Well decorated hotel with lovely people on reception and bar. Spacious room with king bed but like most European hotels in this area - firm bed, non fluffy towels and eco-tough toilet paper. Recommend they sell one of the paintings in the room and buy a mini fridge as it is good to be able to have cold water and store your seasonal fruit in for your travels. No kettle - luckily I had brought my own as well as tea bags as Europe often doesn’t supply. Therefore requested some ice from the bar for keeping my milk cool. Did receive a top sheet rather than use the thick doonas (though I brought my own muslin sheet in readiness and used my cashmere throw rather than the thick doonas as it was summer). Good air con to cool the room down in summer. Lovely view to the clock tower on the hill. 15 min walk to old town and the ‘exotic’ centre across the road didn’t seem to have any activity nor the traffic we didn’t hear as there is double glazing curtains and block out shutters for the arctic windows so slept well.

Very nice hotel. Air conditioning is comparably good for Austrian standards. Bed was a little to hard for me, otherwise the hotel is great. Nice rooftop terrace with happy hour on Fridays.

Great for a quick weekend in Graz. The Lendplatz area is wonderful, easily walkable to everything. Staff/service was great, very helpful. Cool, modern hotel with interesting, funky artwork. Would be nice if there was a coffee/tea maker in the room, but the cafe downstairs is nice. The bed was moderately comfortable. The duvet was very heavy, and it was difficult to find a good sleeping temp without opening the window (difficult with some street noise.) Will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The front desk clerk was extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations, check-in, check-out and summoning a Cab. The hotel is modern and in perfect shape. We walked less than 5 minutes to get to some restaurant choices. This hotel is not located right in the tourist section of Graz.

The reception staff were great. Friendly and accommodating. The room was nice sage located too low in cabinet to use. However breakfast was horrible. Not included with hotel stay. That's ok but waitress was horrible. She didn't understand English but was acting very unfriendly towards us and didn't understand our simple order of coffee. Other than that it was fine!

It is a modern facility just besides an area really full of night life, with around many bars an cafe. You can just step out and walk hundreds of meters to be part of the “movida”, also 20 min walking to historical city center. Nevertheless when you are in the hotel, you are just enough far from the crowd to enjoy calm and tranquillity.
The staff is very nice, and the breakfast a la cart offers very fresh and healthy dishes. Definitely I want to come back when in Graz again.

Major Construction Work
Unfortunately the hotel is undergoing some major construction work to the two main elevations of the hotel, construction work started at 7am on the Monday morning with heavy machinery moving around, I would imagine this will be ongoing for some weeks, if not months. When you leave and enter the hotel there is s cloud of dust around you for the majority of the day.
When all the construction work is finished, the hotel would be a fairly good choice as far as location, with a 15-20 minute work to the old town center.
The hotel is very contemporary with minimalist room furnishings (4 clothes hangers on a scaffold pole) rather than a wardrobe etc.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
If I visited Graz again, I would choose something closer to the center as the streets walking back are very dark and you feel a sense of unease.

The area is up and coming but it is easy to get to by bus from the station and there is a good restaurant at Lendplatz. It is about 15 mins walk to the old town tourist area. We had a great stay. Very modern design. Very clean, with great beds and bathrooms. Only negative is that the immediate neighborhood needs some improvement, but you are only a 10 minute walk to the heart of town, so it wasn’t an issue at all.

Very nice new hotel for Business trip
Very nice new hotel. As I speak no German, it was no problem to use English with all of the staff. Breakfast was typical European and excellent. My room was large by European standards with modern fixtures. Close to shopping and restaurants. Will stay there again next time I am in Graz.

Was a little put off when arriving and seeing a huge construction site directly across the street. However, the location itself was very good. Easy walking to restaurants and into Graz itself! Very modern looking hotel. The room was comfortable and the staff very helpful and English speaking. Parking very convenient and had a 'lift'. Would stay again for the convenience. Breakfast available, but not included.

this is a chic and minimalist hotel away from the historic district. worth staying here if you dun mind the extra walking from downtown. staff are super helpful and helped us quite a bit on parking as well as having dinner after a late check-in.

A great stay.
What a find! A great hotel for simple modern design and so new we could still smell the carpet glue. Small touches like a three pin plug being provided automatically and a good sized safe added to the experience. Breakfast was to a good standard and the coffee was the best I've had for a long time. Good location and secure parking in a garage near by make it a good choice. Nothing is too much bother for the staff who are extremely helpful and friendly.

Sehr angenehme Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in Graz: Angenehmes Zimmer ohne Überraschungen in toller Lage (fußläufig zum Zentrum) und gutem Frühstücksbuffet. Letzteres hält keine warmen Speisen parat, aber man kann sich eine Eierspeise sowie zwei Kaffeespezialitäten bestellen. Die Kaffees werden frisch aus einer Siebträgermaschine zubereitet.

Tolles Hotel um Graz zu besuchen. Stadt in Laufnähe und über Lendplatz auch ganz nett zu laufen. Parken im Parkhaus ist entspannt möglich. Hotel und Zimmer sehr stylisch und sauber. Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es gab eine Nespressomaschine, wie schön für den ersten Kaffee des Tages, leider wurden die Kapseln (2) nach dem ersten Tag nicht nachgefüllt.

Designhotel im Lendviertel, das Hotel ist quasi eine Kunstgalerien. DIE Rezeption ist sehr freundlich, in der Lobby ist auch der offene Barbereich. Man kann auch draussen sitzen. Ausserdem hat das Hotel eine schöne Dachterrasse. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon und Kitchenette, als upgrade. Sehr moderne Zimmer, geräumiges Bad mit walk in Dusche. Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt. Aber wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung, wäre da nicht das leider zum zweiten Mal wirklich auffällig schlechte Verhalten beim Service. Beim ersten Vorfall hat sich die Mitarbeiterin aufgrund der Bestellung eines weiteren Polsters eines Gastes welchen sie offenbar mit mir verwechselt hatte glatt erlaubt selbst die Türe des Zimmers zu öffnen, da ich es nicht getan habe ... ich stand gerade unter der Dusche. Ich musste sie zweimal anbrüllen sofort mein Zimmer zu verlassen. Dieses Mal schien die Damen welche für den Frühstücksbereich zuständig war nicht sonderlich motiviert zu sein und reagierte auf die Frage, ob meine Bestellung vergessen wurde nur mit einem patzigen nein, ohne in der Küche nachzufragen. Erst bei meiner zweiten Urgenz bei einer anderen Dame wurde nach fast einer halben Stunde die Eierspeis serviert. Anmerkung: Service Personal in einem österreichischen Hotel sollte den Begriff Eierspeise jedenfalls kennen auch wenn in der Karte \"Rührei\" angeführt ist. Dies war leider auch nicht der Fall. Auch wenn die Dame an der Rezeption jedes Mal sehr bemüht war den Fehler ihrer Kolleginnen zu korrigieren werde ich mir in Zukunft ein anderes Hotel suchen.
