This hotel is beautiful. The location is really nice right on the beach with nice walks nearby. There aren’t many bars or clubs directly around the hotel which suited us but may not suit other people. The hotel is immaculately clean. The entertainment team are lovely and full of energy. They organise activities like aqua fit and tai chi plus games by the pool during the daytime. There was great entertainment each evening like Flamenco dancing and Cuban bands. The bar staff are really lovely. They always have a smile on their face, especially Antonio who is really friendly. Nothing is a trouble for them. The restaurant staff are also very pleasant and professional. There is a reasonable choice of food. Sometimes it is not very hot but there is a microwave to heat it. Two chefs do food to order and that is nice and hot. Usually burgers, hot dogs and stir fry’s.

Hotel Negresco has a wonderful staff who can't do enough to help guests - in several languages! The hotel is spotlessly clean, the food options are varied and delicious. The rooms are well appointed - and the sea views wonderful. My only complaint was the weather - four days of POURING rain - but the hotel is not responsible for that!

Disgusting property with hair in the shower, dirty & worn out towels, bedsheets with holes. the 1st allotted room was stinking so bad. in the 2nd room the washroom was disgusting, didnt even dare to enter. there was hair in towel. bedsheets were stinking. coudnt change the hotel because reached around midnight. It was the worst experience which ruined my travel experience.
I am so surprised how is the hotel still running!

A little gem!

This hotel is awesome place for those looking to have comfort, seafront hotel and silents. If you need more quite neighborhood than Salou, it is your place. But it is not too far away from Salou anyway. You can take a taxi, ride a bus, or walk for 20-30 minutes(of course, depends where are you going). They have a bus stop around the corner, which is a big plus. From this bus stop you can get almost anywhere (to Salou, Cambrills, Tarragona,etc) You even can get to Barcelona airport for 16,90 euros on the bus (price is for 1 person, one-way). Moreover, many people will appreciate BUSPLANA office ticket next door where you can buy all kind of excursions, airport transfers (by bus), T-10 prepaid bus card, which will save you lots of money (it will cost only 1,20 euros per person per trip vs. full price, which is almost double, or even more: like trip to Tarragona is 3 euros if you will pay to a bus driver. And you do not need a card for each person. With only 1 card you can pay for each person who travels with you. I highly recommend this card if you are planning on using a bus couple of times)
Big heads up for drinks during dinner/supper time. They DO NOT offer any kind of drinks, NOT EVEN WATER! Everything is for purchase only! However, surprisingly enough at breakfast they offer variety of champagne for free! And they do offer free water, tea, coffee.
They have 2 buildings. Some rooms will have a sea view. They advertise that for 12 euros you can upgrade for a seaview.

The hotel is newly refurbished so looks lovely but that's where it ends . I honestly can eat anything but this even beat me . The food is shocking , cold and at best warm , there will be a death if something is not done about the way the show cooking is done, and this is no joke,in the 7 days we were there. The cook would handle cooked chicken and raw chicken with the same fork, cook raw chicken with cooked burgers , everyone was complaining but nothing done look on there Facebook page fore photo evidence . Please don't judge this hotel from the past as it truly has changed for the worst . Really big shame they,be made this hotel lovely only to poison its guest

The hotel has just been refurbished so all very clean , bar staff good as is the drinks which are branded, the food is bad , cold to warm , they cook meat, burgers ,fish in front of you BEWARE cooked chicken next to raw chicken, same forks picking up raw chicken ants cooked , burgers raw inside , majority of guests complaining but no one gives a dam , people who have been here 5 times before cant believe the change , would not stay again

A Very Tired Hotel.

Hotel close to the beach. Hotel needs a lot of repairs. Including pool were under water grids missing. No drawers to put your holiday clothing, wardrobes didn't open. Doors like they were wet and dried cracked , light shades ripped, hardly any good entertainment. Mostly French an Spanish, food always cold an had to reheat in a microwave. Some staff were very nice and helpful. We asked for 3 room changes all were unexcetable. The list is endless what this hotel needs.

Booked all inclusive. When arrived not ALL inclusive of drinks. Only if i stay 4 days . Very embarrising being taken to reception by bar manager. Bed had no bottom sheet on bed. No room in bathroom to sit comfortable on toilet. Needs to be updated.

Nice hotel, good value for moeny

The hotel is located in Cap Salou next to a beautiful beach and a lovely wood area. It is around 40 m. from Salou city centre but there are frequent buses taken you to the town and also there is a nice seaside path around the coast which connects the hotel with Salou's promenade. Room is very comfortable and spacious, mine was with seaside view which is a bonus and highly recommended. Room and common areas are well kept and clean.
Staff and friendly and helpful.
Wifi was very slow on the second floor and the connection is not good enough but it is free.
There was a quite varied diet in the buffet for breakfast and dinner but quality of the food could be improved. Service is quick and the dinning area is quite big.
Swimming pool area is lovely and clean. Unfortunately the Spa is not free but not too expensive 5 euros per person.

the hotel itself is pleasant but could do with a bit of a face lift in certain areas. Being on the coast it was quite windy around the pool and we had several instances with the sum umbrellas being blown around quite dangerously. These definitely need sorting out. Not sure why some reviews say the staff are miserable we found them very helpful and happy and had quite a laugh with the bar staff in particular.

An acceptable hotel. Two pools, with lovely views. Food ok. Beaches nearby excellent for kids, shallow crystal clear waters and rocks pools, search all the coves for your favourite beach. An half an hour walk to Salou, the nearest busy touristy shopping centre. Lots to do here. Near the hotel is just one small shop and not much else. But it is peaceful away from busy Salou.

Hotel stuff was working hard to make it a pleasant stay. The room was rather small and walls did not provide sufficient sound isolation. (If you are not lucky, you can get neighbours who play loud annoying music. You can even hear neighbours snoring - it's that ridiculous). Hotel can get pretty crowded even off-season, so there is little chance getting another room when you ask. Hotel stuff is very courteous and nice; food is great; location is superb, so overall it was a good experience.

We had a very disappointing experience in Room 124. There were ants everywhere, and the poorly maintained bathroom led to flooding. The air conditioner appeared to be working but wasn’t cooling at all. Windows and sliding doors were dirty, and the bedsheets clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The reception staff felt robotic and unwelcoming. For the price we paid, the quality was far below expectations.
The only positive was the great location—but even that doesn't justify the cost. This hotel is seriously overpriced and not worth it. I highly recommend others to push for lower prices or look elsewhere.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – keine vier Sterne wert

Bereits bei der Ankunft war der erste Eindruck leider sehr negativ. Im Zimmer lagen überall Haare auf dem Boden, auf dem Bett was auf eine mangelhafte Reinigung hinweist. Der unangenehme Geruch im Zimmer und das schmutzige Badezimmer haben das Ganze noch verschlimmert. Leider wurde die Sauberkeit auch in den darauffolgenden Tagen nicht besser.

Ein weiteres großes Problem war der Lärm: Laute Nachbarn, die regelmäßig am Balkon geraucht und dabei lautstark kommuniziert haben, machten an erholsamen Schlaf nicht zu denken weder früh am Morgen noch spät in der Nacht (teilweise bis halb zwei!). An Ruhe war einfach nicht zu denken.

Auch die Küche war enttäuschend: Das Geschirr war nicht richtig sauber, insbesondere die Gläser machten keinen hygienischen Eindruck.

Das Essen war zwar halbwegs in Ordnung, konnte den Gesamteindruck aber nicht retten.

Ich verstehe nicht, wie dieses Hotel auf vier Sterne kommt – verdient sind sie aus meiner Sicht definitiv nicht. Ich kann dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen und werde definitiv nicht wiederkommen.

L'hôtel est très bien situé avec une très belle vue sur la mer et la côte pour les chambres \"vue mer\". Belle plage à proximité. Le sentier du bord de mer part de part et d'autre de l'hôtel; il va d'une crique à l'autre; d'un côté vers le phare de Salou et La Pineda et de l'autre vers la grande plage de Salou mais il faut être sportif ou patient pour gravir plusieurs fois des dizaines et des dizaines de marches.
Il est dommage pour l'écologie que les lumières des balcons des chambres s'allument automatiquement plus de 30 min avant le début du crépuscule et que la salle de restaurant soit trop climatisée.

j'en garderai un bon souvenir du Best Négresco.

Séjour agréable avec le soleil ! Personnels au petit soin,souriant et respectueux. La plage facile d'accès mais assez loin et petite comme la piscine. Restaurant bien pour une semaine avec un personnel efficace et des cuisiniers toujours avec un grand sourire.
Un petit bémol cependant, beaucoup de tenues non correctes au petit et déjeuner et beaucoup de vols alimentaire au petit déjeuner (voir les porteurs de sac à dos,triste de voir cela)

Séjour de 5 jours dans cet hotel plus que convenable. Chambre propre, personnel agréable et accueillant, nourriture de qualité (cuisinier qui fait des pizzas maison excellentes devant vos yeux !)
La position géographique de l'hôtel offre un cadre agréable et relaxant.

Nb : pour ceux qui sont véhiculés, les places de parking sont rares en haute saison !

Vue éblouissante sur la mer. Personnel particulièrement agréable et à l'écoute. Hôtel propre et facile à circuler. L'environnement est magnifique. Terrasse au restaurant le soir mais loin du snacking.. Les cocktails en tout inclus sont vraiment mauvais, il faut payer pour avoir des cocktails de qualité. Toujours le problème des transats que certains se réservent dès 8h le matin sans pour autant les occuper. Restaurant et Piscine trop petits par rapport à la capacité de l'hôtel. A conseiller.

Dès l’arrivée nous sommes éblouis par le hall d’entrée qui donne une vue splendide sur la mer.
L’hôtel est propre et très bien entretenu
Nous avons été accueilli avec de grands sourire et le service a été à la hauteur pendant tout notre séjour .
La nourriture servie au restaurant ( buffet ) est très variée et correcte . L’hôtel organise des dîners à thème tous les soirs avec la possibilité de manger au bord de la piscine
En plus d’une piscine pour les grands et une autre pour les petits, il y a une multitude d’activités qui sont proposées pour les enfants et ce sur toute la journée et la soirée (club de jeux avec animateurs, salle de jeux….)
Les spectacles de la soirée sont magnifiques ainsi que ceux en bord de piscine l’après midi
Le personnel aux bars de l’hôtel est très aimable et serviable et toujours avec le sourire
Nous avons réservé une chambre « vue mer » et nous n’avons pas été déçus.La vue est sublime , à couper le souffle !
L’isolation sonore, la literie et le ménage sont très correctes .
Plusieurs plages sont accessibles à pieds non loin de l’hôtel avec un chemin accolé à l’établissement
Je garde avec ma famille un merveilleux souvenir de vacances dans cet établissement et ce qui est sûr c’est que nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Salade de fruits en boîte, pas de frais. Fruits frais pas mûrs . Nettoyage : cela dépend de la femme de ménage . Une tres bien, celle de d'habitude : retrouvions la douche plus sale qu'avant : cheveux...

No coffee or tea for lunch or for dinner! You could buy in the bar, but not in the dining room. Even though they had coffee machines that was working during breakfast. Thin walls between the rooms made it some times difficult to sleep because of noice. Many of the staff did not speak english. Rest was good.

Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment bien, agréable, reposant. Les chambres sont propres et agréables. Relativement calme. Le restaurant est varié et bon. Et le personnel est très sympathique et professionnel.
La vue est extraordinaire, depuis le hall d’entrée jusque dans les chambres.
On pense déjà à réserver un autre séjour pour l’été.

Linda vista, mas com problemas de manutention

Durante a estadia, faltou luz, um elevador parou de funcionar, a imagem da TV estava com chuvisco, uma vez não fizeram a limpeza do quarto, a apresentação dos alimentos no café da manhã estava muito confuso, não abria ponctualmente as 8h, provocando longas filas de espera. Pena pois a vista e o sitio é maravilhoso e os atendentes da recepção atenciosos.

Buen hotel venido a menos

Bien en general. No nos gusto la habitación que nos dieron, era una planta a ras de suelo que daba a la parte de atras con las basuras, descarga mercancías etc... La limpieza mediocre, ni siquiera hacian bien la cama. El comedor correcto sin mas, la comida bien la limpieza mal. De un año a otro ha ido a peor.

El único problema es que las personas se reservan las hamacas tienes que madrugar para coger una porque los demás huéspedes dejan la toalla reservándosela y nadie hace nada aunque ya haya un cartel donde pone que eso no se puede hacer.

on a passé un bon séjour avec mon mari , cependant le buffet de l’hôtel est très moyen , concernant la propreté des chambres , la chambre est nettoyé chaque jour mais pas correctement , sol pas lavé serviette non remise certains jours .
Personnel à l’hôtel Accueil très sympathique mine de rien et réactif . Animation le soir au top , bon séjour passé dans l’ensemble .

C'est mon 3 ème sejour dans cet hôtel.
Son exposition au calme sur une crique entouré de la mer offrant une vue et des couchers de soleil époustouflants.
L'accueil, la gentillesse ,la disponibilité du personnel à tous niveaux ainsi que la propreté sont a remarquer. Le All in est très appréciable également.

El estado del hotel es bueno aunque falta limpieza en la habitación (muchos pelos en el suelo o polvo bajo la cama). El desayuno mal organizado, faltaban productos continuamente aunque el personal se esforzaba y era amable. Encontramos aparcamiento fuera fácilmente (temporada baja). Piscina y vistas muy recomedable. Buena elección de alojamiento.

Bei Check-in war das Zimmer nicht richtig sauber. Es waren noch sehr viele Haare überall. Wir haben dieses bemängelt und ein Zimmer mit Meerblick bekommen, das war nett. Allerdings war die Sauberkeit die gleiche. Es müsste Bei Check-out Staub gesaugt werden um das Zimmer anständig zu reinigen. Ansonsten waren Preis Leistung ok. Hotels in Südeuropa haben einen schlechteren Standard als aus Nordeuropa das war uns bewusst.

The service is just awful. There are not enough employees on the reception, so whenever you have even a minor question, you have to wait 15-20 minutes in a queu. Though we had booked all inclusive, the receptionist forgot to provide the special bracelets and we had to go to the reception and wait again to collect them. Noone except receptionists seems to speak or even to try to speak English. Whenever you ask something the response follows in Spanish. We had asked to provide a crib for the baby 1 week before we arrived, but it wasn't there when we arrived. It was only brought to the room after we complained 2 times. The employees tried to deny the access to the restaurant at lunch at 15:10, though it was open until 15:30. If you don't book all inclusive, you will be charged extra even for a bottle of water during lunch. I wonder if it's so difficult to charge a bit more and to include at least soft drinks into the lunch price. On the product shields no type of fish or meat is stated precisely, it just says \"fish\" or \"meat\", noone seems to care if maybe you don't eat certain type of meat or fish.
There was no tea kettle or even a glass in the room, just 4 small bottles of water and soft drinks. The rooms are being cleaned quite well and the interior is ok. What is definitely not ok are the elevators which are always either broken or full and seem to need a repair urgently. All together the hotel deserves 3 stars at best. We wouldn't come back again, that's for sure.

Nos encanta!

Es el segundo año que nos alojamos en este hotel. Lo que nos gusta más es su ubicación, un lugar muy tranquilo, lejos del follón turistico de Salou. Las playas a lado del hotel son preciosas y nunca se llenan demasiado. Las habitaciones tienen casi todas vistas espectaculares. No hemos sido a la piscina porqué siempre estaba muy llena y muy ruidosa. Lo que nos ha gustado menos el desayuno: había de todo pero la calidad no era de las mejores

En general bastante bien. La zona es tranquila y bonita para pasear por la costa y ver las calas. La comida un poco salada para mi gusto, pero bien y variada.
Las sombrillas de la piscina, habría que mejorar su soporte, porque cuando hay viento salen volando y hay que aguantarlas con la mano...
Las vistas, eso sí, son increíbles.
