Great Stay
Hard to find using the address has to ask for help. Once I arrived it was easy to get checked in and helped. Breakfast was amazing as well as the room with fast high speed internet. Highly recommend if you are Traveling to Dragon Quest Island.

This is a business hotel so don’t expect personalised service, but it’s absolutely spotless, comes with several amenities and ensures a comfortable sleep. If you want somewhere nice to stay that’s great value then you can’t go wrong with the Toyoko Inn Bentencho. (Also, despite being next to a highway, I couldn’t hear any traffic noise even though I’m a sensitive sleeper - so bonus points there!)

宅配用の箱も用意があった。
万博用に弁天町にあるホテルで探していた所、部屋の広さや価格がよかったのでこちらにしました。結果満足です。場所はまあまあ歩くので万博利用の帰りには若干しんどいです。連泊利用の為部屋の清掃は一回で、朝食有無も前日部屋のモニター画面で選択できます。1点気になったのがティッシュの箱が黒色だったので、箱がティッシュで粉を撒いた様に白くなっていました。白色だったら分からなかったかもしれませんが、その横に置いていた自分の私物にも付きました。埃ではなくティッシュなのですが清潔面ではマイナスな印象になりました。
そして、荷物が結構あったので半分は宅配を利用しようと思いフロントに聞いた所、バックのままでも在庫のある箱でも大丈夫ですとのことでした。料金も元払いや着払いも選べて関東着の元払いにしましたが、箱込みで140サイズが1700円ぐらいでした。近くのヤマト運輸まで持ち込みしようと思っていたのでホテルから送れて大変満足です。フロントの方も朝の忙しい時間帯に好感ある対応をして頂き有り難う御座いました。

水回りがきれいで、清潔感がありました。2泊しました。清掃は、希望しない限り無いとのことでしたが、タオルの交換やベッドシーツなどは整えてくれました。
朝食は、おにぎり、パンなど簡単な物が中心ですが、6時半から利用できるので、朝早くから出かける者にとっては助かるし、客室でとることも出来ます。おにぎりは手作りで、サイズが小さめで美味しかったです。小鉢の種類が2種だったので、増えるとより嬉しいです。

大阪万博に「始発」で行くために、弁天町のこのホテルに泊まりました。駅からは少し離れていましたが、万博会場に早く行く、という目的にはぴったりでした。
始発で行った日は、朝食はいただけませんでしたが、２泊したので翌日は、おにぎり朝食がいただけ、おにぎりはもちろん、特に「（具がごろごろ入った）ごろごろ味噌汁」は、栄養満点ヘルシーでよかったです。

1月時に5月の予約をしましたがダブル、クイーンの部屋しか空いておらずツインの部屋が空いてなかったのが残念。
部屋等は綺麗でしたが、お風呂が少し詰まり気味で流れが悪く髪の毛が浴槽に残ってしまっていた。
