Beach, activities, Pool and cleanliness and staff are really nice. Staff appeared not sufficient informed sometimes. Paying/Renting the safe is ridiculous. The hammam needs restoration as it looks, smells and is old. A cockroach appeared while I was in the Hammam.

Overall our stay was pleasant and the warm hearts of the staff made it really nice.

Service was very hands-off; meaning, in the two nights I stayed there, almost no staff even greeted me.

The room was small but sufficient. Food was subpar. Really disappointed that there was no fitness center.

The price is very excessive compared to the quality of the hotel. Very basic things like kettle and mini bar were not present in the room and the hotel was charging an extra 5d/day for the minibar and they were not available which is outrageous for this room fee. Food was mostly not good, like really not good especially during dinner. Only grilled stuff like fish and chicken were good. Grilled Fish in particular was fresh and tasty. We limited eating to grilled fish/chicken with salads. Pizza was also good and pasta very average. All the rest is good for trash bin.
Hotel has good animation overall especially for littles kids.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in diesem Hotel. Für diejenigen, die Entspannung suchen, genau das Richtige. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und weitläufig. Die Pool Anlage ist sehr groß und für Klein und Gross bestens geeignet. Das Essen war sehr abwechslungsreich und durch die Plätze draußen auf der Terrasse hat sich alles gut verteilt.

Ne réservez jamais à Seabel Aladin !! Je poste cet avis pour sauver les prochaines personnes qui souhaitent réserver à cet hôtel !! Toutes leurs photos sont trompeuses , les chambres ne sont pas très propres et remplis d’insectes. On l’a signalé ils ont rien trouvé de mieux à faire que d’asperger la chambre d’insecticide; aucun changement proposé nous avons dû respirer ce produit nocif toute la nuit. La plage est loin d’être paradisiaque il y a une écume noir qui borde l’entrée de l’eau avec des odeurs nauséabondes !! La nourriture j’en parle même pas c’était le pire aucun goût, aliment pas cuit ou alors vraiment pas bon j’étais malade le lendemain !!! Le seul point positif est la piscine qui est propre … Ne vous laissez pas avoir par leur avis positifs et fuyez cet hôtel ou alors bonne chance à vous !!!

Il y beaucoup à dire. Le personnel de l'accueil ne sourit jamais, on à l'impression de déranger. Sur les 3 chambres réservées, pas une qui avait les 3 lampes qui marchent. La climatisation se déclenchait au milieu de la nuit. Il était prévu un frigo dans chaque chambre (marqué dans la réservation),et rien, hormis du payant.
Pas assez de transat (plus rien à partir de 9h) et surtout les 3/4 défoncés. La plage pleine d'algues. Il ne faudrait pas grand chose pour que cela soit mieux.

L’hôtel est mal entretenu, dans les chambres: problème de climatisation qui se met en route au milieu de la nuit, il manque des éclairages, ampoules non vérifiées avant l’arrivée du client. Le réfrigérateur est normalement dans les chambres, il est payant par jour si on en veut un. La wifi ne fonctionne bien qu à la réception … les sièges de plage sont insuffisants et beaucoup sont defoncés…

Certes il ne s'agit pas d'un palace, mais la propriété des chambres, le service irréprochable,et honnêtement le dévouement des employés de l'hôtel que nous avons croisés (réception,cuisines,animateurs, personnels de chambres, masseurs,et même les jardiniers) ont rendu notre séjour tout a fait agréable.
Mention spéciale aux animateurs qui se donnent corps et âmes pour occuper les petits ( et les grands).
Piscines nickels, plage privée intime....top.
Je vous conseille le spa de l'hôtel...accessible pour une moment détente a 100%.
A très bientôt j'espère....

Nous y avons sejourné que 3 jours au lieu de 14 car nous avons dû rentrer en urgence à cause du conavirus nous attendons toujours la réponse de l’hôtel pour reporter les nuits non effectuées nous espérons y retourner en juin le peu que nous y sont restés c’est un hôtel très agréable le personnel est adorable et les structure sont en bon état

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Tout le monde est au petit soin, souriant, agréable, que ce soit à la réception, au restaurant, au bar, les femmes de chambre, les jardiniers, l'équipe de nettoyage... L'ambiance est très conviviale. Les infrastructures sont bien entretenues, les jardins très propres. La diversité des buffets permet à chacun de trouver ce qui lui faut pour se restaurer. N'oublions pas l'équipe d'animation très présente et dynamique, celle du spa très professionnelle et celle de la sécurité sympathique. Hâte de revenir !

Nous avons aimé la gentillesse du personnelle, les chambre étais bien refaite tous les jours, le cadres très agréable. Le seul point un peu négatif c'est qu'un arrivage de gens est arrivé en milieu de semaine et au buffet pour aller manger c'est une catastrophe tout le monde ce bouscule, ce dispute même parfois ( ré organisation à voir pour cela)

Je suis une \"ultra fidèle\" de l'Aladin... et si j'y vais autant (5 ou 6 fois cette année !!), c'est parce que j'aime cet hôtel et le personnel qui y travaille...
C'était la 1ère fois en hiver... L'hotel étant fermé les hivers précédents. Attention juste à ne pas trop démunir l'équipe d'animation, primordiale pour moi... Certaines activités n'étant faite qu'un jour sur 2 (la Zumba par exemple... en alternance avec le Step).

Un essai que je ne renouvellerai pas !

contente d'être logée dans un bungalow, mais hélas, pas de réception wifi ; donc il fallait aller à l'accueil pour en bénéficier. Déçue également par la taille de la télé, très petite (étant en solo, c'est nécessaire).
Pour la nourriture également, plus de pain complet à 7h du matin ; car commandé en trop petite quantité ; et légumes pas assez cuits (très al dente) que ce soit les haricots verts ou les pommes de terre......
Je faisais un essai pour éventuellement un séjour plus long, mais j'irai voir ailleurs.

Le cadre et le charme de cet établissement est pour moi unique à Djerba... Personnel extrêmement gentil et serviable (si on les respecte un minimum...), bonne équipe d’animation, certains un peu lents à « prendre contact » , mais une fois qu’ils vous connaissent, ils sont vraiment top (mention spéciale à Yaya, Sima, Mouhad, Bacem, Bouba, Souzy, Simo et le meilleur: le nouveau DJ FOUED... EXCELLENT, souriant, agréable et tellement meilleur que tous les précédents à l’Aladin...

Il y a terrain de tennis, de volley ball, soccer beach, tir a l'arc, amphithéâtre le soir pour les spectacles....
All-inclusive parfait nous avions absolument tout a disposition: le restaurant propose des plats variés, tous les jours matin, midi et soir. 2 bar ouvert toute la journée.
Plage privée a 2 minutes de l'hôtel...

Ganz cooles Hotel. Vor allem der Aussenpool war sehr cool Ende Oktober. Insgesamt ist dieses Hotel aber sehr gut. Mittelklasse, ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Einen beheizten Innenpool zu haben war sehr schön. Vor allem das Kinderbecken mit Baby perfekt. Insgesamt waren die Gäste sehr franzöischlastig und ein paar russische Gäste waren auch da. Die Getränke , sowohl die alkoholischen als auch antoalkoholischen, sind nicht so gut. Die Kaffeemaschine könte auch mal einen Lappen bzw. eine Reinigung sehen. Leider war das Essen fast immer kalt. (die Microwelle im Speisesaal hat es nicht gerettet)

Geht gerade, jedoch gibt es besseres.

Essen wie auch Serviceleistungen sind nicht gut.? Animation ist auch nicht so mitreissend. Zimmer ok, geht gerade zum schlafen. Tägliche Reinigung war super. Der Strand schön. Aufenthalt war ok, jedoch würde ich es nicht mehr Buchen da ich auf Djerba für diese Preisleistung besseres bekomme, wie ich schon erfahren konnte.

La propreté de la chambre laisse vraiment à désiré, les draps ne sont pas changer mais retournée des qu’il y a une tache c’est vraiment pas propre, nous avons attendu 1 heur a l’arrivee Pour qu’il nettoie la chambre résultat dès que nous somme arriver plein de cheveux d’autre occupant sur le sol, les conssomable n’ettai pas renouveler régulièrement, à part le ménage nous étions assez satisfait de l’hotel.

Hotel accueillant, proche de la plage. Personnel à l'écoute et au petit soin des clients. Beau coup d'animations proposé tout au long du séjour. ( Si une personne souhaite des vacances au calme, je ne le conseille pas, puisque partout ou vous irez dans l'hôtel il y aura de la musique (animation) ). Dommage qu'il n'y a pas de piscine à l'extérieur au calme, juste une piscine couverte. Pour parler, de la chambre, ménage correctement fait au quotidien. Petit bémol pour le lit, c'étais deux petits matelas une place collé qui formait un grand lit. Et matelas très dur, pas confortable du tout. Literie à revoir. De plus, la lumière du jour qui vous réveille des 5h du matin. Simplement des rideaux fin juste à disposition pour cacher la lumière de dehors. Les bruits de l'extérieur vous réveille le matin également, ( chariot ménage) et les bruits des autres chambre aussi, très mal isolation des murs. Bruits des hôtel sur les cotés (musique à pas d'heure, très tard le soir).
Beaucoup de personnes Russe qui sont très imposant dans l'hôtel, se croient tout permis.
A revoir surtout !!!!! Aucunes disponibilités des transats au bord de la piscine, car serviette mis des le matin très tôt et personne dessus durant toute la journée, résultats nous pouvons pas profitez de la piscine comme nous le souhaitons.

Très bon séjour à l’hotel Seabel Aladin. L’équipe d’animation est au top (plus particulièrement Yaya, Seif et Ninja), serveurs et accueil très gentils ainsi que le directeur !
Je vous recommande les activités proposés par l’hôtel ( jet ski et quad ) qui sont vraiment bien et pas chères. De plus on peut immortaliser chaque moments (dont les activités) grâce aux photographes qui font de très belles photos et pour pas chères non plus.
Nous avons eu une chambre au dessus de l’accueil avec une belle vue sur la piscine bruyante avec la musique et les animations mais nous sommes jeunes alors aucun soucis pour ça!
Concernant le restaurant, les nappes du restaurant devrait être changé entre chaque famille afin que ce soit plus propre. Le buffet est varié et plutôt bon. Par contre il faudrait instaurer des règles afin de ne pas voir les russes amener des assiettes et des verres dans les chambres...
Concernant le spa, Ali (celui qui cherche des clients) est beaucoup trop intrusif et choisi à notre place nos soins afin que l’on dépense plus. Ne pas se faire avoir et choisir ce que l’on veut réellement, les prestations sont très bien!
Bref, nous avons aimé notre séjour et nous y retournerons pour retrouver cette super ambiance !

je suis rentrée hier et j'avoue avoir passé un excellent séjour . L'hotel est vieillissant (quelques travaux sont à prévoir: changement de certains tapis ,de certains transats...) mais l'ensemble de la prestation est excellente! le personnel est charmant et compréhensif, l'architecture de l'hotel , de la piscine est très agréable , les jardins sont bien entretenus, les animateurs sportifs au top et de bon niveau...
bref de quoi faire passé un bon séjour ! Très bon rapport qualité /prix !

Un cadre sublime mais Low Cost

Malgré la beauté du lieu (des chambres tres jolies, piscine et jardins sublimes), l'hôtel pratique trop le low cost. Resultat ? il vaut mieux manger au tout des servicessinon il ne reste rien (à 13h ou 20h30) . Tout est gratuit mais avec caution donc on tire des dinards à gogo pour louer les raquettes, les serviettes , etc..Pas de jus d'orange le matin. Nourriture très bof et pas assez pour tout le monde. L'inégalité des services , certains auront droit à la chicha à la piscine, nous obligés de la prendre au café Maure. Certains à table on droit à des bouteilles de voin, nous à la fontaine. Pas vraiment super !
