The washroom was difficult… hard to enter and exit. You had to deal with a very high step (about 1 foot). This is very much a safety concern. The front light outside was on all night the 1st night we were there. The front door did not have a blind to shield it. They turned it off for us the 2nd night. It was a very old room but the bed was quite comfortable. They only gave each of us a bottle of water the 1st day. I had to ask them to give us one the 2nd day. There was only 1 small bar of soap. The bed was not made up until 4 PM the 2nd day until I asked them about this. Also I had to ask them then to give us clean
towels. The pool area was lovely as was breakfast. Hotel has a beautiful setting with a view of Lake Chapala.

We stayed for 1 night. It is very peaceful, and the surrounding area and the views are nice. They were very friendly and helpful, allowing us to do a very late check in. The pool area is nice. The rooms are rustic and simple, but comfortable. There’s free available parking, as well as a nearby tennis court and cycling track.

The Villas are rustic and a bit dated, I should have checked before booking for stairs since I travelled with my 95 years younger Mom but she as always was awesome and we enjoyed our time together. Staff was friendly and helpful, I was able to switch to a more convenient apartment. We did no cook but used the stove to warm Mom’s coffee there is no microwave and the fridge wasn’t cooling to well but not used for soda and water so it was OK. Landscape is gorgeous and so is the view.

What I loved the most about this place is the service. Everyone is very friendly and assuring that every client is having a great time. The rooms are cleaned very well. The morning breakfast was delicious. Will be going back next summer.

The hotel doesn't really cater to international visitors but for local families on weekends. I was the only foreigner the 4 nights. You get a two-room apartment with kitchen facilities but no local shopping. Almost no staff with English facility.

el hotel esta clasificado como de 4 estrellas, y en la realidad es como de estrellas; se ve que le untaron la mano a la Secretaria de Turismo, para que puedan cobrar como de 4 estrellas, las cabanas muy rusticas y con mobiliario corriente y gastado. lo bueno las albercas y la vista al Lago de Chapala.

Las fotos que colocan no corresponden a la realidad. El cuarto y el baño olian a humedad, incomodo por cierto. Muebles viejos y sucios. En el cuarto al ingresar encontre una cucaracha (pesimo). Televisiones con mala señal y que tenias que manejarlas manualmente. Al finalizar mi estancia de 1 noche, me dicen que faltaba un tenedor y un vaso, cuando ni los utilice. Por el costo que tiene la noche, ni loco vuelvo a ese lugar. Muy mala experiencia, no lo recomiendo.

La entrada a las villas está muy deteriorada. La villa que tuvimos estaba recién remodelada y muy limpia, lo único es que afuera realmente está viejo y la recepción necesita un cambio.

Nos encantó la vista que tiene el hotel, la tranquilidad, las instalaciones son agradables, aunque siempre pueden surgir pequeños detalles a mejorar. La atención de personal fue muy buena, muy amables y diligentes.

Excelente hotel a buen precio
El hotel tiene una vista maravillosa del lago de Chapala, las villas están muy cómodas y bien equipadas. El desayuno excelente y aunque sólo se incluye para 2 personas pagamos muy poco por el que faltaba. En general todo muy bien, lo recomiendo ampliamente.
