I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this Ramada. Despite the brand name, this property felt much more like a low-end motel than a proper hotel.
The issues started the moment I walked into the room. There was a very strong, unpleasant odor—a mix of stale air and chemical \"cleaning\" scents—that made it difficult to feel comfortable. To make matters worse, the maintenance is severely lacking.
Rest was impossible due to the constant loud noise bleeding in from the surrounding rooms. I could hear every conversation and movement from other guests throughout the night.
I expected a much higher standard from this brand. I would not recommend staying here until they perform some serious renovations and address the noise and cleanliness issues.

This hotel doesn't deserve any of the stars its currently rated.
Its outdated, under construction, and a terrible experience.
The front drive is an absolute minefield of deep potholes that you get to dodge as a welcome.
I was housed on the 2nd floor, but no elevator. Instructed to access through a concrete stairwell in partial rebuild. Smelled like a stale cigarette everywhere.
The walls in my room were stained, splattered, cracked, and fading.
Toilet bowl brush was stashed in a plastic bag on the floor in the bathroom.
Beds were old with broken springs.

'Breakfast' would have been more enjoyable at a 7/11. No 'hot' food that would be a nourishing protein.

Honestly, if I thought there was any integrity, I'd be demanding a refund.
But if Hotels.com is already charging $100 for a room here its clear they're going to pass the blame to each other when I complain.

They told me the virtual credit card Expedia sent them did not work and they refused to give me a room, but they kept payment. I had to contact Expedia to resolve the issue.

This was the most unkempt I've ever seen a hotel, even through an obvious renovation. Dirty mirrors, linen, towels, roaches. I addressed my concerns with the desk at checkout, we had just become aware of the bugs morning after checkout (one night). I asked for the manager, I was told they were not in. I told them I would need to be refunded for the experience, well below the bar, I was told my stay would be refunded. I was not. Don't waste your money.

Pretty trashy hotel lol. The hallways literally had holes all over the ceiling and pieces of drywall/ceiling tile scattered everywhere, there were trash cans overflowing with empty beer cans, etc etc. The room itself was surprisingly okay though, seemed reasonably clean, and the bed was comfortable. Still not worth the price though :(

Additionally, I was charged a fee for traveling with my dog, even though the listing stated there was no pet fee.

The shower drain was clogged, and without any prior notice, the room’s lock was changed. I only discovered this when I returned in the evening and found my key no longer worked. It turned out they had replaced the lock and failed to update my key accordingly which made for an awkward and inconvenient experience.

First, the extremely nice lady working the front desk was great. Polite, thorough and quick. Then we went to our rooms on the second floor, the entire hallway smelt like a dirty ashtray, the rooms (we had two) smelt worse (these were supposed to be non smoking rooms). One room had what appeared to be coffee spilt/thrown all over the bathroom door, it was still somewhat wet from the prior person in the room? Hair in the bathtub, no way it was even rinced from the prior renter. Will absolutey never go back to this hotel.

I am not one to leave distasteful reviews but this place was absolutely disgusting. Dirt layered everywhere. Nothing about this place was welcoming or clean. It had an awful smell all throughout the place including inside the room. The room had such poor ventilation that it felt damp and sticky. Everything was rusted and the bathroom was filled with mildew. The air vent was filthy. I cleaned it myself and got a load of dust off of it. The vestibule going to the outside doors and to the second floor smelled of sewage and had dead bugs all throughout. There was not one good thing about it. I would never recommend to anyone.

Our room was for sure clean!!! I checked in at 2pm (got the keys to the room) and actually went into the room at 11 pm… it still smelled very “clean”. The cleaner smell was a bit over powering… we had to leave the door open to the hallway for about a half an hour to be able to breathe in there. I’m not sure if it was a type of air freshener or what… but I will be making sure that my next stay anywhere is like that. We both have breathing issues and it was a problem for us. Honestly- without MY breathing issues… it was nice for the room to not smell like a stale hotel room…

I like the privacy. I didn’t think the front desk was friendly at all. After I checked out waiting for my family and I ride they called the police and said they wanted us trespassed, and they told the police they trespassed us a few days before that, but that’s not true. We paid almost 1,200 to stay there for 10 days and the day we checked out they called and lied to the police. Do not ever stay at this hotel one side of the building near entrance B looks like it’s falling apart.

Check in was a pain!! Room smells very dusty, wet, musty. A/C specifically on the top left is full of clumps of dust! Entrance with key through side doors is unaccessible! I went out to smoke a cigarette late at night and see an SUV backed into a wooded area on the property but not. I booked on Expedia originally when I went to check in I'm told no cash, I get there maybe around 1am and told I still have to check out at 11am! Front desk says I can't use my Expedia check in because my boyfriend was paying with his card instead! Just to get a room he said I couldn't check in till the next day!? Acted as if he was helping me out by getting me in. For the price alone it's not worth it!!

This has to be the worst place that we have ever stayed. The rooms (we had 2) were so humid that the carpet (original from 1982) was always wet and well as the tiling he bathroom. The furniture also original from 1982 was falling apart. The bathroom doors were metal and rusty. The was and doors in the hallways were dirty. The establishment has more a a prison feel that a hotel. The room keys for both rooms needed to be changed daily as they stopped working. The door on the north side of the property was stopped working and would accepts any of the guests key cards. The whole place smells like mildew

By far the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. This place reminded me of the Cecil Hotel that they based an entire season of AHS on. If we weren’t stranded in the area without a back up plan, we would have left immediately but we had been driving for 8 hours and had an early morning appointment.

One star because the check in lady was nice. The hotel is so disgusting. It smelled so musty in the hotel and in the room. The bed was bowing in the middle. The carpet felt moist. The AC air had an odor. It was not cleaned thoroughly. There were very sketchy people outside and inside the hotel with questionable behavior. Do yourself and favor and do not stay here.

On 4/29/2025 there was a power outage at approximately 4PM. Given 2 flashlights as power Co. said would NOT be fixed for awhile. Mgr told me he would adjust the bill. Today, 5/1/2025 noticed another charge of $109.39. No answer at property when attempting to call. This is on top of the bill for $107.23 4/29/2025. Please help resolve this issue.

Floor in our room was sticky and we had to wash our feet and just wear our shoes. Bathroom floor was greasy and slimy, so we put the bath mat down. There was a huge spider that someone smashed in the shower and never cleaned up. There was dog hair on the comforter. Just gross. The breakfast was an awful array of processed sugar. Not impressed and definitely not worth what we paid.

We have stayed here quite often over the past 2 years. The staff is friendly, but the ice machine on the first floor is still broken, and has been that way ever since our very first stay. It's very inconvenient to have to go up to the second floor to get ice. The shower curtain did not stay put and the bathroom floor got extremely wet. This is not safe. The heat/air conditioning unit did not work properly either. We have given our concerns to the staff, but it doesn't appear like any repairs have been made This hotel has a very convenient location for what we need, but I believe I'll start looking to see what other accommodations may be available in the area. Starting to think we may need to find something else that's farther away but is in better shape.

The room was extremely dry and it was very hard for me to breathe as I thought I was inhaling a different type of gas. And in the hallways it smelled like mold. The mattress was sort of comfortable but has seen better days. On a good note the bathroom is in good condition.

Hallway ceiling vents looked like slime leaking out of them, small entry way smelt horrible I was dry heaving. This hotel is in need of a severe upgrade. The room smelled aweful, the curtains had burn holes in them, the view from my window was a swimming pool that was filled in with broken up rocks. The parking lot was old and not well lit. The room was not very clean. It was very disappointing.

On a better note....the staff was pleasant and very accomodating.

I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

We didn’t!!!! Cause it was that bad!!! Smelled mold the second we entered! The cords behind the nightstand were in fact moldy. Black mold in the shower. Furniture all scratched up, bed skirt ripped. Was afraid to even sit on the bed or put our bags down! Immediately went back to the check in & immediately checked out!!! The phone had broken pieces! Carpet in the hallway filled with stains, different shades of paint on the walls!! Seriously bulldoze the place down!!
