This property is beautifully presented and the staff courteous and professional.
Wi-Fi works, staff maintain villas and gardens beautifully. Staff not too intrusive.
Pick-up from airport perfect and arranged at last minute.
The breakfast was for my rate included and quite large.
The evening roast duck was excellent.
A short complimentary 15 minute massage was ok, didn’t try wider on site spa. (Lots of other providers very locally but didn’t get to try).
My main issue was that the complex - which is small - a number of 2 storey and one 3 storey with a penthouse with magnificent local view, beautifully landscaped mature gardens, a central pool surrounded by loungers - is spoiled by being directly adjacent to a central busy single congested road between Denpasar and Ubud so modified scooter exhaust noise to early hours, also some music from a nearby bar restaurant, cockerel through the night (probably meaning they are disturbed too!) and building work on site during the day whilst I was there.
Room air con was cold and smelled of that AC odour in 1 of lower down rooms so aLao affected sleep but staff kindly moved my room and did best to resolve the issue.
So in appearance a highly photogenic idyllic retreat (as advertised) but for me spoilt and plagued by a cacophony of local noise which following a long haul flight of 17 hours or so in the air and coming from a very busy job which involves a lot of travelling reduced the appeal.
It is central if you want walk to shop, museum
