The people here were wonderful, friendly and mostly helpful. It was unfortunate that the room was roasting hot and the aircon didn’t impact the temperature. When it is 90F outside and 80F inside it is a bit stifling. But that is the only bad thing to say. Otherwise enjoyed the location and staff

We stayed over a week and room service never came to clean the room. I’m not sure if that’s something we have to pay extra for.

Expedia lists this accommodation available for early checkin, but was not the case upon arrival. They have a strict checkin time. This was something we booked specifically for as we were arriving 2hours prior to checkin from a long flight. So please contact hotel, if early checkin is something you also Require prior to booking.

The room offered air conditioning and very comfortable beds. Highly recommend the accommodation !! Once settled into our room, everything was exceptional

We really enjoyed our stay in the B&B Graz-Hbf. The hotel was conveniently located for both the Central Station (7 minutes walk) and the Graz transport network. The tram stop was 2 minutes walk down the street which meant we could quickly get anywhere we wanted. Easy walk into the centre of Graz for restaurants, sight seeing and shopping.
Hotel was clean and staff were very helpful. Rooms were a decent size with daily housekeeping. For the price paid excellent value and would def recommend.

Great area. Super handy for the train station and the main inner city was within walking distance (as well as the tram if you're lazy). Room was spacious and there was Sky Sports on the TV?? There are no room keys, only codes which was handy because there was no issue with forgetting/losing the key, though you had to make sure to remember your code. Staff were nice and helpful.

The room was clean but basic, there was no chair to sit on just a couple of padded stools, no tea or coffee making facilities and almost no English TV channels. The door to the room did not close properly, it clicked closed but there was a gap between the door and the frame, it rattled and you could see the light of the hallway through the gap which did not make it feel very secure and you could hear people in the hallway. The beds were ok, however the reading lights were very bright and cant be moved and basically point right in your face. The bathroom was ok and over all the room was adequate but it was not a room that was particularly nice to spend any time in, luckily that was not our plan. The hotel was adequate for our needs and the location near the train station and the town was good which was one of the main reasons we booked, but would probably not stay there again if we return to Graz

I stayed in Graz to go to the Formula 1 race so the hotel being close to the train station was its biggest benefit. The breakfast was decent too. It’s a bit of a walk from the old town center, but I didn’t mind that so much.

Sleeping for a night through transit..

Overall ok experience.. unfortunately no parking covered found in the hotel as mentioned in the descriprion but when we arrived we had to check in ourselves on the system so noone there to ask for more.. we went around the hotel and finally found on street free until 8 am but we left at 6 am so we were lucky.. the room was clean but the hotel had a smell like it was closed for too long. The corridors have no windows so no fresh air.. same in the room we had to open our windows to freshen the atmosphere. If we couldnt find parking that would be very bad.. there was emergency numbers but we asked people on street if road was safe to park and all said yes so we left it there

Hotel OK, poor shower lets it down .

Hotel B&B hauptbahnhof is like a basic budget UK Travellodge type hotel . Check in was quick and easy. Self check in system was not working so had to use reception anyway .
Room very basic , typical european bed, thin mattress, 2 single quilts on double bed, but reasonably comfy. We slept OK . Shower very poor , very low pressure , not much water and took about 5 minutes before the hot water appeared .
Breakfast basic but good continental fare , boil your own eggs, meats ,cheeses ,cereals and breads. Good coffee .15 to 20 minute walk to Hauptplatz main square and Schlossberg. 25 euros in taxi from airport, but hotel right next to the train station .

The hotel is close to everything you need in Graz. There are markets, restaurants, cafeterias, the train station and many more important places.
The room is really nice, the bed is super comfy and the bathroom is excellent.
I’d book again if I ever go to Graz again 😊

Good complimentary drink dispenser service for guests. Allows guest to make hot drinks like coffee, tea and chocolate. Great cafe space for guests to sit and relax. Would recommend this cosy place to travellers.

Overall we were pleased with the hotel, it’s location, staff and included breakfast. We had an issue finding the underground parking garage. There were 2 garages on the street but neither were numbered, so we went around the block a few times trying to find it. We finally chose the right one. We were fold to follow the signs to the hotel but there was only one sign, so we drove and walked around a few times, finally calling the hotel to ask where they were. You need to take the stairs or elevator to the ground floor. If you look to the right and across the street, you will see the hotel. A bit more clarity with the instructions and perhaps another sign in the underground parking would help.

We had asked for a room with twin beds but ended up with 2 adjoining rooms each with 2 twin beds and a bathroom with shower in between. There was lots of closet space but the twin beds were pushed together.

The breakfast was very good and included eggs you boil for the desired time yourself, several types of bread, yogurt, cereal, cheeses, some cold cuts, and great coffee and teas that you make yourself.

All in all, a nice no frills hotel for a reasonable price. The front desk staff also spoke English.

Old hotel with confusing layout

We checked into this hotel at 19:55, just before the reception closes at 20:00. I had seen this in the check-in information email earlier and thought it was very odd for a hotel downtown to not have a 24hr. reception.

After we were given a room, we went through a maze to get to the one side of the hotel which looks to be an old building with the first level and rooms being out of commission. We went ahead to check out our room, which we found to be a single bed (double) instead of the \"2 twin beds\" as advertised during the expedia booking which we paid extra for on an already extremely high price for this level of hotel that night. I went back to the reception right away which of course had left. I then phoned their 24hour number and explained the situation, to which they promised me a call back. Of course after 40 minutes (out eating at this point) they had never phoned back yet. Phoned them back, got a different person on the line, explained my situation again at which point they said they had a different room available.

Instead of someone meeting us at the hotel they had confusing direction (the person I was talking to didn't appear to know the exact layout of the hotel) using a keypad to enter a back door/lock box that wasn't where they said it was etc. We eventually retrieved 2 room keys for another area of the hotel. The new room indeed had two separate beds but not doubles as advertised.

At breakfast, I saw staff unprofessionally bumping into people getting food..

The hotel was very comfortable and the air conditioner worked very well. The bathroom was roomy and water pressure was good. Complaints are few. There was no refrigerator or microwave. I don’t think there was any coffee at all unless you purchased breakfast. Still, a good stay.

We wanted accommodation close to the station and main bus routes and certainly got it. The area around the hotel is rather bleak but it is a comfortable walk or short tram ride to the old town on the other side of the river. Our room was basic but good value for what we paid, although air conditioning would be nice for hot weather such as we experienced during our stay. The staff were helpful.

This is a basic hotel near the train station. Convenient to an extent, though I wish I had known the front desk is only open until 8pm, as instead of crashing upon arrival, I had to stay up to midnight to let my flight-delayed husband into the hotel. I also was looking forward to the specifically advertised \"air conditioning\", but what wasn't clear is that guests have no control over that air conditioning - rather it's engineered into the ceiling, so air flow cannot be moderated. The \"premium bedding\" was a down comforter and a single pillow per person and the \"pillow-top mattress\" was incredibly soft, so I wouldn't recommend this to anyone actually traveling on business and in need of a decent sleep. Still, it provides the basics at a reasonable rate.

The hotel in in a very convenient location, the rooms are well kept and clean, we found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The only dissaointing part was that there was construction on the 5th floor which we weren’t warned bout before our trip, workmen, we’re doing heavy drilling from early in the morning. We also had a few mornings were the workmen were having loud conversations outside our room with someone before 8 in the morning. I would still recommend if you want a comfortable affordable stay!

Nice simple hotel

We stayed two nights in December. The hotel was clean and in very good condition. The rooms were a reasonable size, with the basic requirements - TV, desk, bed, bathroom etc- however, there were no frills in the room such as a kettle or refrigerator. There was some noise from the trams outside, but it did not affect sleep.
The hotel's area was safe, but not overly attractive for a tourist- only a few basic restaurants and a small shopping complex across the road, and a bit depressing. But it was close enough to walk into the old town - around 30 min walk following a main road in. The atmosphere in the old town was much more vibrant.
The breakfasts at Euro 9.90 seemed expensive, but the atmosphere was good and they provided a large range of choices and was good value and we had it both mornings of our stay.
Parking was complicated- it is under the shopping complex across the road, with a 5 min walk to the hotel, but the hotel provided discounted parking (Euro 10.90 per day) over the cost that the shopping complex would charge, so it was reasonable for the area.
Generally a clean and comfortable, no-frills hotel just outside the centre of town at a reasonable price.

Nice Hotel on the Outskirts

I'm surprised this hotel has such a low score. It is within walking distance of public transport, the rooms are clean and comfortable with air conditioning. The staff was very helpful and informative. The facility also had a garage right at the Hotel which we needed for the rental car. Parking spaces in Vienna come at a premium. Although it is about 30 minutes walking to the sights, public transportation is right around the corner.

Top floor room with a view

We booked a quad room expecting just that-1 room, 4 beds. What we got was the corner room on the top floor. There were 2 separate bedrooms and a shared bath. The room with the view had almost floor to ceiling windows that met at one corner of the room and offered a great view of the neighboring park. There was also a balcony that wrapped around 2sides of the room. It was an oasis in the middle of the city.

My traveling companion had trouble finding the parking garage. After seeing her circle the area a couple of times, the gentleman at the desk went out, got in his car and lead her to the entrance. Great service! We enjoyed our \"room with a view\" more than anything we did in Graz.

Family of 2 parents 2 children. Stayed one night.
Hotel is 15 minutes walk from the nice old city. Very comfortable location by central station.
Coffeeshops for breakfast, some shopping and parking lots are close by.
Good value for money.
Rooms are very spacious. Bathroom is large and clean as well.
Bedding was good quality, nice and spotless.
However, the rooms have a sewer pump in the walls which makes some noise, no air-con or ceiling fan only heating and thus when you open the window (summer...you must...) you hear A LOT of street noise all the time, until late night and starting very early morning.
Hotel is self-service, reception only open for a few hours a days and no house-keeping 24/7, you need to call someone if there are troubles. Though we didn't need anyone, everything was fine and reception lady was very kind in the morning we checked out.

Despite all those, i highly recommend it as a value for money hotel, not the cheapest, not the most luxurious, but great deal for family stay. Spotless clean and pleasant.

Comfort and convenience

We enjoyed our stay in Graz, which was enhanced by the comfort offered by the B and B Hotel. We would stay there again without hesitation.
However, we were disappointed by the quality of the check-in process. We were given a key, but no information at all. I confirmed that we had booked parking, but wasn't told anything about it, eg how to find it (it is at a distance) or how to get out of the parking station and then back into it multiple times during our stay. The provision of tickets to allow me to take the car out of the parking seemed like an afterthought.
When I came back to the desk to ask about breakfast, I was told about the arrangement the hotel had with a nearby restaurant to provide breakfast.
This information about parking and breakfast should have been provided up front as part of an introduction to the hotel, either in person or on a printed information sheet rather than in response to questions from me. I think a little staff training would be in order.

Not Happy with stay

Room was extremely smelly! We needed to spray perfume around in order to breath comfortably and placed a wet towel over shower drain to dull the smell in bathroom.

Hair was found in all four of the beds in our room.

No breakfast. Paper thin walls - could here our neighbors.

Unlikely I would stay here again and will not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is near to the railway station and easy to find. Check in was easy as I arrived whilst reception was open. Outside reception hours may be tricky in finding your way around. My room was clean and spacious. The bed was rather too near the floor. This made it somewhat difficult to stand up getting out of bed in the morning. The hotel is not in the centre of Graz but the trams to the centre run right past the hotel. However the trams run late at night and early in the morning and can disturb your sleep. There is WiFi in the hotel to use your own computer but there are no terminals for guest use. However the receptionist did allow me to use the hotel computer to print boarding passes for my flight home. The hotel name is B&B Hotel Graz but this should really be B Hotel as there is no breakfast. There is a pleasant snack bar across from the hotel where you can have breakfast.

Although we did have a bit of a problem with the first room as the electricity went off and caused the bathroom, sink and shower to overflow so they had to move us to a new room which was a bit of an inconvenience but the room was a bit bigger and still very nice and clean.

2泊しました。
端末でのチェックインが可能だったり、コップが紙コップだったり、簡易にできるところは簡易にしているようです。シャワーブースは少し小さいですが、部屋は広く快適に過ごせました。
朝食なしなら、宿泊費もリーズナブルなので、少しでも節約したい方はオススメします。

Für Stadtbesuch gut gelegen

Wir hatten einen Wochenendtrip nach Graz vor und das B&B-Hotel gewählt. Es liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig, man kann aber auch gut zu Fuß in das Centrum gelangen. Wir sind immer gelaufen. Das freundliche Personal gab uns noch einige sehr gute Tipps zu den Highlights. Sehr schön ist, dass man sein Auto in der Tiefgarage quasi gegenüber sicher parken kann, ansonsten ist Parken grauenvoll. Wir kommen gern wieder,

Mooie en ruime kamer op wandelafstand van het station, ook de binnenstad is te voet gemakkelijk bereikbaar. Het hotel ligt aan een drukke straat met veel passage van trams, dit zorgt toch voor enige geluidsoverlast (mijn kamer lag aan de straatzijde). Het ontbijtbuffet was basic maar voldoende. Prijs/kwaliteit is helemaal goed.

Wir hatten ein tolles Familienzimmer mit Blick. Das Personal hat uns beim Check In geholfen obwohl er Feierabend hatte. Der Code kam einen Tag zu spät. Man erreicht die Innenstadt fußläufig. Auf mehr Sauberkeit sollte im Bad geachtet werden, Die Klopapierrollen standen in einer Staubschicht.

Interrail overnatting

Perfekt overnattingssted for oss som er på interrail. Gangavstand fra jernbanestasjonen og til gamlebyen. Utrolig hyggelig resepsjonist, som sjarmerte barna med utdeling av godteri ved ankomst etter en lang togdag. Stort (!), rent og fint familierom. Hørte ikke en lyd fra gata. Her mangler minst en eller to stjerner på hotellet.

Eneste minus, er at det virker misvisende å hete B&B, men være uten frokost inkludert. Det hadde kostet nesten €40 for oss 4 for frokost - som forøvrig så veldig god ut, men burde vært inkludert i en B&B booking.

Hotel a due passi dalla stazione Hauptbahnhof. Struttura moderna e semplice, in pieno stile B&B Hotel.
Letti comodi, bagno pulito.
Colazione che sembra poco fornita in realtà offre un po' di tutto.
Consigliato per chi ha la necessità di avere rapido accesso alla stazione.

Check-in is extremely easy and later there is no staff member from the hotel to bother you. And so there is no \"traditional\" check-out, you just leave the hotel.
