Staff was nice, but the check in was not great. First we got a key that was not activated, plus, since the elevator was out, we climbed all the way up to the 4th floor to find out we could not get in. Then, when we did get into our room, we realised it was set up for two people and we were three on the trip. So they had to change our room and move our stuff again. Staff was nice and helped us move and get set up, though. Also, there is plenty of parking around, but we still had to pay a daily fee, which seems like it should be included since it is far from town or any kind of real transportation, so you need to drive.

Worst hotel ever espaically in the summer, not good for family NO space to move (even for your luggages), no air-conditions and no refrigerator in room....and you can't imagine how awful it was. I spent 3 nights there, and i tried to decreasing my time there so, i back only for sleep. Never recommend place like this.

Ideal stopover hotel
Friendly, welcoming staff. Excellent food in the restaurant (rosti). Nice draft beer. We stopped here overnight enroute from rotterdam to ancona. We have stayed once before on a similar trip and having had a great experience we were more than happy to return. Rooms are comfortable enough for an overnight stay and the hotel is easily found after leaving the motorway. We will be back!

a relaxing stay
It was a nice and relaxing stay. The hotel is situated some miles away from Zofingen in a very quiet neighborhood. The room was well and clean, as was the bathroom. WiFi quality was very good. The room could have had more power plug options and it was strange to feel the bed moving actually. It moves very easily when leaning against the wall. Maybe comfortable for cleaning, but not for using it. Room service was not included, I had to get my food myself at the reception desk.

Functional place for overnight stay
Great staff went out of thier way to make us feel wanted. Vicky managed to rustle up a vegetarian meal for us even after the kitchen had closed. Kumar and the Manager made sure we were okay during our stay here. No air condition in rooms but thankfully on the day we did not need it otherwise there is a lot of trains passing by if you open the windows. Overall, a comfortable stay with great people running the hotel

Ibis Rothrist was extremely clean and the staff were all very helpful with our questions. We ate in the restaurant for both breakfast and the evening meal and found the food excellent. The hotel is close to a major highway and was easy to get to. Location is close to bank, grocery store and within walking distance of the river and restaurants. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in a warm summer month.

Die Unterkunft ist super sauber und ordentlich. Leider ist das Inventar etwas veraltet und leider ging schon zweimal die Lampe am Schreibtisch nicht, so dass ein Arbeiten nicht möglich war. Generell ist das Licht auf den Zimmern sehr dunkel und es ist nicht möglich, ohne eigene Lichtquelle und ohne Laptop zu arbeiten. Ansonsten liegt es einfach im Industriegebiet und damit sind keine Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Personal ist nett und jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit.

Zum 1x Übernachten super und preiswert! Betten waren bequem und Dusche angenehm. Parking war for free.
Nur unverschämt war eine 0.5L Flasche Wasser für 4.60 CHF! Wir hätten 1L für fast 10 CHF kaufen müssen! Sind dann zur Tankstelle ums Eck und haben für 2L 3 CHF gezahlt.

J'ai séjourné la première fois dans cet hôtel pour affaires dans la région. Emplacement idéal à proximité immédiate de l'autoroute. Places de parc en suffisance juste devant et tarif très correct pour la nuit. Personnel agréable. Chambre calme. Petit déjeuner très suffisant. J'y retournerai certainement.

Das Bad war an vielen Stellen schimmelig, der Aufzug ging nicht (Kommentar der Mitarbeiterin \"Dann machen wir halt ein wenig Sport). Ich bin 59 Jahre und es waren 2 Etagen mit Gepäck. Bei der Rechnung am Morgen hat man einen Fehler gemacht und musste diese nachsenden. Also ich dann danach gefragt habe musste ich alle Daten nochmal angeben und es bedurfte drei Anläufe eine richtige Rechnung zu bekommen. Als ich nach einer Gelegenheit zum Essen gehen fragte wurde mir vom Personal BurgerKing empfohlen,. Ich habe mir dann in Maps selbst eine Gaststätte gesucht. Alles in Allem, nie wieder.

The lift out of service so I walked for 4 floors. The key card didn't open the door, so I had to wait a person from the ground floor that opened my door. When she opened the door, the windows were opened so It was very cold at the first time in the room. At the first time I forgot to write that I wait 15 minutes to register my personal data for the check in. Following morning I asked an Espresso short but unfurtonely a lady prepared me a long coffee with bad taste. So athe end it was a sad experience.

Ankunft war wunderbar und lief freundlich und gut ab. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr klein und eine Garderobe in der Ecke des Zimmers verhindert ein gutes durchkommen zum Tisch.
Zudem klopfte das Reinigungsteam am morgen an die Tür und weckte uns trotz dem Schild „Do not disturb!“
Als wir es beim Auschecken erwähnten intressierte das nicht wirklich. Zitat Receptionistin: Ah da hat si sich wohl an der Tür geirrt. Kein Sorry oder ähnliches. Das Frühstück sollte am anschein gut sein und für 17.- a Discretion sehr preiswert. Das es das aber nur bis 10 Uhr gibt haben wir das auch verpasst. Ich würde 11 Uhr angepasst finden da der Check au um 12 Uhr ist.

Duur in verhouding, oud gebouw. Badkamer stonk naar riool en toilet spoelde zeer slecht door. 3e bed op de 3 persoonskamer was een stoel die tot bed kon worden omgebouwd, dat is als volwassene niet om op te slapen. Voor een kind kan het net. Al met al een teleurstellende ervaring, zeker omdat we B&B uit Duitsland kennen en die beter was/is.

I changed to another room right after I report to the colleague from B&B. the 2nd room was much better but only the hot water was not stable during taking a shower. it is sometimes cold and sometimes warm. the breakfast is not so well because all food (toast, cheese, scrambled eggs) looks not fresh at all.
