Beautiful hotel with friendly helpful staff, especially Mark who showed us around the hotel at check in. Lovely welcome drink offered at check in also. Gym looked great but only had one night stay and didn’t use it, the pool area was lovely and relaxing. Rooms were clean and bed was huge and super comfortable. Day spa looked nice but didn’t use.

The food was a bit average at the restaurant down stairs and think they could add a few cocktails to the drinks list to have round the pool. Other than that enjoyable stay.

Amazing stay. However the hotel is almost outdated even though is very comfortable. Staff were great except the newer staff which is foreign staff. Hardly understand Bahasa and limited English. Came during weekend and school holiday. Its very crowded but the staff managed patrons professionally. I might return again maybe during non peak with less crowd.

This hotel has been my regular place for myself and my family to relax whenever we make a trip for Genting Highlands. Their services and attitude has always been one of the best experience. They are very willing to accommodate to your needs. But sadly the dining options is very limited and I’d love to have the cigar lounge back. Although not many will be going but I do think having that as an option will be fantastic. Also I do hope that the wild monkeys are plan to be dealt with as they impose danger to young kids or infant. As they are not friendly and may intrude your rooms to take whatever they want to. But the place is just a perfect place. I’d love to get back there when Theo presidential suite is ready.

Specifically booked the Jacuzzi suite to enjoy the Jacuzzi but the Jacuzzi is not well maintained. Can’t even use the jacuzzi for more than 10 minutes and we had to manually add the water from the toilet due to the water flow is not strong enough because there is leakage in the Jacuzzi. The duty manager did not offer anything for future trip or solution to compensate the bad experience.

Great service from the staffs but building is quite old, complained on the the drainage but they said couldnt be repaired. Toilet was literally flooded when we bathed. The sink had drainage oriblem as well, water couldnt flow.

This is my 3rd time staying at the resort. Comparing to the earlier stay, this time is the worst stay experience. I requested for extra mineral water from the concierge and no water was sent to our room. Besides, i also waited my luggage to be sent to my room for an hour after check in. I do hope to see improvement in the customer service in future.

The stay at Chateau Spa is really nice. The welcome and check-in process was excellent. The service provided by the concierge, spa personnel and the gym facilities were good! Spa service was excellent, we enjoyed it and it is very professionally done and clean. Overall we were very happy - cleanliness is also good and the hotel facilities were in good condition.

Only one area is lacking and needs lots of improvements - the food and beverage at the restaurant (only one is open for dinner) is not good. The food taste poorly and the portion is miserable. Buffet breakfast on second day was bad - had to ask for the bread, pancake, butter to be refilled - the tray was empty. As there is not much of venue for eating in Bukit Tinggi, it is important for chateau to provide good quality food.

Excellent stay and facilities. Had some minor issue during check-in where the room booked wasn’t available but no prior notification. Unpleasant surprise but the Manager, Mark and Jacqueline managed to resolve it. Overall, will return as very warm and excellent customer service.

Good Nothing much to do but relax and finish a book. Restaurants are way too expensive, no wonder it was empty the while day. For lunch we drove down to Janda Baik and For Dinner we walked to Colmar Tropical that was walking distance and the price of food was slightly lower. Management should think about major reduce in the food price. By the way the Breakfast was OK same meal on Saturday Morning and Sunday Morning, The Fried Bee Hoon was tasteless its like Bee Hoon fried with Chili's.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The Breakfast was delicious and variety of choices.
We stayed at the Deluxe Room (King Bed) - spacious comfortable and very beautiful decoration.
Just walking distance to Colmar Tropicale.
Overall we enjoyed our stay at the fullest.

Wonderful hotel stay

The hotel was great - great service, great food, great room and very comfortable beds. All 5 of us slept very well and loved our two bed room suites very much. Free shuttle to nearby places was great. Unfortunately, karaoke system was a let down , not user friendly and too old. Spa and Massage was good, a bit on the pricing side. Wheelchair friendly so it's great for my mom.

Very secluded place in a French castle style away from the buzzle of the city in lush green Forrest. Nothing as one would expect in Malaysia. No ATM around so take some cash if you want to tip but everything else can be charged to the room and paid for. The nearby Colmar village replica is another unexpected place

Best relaxing getaway!

The Chateau is a lovely place for a relaxing getaway. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and they served us pudding in the room after dinner! Breakfast was an interesting experience experience for us as the service staff took our orders and served them to us. They were also very nice and made us feel comfortable. When we checked in, they led to a room with comfy plush chairs and served us an organic drink. We were then brought on a short tour of the facilities available. They have a game room with board games, a PS4 room and a karaoke room. The place is beautiful and is has wonderful photo opportunities. Take the chance to capture the beauty of the area and enjoy the fresh air. We also visited the Japanese Garden. Do note that this is quite a climb and it is best if you wore comfortable shoes. All in all, it was a beautiful place with nice and friendly service staff. Highly recommended!

Experience the Gem in the Rainforest

Service is top notch. The attention to your every need is the best I have encountered. Our experience began the moment we passed the guardhouse to the resort. The spa experience is the best I have experienced in Malaysia. The masseuse for the couple swedish massage provides very good massage suiting both for the lady and the gentleman. The wooden part of the external building could be better with some polishing or lacquer layer (not paint).

Hotel services are exceptional. We were greeted from main gate, lead by concierge to bar lounge where we were served with welcome drink while waiting for receptionist to check-in. Staff walked us through the main areas of the hotel before heading to our room. Breakfast was served the a-la carte style although it was a buffet menu, courteous to serve the next dish after we finished the earlier.

The best romantic weekend getaway.

Our short stay in The Chateau was like being totally outside of Malaysia and more closer to France, haha. We had much privacy over here. We were treated like VIPs (yea really). The staffs are very attentive and polite. The room was indeed nice and comfy. The breakfast served was one of the best we had. Pricey? yes, but it's worth it.
