Breakfast was very nice although no allergen labels and no GF options offered for bread etc. Free WiFi was slow and spotty (they push the paid premium options which i find annoying). Requested quiet room but I was right over the garage (annoying noise). Work table /chair not adjustable and really uncomfortable. So I guess another room and paid WiFi upgrade would help….? Close to the Uni so good for visiting colleagues.

It’s a rather new hotel, functional and clean. But it could also be located in Stuttgart, Linz etc. to me there is a lack of character. Same fir the breakfast. No nice and local cheese, ham etc. nothing special. Very mediocre. What I did not enjoy is the fact that I asked for cleaning and they didn’t. Minimal conversations at the reception as well. No additional information or offers, no asking if everything was alright. There is mire Potenzial. The hotel is also well located

The hotel was nice and the room was good. Location was great. The only criticism i have was the breakfast was very under par. There were not enough coffee cups. Much of the food was running out and not being replenished. I would rate it 5/10, definitely not worth the €23 they charged.

This property was great. It was super clean and had great smelling hair and body set. The check in area had complimentary water and some candy which was delicious. The reason I knocked one star was because the shower did not drain easily and when we asked them to come clear it, it took 2 phone calls and 30 minutes. Additionally, it didn't seem like it was actually resolved as they just pushed a lot of product down the drain and when we went to take another shower, it still drained slowly. Not a huge deal though as we only stayed one night, but worth noting.

This hotel is very close to many historical sites in this medieval city. The clock tower is at the near-top of the city. You can walk up an easy road or take the stairs from another entrance. The hotel is near the university and it is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, bars, high-end shops, and just over the river is a farmer’s market. The hotel is comfortable and modern, the breakfast is amazing. It is a wonderful place to stay for anyone who wants to learn and enjoy this amazing city. Check out the knights in the armory to throw you back into the Middle Ages.

I have stayed at NH properties before and have come to trust this brand. I was excited to stay at this hotel, although it was considerably more money than a hotel I stayed in Graz (located across town). The hotel did not leave a favorable impression. For example, I was given a room across from the elevators--and all night (for a week) heard the clattering of guests outside my door. Cleaning staff also positioned the clearing of bottles and plates/glasses outside my door too. A lot of noise for one guest to handle! The cleaning staff seemed exhausted--as my floors were rarely swept during my stay. One day, I found an old bandaid outside my door.

The hotel was fine and breakfast and bar service good. However, the reception staff were not exceptionally helpful or welcoming. Our room suffered an electrical outage at 11pm on our first night (all lights and air-conditioning ceased to work) and the reaction of staff seemed to be to blame us! We did get moved to another room but no apology or feedback.

Der Beginn war toll. Ein netter Empfang von einer etwas gestressten Mitarbeiterin. Sie war allein an der Rezeption und die Leute haben sich quasi gestapelt. Sie hat sich aber Zeit für jeden genommen. Das Zimmer war dann der erste Tiefschlag. Leider war die Grundreinigung nur sehr dürftig erledigt worden, sodass nicht einmal gesaugt wurde und überall Staubflusen lagen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und das Personal dort auch sehr zuvorkommend. Am Tag der Abreise fiel das Reinigungspersonal erneut negativ auf. Es gibt keine Zwischenreinigung aufgrund der Covid-19 Maßnahmen, was auch völlig verständlich ist. Weshalb dann aber eine Putzkraft am Abreisetag vor 9 Uhr die Tür aufreißt um zu merken, dass das Zimmer noch besetzt ist, erschließt sich uns nicht. 20 Minuten später und nach einem erneuten Reinplatzen sahen wir uns dann genötigt, das „Bitte nicht stören Schild“ herauszuhängen. Als wir dann das Zimmer verließen fragte und sofort eine Reinigungskraft, aus welchen Zimmer wir gekommen sind. Der Checkout verlief wieder gut, da diesmal 2 Angestellte die Gäste abwickelten. Als wir dann am späten Nachmittag unseren deponierten Koffer abholen wollten mussten wir, aufgrund einer wieder gestressten und allein arbeitenden, aber sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiterin, erneut 20 Minuten warten.
Alles in Allem ist uns das Reinigungspersonal sehr negativ aufgefallen und die Besetzung der Rezeption muss erhöht werden.
