tale errore e uno sconosciuto possa entrare nella tua stanza non credo sia degno di un 4 stelle.

Der Aufenthalt war soweit io. Sehr freundliches Personal. Leider ein no Go war Reinigungsmittel im Frühstücksraum neben Besteck und Brotkorb! Dieses wurde zur Reinigung der Tische und Stühle während unserer Anwesenheit gebraucht. Auch die Toilette könnte mit wenig Aufwand sauber gemacht werden (fürs Auge)

Preis vs. Leistung wirklich in Ordnung. Vor allem hat man begriffen, dass man auch in Österreich Zimmer mit Klimaanlagen benötigt, nicht nur in Kroatien etc. Dadurch hat man eine angenehme Nachtruhe und schwitzt sich nicht \"weg\". Diese Investition muss man einfach schätzen!

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, was definitiv als Geschäftsreise nicht zu akzeptieren ist. Keine Möglichkeit einen Koffer abzulegen und zwischen Bett und Schreibtisch knapp 60 oder 70 Zentimeter Platz hat.

Buona posizione - no parcheggio

Buona posizione a 10-15min a piedi dal centro. Camera spaziosa e molto pulita.
Buona e varia colazione.
Aspetto negativo: anche se hotel dichiara di avere un parcheggio, in realtà questo non era disponibile e ho lasciato macchina in un garage esterno (17€ per notte). In alternativa da cercare posto libero per strada

Fint gennemrejse hotel

Fik et stort penthouse værelse til 3 personer med dejlig udsigt over Graz, værelset begynder at fremstå letter slidt og sengene var meget hårde.
Værelset var meget pænt rent og vi kunne ikke høre naboer eller nogen på gangen
Havde tilkøbt morgenmad da vi var på gennemrejse, Det var en stor lækker morgenmads buffet med alt hvad hjertet begære, dog var de ikke for hurtige til at få fyldt op eller ryddet af bordene.

Das Hotel ist ein bißchen in die Jahre gekommen, etwas modernere Zimmer wären schon mal eine Investition wert. Bei kleineren Problemen helfen die sehr engagierten und angenehm freundlichen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sofort und unkompliziert weiter. Ebenso ist das Frühstück hervorragend! Sauberkeit im Bad ist definitiv verbesserungswürdig (Waschbeckenabfluss voller Haare) Ansonsten alles prima, ich habe mich auf meiner Geschäftsreise gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Vielen Dank und gerne wieder!
