Excellent hotel right next to the train station and easy access to city transportation. There are super markets in the station and restaurants in the area. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The staff was very helpful. We got a huge room and free city transportation passes for our stay.

This is definitely not a 4 star and just barely a 3 star. Breakfast was terrible especially for how much we paid for the hotel. By far the worst stay.

Clean modern hotel with excellent staff and facilities. Room was too warm though and could not drop the temperature so we had to leave the window open, even at night. Close to station and shops ....so convenient .

2 nights in Graz

Had two nights in Graz and needed to be close to the railway station. The Inter-City hotel is basically next door and you can get to it from the southern end of platform 1 via some stairs down to street level. Room was very clean and comfortable, check in staff were very good, even put up with me trying to practice my German.

Stayed 2 nights for business, as it was close to my meeting. A 20 minute walk into to Graz, but not a problem as I like walking. Directly opposite the railway station, so if you are using the train, it is in a great position.

Weiß nicht

das Zimmer war prima, aber sie haben ein Abkommen mit DE Hotels und einem VIP Zugang. Das werde ich auch melden an hotels.com. Es soll für Gold Kunden einen Upgrade geben. Diesen gewähren sie nicht, obwohl sie einen Vertrag, ein Abkommen oder was auch immer mit Hotels kommen haben. Sie halten Sie aber nicht daran. Okay place but the \"single\" beds are about as wide as a stick of butter. If you're the type to toss and turn in your sleep, make sure the beds are shoved together or you'll end up on the floor.

Convenient to train station,about 20 minute walk to old town. Room was very hot even with air-conditioning. The bathroom had a glass wall, with sheer curtain and very small piece solid curtain, not a lot of privacy.

Very good and modern hotel at the train station

A very good and modern hotel. It was a very rainy day so i was happy that after arriving by train i didn't have to walk too much in the rain as the hotel was very close to the station. The room was very clean and modern, i liked the wallpaper map of Graz a lot. There is a big bottle of complimentary quality water and there is also a fridge in the room. Breakfast was good although the staff could not keep up with the big number of guests, it wasn't easy to find and empty table and most of those still had the leftover plates from the earlier guests.

As soon as we arrived there was no one at the reception. Another lady asked if we needed service and went to tell another lady to help us. After that the check in was easy and fast. Hotel is close to the main train station. Room was for a good price.T room was very spacious. I liked the shower head. Beds were not soft. The room had good accommodations for people with disabilities. Asked for a different room, but was way more expensive although the hotel didn’t seem to be very busy. Old town is good proximity and supermarket, restaurants and shops are very close as well. It was a good stay for a couple of days.

Hotel is modern and conveniently located near train station and town. Easy walk to old town area and all the attractions. Rooms were a good size by Europe standards, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was roomy and enjoyed the rainfall walk in shower. Staff was friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast had lots of hot and cold selections and was good quality. Overall very pleased with my stay. Good quality for the price.

I gathered that this was a new chain of properties being set up to provide B&B close to a railway station. It was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The one minor problem was the trams which emerged from a tunnel ca 100yds down the road and which were uniquely audible to a small degree. Nontheless, I would use that Hotel or others of its ilk again.

Not a nice place to stay, staff unfriendly and not very helpful. No ice, rooms not ready when expected, area around the hotel is not super nice or friendly. Room is weird and unpleasant with views to a dirty train station with lots of homeless and vagrants. Would never stay or recommend the hotel or area to stay while in Graz.

Clean and Convenient hotel, but I have been asked to pay additional on arrival, even I have made the booking for 2 adults + 1 child, but the allocated room is not big enough, so the reception said we need to have an upgrade, thus paid EUR 21 extra... not sure if hotels.com did it wrong or the hotel did it wrong, but I had no choice but paid for extra as I don't want my family waiting for over 30mins for checking in after a long drive.

Es war super. Lediglich die Schiebetür (besser eine richtige Tür) im Bad war störend und das man denjenigen im Bad beobachten kann wenn abends dort Licht brennt.

Wer immer schon seinen Partner in der Nacht wecken möchte, wenn die Toilette aufsuchen möchte (oder muss), wird erfeut sein: Wenn Sie im Bad / Toilettenraum in der Nacht, während Ihr Partner schläft, das Licht einschalten, wird auch das Zimmer hell erleuchtet. Grund? Den Toilettenbereich trennt vom restlichen Raum ein großes Fenster mit einer halbtransparenten weißen Gardine. Wer immer schon seinen Partner bei der Verrichtung der Notdurft beobachten wollte, hier wirde der Wunsch erfüllt. Es gibt einen etwa einen Meter breiten lichtundurchlässigen Sichtschutz, der aber nicht verhindert, dass der Schlafbereich hell erleuchtet wird - außer nimmer das Smartphone zur Hand und nutzt es als Beleuchtung. Unvertständlicher Architektengimmick.
