We had a two bedroom apartment, very spacious but needs a make over.
Staff fine but did not speak or understand English.
Beach area under a massive construction programme at the moment , you still access but not ideal.
Good family hotel with plenty going on if you wanted it but mainly French holiday makers only about 1% English.

The hotel is located in a beautiful location near the sea. Breakfast and dinner are served buffet-style, but the quality of the food leaves much to be desired. There's a lack of fresh fruit and vegetables. English breakfast is available, but of very poor quality. The bar is open until 11 p.m. Two beers at the bar cost 5 euros. A cocktail costs 8.90 euros. The rooms are quite large and spacious, with a clean bathroom. Room cleaning is available upon request. There's no room service. Parking is available for 12 euros per day or free on the street, although there are no parking spaces. The hotel is worth a visit, but it doesn't meet the standards of a 4-star hotel.

Zero star hotel! The worst hotel experience ever, no idea how this has four stars.

It is a decent hotel. The room was comfortable. Staff are friendly. The AC is essentially controlled and does not really cool the room very well. Breakfast is good and has a lot of options, but it is a busy resort hotel with lots of guests and so the breakfast area is an intensely busy and slightly chaotic environment. If you are looking for a budget hotel that gets your family two or three meals a day at low cost. This is probably a good choice. Not a great choice though if you want to have a quiet coffee and read the newspaper or do emails over breakfast. Value for price though is quite good.

Cleanliness should be improved. Rooms are renovated but very dirty. The room was really dusty, even the sockets and nightstands were full of dust. The bathroom smelled really badly and the fixtures, while relatively new, looked like they never got a proper clean and polish. The floors were dusty and dirty too, and the chairs on the balcony were rusty. The sun beds by the pool were also rusty or very worn. The hotel is dated overall but with proper care and cleaning, it could be much better.

Great hotel, not safe for children

The hotel looks amazing so the rooms. Newly decorated, clean. Food options great. Entertainment very good.
The staff couldn't care less about noise and disturbance in the corridors, all day long. In the mornings, during the day and evenings were totally awful. Kids running around, spilling drinks everywhere, screaming and hitting the walls.
The swimming pools not very clean definitely need update, with 2 lazy guards. Indoor swimming pool full up with teenagers jumping to the water, singing loud songs, playing with \"footballs\". Spoke to the guards, no help. They didn't bother to sort it out. Very dangerous, also filthy.
If you're looking for a family holidays, look somewhere else. Not safe for children.
The Internet was off for 2 days of our stay. Only Spanish channels in the room. The beach nearby is a fishing seaport.
Would i come back? I don't think so.
If without children, yes. Great for grownups.

Отель понравился, еда вкусная, но очереди и суета в ресторане. При заселении молодой человек на рецепшин категорически отказал в отельной парковке, сославшись на ее полную занятость и на стойчиво предлагал поставить машину на городскую стоянку. Через два часа подошли еще раз ,и девушка нарецепшин направила нас на отельнуй парковку, которая оказалась почти пустой. Очень странное поведение сотрудника отеля.

Tolles Hotel. Der Empfang hätte herzlicher sein können, aber unser Zimmer war top. Sauber und geräumig. Gemütliches und großes Bett. Das Hotel ist ein Club...daher lärmt das Abend Entertainment bis 23.15 Uhr...auch bei geschlossenem Fenster wird man zwangsläufig mit unterhalten. Wir hatten Halbpension und das Essen ist qualitativ wirklich überzeugend. Es ist ein Großraum Buffet mit dem normalen chaotischen Gerangel an den Theken (dafür sind Tisch Getränke inklusive - was toll ist. Natürlich gewinnt der Hauswein keine Parker Punkte, aber alles in allem passt das wirklich). Die Anlage ist eine Steinwurfweite vom Pineda Sandstrand entfernt. Wir waren drei Tage dort und haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Fazit: klare Empfehlung, wenn man Halbpension in einem Club am Strand sucht.

La limpieza de las habitaciones muy buena, la comodidad de la cama excelente con tres almohadas para decidir y la calidad de la comida excelente. Era la primera vez, anteriormente íbamos a otro hotel cercano y sin dudarlo repetiremos. Por poner algún comentario no muy bueno, las habitaciones deberían tener ducha.

Por SER um hotel com recreação é muito barulho das 06h00 até 00h30. O café da manhã é muito tumultuado com filas imensas, desistimos e fomos tomar café fora do hotel pois gera estresse a quantidade de pessoas e muita gritaria. O quarto é confortável funcionários são simpáticas !

Un descubrimiento grato!

En general muy bien! La animación es un punto muy importante.
Piscina perfecta con diferentes opciones y con agua templada-caliente.
La habitación que nos dieron era justo al que daba a la animación y la noche con una niña pequeña fue dura pero al día siguiente pedimos cambiar de habitación y nos dieron una mas tranquila y muy bien.
Lo malo:
El airea condicionado fugaba y caían gotas, la respuesta fue que cuando mucha gente lo usa suele pasar…
Ademas, la limpieza no es el punto fuerte del hotel, tanto la ducha y el grifo lleno de cal. Ademas, al limpiar la habitación todos los días quedaba suciedad en el suelo.
El buffet nos a encantado a toda la familia!
Quitando algún aspecto nos a encantado y seguro que volvemos!!!!!!

Allasalue on hyvä ja siisti ja hotellin yleisvaikutelma on ihan ok. Hotellin sijainti on myös hyvä. Huoneissa on heikko äänieristys. Aamiaisjärjestely oli aivan kaamea. Käsittämätön meteli kaikuvassa hallissa ja esillepano aivan alimittainen vierailijoihin nähden. Ruoka on heikkolaatuisen oloista ja ainekset bulkkitavaraa Näkee, että todennäköisesti toimittajat kilpailutettu äärimmilleen. Huoneet siivottiin tosi huonosti. En tulisi uudelleen.

Sejour en famille en chambre supérieure vue sur la route au rez de chaussée... donc pas possible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte (bruit, pollution et risque de vol).
Très compliqué de se garer et nombre de places très limité dans le garage (payant).
Certaines mauvaises odeurs remontent.
Petit déjeuner très moyen et peu de place.
Loin du centre.
Piscine correcte pour les enfants et pas de problème pour les transats autour de la piscine (disponibles et nombreux).

Excelent, si no fuese x pqños pero notabls dtalles

La comida y la cena con variedad más que notable y muy rico en general. Las bebidas (agua, refrescos, vino de grifo, cerveza, casera) incluidos, sin apenas colas. El desayuno, al contrario, un poco flojo: poca variedad (solo 3 tipos de cereales, ninguno chocolateado), el zumo tipo tang, muy artificial y azucarado, las máquinas de café y las tostadoras muy mal mantenidas, rotas cada dos por tres.

Las instalaciones de la piscina completas y cómodas, incluso con el lleno de agosto. Los toboganes de diferentes tamaños, las diferentes profundidades... ideal para todos. El equipo de animación bastante bueno también y el personal amable en general.

La limpieza aceptable pero mejorable, muchos vasos estaban sucios. Medidas covid inexistentes (aunque ya es normal), incluido en el buffet.

La hab espaciosa y moderna. No había enchufes en uno de los lados de la cama (incómodo para cargar el móvil mientras lo usas por las noches). El jabón d la ducha no hacía espuma y en las dos habitaciones que teníamos estaba roto y costaba dispensario.

Los ascensores eran suficientes pero muy lentos, así que a menudo había que esperar 2 o 3 minutos para conseguir uno y te eternizabas dentro para ir d cuarta planta a la salida, parecía que habías hecho 20 pisos. Hotel sympathique mais décevant sur la propreté..

L’hotel est sympa en lui meme, mais la propreté et l’état general des installation laisse a désirer..
Le personnel est très accueillant.
J’insiste sur le faite que la propreté n’était vraiment pas au rendez-vous… C’est à se demander depuis combien de temps l’aspirateur n’avait pas été passé sous le lit (confettis et amas de poussière)

Una semana con rayos

Hemos pasado con mi hijo 5 días en el Hotel, al ser en semana santa era de esperar que el clima no nos acompañara y así fue solo en el ultimo día pudimos disfrutar del sol así que tuvimos que recurrir a por ejemplo, la piscina cubierta y climatizada del hotel, que por mucho que no sea enorme tiene espacio suficiente para poder distraerse un rato largo en un día malo o frio. Por otra parte la piscina descubierta da mucho juego un trio de toboganes zona para niños pequeños etc. también la zona de juegos con billares y hockey dan un poco de distracción en estas fechas tormentosas. El personal es muy amable pero al menos en la recepción son muy pocos para el volumen de clientes, así que para cualquier cosa que quieras consultar te llevará un rato.

Derniere nuit à salou apres un séjour a port aventura. Arrivée à l hôtel a 19h30, enregistrement chaotique, la reception ne trouvait pas notre réservation malgré le mail de confirmation d'hotel.com.
Donc apres avoir passé 1h00 a batailler avec la réceptionniste nous avons enfin notre chambre dans un 2ème bâtiment au dessus d une salle qui hélas etait loué jusqu'à 1h00 du matin par un club de danse. Boum boum boum toute la nuit. A la base nous avons loué cette chambre pour nous reposer avant la route. Le lendemain matin nous étions encore plus fatigué et avons voulu rester apres 11h00 (heure de sortie ). La reponse de la reception a ete non ou bien donnez nous 30 euros de plus bref une vraie blague.
Je précise que l hotel etait vide et que les chambres a côté de la notre etaient inoccupées.

Suffisant et bien pour une nuit en demi-pension

Cet hôtel n'était dans notre cas, qu'une étape d'une nuit sur la route du retour pour la France donc ma critique reste très partielle et ne concerne pas l'environnement de les infrastructures disponibles. Nous avons choisi cet hôtel car le prix de la nuitée en demi pension était intéressant.
La restauration est bien, choix important que ce soit le petit déjeuner ou le dîner. Un peu d'attente néanmoins pour pouvoir prendre son petit déjeuner.
Nous avons eu un accueil plutôt froid et expéditif à l'entrée, et du coup nous avons eu du mal à trouver notre chambre, enfin plutôt un appartement dans cet immense complexe. Appartement très grand malheureusement nous ne sommes jamais arrivés à mettre le chauffage.

Jolie piscine. Animation le soir. L'appartement est fonctionnel, mais trop loin de la partie hôtel, de ce fait on ne capte plus le wifi...
Literie dans la moyenne.
Mauvaise insonorisation des appartements.

Pour un depannage d'une ou deux nuits ca passe.
