Se tardan horrible para atenderte tube que hablar para que fueran a limpiar la anotación .
Nos dijo Erin que los Uber llegaban ha y asta el último día nos dijieron que la el app de Uber no funciona hay…
El hotel esta hermoso pero la atención fatal..
Antes de hacer mi reservation para preguntar si el bar de la piscina estaba abierta me dijieron que si pues nunca la abrieron cuando pregunté porque estaba cerrada me dijieron que fue porque no tenían suficientes reservaciones ósea!!
Yo pague por mi estancia así que me merecía la mima atención que si ubiera estado lleno
No lo recomendaría…..

Staff is very friendly, place is really nice and food and service are excellent.

The bad:
Shower was not clean. Had hairs from previous stay. (Complained and they took care of it)
No hot water, complained and they moved me to another room which had the same problem. Complained again and hot water came out. Last day back to the cold water. 4 showed total (3 cold and 1 with hot water )
This place has a lot of potential and maybe it was amazing before but with this issue I would not stay again. Sad because staff is really nice and food is amazing

Fantastic environment, great food, but not that many options because some vegetables or meats available. Chef Arturo came out to offer some other great delicious options, my wife and me were amazed that he personally went to ask and offer options. He cooks fantastic, we asked for him to congratulate him twice, the room was fantastic and clean all the time. Spa people were honest and professional, massage really relaxing and good.

Honestly, at the time of check-in they asked you to please \"Do not make a lot of noise\" but all the neighborhood around has a lot of barking dogs all night long and in the very early morning 7-8 am a laud noise from the gardener. Also, the Hotel mentioned \"Breakfast Included\" but once you there on site, is limited, you can only have a breakfast with the coupons they gave you. and if you go over the $420 pesos, they charge you and extra cup of Juice or Coffee to expensive.

La limpieza de la habitación deja mucho que desear, honestamente han bajado mucho la calidad de todo comparado a veces previas que ya habíamos visitado el hotel.

Al momento de hacer check out tuvimos la experiencia mas desagradable de toda la vida. Quisimos pagar los cargos remanentes con American Express, sin embargo su terminal no tenía conexión, literalmente era la única forma de pago con la que contábamos, al momento de ver que la terminal no iba a funcionar le comentamos a la persona del front desk que nos permitiera ir al banco a sacar dinero y que le dejabamos la tarjeta y nuestros documentos en garantía.

Nos retuvieron las llaves del auto y nuestras pertenencias, no nos permitieron salir de la propiedad y nos vimos en la necesidad de llamar a la policia para que nos auxiliara.

La PEOR experiencia de todas, el PEOR servicio al cliente. Jamas volveríamos a hospedarnos en el hotel, nunca lo recomendaríamos y quedamos extremadamente indignados y con un mal sabor de boca por el trato tan pobre que dan a sus huéspedes. El peor hotel de todos

A beautiful property located in an isolated small town. The pool is clean, and it has a jacuzzi. A great place for some quiet rest and relaxation.

There is no internet available except for the lobby area. The service can be slow at times. The food is pricey but adequate.

I've always been a fan of the courtyard, I've used the Spa services before and that was the primary reason for returning. Unfortunately, staying at the hotel was disappointing because the pool and hot tub were dirty.

Food was great! Reception service was not all that great. They did not have our SPA reservation done like requested so we ended up at a different t time and not getting it as a couple. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were dirty. Installations are nice but it’s not what they promote

The Chante offers you a serene, peaceful, and a lovely environment with the many options of a spa and resort setting. The service was great from the moment we arrived, to the last bite of great food from the restaurant with the exception of the service. It seemed as if they lacked timing with when to take the order, and when to check in with you to see if you needed anything else. Other than this.. the accommodations were extremely clean and aesthetically inviting. We had been here 3 other times, but this was the first time that we weren't very impressed with the restaurant servers.

The hotel staff were excellent. Amilio was great and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The WiFi was not good at all and only available in the reception area. The room was comfortable and clean. The pool was ice cold, but the hot tub was good. The restaurant could use some improvement although the staff were great, They only had one hamburger, no ravioli, and no guacamole. They had 3 different menus and they gave us one menu and then we noticed that the food at the next table was different then that on the menu. We asked and oh we have another menu. Some of the food was great, but some was not so good. The hotel had a nice view and facilities.

No returning to this hotel ever

-My wife and I pay $202 for a two night basic bedroom. We regret at the instant we were walked into the bedroom's door.
-Our bedroom was tiny. Perhaps 4X4 meters.
-Pillows and mattress were old and uneven. It's impossible to decently rest at night.
-Whenever anyone in the building flushes, you can hear a funny whistle all over the building. That happens around the clock.
-I order ravioles and the meat inside was still frozen. They did not apologize, just try to give me BS excuses.
-There is only tiny jacuzzi-like pool with heated water. The large pool is there just as ornament.
-We took a $100 massage session for wife and me, just to end up with back pain.
-The only good thing: the garden. It was relaxing to rest, sit, lay down on the hammocks, chairs, etc.
-We live in Guadalajara and found out this hotel totally disgusting and will never go back. This is supposed to be one of the best hotels at Chapala lake! Sadly, there are not other good options around the area either. Perhaps Mazamitla or Tapalpa are more appealing if you want to really relax and rest.

Very private exclusive, definitely for relaxation.

Too short as we were very limited on time, only spent around 16 hours on premises. Spa is definitely worth returning for. Breakfast included was delicious. Staff could be a little friendlier, although the concierge (Jose?) was quite nice, but the restaurant staff seemed somewhat indifferent. Spa staff very nice.

The SPA is outstanding, and expensive. Lots of treatments, and the facilities have a very nice \"asian\" vibe. The therapists are very good. The hotel is nice, but the cheaper rooms are not nice at all. Splurge on a lake-view suite. Frankly, there is not much to do around, the only reason to stay in the hotel is to use the SPA facilities. There is a restaurant, okay for breakfast. I expected more of a healthy-food, fresh ingredients place, but it is really a generic Mexican restaurant. Not bad, not great. Better go to Ajijic for lunch/dinner. The hotel/SPA is expensive, but my wife loves it. I am a reluctant SPA user, but I have to say that I had a good time. Also, given the prices, the service could be better. One day they \"forgot\" to clean the room, and we had to call. The staff of SPA, hotel and restaurant are very polite and efficient. Not for kids, adults only.

Y ni dijeron lo siento. Desayuno fue excelente y el servicio. El cuarto gardenia...precioso. Este hotel siempre tiene problemas de servicio y comunicacion. No vale la pena por el precio.
