Bad English understanding!
Breakfast only from 5 different choices, and they didn't even understand and won't to give 1 extra sausage and toast bread for Us!
Tuk-tuk service is nice but not a big deal and doesn't help so much.
TV channels should be changed and more for children!
Cleanless was ok but under the bed they didn't touch at all!
Wasnt easy to find the hotel over all.

Staff helpful and smile but must prove the english!
We had early check out and after asking they made take away breakfast!

This is our second time stay after 2 years. It shown that the hotel make an effort to up keep their rooms and facilities. I also had enjoyed the buggy service the most. It is amazing that they turn out in 5-10mins after I called. The herbal Tea is refreshing and thirst quenching after a shopping trip.

The hotel was very beautifully decorated. Everywhere seems to be a good photo spot. Despite it being slightly further from the streets, hotel provided shutter service which was convenient for my parents/elderly. But there could be more stops for the shuttle services nearer to the streets. Other than that, everything is good! :)

Room is cozy with good bed and pillows. Very Instagram-able outdoor coffee/smoking spots. We chilled there almost every night with beers and snacks. Plenty of food and massage spots nearby. Very friendly staffs and understands English and Chinese. Can even WhatsApp call to request shuttle pick up from their designated spots. Will definitely choose them again if I'm staying at Petchburi area.

Like the hotel exterior. Like the 24hr shutter service. Like the fast check-in, & helpful staff. & welcome drinks.

The location is okay, try not to walk alone to the hotel as you will pass a few dark alleys. With the hotel’s tutu is okay.
*if you alight at point 1, go try the awesome coffee at Factory Coffee! It’s just beside/below Phayathai bts station.

The hotel service was great! They even provide universal adaptors in the room for you. The room is exactly like the pictures, downsides would be that the lights are dim and the toilet ventilation is a bit weak, so the room might smell musty when entering. Shuttle service is 24h, and the buggy driver would even pick you up along the way back to the hotel

We are in a group of 5 Adults 4 kids stay in Family room (Room 704 & 706) for 3 nights.
Hotel is clean, staff is friendly and always with a smile.
Housekeeping is good. The hotel provide 2 pcs of umbrella for guest convenience.
Although the hotel located in a quiet small alley, however its still convenient as they provide free buggy service to 4 locations, we only take buggy to pratunam market.

Comments on the rooms:-
Room 704 bathroom is very noisy whenever turn on water (something wrong with the piping i think)
Room 704 slightly bigger room compare to 706 and able to place 1 extra bed.
Room 706 overall good.
Lighting in the room is quite deem and only yellow lights available.
Aircond is direct blow to the bed and can be very cold at night.
Complimentary snacks and water bottle in the room, replenished daily.

Breakfast simple and limited choice for 3 days taking the same breakfast.
Check in and check out is fast.

Overall satisfy stay.

A clean hotel to stay

The hotel is very clean and the lobby is filled with greenery. Most of the time the buggy driver drives us to the destinated place except for one time the Chinese buggy driver wants to knock off at 6pm, he just alighted us at a deserted construction site and asked us to walk to the station ourselves. Most of the front desk staff are helpful except for a more senior female staff who is a bit grouchy when you asked her for help. Overall, my experience with the hotel is good. The wifi in the room is strong too.

Over-rated Hotel

Hotel experience was unpleasant. The hotel rating is over-rated and worth the $80+ per night. Leaking sink with smell, awkward position of the toilet door makes the space really tiny. Water shower pressure was miserable and small. Bed was hard with blood stains. These would be considered bearable if the hotel front desk staffs can be more hospitable and welcoming instead of greeting customers with yawns and nonchalant attitude while looking at their phones! Overall, unpleasant stay in NAP hotel. Also have to walk quite a distance down a dark alley to the main road along pratunam.

The location was not really accessible. No Grab nor cab wants to go in. Need to take their in house tuk tuk to go outside to take a cab to the airport. Aircon wasn’t working, it was leaking throughout the whole 3 nights stay. Door knob wasn’t working as well. Changed hotel for the rest of the nights because the stay wasn’t very good. Breakfast was so so, not very fantastic

Pretty hotel with great service

The check in and check out process was very quick.
We liked that the hotel had a buggy to take you to and from specific pick up points that were near malls, BTS, stations, etc. Saved us a little bit of walking time.
The location is really good, slightly hard to find at first (because we arrived at night), but we quickly got the hang of it.
Staff was also really great in helping us take pictures of the beautiful decor, and gave us food recommendations.
The only downside was that wifi was a little bit slow, no major complaints.
Overall a really great experience.

Location not easy to find. Even they have free tuctuc, the tuctuc only covers 3min walking distance - you have to whatever-rest-minutes walk to their pick-up points to wait for tuctuc. The whole hotel has lots of mosquitoes. Rooms have pleasant design, good for taking photos. But lots of unpictuable details are not thoughtful. Like bathroom door conflicts with toilet, like the power plugs not easy to locate...

It was a good first experience staying in NAP hotel. Location is perfect. A little away from the bustling main street but still convenient. I know Pratunam area pretty well, NAP Hotel Bangkok is really at a convenient location, near Platinum Fashion Mall and near a BTS Station. I was lucky they upgraded my room. The room was also alright providing all necessary amenities, they even provide some complimentary snacks. The two things that were bad was there were mosquitoes in the room and the room can be a little dark without a lot of bright lighting.

Check-in was fuss free. It is located in a small alley so some taxis won't drive in. Not an issue as it is just a short 3-5 minutes walk from the main road. Toilet amenities was topped up everyday as well as bottled water + tidbits. Clean. WiFi was strong, although sometimes it will disconnect automatically. Travel adapter was provided inside the room. Abundant sockets. Will 10/10 come back to NAP Hotel for our next trip to Bangkok.

Located between the local train system (BTS Ratchathewi) and Platinum Fashion Mall, inside some alleyways away from the busy areas in Pratunam making it a quiet place to stay. Their staffs are friendly and helpful as well. Overall a very good stay.

Felt good the moment we stepped into the hotel. Staff took care of our needs and assisted us throughout the check in process.

Nice ambience at the lobby and buggy service is readily available to few keys areas for food, shopping, BTS and massage parlours. The staff is really prompt.

Room is clean, spacious, comfortable and cosy. One of the best hotel rooms we ever stayed.

Breakfast set - not buffet but a decent set for breakfast. Taste is normal.

Location is a little distant from main pratunam but walkable. Very helpful with the buggy service.

Staff is overall friendly and helpful. Speak basic English but able to communicate.

I'll definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Bangkok who wants to stay at Pratunam area.

Room is clean and tidy. I had some issue with the WiFi connection but was quickly solved by the staff in the hotel. Good location. Can find food easily in that area, platinum mall and other mall within walking distance. The hotel provide a free shuttle to take you to several locations near the hotel so that you can save some time walking.

Everything about the hotel was great, from the staff, to the room (comfortability and cleanliness), breakfast service, staff friendliness and professionalism. Superb. The only downside is that the hotel is located at a small alley, normal Grab cars/taxi drivers don't go that deep into the alley. Only tut-tut and the hotel shuttle are able to pass thru. However, the 24H hotel shuttle did gave us an added convenience to travel around Pratunam, BTS station and etc.

Small but Well maintained hotel with prompt service and good breakfast variety (5 or 6 different sets to chose from) Friendly staff. Value for money if you are prepared to be located in the insides of small lanes. Buggy service is available to bring you to various points but not with some walking to the main amenities. Mayl not re visit on our next trip due to the inconvenience.

Location was a slight distance to places like platinum fashion mall/ big C, but it is walkable. There’s buggy services too.

Room was filled with everything that one will need, even universal plugs was provided. Clean and comfortable too.

Most importantly, the staffs was very helpful. Especially because we lost a gopro in a grab in bkk and they tried their best to help us to retrieve back.

When we are about to be late for our flight check in, the guy at the counter were also very kind to give suggestion that could help us. Very thankful for that 👍👍👍

Pleasant stay with affordable price

The entrance and lobby is well-decorated, the use of natural light make guests feel comfortable and welcoming. The room I booked isn’t spacious but it was ok for two girls. The room and toilet are new and clean. They also provide free ride around the neighbour area vide ‘tuk tuk’ and you have to walk about 5-10 mins to BTS station from one of the pickup/ drop off points. It reduces my walking under the hot weather! Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
