The room is not too big but has enough space for my family (2 adults 2 young kids) to sleep. It is super clean and makes you feel like living in a Japanese home which is an awesome experience. 👍 Has everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Strongly recommended for budget travellers.

Subway Bentncho easy access to Osaka castle.
If you like Mega Donki is 14 minutes walk.
Open till midnight.
Mega Donki has food and Sanrio and another characters goods and everything you need

Given the remote check in, we weren’t expecting to see anyone, but he greeted us and helped us check in! The rooms were exceptionally nice, comfortable, and clean! Our two boys loved the rooms and stuffed animals. It was a great way to spend Christmas Eve with family. The beds are comfortable and linens were provided. So kawaii!!!

Perfect weekend getaway!

We had a short two night visit to Osaka planned with or two children. Everything was perfect - easy access at any time with coded door entry, the room was spotless and comfortable. Our kids LOVED all of the shiba decor and stuffed animals that they quickly snuggled up with. Perfect amount of space for us and comfortable beds and just the right amenities. Parking was very easily accessible across the street in a small pay lot, an easy 2-3 blocks walk to market and small restaurants.
Despite there being a very busy expressway on/off ramp right around the corner, this location was very quiet. Streets were a little tricky to navigate but that wasn’t a difficulty.

Close to train station, however getting to and from the accommodations and train station was difficult if you have any sort of large luggage. (in case anyone is coming here with full sized luggage)

There is a very good food store nearby, we really enjoyed the sea food and fresh food.
We stayed four nights, every thing is Ok, except we do not have clean towels. If the owner can offer one more set of towels to cover our staying such as four nights stay .

I was impressed with the accommodation we got from OTR park view. I don't usually give reviews unless I really loved the service. In terms of OTR PVB service, I really like how the staff handled the transaction online. They provided us reading materials that we needed in order to understand how to access our room. Even if it is a self-service guest house, we didn't feel we were alone as the staff helped us several days before our check-in via email.

Next is the guest house location, we loved that it is near the station. 7-minute walk from the guest house. The location is so quiet and peaceful. We had good sleep every after the tiring day. There is a vending machine of drinks in front of the guest house.

The room we booked has terrace and quite big for 4 people. I like the fact that the room has a Japanese culture vibe. I really feel I was in Japan. The room is clean, the shower room and the rest room is in the separate room.

I wish I had enough time to praise OTR PVB but I'll leave it here. It is for you to find out. I am telling you you'll have a great stay. Aside from the things I mentioned above, the price is surprisingly very affordable.

Clean, convenient & pleasant neighbourhood

Parents with 2 youths for 4-night stay during record-breaking highest temperature. Easy to find with clear instructions from Guest House. We found a route afterwards that took us just 5-minute walk from subway Chuo line through a nearby quiet modern mall to the Guest House, all covered route except the last 1 minute crossing a road, minimizing the inconvenience carrying heavy and big lugguage even in adverse hot/rainy weather. Quick follow up when we reported TV could not be turned on though no on-site staff. The Guest House has a team of support staff and a good communication system to help guests. The room is a bit small for 4 big persons and 4 suitcases but cleaniness and convenience offset this downside. Big bathroom with bathtub and a shower area that gives comfort bathing after a long day touring in the super hot weather. Quiet neighbourhood yet some restaurants and convenience store in the mall just the other side of the main road. Two mega 100-yen stores are 15-30 minutes walking distance that adds value to Guest House. Overall a very good price for value. A factor to consider add 10-15 minutes more transit time and transfer through Subways/JR as it's a few stations away from main stations Namba and Umeda/Osaka, but then good to those who don't like the hustle and bustle in front of your hotel. Will choose it again next time to Osaka.

Cozy hotel in a convenient location.

It is a decent hotel with good ameneties. Although self check in, the instructions are clear. The room is very tidy and clean. The microwave, small fridge as well as the extra japanese style mattress and comforter were handy. A very good choice for the price.

Not bad but could be bettter.

The room and building were pretty decent. But there was a leftover snack opened in the cabinet from a previous person. And the towels are way small. And the tissue box was empty except for a cpl tissue. Also there are no extra provided garbage bags. Makes it difficult to keep the room tidy as it is smaller than the pictures let on. Overall wasnt bad for the price but if your looking for more than a b and b this might work. But if your looking for a bit more cleanliness and ease of use it will be a slight irritation.

The guesthouse is located in a residential area. It is comfortable and everything is so new and clean. However, the mattresses are a little bit too hard and the bed sheet is relatively dirty but acceptable.

子どもたちはしば犬のかわいいぬいぐるみや内装に大満足でした。
弁天町は様々な施設へのアクセスも良く、とても快適に過ごせました。

4人✖️4人2部屋一泊で歩いて行ける距離に初体験銭湯♨️もあり、キッチンセットで簡単朝食も作りました。
想像してたより、設備や空間、部屋の感じが、全員良いとの感想

交通方便，居住環境舒適

房間很大，有電梯，離弁天町站步行5分鐘，附近也有超市，採買相當便利，在住宿四晚中，其中一晚半夜2-3點，放棉被櫃子發出碰碰碰聲音怪可怕，且在其中一床床墊上沾有血跡，清潔上不乾淨，但總體上都很棒，非常適合家庭旅遊，帶著小朋友一起入住

離車站，超市都很近，房間設備雖然給的很基本，但是都很實用，乾淨度很好。
樓下的交誼廳有行李秤，很貼心。販賣機比外面的便宜。洗衣機不用付費，還有陽台可晾衣服，很有家的感覺。小缺點是1.電視太小了。2.四人房的其中一房窗簾太薄，早上五點就好亮！3.四人房的備品只給三組，也找不到人可以反應。4.廚房沒有抹布，只好一直拿衛生紙擦。

มีสบู่ แชมพู ครีมนวด แปรงสีฟัน ทิชชู่ มีผ้าเช็ดตัวเช็ดผมด้วย
ไม่แขวนก็มี เตียงนุ่มมาก หลับสบาย

ห้องเล็กตามสไตล์ญี่ปุ่น แต่จัดสรรพื้นที่ได้ดี
เดินไกลจากสนามบินประมาณ 5-7 นาที
เรามีกระเป๋าใหญ่เยอะ เลยลำบากนิดหน่อย
แต่ถ้าแบ็คแพ็คก็ชิวๆ

施設は新しく綺麗でしたが、小さい虫の死骸が何匹か有りました。宿泊予約の際に、施設でデポジット（帰るとき返却される）があると言われましたが、それも無く、料金が不明。（まさか、支払いで請求されないだろうが）ハンドソープがなかったので、それらがあれば、完璧に満足いく施設でした。

3일이상 장기간 투숙하시는 분들은 유념하세요
호스트에게 얘기해도 절대 더이상 주지 않습니다
또 창문 어느 쪽도 파크뷰는 없다는 사실도 있습니다

お値段的にも十分過ぎる宿泊施設でした

4人家族でUSJと大阪観光のため2泊しました。風呂に入って寝るだけと割りきれば、お値段的にも十分過ぎる宿泊施設でした。
駅から歩きで5分以上なので荷物が重いとちょっと辛いです。
コンビニまで歩きで5分以内なので苦にはなりませんでした。
部屋やバス、トイレ、キッチンいずれも清掃が行き渡っており清潔感がありました。ただし、障子や照明に若干ホコリがあったのが残念です。
シャワーの水圧が弱いので改善の余地ありです。
ウォシュレットは問題なしです。
フェイスタオルがぶ厚いので、自前のタオルがよいかもです。
備え付けのボディーシャンプーでは肌荒れしたので敏感肌の方は自前のものが良さそうです。
また機会があれば利用してみたいですね。

친절하게 찾아가는 방법부터 주위 식당이나 편의시설에 대해 사전에 메일로 보내줘서 정말 좋았어요~^^ 운좋게도 3시 체크인인데 1시쯤 도착해서 어쩌나했는데 앞집에 사시는 아주머니분이 전화해주셔서 바로 체크인할 수 있게 도와주셨습니다. 쿄세라돔도 걸어갈 수 있고 역도 가까워 이동하기 편하구요, 생각보다 조용해서 담에 오사카에 또 오게되면 다시 묵자고 얘기했답니다

ほぼマンションなのですごくゆったり過ごせました。誰とも会わないので手続きもないのでスムーズにチェックイン出来ました。ただ布団に細かな虫がいたりトイレの床におしっこが垂れたような痕があったので床も拭いてください。スリッパを使ったので問題ないですが。

친구들과 첫 3박4일 여행 좋았습니다!!

친구들이랑 처음 가는 일본여행이였는데 숙박 청결도 좋았고 내부시설도 좋았습니다! 여자 셋이서 이용하기에 딱 적당했습니다. 다만 골목에 위치하고 있어서 찾는데 한시간넘게 걸렸네요ㅠ.. 그리고 근처에 제일 가까운 편의점이 세븐일레븐인데 걸어서 5분~10분정도 걸리고 골목이 엄청 무섭더라구요.. 다 놀고 숙소 돌아갈때 물이며 간단히 야식거리 사러갈때마다 무서웠습니다ㅋㅋㅋ.. 또 여기는 체크인이 이메일로 알려주셨는데 제가 이메일을 제대로 안보고 갔다가 엄청 큰코다쳤어요ㅠ 여행가기 일주일전부터는 무조건 이메일 확인 하세요!!! 이메일로 방번호랑 비밀번호 전부 알려줍니다ㅠㅠ.. 저는 몰라서 엄청 고생해서 겨우 들어갔구요. 벤텐초역이랑은 걸어서 5분거리 입니다. 근처 지리를 잘 몰라서ㅠ 주위를 몇번 돌았네요. 구글지도 참고해서 이용하면 좋아요!

泊まるには十分です

１ＬＫの居室。ハンガーが複数個・物干しがあり、長期滞在には助かります。我が家はＵＳＪで毎日遊び、風呂入って寝るだけだったので、家族４人で十分な部屋でした。ただ、ビジネスホテルのシングルルームでついているような小さな冷蔵庫だけで、大量に冷蔵庫を使用するのはできません。さらに、霜がついてしまうタイプなのに、私たちが利用した部屋は、霜だらけで初日は冷凍庫が使えず、２日目に出かけている間にコンセントを抜き、霜を溶かしました。電子レンジがついていて、便利です。周辺は、飲食店やコンビニがあり、弁天町の駅からも近く便利でした。

지하철역이 가까워 움직이기 쉬웠고
호텔도 깔끔하여 맘에 들었다.
우리는 5일을 그곳에 머물렀는데 청소서비스가 없어서 아쉬웠고 호텔스텦과는 sns로만 소통했기에 당장에 필요한 소모품들을 요청하기가 어려운 점이 있었다.
그외에 마트도 주변에 많아서 시장보기도 편리했고 조용한 주택가라 좋았다.

여러모로 편안한 숙박!

JR선이 가까워서 우메다/오사카 지역이나 다른 도시(고베/교토 등), 그리고 유니버샬로 이동하기에 편리합니다. 난바에서도 멀지 않고요. 약간 중심지에서 떨어져있는 느낌은 없지 않아 있지만, 실제로 다녀보면 그렇게 멀지도 않습니다. 벌써 3번째 여기 묵었는데, 방 크기도 넓고, 작은 부엌도 딸려 있어 편리합니다. 건물 비밀번호에 방 비밀번호까지 이중으로 보안이 되어있어서 따로 로비가 없어도 안전하다는 생각도 들고요. 로비가 없어 짐을 맡길 수는 없지만, 주요 역과 지역에는 수많은 코인 락커와 짐 보관 센터가 있는 오사카이니, 큰 불편함은 없습니다. 다만, 첫 번째나 두 번째에 비해 시설 등이 조금 더러워졌다는 생각이 들었습니다. 처음 묵었을 때는 정말 깨끗해서 감탄했는데, 이번에는 청소가 잘 안되었던 것인지 냉장고도 조금 더러웠고, 부엌에 있던 그릇과 수저도 조금 더러웠습니다. 그래도 정말 만족스러운 숙소입니다!

4인가족이 지내기에 좁지 않고
이부자리가 뽀송뽀송해서 편안하게 숙면을 취했습니다
USJ 까지 20분
덴포잔..레고랜드 디스커버리..가이유칸도 15분거리에있고
돈키호테도 도보로 15분거리
숙소 주변도 안전하고 조용했으며
오사카 시내로 이동하는데도 무리가 없습니다
세탁시설은 있으나 건조대가 없어서 불편함은 있으나
돈카호테 맞은편에 코인 빨래방이 있어서 다녀올수 있었습니다
다음에 오사카 여행할때도 이곳을 이용하려고합니다

近jr車站跟地鐵車站的，附近有超商，走路大約10分鐘會到的，在巷子裡面的，開房鎖有問題的話，打line是找不到人接的，要打messenger 比較快回覆的～

이용 후기 남겨봅니다.

침대방, 거실, 주방, 욕실 공간이 문으로 잘 분리 되어 있고 공간도 4명의 가족이 있기에 작지 않아서 좋았습니다. 다만 바닥 먼지 청소가 깨끗하지 못했는데 청소기라도 있었으면 좋겠습니다. 주택가라 조용하고 근처에 슈퍼, 편의점이 있어서 편리합니다.
JR선 벤텐쵸역은 가깝지만 주유패스는 사용이 안되고 지하철 벤텐쵸역은 조금 더(200m ?) 멀리있고 우메다에 가려면 환승이 필요합니다.
걷기에 큰 무리가 없으시다면 가성비는 좋습니다.

3박 4일 숙박했는데, 티슈가 부족했으며, 에어콘 필터에 먼지가 너무 많아 사용 할 수 없었습니다. 냉장고속에 머리카락이 있어 사용하지 안했고요, 전반적인 시설들은 괜찮았습니다.

수원

지하철 이용 편해요

지하철 근처에 있어서 jr라인 주오선이 있어서 교통이 너무 편해요. 평을 보고 갔는데 깔끔하긴한데 전반적으로 무인이라 좀 불편해요.오랫동안 비어 있었는지 들어갔는데 냉기가 장난이 아니었어요.첫날은 히터 돌리고도 너무 추워서 어는줄 알았네요. 덜덜덜 ㅠㅠㅠ가격은 저렴하지만 담에는 호텔로 가야할듯요..게스트하우스는 첨이었는데 좀 그랬어요..

교통이 편리하고 조용한 게스트하우스

안내데스크가 없다고 해서 걱정했으나 사전메일로 길찾기, 시설사용 및 주변시설 안내가 상세하게 이루어져 쉽게 찾아가고 편안하게 지낼 수 있었어요. 단지 사용전 청소상태가 조금 미흡한 점, 사용기간동안 청소를 직접해야하는 점(청소도구 따로 없음)등은 다소 불편하였습니다.

jr지하철 이용하기 편리하고, 유명관광지가 아니라 조용하고 편안하게 쉴 수 있었습니다.
체크인도 어렵지않고, 전체적으로 만족스러워요!!

조용하고 교통 및 주변 편의시설 양호

프론트데스크가 없는 무인 운영 시설을 처음 이용해서 약간 불안하기도 했지만, 체크인과 체크아웃에 전혀 어려움이 없었다. 그리고 숙소의 청결상태는 매우 양호했으며, 조용하고 안전한 위치에다가 주변의 교통과 편의시설이 잘 갖춰져 있어서 지내는 동안 편리하게 이용할 수 있었다.

겨울엔 춥습니다

전반적으로 만족합니다. 나름 청결하구요, 지하철 역도 가깝고 이용하는 데에도 불편함은 없었습니다.

다만 아쉬운 점 두 가지만 적습니다.
1. 춥습니다.
온풍기를 최대로 올려도 춥습니다. 방문 열고 화장실 가는 복도로 나가다가 추워서 되돌아 섭니다. 안방 외벽쪽 바닥에 실외공기 통하는 환풍구가 있는데요(랜선 옆), 첫날 안닫고 자다가 외풍 때문에 밤새 수시로 깼던 기억이 있네요.

2. 흡연자분께는 비추합니다.
담배 피울 데가 없습니다. 저는 호텔 밖으로 나와서 동네 식당 앞 구석에서 피웠는데요, 매우 불편하더군요.

유니버셜 스튜디오 근처의 편안한 숙소

저는 이번에 어머님을 모시고 다섯식구가 여행했는데 생활하는데 전혀 불편함을 느끼지 못했어요. 특히 화장실과 욕실이 분리되어 있어서 다섯명이 사용하는데도 큰 어려움이 없었어요... 또 지하철역과 도보로 5분 정도 거리여서 교통도 편리하고 유니버셜과 지하철 3코스 도톤보리와는 5~6코스 정도로 이동이 쉬웠어요... 저희 가족여행이 편안하게 잘 마칠 수 있어서 너무 좋았습니다.

JR 弁天町からホテル迄は近い。

ウィークリーマンションを想像するとイメージがつきやすい。
初めて行く時は、場所が分かりづらいので明るい間に場所を確認しておいたら良いかも。

静かな住宅街。USJからも近い。

自宅にいるように過ごせました。建物に入る際に、少々戸惑って、オーナーさんに連絡をしたところ、迅速に対応していただきました。大変助かりました。遠方からの旅行だったため、宿泊費をおさえられて感激です。また是非利用させていただきたいです。

交通方便。覺得房間沒有打掃乾淨。

自助式很方便，很安淨。住三個晚上，是不需要更換毛巾和備品，很環保是沒錯。可是入住時就灰塵很多。寢具感覺有前面住客的頭髮，很不舒服。

교통이 편리하고 조용한 숙소로 추천

1) 프론트에 관리자가 없는 무인 숙소이나 사전에 받은 메일을 잘 숙지할경우 사용시 불편함은 없음
2) 위치가 벤첸토역과 가깝고 벤첸토역에서 난바, 유니버셜스튜디오, 오사카역으로 이동하기 편함
(JR전철을 이용할경우 편리함 - 우리가족은 JR MINI PASS를 사용하여 교토, 고베, 유니버셜
스튜디오를 다녀옴)
3) 숙소가 주택가에 위치하여 조용하고 편안함
4) 4인기준으로 숙소를 예약했으나 방 크기는 생각보다 작음 (4명이 누우면 딱 맞을정도의 크기)
욕실, 화장실, 주방의 크기는 한국의 원룸사이즈로 생각하면 됩니다
5) 호텔소개에 안내되어 있는바와 같이 숙소청소는 따로 해주지 않고, 수건도 매일매일 교체해주지
않음
6) 한층당 4개의 객실이 있으나 다른 여행객들과는 거의 마주치지 않았음
(4박5일동안 머물면서 딱 한번 마주침)
7) 호텔과 같은 서비스 (청소 및 부대 시설 이용등)는 제공되지 않으므로, 단순하게 조용하게
그리고 편안하게 지내고 싶다면 추천할만한 숙소임.

只有位置沒得挑剔

最大的優點是位置。距離車站很近，雖然因車站本身設計問題，部分路段必須提著行李走樓梯，但多數路段有腳踏車專用斜坡，所以負擔不重。離大阪巨蛋只有一站的距離，所以參加大阪巨蛋活動後，不想擠電車的話，走路就能回去，相當方便。從車站到飯店的路上，有網咖和購物中心，中心一、二樓各有一間便利商店(一樓Daily、二樓Family)，相當方便。
缺點不少，簡單講就是經營不夠細心，詳細說明如下。
1.進入大廳後，還要過一扇門才能看到電梯，但廳內沒有任何標示，會讓第一次進去的人不知所措。
2.房間內有小廚房，配有冰箱、微波爐和電磁爐，貌似齊全，但餐具只有四個碗、小湯匙和杯子，沒有任何鍋具，所以除非自備，否則別想在房間中煮東西。
3.熱水要開一段時間後才會從冷水變熱水，而且還會突然降溫，雖然不至於變冷水，但總讓人洗澡洗得膽戰心驚。
4.清潔有待加強。杯子裡有污漬，櫥櫃內的備用枕頭疑似有污漬，用過的浴巾會有異味，而且連住期間沒有毛巾、浴巾更換服務，只能自己洗。
5.沒有睡衣、沒有加濕器。習慣了日本的飯店都有睡衣所以不會自備的人要特別注意。
6.枕頭又小又軟，習慣側睡或高枕頭的人可能需要墊兩個以上的枕頭才夠用。
