This hotel is sold by Expedia as a 5 star even though the hotel claim it's a 4 star. It was quite possibly the dirtiest most run down shabby hotel I've ever stayed in.

The pools had algae all around the edge, most of the slides were closed and looked to be in a state of disrepair.

Room cleaners, came in dail but only folded the wet towels that we had left to air and made the bed. Nothing more.

Staff were lazy and unpleasant, not even bothering to put cutlery on tables then rudely asking \"what do you want?\" When you look for some.

Food was the same every day, basic incorrectly cooked tasteless food. Had chicken that was raw in the middle on 2 occasions. When you mention it to staff they shrug and blame someone else.

Reception staff were so rude, unapologetic and unfriendly. Even asking a simple question in a polite manner got you a short sharp grunt of a response.

The hotel will not provide water, other than the single bottle in the room on arrival. When you ask for more you are sent to closed bars to buy more, or told to go to the shop - whose credit card machine never works!!

Alcoholic drinks were so watered down there was barely any alcoholic content in them. \"Cocktails\" were just premade sugary rubbish.

Overall a disgusting cesspit of a hotel. You couldn't pay me enough to go back.

There are far better 2 star hotels out there!

I liked leaving the property.
Too many dislikes to mention Property poorly maintained, unclean with mould in the rooms, cobwebs, & cockroaches. Cleaners will try ONCE to enter rooms - if inconvenient, they will not come back. They only provide clean towels & make beds. No evidence of floor clean, etc.
Saw a cook spitting on restaurant floor. Complaints ignored, staff are rude & don't resolve issues. Lots of shoulder shrugging meaning \"So what\". Different all-inc rules in different areas, long queues just to get a drink. Water chargeable, aircon chargeable, private beach loungers chargeable. The cockroaches are free!
Food awful - couldn't even make a Greek salad right. Staff tell lies. Manager never present & refuses to speak with guests. Pools dirty/murky, unmaintained. Only entertainment staff are pleasant. Entire premise of this resort is to make getting food/drinks as difficult as possible and for guests to pay additional amounts for everything. Payable drinks - only some prices listed, others made up on the spot. One bar might give you a free coffee, another may charge and there is no overlap in times so that you are stuck with having to move around the property to the ones which are open at the time you need them, rather than having a choice.
Hotel charge 15 euro per room for a taxi to the old town. You'll wait up to an hour for it only to find it's a shuttle that has other passengers and stops at other hotels. Call a local taxi, 10 mins to town - cost 10 euros!

Worse stay I’ve had in decades. The good was breakfast buffet. That’s it.
There were ants, roaches, and geckos in my room as well as lots of mold. The water pressure was non-existent. The food was horrible, when you can’t eat the pizza, you can only imagine how bad all the other food was. The tennis courts were destroyed and the equipment rackets we rented didn’t have grips. The worse of all was the bed, its was hard as sleeping on the floor. At the end, I had to leave a day early, after all the complaints, and they didn’t take care on the final nights payment.
Please read this before you stay there, please reconsider because it was the worse place I’ve stayed in and travel for a living.

The place overcrowds the facility so you are constantly struggling to get something to eat . Getting a lounge chair is almost impossible. Drinks are not drinkable. Food was ok but the dining area was dirty and staff were rude and not at all helpful. Most the staff can barely speak English and do not speak Greek ether.

Breakfast & dinner never no tables, run out of plates, no air con so it’s so hot
Pools are good sizes but hardly any sunbeds to how many people who are on resort..
Don’t book a taxi from reception as they charge your 3x more than normal

The property is quite old,we stayed at suite room number 26 but just the name is suite not it self at all. Very old furniture ,bsthroom is very old,i but the room was big. The toilets at wayerpark is not clean enough. The internet is our room was very weak and could not use it. The beach towels are for 10 euro deposit they do not accept credit card or USD. Over all doent worth the money we paid for it.

Es ist nicht das was im Angebot Stand.
Gläser und Teller im Restaurant sind oft dreckig. Bedingung ist unzufrieden und unfreundlich.
Die Insel ist wunderschön und ich werde sicher hier wieder kommen aber nicht mehr zu dem Hotel.

Queues for bars were horrendous, have to be up and grab a sunbed by 8 am even though pools dont open until 10am or you wont get a sunbed and not enough sunbeds for amount of guests. Seems as though they do not have enough facilities in general for amount of guests at resort. Some staff are rude, but them some cant do enough for you. Housekeeping is hit and miss and we went 4 days without our room being cleaned and no toilet roll replenished or bins emptied during that time.

Very poor staff and pools.

Overall we were very disappointed with our stay. We paid a lot of money for what we thought was a 4 star hotel but this hotel definitely isn’t 4 star.
The reception staff are all rude and not helpful. They never answer the phone and just leave you standing at the desk.
The queue for food and drinks are way too long.
The biggest disappointment was the quality of the water in the pools. They are filthy dirty and all of our swimwear turned green and we couldn’t wear them again.

We came over for a friends wedding, when we arrived at the hotel the internet was down so had to
Wait about an hour to get in to our room, once in the room we realised how dated the hotel was compared to the pictures online! We also had ants in our room which having a 1 year old that wants to crawl round isn’t very nice! There is clearly not enough sun beds for the amount of people staying at the hotel we had to sit on the floor if we wanted to sit by the pool! Also we were all inclusive however at night there was only 1 member of staff on the main bar and the queue was horrendous so we went out most nights which isn’t really what we wanted to do when booking all inclusive!

Overall very good hotel, can get very busy.

Great week here in june 23, kids had a blast. Food was ok everyday something different and suitable for all tastes. The pool gets very busy and although multiple signs state no reserving sun beds they all seem to get reserved before 9.00 even though the pool is not open until 10. Overall good experience, loads to do and very clean.

This is by far the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Prepare to que for everything and dont expect to sit down as a family together for a meal.

We had a horrible stay, playgrounds are leathal 3 kids in space 5 minutes injured, gaps in safty matts and sticking up.

We went to a show and kids were dancing beside the stage which had water veside it with signs stating water, we realized after 10minutes when we start getting a smell it was sewerage from the toilets beside the stage, we alerted the animation team to stop the show and reported it to guest relations it still continued for at least 30min.

We asked to be refunded or moved hotel after this, only positive was a really nice lady called Ria in guest relations who moved us to another hotel.

Really annoyed with the management of this hotel they dont care, wont speak to there guests.

My 2 year old has been very sick since we have returned and we have had him at the hospital and they said he has definitely picked up something while away.

This place is a health and safety risk and should be shut down.

Beware do not book.

I have never posted a review good or bad but had to for this place.

Friends wedding... wouldnt stay there again!!!

Check in at the hotel took nearly an hour! Many others arrived at same time (hotel knew this) with 1 worker on reception. No welcome pack or any details of facilities, times for meals or anything!! Had to walk 1 mile to room in dark with 6 cases and 2 young kids. Arrived to boiling room, AC not working and ants everywhere! AC finally looked at 2 days later, still rubbish in one room and didn't work in the other.
Ants became worse as time went on!
Cleaners and animation team were fab and friendly. Majority of reception staff were rude. No onsite medic at all! Told to travel to Kos town for medical attention!!! When we asked them for a bottle of water for our sick friend they said they weren't a bar!!! Friends arrived to no bed sheets or kids beds made up in early hours!! Others had no towels!!

Never again!

If you're looking for cheap and basic then this is the place for you however expect miserable staff who couldn't care less about your happiness while you stay at the hotel. Also expect to be given a room you didn't book, or without the correct number of beds or bedding or bathroom lights or showers that don't work. If you like air conditioning then you've got a 50% chance of getting it but don't bank on it. Basic food and syrup filled mixers for the most watered down alcohol you can imagine. The entertainment staff are cheerful but that's as good as it gets. Reception could not be less helpful whether you need a taxi or you have a issue of any kind with your booking or room. Staff are rude and seem like they really do not enjoy being there at all. Will not be going back.

The one thing that put me off this hotel all inclusive was the amount of plastic that was used. Plastic everywhere, rolling around the pool area (not the hotel's fault) the clients were not taking of disposing of these properly. The singe use plastic should be banned.

This is a nice looking resort with lots of pools and well presented rooms. But It’s very overcrowded and you struggle to find sun beds in the shade as they’re all taken in the morning. Drinks are mixed with water, taste foul. U have to pay €3 for sun beds on the beach even though it’s an all inclusive resort with its own private beach. The evening entertainment was good but the kids show was just repetitive every night.

We visited this resort, as our daughter was getting married here & it had everything we needed and wanted. The staff were very pleasant & friendly & worked very hard.

The rooms were clean & were a good size. However, the bathroom was a bit tired looking and could do with being upgraded. The rooms were cleaned daily without fail.

This is an 'All Inclusive' resort & the standard of food I felt was very good, especially considering it had to be mass produced to accommodate all who were staying there. There was also a good choice of different hot & cold dishes to choose from, so there should be something there for everyone.

Drinks-wise, the All Inclusive drinks stop at 10pm in the hotel, but continue to midnight in the outside pool bar. This is strictly adhered to. This was a bit disappointing as we liked spending time in the hotel bar, but at 10pm if we wanted more drinks we had to go to the pool bar, which for us was too noisy. From our perspective, the All Inclusive drinks should finish at the same time in all bars, i.e. midnight.

There were several pools to choose from, which was good. We went to the kids pool areas where the water was shallow, so our grandchildren could play in the water safely. There was also a pirate ship pool for older kids to play in, which is a bit deeper. If you didn't have kids or preferred not to be around them, there was the Olympic pool.

All-in-all, we had a fantastic time at this resort and have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone.

This is a good quality hotel ideal for a short break in the sunshine. The hotel is clean and modern with good facilities. There is the main buffet restaurant as well as a Greek and Italian restaurant that can be reserved in advance. I would recommend a visit to the Greek restaurant! Loved the adult pool, perfect for relaxing in the sunshine!

Nice hotel, no respect from staff, food poisoning.

We have been sick all the time during our stay. We went to doctor in the town and he recommended do not eat food in this hotel. We came from uk and our friends came from Poland it was 5 of them so all togheter 7 people were sick - food poisoning. We will never go back there again, last year we went to Greece and we stayed in Santigo ixia grand hotel and I will recommend this hotel in a 100%. Don't waste your money on this hotel. No respect from staff in restaurants and barman in the lobby was extremely rude I don't want to write what he said to us but his behaviour was disgusting. We have reported him to few staff they said that he is new and learning. After few comments from him we wanted to change this hotel because we have been verbally abused. Receptionists are very professional and helpful. Animation team very good. This year we went to Cuba, Nice, Poland and Greece. Greece was awfull doesn't even matter that we have been sick the worse thing was that hotel employee was so rude to us , calling us \"names\" never ever we will recommend this hotel to anyone.

I will never come back. I was seriously disappointed with staff especially receptionist. Our room had foulty door no one bordered to repair till our check out. 2 days unable to close door. Towels we got after threats to make complaint to manager of hotel. We were waiting for towels more then 6 hours. Water you will get once as welcome for 3 people 750mls!!! I was not happy

Overall good resort, some good things, some not so

After booking heard of some bad reviews, complaints about lack of sun loungers, carnage at meal times etc so was apprehensive about stay....... but lets face it we all know folk who aren't happy unless they're moaning about something.

Overall place was good with clean rooms, clean pool area and staff constantly cleaning in the restaurants, no complaints there.
The complaints about a lack of sun loungers must be people who arrive at the pool mid morning and are unable to get a space. We were there with a 4 year old so arriving at the pool between 0830 and 0900 usually got us a spot round about the pirate ship pool no probs.
The food was of good quality and plenty variation, whilst some days the restaurants were busy never saw \" the carnage\" as described in other reviews so again no issues.
Entertainment staff were top notch both throughout the day and at night, Miss Kuki and her mini disco were awesome :-).

The not so good things were poor WiFi ( I know, why go on holiday to spend time on the web?!!! But even a wee read at the BBC website for local news etc was almost impossible at the pool or our room).
The pillows were wafer thin and had to be folded to be remotely comfy ( I didn't ask for extra so can't really complain).
About three days we came back to find room cleaned but no or not enough towels left, it was as if they were short and took hours for this to be sorted.

If you're going you will have a good and relaxing time, don't listen to the moaners

BAD
1. Lack of service from staff. Getting you a table rarely happens in Macedonia. You get your own drinks in all restaurants from self service machines
2. Rooms dated and beds uncomfortable (bit hard for me and thin mattress). TV was a 14inch tube TV almost as old as me.
3. No ala-carte restaurant to order a dish off and get it made and brought to you. Every single restaurant is get it yourself buffet.
4. Too much stuff was extra money for all inclusive. 2 Euro for fresh orange juice at breakfast. More than 50% of the drinks menu was not included in the AI and was full price. 2-3 Euro for ice cream at the palmy area. 10-15euro for t-shirts and teddies at the kids club
5. AI finishes at 10pm inside and 12 midnight at the main pool bar.
6. Having to get up at 6:30 every morning to make sure we had a good seat with shade for my wife and kids. If you go out at 8am with your towels there will be nothing left.

Disappointing quality

For a four star hotel this place was quite subpar.
There is WIFI in the hotel but it does not work at most times. I specifically asked about this for I had to do some business but the quality was so bad I could not get any work done. The upstream you get about 0.1 Mbit if you are lucky and it drops out a lot. Bathroom had yellow stains all over, TV is only 20 inches big and it is one of those old Tube TVs. No hot water, in spite of calling 5 times we did not get hot water in the room all day. Also if you think of working out about just be informed that the pictures of the gym belong to another hotel nearby, their gym only has about 5 machines and it is on the pool. Note that If you don't have workout shoes you will not be allowed to workout, so do not walk for 10 minutes under the scorching sun if you did not bring a \"workout shoe\"

Nice hotel, not great.

We had a lovely stay and the staff are very helpful. All inclusive finishes at 12am and this is only at the pool bar from plastic cups. Animation team do a god job of the entertainment but the magic and greek shows are terrible. However we went in to kos town most nights after dinner so the entertainment was not important to us. Food is good but the greek and italain restaurants are also self service, unlike other all inclusives we have been to. Definitely not enough sunbeds!

The hotel is the biggest out of the chain in Kos, it has 4 swimming pools geared up perfectly for all ages.
Toddlers pool is a good size (not too big), pirate ship pool-as we called it was lively and suitable for the older children/teenagers as was Palmy pool (with its bigger slides) located away from the other pools next to the kids club. Then the Olympic sized pool is not as noisy and great for all ages...this is where we stayed by.
The pools are great, the sunloungers are quite tired looking and need updating. You will struggle to get a lounger unless you're up at the crack of dawn!
The facilities are very good lots of food to choose from in the day, I'd recommend going to the food hut by the beach it does fresh scewered kebabs and pizza.
The evening food is good too, fresh salads fruit and the hotel does its best to cater for the mass of holiday makers.
There are different themed nights in main restaurant but be warned at certain times it is carnage in there!
Its worth booking the Greek restaurant and Italian restaurant.
The staff are friendly and helpful. The reception will be full of info on buses etc.
NOW THE BAD BIT! Our room was clean on arrival, very basic. Beds were like sleeping on a brick/very hard! The cleaners do the bare minimum sweep floor thats it! we kept having to chase for towels which were like sandpaper. The night entertainment was poor but they tried their best. The drinks are not all allinclusive which annoyed us as you pay expecting that.

not quite what I envisaged

Firstly staff and main facilities excellent.
Food ample and well prepared with good variety
However was massively disappointed with the room. In particular the bathroom.
The room itself was basic, noisy air conditioner in both rooms could not be fixed despite asking. Bed was hard but ok...decor very tired.
Bathroom was abysmal. It was grey in colour badly painted and a bath tub that had been painted white and was peeling. Shower taps keep spinning off.
Unfortunately you could never get sun beds at any of the pools. I tried at 7am and all were reserved. Managed to grab 4 together one morning in 14 at 6am. Went to breakfast returned at 9am and out towels, bag and shoes had been bundled up and put on a wall and someone else had taken. Big argument and bad feeling so never went back. Had to go to beach and pay for a sun bed !!
This could have been a very good two weeks but for me was spoilt by the above. Never any staff who could help but they were very CS and polite....

Family friendly hotel

Beautiful hotel complex but rooms need updating. Disappointed they don't give irons in rooms, have to pay to get them ironed. Also not great alcohol given with AI. Food is great, staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the front desk manager. A very much family hotel, would not recommend to couples or friends on holiday. A lot of children! Overall a beautiful hotel, lovely pool, great food but needs updating in the rooms and more adult spaces.

Great Stay and WONDERFUL spa!

Great stay at Kipriotis village! It was very very crowded. Be mindful when you book that common areas and breakfast/lunch/dinner there will be A LOT of people. It is a resort I would recommend for families and children. Despite the abundance of people in the hotel, the staff was EXTREMELY friendly, and went out of their way to help! Really and exceptional staff. The ladies that work in the spa were so pleasant and nice to talk to! I HIGHLY recommend a visit to the spa. It is relaxing and great way to unwind. Definitely get the keratin mask for hair--it is only 10 euro and my hair feels AMAZING!!!

the hotel is set out well and was, in my opinion, preferable to high rise hotels, plenty of pools for swimming or playing. The choice of food was very good and catered for most tastes and drinks available as self serve or at bars. My grandchildren loved the dancing at the evening disco, and the show afterwards was well worth going to, the Animation team were a credit to the hotel.
The main reason for this holiday was for my son`s wedding which went extremely well and the hotel made the experience one to remember.

My husband and I , my Son and 7 year old Granddaughter went for a family holiday and enjoyed every minute.
The hotel is really good, good facilities. The spa is lovely and the staff are very helpful. We all enjoyed the pools, they
have a good kids club pool and facilities around the Kids Club itself, which was good. The entertainment team were all
really friendly and put a lot of effort into entertaining you. The food was good, apart from the main restaurant there is also an Italian and Greek Restaurant. The staff are all very helpful. I do think that they should leave the large coffee machines
on for use all day and not just at Breakfast as it was better coffee. They do need to think about providing De Caffinated
Teas and Coffee's as like me some people cannot drink the normal coffee but apart from that we would go again as we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The hotel is well placed, we hired bicycles from opposite the hotel and rode into Kos Town which was really safe as there were cycle tracks all of the way. We hired a jeep and the prices from opposite were very reasonable. All in all a good holiday.

Mayby good enough for families (with smaller kids)

The hotel is a pretty standard mediterranean all inclusive. Food and drink of basic quality, rooms small and no wifi working. Had to use the free wifi in lobby area to communicate with the world. I was attending a conference held at the hotel and as a conference hotel rooms and service does not meet the requirements.

Good Points - Variety of food, friendliness of staff and Animation Team. Good selection of restaurants.
Bad Points - Slow service at reception, our room was partially refurbished, Housekeeping need more training cleaning the rooms, lack of teabags and coffee in the rooms, lack of hotel security and supervision which would prevent towels on sunbeds at 0630am! Don't book this hotel!

Let's start with the late and annoying check in - not enough employees at the front desk. After that, The room was not clean, the toilets didn't worked properly, the bathroom smelled like sewage and the worst part was when we tried to talk to the manager and he refused to come out and talk to us. He just didn't give a damm. It was the worst stay we ever had in an hotel!! And from some reason, the hotel employees though that Laughing at us is the appropriate thing to do. Don't do what we did, don't trust this hotel ranking. Won't recommend to anyone and definitely won't come back! Run for your life!

Wonderful holiday

Just returned from a weeks stay at
Kipriotis village hotel and had a wonderful time .
Room was just right 39 and perfectly in the middle of resort
So always near everything on offer
Although the hotel was very busy you never had to que for long for food and drinks of which we had no complaints for a AI hotel except
I would recommend ceiling fans in the restaurants as it can be very warm at meal times and a breeze would have been nice
Tried out the kos divers scuba diving and can't recomend them enough had a brilliant first time experience with the help of Dennis and Matt our divers
But the whole holiday was made by the fantastic animation team whose endless energy entertains everyone from the kids club to poolside games to sports and then the evening shows all with a smile
A huge thank you to RIo Lara and the team. MEMERABLE

Kipriotic Village Resort, Kos

Overall, a really lovely resort with great facilities. The hotel staff are very friendly and cannot do enough for you. The resort itself is very large with lots of facilities eg, various swimming pools, entertainment, restaurants, bars etc, however the pools were always full and therefore you had to get up very early to secure a sunbed, but we spent most of our time at the beach which was always lovely and therefore the pool situation didn't really bother us too much. The one thing I would say is that although the resort itself is really well maintained and very well looked after, the rooms themselves were a little disappointing and could do with an update, don't get me wrong they were cleaned daily and were sufficient for what we needed, however I would have expected more from the rooms given the complex overall.

Good hotel with plenty of amenities.

Have just got back from a really enjoyable week with husband and two teenage boys. Family Room was perfect for us all and had a very good welcome from staff and were shown to our room by mini bus as a fair distance from main hotel. The driver took us to our room and showed us how to work air conditioning and safe box. Fruit and bottle of wine and water were there to welcome us which was a nice touch.

Wish we'd stayed longer - Amazing Place!

Fantastic family holiday in a fantastic resort. I travelled with my 12 year old son and worried that we'd run out of things to do but the private beach, Olympic pool and evening entertainment gave us plenty to do. Food was varied and delicious every day. Few problems with the smell of drains in our room but after an airing the smell went and wasn't enough of an issue to inform hotel. Resort is beautifully maintained and animation team is credit to the hotel. Went to Zia and 3 Island Cruise, well worth the money. Wish we'd stayed longer and will definitely go back.

Best holiday yet!

Best all inclusive resort we've stayed in yet! All the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The food was delicious and the facilities were amazing! The highlight of the holiday was the entertainment team who made the holiday wonderful for all the family.. They were amazing!!!!!

Good hotel, close to beach with everything in one

Upon arriving at hotel in the earl hours, we went to uor maisonette room to find air con not working properly. The next morning after no sleep I then called into reception to be told someonewill come to look. Two work men came & just looked at it (without touching) & said it was the best it would do. i then went back to reception & relayed the conversation to be told I would get 3 fans, I thanked them & returned to pool to try & enjoy some of the day. At around 7pm I returned to room which had NO fans in at all. I phoned reception & was told they were on the way. I tried to get ready as best I could but with sweat running down your face this isn't easy. I went to reception again & was told that a fan was in my room & was mistaken. I informed her that I am not stupid & that there is no fan in my room, she then told me that to go back there & someone would meet me there. When I got there the evening work man was there & sain it wouldn't be any better than that! Then another member of staff came with one fan. Whilst I was dealing with this my sister-in-law was talking to a gentleman at reception (a member of staff) & he informed her that the whole block that we were in had no air con. She asked him why I was being lied to & he said he was not aware of it. He then arranged the one fan I received & informed me that I needed to come back the day after at 11am. I did this & we were moved to a lovely appt. the loss of the first 2 days upset me a great deal.

Lovely family holiday village!

First of all please don't be put off by negative reviews - some people will never be happy, always negative and overly critical. For the price we paid we got more than our money's worth - was our first family holiday as a British family of four with two small children we had a fantastic time. The village is clean and well presented beautiful scenery and beach minutes away. Rooms were spacious clean well air conditioned and refreshed daily by cleaning staff. The food isn't box standard which we expected - it was good quality fresh varied dishes both international and local Greek cuisine also a la carte Italian, palmy barbeque (highly recommend) and Greek restaurants within the village. People have commented on how busy it is at meal times but to be fair in an all inclusive resort during peak times it's to be expected. Varied cultures of guests - not a lot of English people but had a great time regardless of language barriers. Entertainment was good animation team were fantastic and offered varied activities throughout the day and evenings - also opportunities to visit neighbouring hotels providing free transport to and from we attended the aqua land free of charge also which was great for the kids. Also plenty to visit and see in the surrounding areas of kos. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout - we were thoroughly pleased with this holiday and would definitely return in the future.

Great Family Resort

This resort is absolutely perfect if you have children. If you don't and are looking for a romantic break away or are after a bit of nightlife then this is not the resort for you. It is totally geared up for families and makes everything so easy. The food is good and there is always a great selection. At every pool there is a kiddie pool, multiple play parks etc. I really can't recommend it enough if you have children. It was the first holiday in a while for us where we actually able to relax.

4-Stars? Try 2-Stars

This hotel was without question the most disappointing, horrible place I have staying in a long time. How this place is able to market itself as a 4-star hotel boggle the mind.

Check-in was fine. Arrived at midnight. After check in was directed to where \"the shuttle\" would pick me up and take me to my room. Had to carry my bags down 30 steps outside, in the dark, where I waited for 10 minutes for the shuttle.

Shuttle arrived. A foul-smelling diesel van with duct tape covering most of the seats. Driver threw my bags in the back and off we went. Nearly choked on diesel fumes on the way to my room.

Pulled up to the building where my room was (hotel is laid out like an apartment complex). Discovered I then had to walk up a flight of steps to get to my room. No elevator.

Enter room...on the dresser is a small, 13-inch analog color TV. Room has no alarm clock. Laminate floors are peeling. Bathroom old, tub, like all the walls in the room, is cement. Shower has limited water pressure. Balcony has a metal table with three plastic chairs that one would find at a discount store.

In the morning I was awoken when housekeeping entered my room. It would seem that the do not disturb sign was blown off the door by the wind (exterior room entry for all rooms). Every morning by 8am I could hear housekeeping outside making noise.

Go to check my email...NO INTERNET. Call the front desk and am informed that there is no internet in the rooms and I have to walk back to the lobby to use the internet. Internet in the lobby only worked half of the time. Many guests were frustrated.

At check in was given a card that I was told I could use to \"charge anything in the hotel to the room.\" Turns out you really can only use it in the bar and the restaurants.

All restaurants are cruise ship buffet-style with a level of quality one would expect from a budget cruise ship buffet. Limited selection. Many hot dishes cold. Some offer complimentary house beer and wine...which you discover AFTER they walk around and try to sell you a bottle of wine with your dinner.

Bar was okay but closes at around midnight. Staff attentive but not overly so. Be prepared...it's Europe and everyone smokes. The terrace of the bar sits under a canopy and the smoke lingers. If you are a non-smoker you'll need to position yourself strategically.

\"Guest Services\" is only open from 9am - 11am.

Pool areas okay...There are three pools, one very large. Lounge chairs were very dated and quite dirty. A lot of kids so if that's not your thing be warned.

Property has a beach you can walk to. It's a rock beach...no sand and the water had stuff floating in it. It'll leave it at that.

Front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. Only outdone my the guests, many of whom did not seem to understand social decorum.

To get to town you have to take a taxi (approx. 15 euro) which can take anywhere from 10 - 45 minutes to arrive and they DO NOT use a meter unless you tell them at the start that you need a receipt. Other alternative is the municipal bus system. Old, but cheaper.

I paid more for this room that I have paid for many 5-star properties in the US. I feel like I was horribly ripped off. I will never return to this property. It was so awful it ruined what could have been a very relaxing trip.

Otel resepsiyonunda çok bekletildik. Hizmet çok vasat. Çalışanlar suratsız. Müsteri yanında tartışabikiyorlar. Odaların yenilenmeai lazım konfor yok makesef. Bir sürü havuz olmasına rağmen şezlong bulabilmek için sabahın altısında kalkmak lazım. Her turist havlusınu bırakıp yer kapmakla mesgul. Eğlence sıfır çocuklara özgü animasyon yetersiz.

Villaggio con ogni confort, con molte piscine, perfetto per le famiglie, spiaggia confortevole. Cibo buono e in abbondanza, essendo una persona che necessita di senza glutine sono riuscita a mangiare bene. Villaggio in prevalenza inglese e tedesco, non parlano italiano. Un ringraziamento particolare a Nicolina, responsabile della reserve service per il ristorante greco.
Ci sono 3 ristoranti tutti a buffet.
Fuori dal villaggio vi sono agenzie di noleggio ed escursioni.

Uheldig kaos i restaurant ved måltider…

Dejlig ferie på hotellet.
Desværre en del kaos ved måltider, All-Inclusive, i den store restaurant.
Vi var afsted sent på sæsonen, og måske har de sparet for meget personel.
Ofte op til 20 minutters kø ved buffet. Med 6 børn i vores gruppe, var det for lang tid…

Et problem der simpelt ville kunne løses med en bedre styring, og flere stationer i restauranten.

Vi havde en dejlig ferie, men kommer ikke tilbage til dette hotel.

Schönes Hotel, nicht nachhaltig

Eigentlich sehr schöne Anlage, aber in relativ schlechtem Pflegezustand mit alten Badezimmern und teilweise beschädigten Sportanlagen, wie z.B. Tennisplätze. Täglicher Wechsel der Handtücher, obwohl wir diese zum Wiederverwenden aufgehängt haben und Verwendung von Plastikbechern in allen Restaurants. Massive Verschwendung von Lebensmitteln in den \"all you can hat\" Restaurants.
Reichhaltiges Angebot an Getränken und Lebensmitteln, schöne Pools, die allerdings nur von 10.00 bis 18.00 Uhr geöffnet waren. Gleiches gilt für alle Bars auf dem Gelände. Schöner Steinstrand, der allerdings häufiger gesäubert werden könnte.

Wir sind hier mit unseren 3 Kindern im Urlaub. Dass die 4 Sterne nicht mit einem 4 Sternehotel in der Schweiz mithalten kann, ist mehr als nur logisch, da die Standarts nicht die gleichen sind.

ABER! Die Zimmer sind sauber, schön und herzlich eingerichtet, der Fernseher ist zwar nicht der neuste, aber es hat Sender auf Deutsch - auch einen Kinderkanal, wenn es mal von nöten sein sollte.

Das Essen gibt es jeden Tag in Buffetform. Das Frühstück mit Pancakes, Rühreier etc wird immer frisch hergestellt. Das Mittagessen besteht aus einer kleineren Auswahl, was völlig okay ist. Beim Abendessen gibt es immer einen Themenabend - griechisch, italienisch, französisch etc. Die Speisen sind sehr lecker (aber auch hier, bedenke, die Köche kochen für etliche Menschen. Das es kein à la Carte essen ist, versteht sich von selbst), riesengrosse Auswahl und immer zur genüge Vorhanden. Zum Mittag- sowie Abendessen gibt es immer ein riesiges Desserbuffet. Wer zwischendurch Hunger hat, darf sich an der Poolbar mit Pommes, Hamburger, Hotdog etc eindecken. Getränke kann man den Tagdurch auch immerwieder kostenlos holen.
Jeden Tag wird das Zimmer geputzt.
Der Strand ist sauber. Für eine Liege wird pro Tag 3€ verlangt.
Alles in allem sind wir sehr sehr happy und sagen dem ganzen Personal; Küche, Restaurant, Zimmer, Rezeption und und und ein riesen grosses Dankeschön!

Kein 4 Sterne Hotel -> Sehr enttäuschend!

Es handelt sich um kein 4 Sterne Hotel! Es ist schon ziemlich runtergekommen und aktuell werden auch keine Reparaturen vorgenommen. Das Service und Essen sind auch sehr schlecht. Ich kann von einer Buchung nur abraten!

Die Struktur ist schön und sehr gut gelegen. Rund um die Pools wenige schattigen. Wennige Sonnenschirme und sonnenliegen un sehr enge Räume. Strand nicht gepflegt, aber mit sehr potenzial. Zimmerreinigung sehr schechte und jeder drei tage Handtücher und Bettwäsche.

Slitet hotell. Avskavda möbler i rummet, TV från 80-talet som inte funkade (även om man kanske inte kollar tv på semestern). Myror i badrummet. Extremt lyhört. Hårda sängar. Wifi funkade inte alls för nån av oss. Personalen är otroligt sega och ganska sura. De kmr och städar vid bordet medan man äter. Långa köer i restaurangerna. Ett barn fick en elstöt från en av åkattraktionerna vid poolen. Drickan är inte kall och kolsyran i all läsk är typ borta. Bestick/glas/tallrikar inte alltid rena. Många av solstolarna är trasiga (förutsatt att man hinner få någon, alla paxas tidigt på morgonen). Hotellet skulle behöva ett REJÄLT lyft och en renovering. Tur att man var där med härliga vänner så vi hade det nice ändå, men hade inte valt detta hotell igen.

Les repas sont plutôt bons et il y a le midi et l’après Midi des petits snacks (kebab, hot dog). La grande piscine olympique est bien plus calme car il y a moins d’enfants, C’est agréable.
Mais les boissons alcoolisées all’inclusive sont vraiment bas de gamme. Les chaises longues sur la plage sont payantes, les terrains de tennis sont en mauvais état tout comme le matériel prêté.
Nous étions proches de la fermeture de l’établissement pour l’hiver et tous les jours des services fermaient.
Pour le prix que nous avons payé on ne pouvait pas s’attendre à quelque chose d’exceptionnel. On peut dire qu’on en a eu pour notre argent et sur une semaine on peut s’en contenter.
