Spacious room, very clean and tidy, everything in the room was in good condition and the room was well fitted out. The staff were very helpful. I had room service one evening and the quality of the food from the restaurant was really excellent. Location is 2/3 mins walk from a tramline which has two trams passing by very frequently so if you want to get the tram it's easy, otherwise walking into the city centre is a pleasant, easy walk - maybe 15 mins at a gentle pace with nice things to see on the way. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anybody planning to stay in Graz

Tje hotel, staff, breakfast and location were all excellent. The staff was especially helpfull and friendly. The only complaint I have is that the pillow was too soft for my likeing.

The staff went above and beyond to be accommodating. They suggested evening walks, restaurants, area events, etc. They printed materials I needed printed. The restaurant staff picked my dinner selections and dessert two nights in the garden and both were delicious!!

Nice hotel in Graz. Good location and well maintained. Excellent restaurant, nice spa features and a small gym. Rooms are nice. My main beef is the wifi. It is slow and cuts out every 30 mins forcing you to login again. This might have been okay 10 years ago, but is a pain in today’s world.

It is worth it to upgrade at least one level from the basic room category. Our room (236) was spacious and very clean, had working air conditioning and a huge bathroom.
Check in and check out was friendly. Room was ready when we arrived a half hour before checkin time. Parking was included and the Old Town is a pleasant 10 minute stroll.
Nice garden area where a cold drink can be enjoyed.
All in all, this was a great stay and we would stay here again.

Great romantic boutique hotel! Don't let the pictures of the outside building fool you. It is beautiful inside with an old fashioned luxury look. We had an extralarge double bed, and room was very nice, clean and spacious. The only only thing that probably didn't work that great was the AC but the temperature was not bad itself. excellent staff! Helped us and took their time with everything!

Originally planned to only stay the one night but our business hosts had a night planned for us so we extended our stay on arrival, which was so very easy to do. The room was very spacious and had all the expected amenities.
The bar was good, nice relaxing, comfortable.
Breakfast was plentiful and had a very good range from cereal, fruit, cold meats, toast, hot food including scrambled egg…. I had my naughty treat of smoked salmon and scrambled egg two days running. :)

I booked this hotel as it was close to the place where a conference I was attending was held. I booked a single room and although it's pricey but it's worth the price. I've stayed at a hotel double this price but my room was divine. I had a walk in closet and the room was spacious. My favourite part of the room was the yoga mat that was provided. The first hotel I've been to that has a yoga mat. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good although not the best I've had but still good. All and all, I wished my conference was more than a day so that I could stay longer but I did refuse to go out in order to enjoy the comfort of the room.

Overall this was the perfect hotel for my one night in Graz, the staff were attentive and helpful and alltogether welcoming. the food was very good with a fair selection of well prepared german cuisine for the evening meals and breakfast was probably the best continental spread ive eaten whilst travelling in europe.

Perfekter Check-in, unser Zimmer war erfreulicherweise schon vor 15.00 Uhr fertig. Sehr sauber und ruhig. Hervorragende Ausstattung, einzig zu bemängeln ist nur der Mangel an Haken oder Abstellmöglichkeit im Bad. Die Betten sind ok, könnten etwas „bequemer“ sein. Das Frühstücksbuffet inkl. Kaffeeauswahl ausgezeichnet. Sehr schönes Ambiente modern mit K.u.K. Charme sowie professionelles Personal. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen und würde auch wieder dort übernachten.

L’albergo ha una posizione abbastanza al centro storico, le camere sono grandi e ben tenute, i doppi vetro bloccano il rumore del traffico. C’è un posteggio interno grande con due colonnine ricarica. In generale lo consiglio e mi sono trovata bene. C’è anche un ristorante dove abbiamo fatto un’ottima cena, consigliatissimo. Unica nota non positiva è la colazione con poca varietà (ad es 2 sole marmellate, spremuta arancia finita un giorno quando mancava un’ora alla chiusura della colazione, solo un dolce o delle brioche vuote). C’erano anche dei piatti cucinati su richiesta ma dopo aver provato il waffle il secondo giorno abbiamo rinunciato.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Durch die Lage gegen den Hinterhof auch einigermassen ruhig.Die Betten waren sehr weich. Das Frühstück präsentierte sich reichhaltig, einzig an der Qualität der Omletten könnte der Koch noch etwas arbeiten....Das Personal war im Gesamten freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Alles in Allem ein super Hotel von dem man zu Fuß die Innenstadt erreichen kann. Die Lage ist somit perfekt um Gastronomie Betriebe zu erkunden. Sehr gut gefallen hat mir auch der SPA Bereich. Beim Frühstück gibt es einen Punktabzug, da der Cappuccino nicht zu trinken war.

Das Zimmer war leider altmodischer als die Bilder vermuten ließen. Bett einseitig durchgelegen.
