Not a 5* hotel in any way

This hotel is advertised as a 5* hotel, it is far from it, more like a 2* or maybe 3* at a push,
It is full of package holiday guests on an all inclusive eating and drinking session,
The pool is super salty, moreso than the sea,
The bar service is awful - we waited over 15 minutes for one drink
The restaurant is so overcrowded
It took over 2 hours to check in and get our rooms, only to find the twin was a double and that took another hour to fix
The bathrooms were mouldy and were not cleaned very well.
It would have been a good hotel one day before the package holiday companies took it over, now it's just overcrowded and I would not recommend it!

Nice location, good pools, nice beach. Good and fresh drinks at bars. Especially good service at Main Bar next to the pool. Buffet is low standard for lunch and dinner. From a 5 star resort one would expect significantly higher standard-no variety, not good display and not tasty. Specialty restaurants were nice and tasty.

Special thanks to Afroditi and all the reception team at Mitsis Ramira in Kos. I absolutely love this hotel it’s my favourite out of all the Mitsis Hotels that we have had the pleasure of staying at.
The 14 nights we stayed were fantastic the staff are all so happy and friendly and the service is excellent we were made to feel special the whole 2 weeks.
Food was superb so much choice in the main restaurant and in the Italian a la carte the food was amazing ate there for dinner and Brunch which doesn’t cost any extra it’s all included.
The bar staff day and night work so hard they work long hours but are always smiling and service was excellent never had to wait long to be served.
They serve Branded as well as local spirits. Gordon’s G & T and the Prosecco was lovely not forgetting the Cocktails.
Evening entertainment was fantastic from Meds Entertainment as always, Jersey Boys,Golden Tones ( Drifters) Supremes all of them was so enjoyable to watch the guests loved them just what you expect from a 5 star hotel it really makes your holiday. You have to get there early to be able to get a table & chairs as they get full quickly.
Beach lovely, great beach bar and Ice cream patisserie.
The hotel is kept spotlessly clean and so are the immaculate gardens.
My room maid Marianna what a lovely person she is so hardworking and a delight to have a chat with kept my room very clean.
I can’t wait to return again in October to see all my friends again they are like one big family.

Just returned from a 14 night stay at the Ramira. Stayed for the first time last year and liked it so much we booked to return this year. Second visit did not disappoint.
Stayed in a Deluxe Double room with seaview. View was fantastic. Room was cleaned every day by the wonderful Eleni Really comfy king size bed. Mini bar stocked every other day (beer, wine, water, coke fanta lemon , fanta orange, sprite and soda water - all included no extra charge).
Ate at the italian al la carte which i really enjoyed. Mushroom Risotto was the best I’ve ever tasted. Didn’t try the Meat al la carte this time (I’m vegetarian so not much choice in there for me). The buffet restaurant has fantastic choice and is always varied (in my opinion). It has to cater to the different food tastes of numerous nationalities which can’t be easy. I never struggled to find anything I fancied and the desserts are just delicious!
Evening entertainment is varied with the usual tribute acts (The Drifters, The Jersey Tones, The Supremes, Legends etc) , Greek Dancing on Sunday night and a DJ on Friday night.
Pools are lovely and it was never crowded in the main pool. Never an issue getting a sunbed. Lovely comfy beds on the beach too.
I found the Ramira to be a great value All inc hotel. It’s staff are what make it - they all work so hard and are so friendly. It has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere- not pretentious or posy.

Good hotel overall. Staff obviously overworked and there isn’t enough. Ordering drinks takes a long time and queues at dinner in particular.

A la carte restuarants are better than buffet, but again very slow service.

A couple of very good staff, and the rest seem like they haven’t been here much.

Pool bar staff and cleaners are real positive.

I would recommend.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, the staff are amazing so helpful, happy and go out of their way to make your holiday special. Afroditi the manager on the front desk went out of her way to assist us she is fantastic we can’t thank her enough what a lovely lady. Food and drink excellent and the evening entertainment was the best we have seen out of all the Mitsis Hotels, The Jersey Tones and the Golden Tones from Meds Entertainment were fantastic their voices ere amazing they certainly know how to put on a great show. The manager of the hotel must be really proud of all his staff as the service they offer is 1st Class better than all the Mitsis luxury hotels we have stayed at.

The hotel by itself is good, location is amazing and Greece is beautiful, but the staffs are completely impolite, not prepared to deal or serve people. On my first day checking in, the receptionist felt free enough to make a “joke” with me and my wife saying that because where we are from, it would be probably the first time we use one wristbands of all inclusive hotel, which I felt ridiculous joke. This ain’t first all inclusive hotel we stayed and it’s so far to be the best one!

On my first night sleeping at the hotel, I woke up with 2 housekeepers screaming “joking to each other” in front of my room at 8am. I went to complain at reception and she said it’s “strange” this happened but she will check.
Also, as the hotel is all inclusive and has many places to eat and drink or have snacks, we couldn’t find any information about times and locations for enjoying it, so we had to walk around and ask everyone and being answered in a rude way as we were supposed to know already, then we missed many meals because when we arrived it was closing already, as there wasn’t information at all at reception or in the room.
Also, they had 2 good restaurants options which we couldn’t access or enjoy because apparently we were supposed to book it within 3 days in advance to access it and our stay was 3 nights, and one more time, nobody told us about that.
Very poor staff service! Do not recommend and surely not coming back in our Kos trip again.

Our room wasnt ready on our arrival and had multiple issues including a broken rear door, broken light, broken blind. Our room was also not cleaned one day. Maintenence people turned up unannounced.

Excellent. Service was top class at all times day and night, fantastic food in all 3 restaurants, 3 great pools and a lovely beach - hotel is impeccably clean but could do with a little updating/modernising in places now. If you don’t get a sunbed by 7am you don’t get one but I think that’s reflective of most hotels (even 5*) during peak season. Will definitely be considering Mitsis resorts when visiting Greece again

Rooms dated, view from none Garden rooms isn’t pretty, speciality restaurants are in an extension of the main buffet restaurant (not really an issue but does take away from the speciality experience as have you walk through every other diner on the buffet), no extractor fans in bathroom, main pool beer deep (not great for kids), race for sunbeds every morning.

Having said that, food was adequate, rooms were comfortable, staff were helpful, drinks were plentiful, beach was close, bars and creperie were good, pools were clean and not overcrowded!

Excellent stay at Mitsis Ramira Beach the staff are what make this hotel they can’t do enough for you to make your stay so enjoyable.

Food was fabulous so much choice in the main restaurant and also the a la carte restaurants were great.

Drinks were amazing especially the Cocktails and even my Gordon’s Gin & Tonic, never had to wait long to be served as soon as the glasses were empty they asked if you would like another.

The hotel is so clean our room was kept spotless our family rooms with Private Pool was superb special thanks to Aphrodite for the upgrade being a Gold Member this was very much appreciated.

Special thanks also to Antonia our waitress at breakfast such a lovely girl so happy to serve you always with a smile she works so hard she is a credit to the hotel.

Evening entertainment was best on the nights when The Jersey Tones and The Drifters were on great to see that Mitsis have Meds Entertainment back again they are brilliant and what you expect from a 5 star Hotel.

Thank you Mitsis Ramira Beach for a great holiday and we will definitely return.

Great property 30mins from airport in taxi around 50euros. Easy check in. They show you to your room so you don’t get lost. Welcome refreshing drink and flannel . Air con in room plenty of towels and fridge Well stocked. Bars have great selection staff helpful and waiters always ask if you need a drink Shen you sit in bar or by pool. Buffet style restaurant has all you need for breakfast lunch and dinner. Book days in advance for the meat restaurant and the Italian restaurant which I preferred. Drinks and gyros & burgers on the beach which a quick 2 minute walk. Crepes and ice cream amazing too. Also on site next to gym and yoga Área and staff Amazing too. Definitely do a class or just a session. Food was really good staff really good even a tennis court, football Astro turf, and basketball court too which were all well kept.

I have have stayed at Mitsis a few times and have always loved it. Ramira beach is nice and service is generally good (better in the bar than in the main restaurant) unfortunately the main restaurant is too small for the hotel and feels stressfull and the entertainment and the size of the area to watch it is not great and in my opinion is not in line with the Mitsis brand. Saying that for the price its a good entry level hotel Mitsis option but if you have been to others dont expect the same kind of luxury the other hotels offer.

Excellent all-inclusive resort!

What a terrific place to stay! We were here for a week and wished we could have stayed longer. The room was lovely, facing the sea. Perfect for morning coffee and an afternoon glass of wine. The food was plentiful and fresh. We especially enjoyed being greeted by Ersida every time we went into dine. She is such a sweet and friendly young woman. Christina was our cocktail waitress for our after-dinner digestif and was outstanding! The head of housekeeping, Linda, was also very helpful. All of the staff were friendly and courteous. We took a 43€ taxi from the airport and paid 52€ for the shuttle back. We also rented a car right at the resort for two days so we could explore the island- well worth it. You can visit the other Mitsis properties; but we think Ramira Beach is the best! We’d definitely like to return someday.

Great bang for the buck!

The resort had a nice overall feel. The all inclusive is great especially when you’re there with your family. I loved the fact that there was a nice little cafe on the outside grounds of the resort as well as a cafe on the beach. It made it very easy to stop by for a bite or a drink no matter where you were in the resort. The resort has a nice specious pool and the beach was big enough to find a spot to sit. The water at the beach is a little choppy but the kids seemed to enjoy the waves. The proximity to Kos town was great! It literally was a five minute drive! The rooms were a bit tight but house keeping did a great job at keeping things neat and clean.. I loved the balcony which was furnished with chairs and a table. Great for relaxing in the evening!! I definitely, would recommend the resort for families.. Another great thing is that you can use the other Mitsis facilities on the other side of the island as long as you show proof that your staying with there sister resort. In addition you can also eat at there all inclusive cafes as long as you have your bracelets on.

Perfectly fine 3* hotel, definitely not 5*. For reference, our favourite places include Daios cove, ikos, Coworth park.
On arrival, i lugged our luggage up
Some stairs myself, no help. Checked in, they brought us to a double room when I had booked and paid for a family room. I protested, and they clearly had just oversold. Kept trying to get me to stay and unpack and said a manager would speak to me after 6pm. I had to kick up quite a fuss for them to actually give me the room I paid for (they didn’t offer any solution but for me to keep the double room and stop complaining). Kids pool was great fun for kids but it’s filthy. Really cloudy and kinda slimy.
Beach was great but v rocky, but there’s no beach service to speak of (you go get your own drinks etc) and there was definitely no “premium” spirits.
Reviews about needing to reserve beach chairs early was correct. The “stocked” mini bar was a few lukewarm sodas and 2 bottles of local beer. No one ever restocked it. There is no turndown service at all - I called to ask if they had it and they asked me to explain what it was. I said never mind, and then the manager wouldn’t stop calling me to ask me exactly what I’d like them to do.
The “restaurants” were a joke. Buffet fine for a 3-4* place, The a la carte was just a roped off area in the buffet restaurant, and the food was worse. But the piece de resistance had to be the “wine list”below. Which was the only wine on offer…and only one bar did cocktails

Really enjoyed the friendly staff and amazing buffet. It was impossible to get a reservation to one of the a-la-carte restaurants. They were all booked. For the last 3 days of our stay, the hotel was closing because it was the end of season, so they transferred us to the even nicer Blue Domes resort. That was hard to beat with their delicious theme restaurants by the pool.

This is a great hotel, would gladly stay again. The rooms are very good, overall condition is great, eating options plenty, and staff is attentive - especially Irina at the front desk and Argyros at the Italian restaurant. The a la carte restaurants are really great! A couple of things to improve (mainly due to season opening): the restaurant needs more staff, creperie working hours should be longer/match what’s in the website and main bar also needs more staff in the evenings. Wider variety of drinks would also be good.

The hotel is excellent to stay. It had lots of little nice areas to relax or have fun. The food was delicious and amazing at the main restaurant and a la carte restaurants. The staff was very friendly. They were always smiling, helpful and eager to make you happy and comfortable. Especially the lady who served drinks around the main pool was wonderful. We spent a week in there and left with pleasure. We highly recommend it.

All the staff were wonderful ,willing to go the extra mile with a smile . To be honest, as was the last week of the season, I thought after a long busy summer , understandably so , the staff might be on operation wind down - not so , you would think it was the beginning of the season,nothing was too much trouble . Food was varied & plentiful, at all meal times . Took advantage of going to the other Mitris hotels on the Island , they were lovely , but for me The Ramira came out ahead because of the great staff - thank you all for making us welcome.

Great hotel. Clean, attentive staff who could not do enough for you.
Only slightly negative (slight!) was the location, 3.6km to Kos Town, took about an hour to walk to the heart of it, but only 3 minutes on the local bus that ran every 30 mins and only cost €1,60.

Hotel staff cleaned rooms twice a day, brought round fresh fruit and drinks to you in the pool. Snack bar on the beach included in all inclusive, a real gem as you got fresh burgers and gyros served under the beach hut - didn’t feel like an all inclusive hotel.

Lots of places and bars to sit in the evening. A great hotel that made our staff just lovely. Would definitely return to the hotel, and will be looking at others in the same chain

Hotel staff very polite and friendly. We had booked 2 pool view family rooms, but only had a view of the roof. Hotel staff could not do enough to help and find 2 more rooms with a better view. They finally managed to get us 2 amazing rooms next to one another with a sea view. The food was excellent. The pool and grounds were perfect, plenty of sunbeds. Evening entertainment very good. Right on the pebbly beach. Advertised as 5* but would rate it as an excellent 4*. Has all the 5* amenities but not quite the poshness of a 5*, which suited us fine. Cleanest hotel I have every stayed in. Cleaners everywhere, day and night. 10 minute bus ride into Kos town. If all Mitsis hotels are of the same standard will not look at any others. Look forward to returning maybe next year.

The hotel is not 5 star which is the biggest dissapoinment. How it achieved this is beyond me. The 4 restaurants are actually 1 beach bar serving Kebap only and then 1 buffet restaurant with 2 small sections which are a la Carte one Italian and one Chinese. Food selection was very samey. There was takeaway sandwiches in on bar but they looked worse than a school lunch. We actually asked to check out we were that surprised by it and we also weren’t happy with the baby beds - one was dirty and the next stained. The Rooms division manager said nothing wronged with stained one as the dirt couldn’t be cleaned off. He was also a bit aggressive and said this isn’t a reason to checkout but why would you want unhappy hotel guests. The breakfast staff were moody but buffet chefs happy and Elena the pool bar waitress was very good and apart from baby beds it was clean. The Room Division manger said they hadn’t changed the hotel description in 20 years when I mentioned the resturant description was Missleading. That is the problem it is a hotel not for the traveller of today but of twenty years ago. So if you want a hotel experience from 20 years ago it is your place. Five star it is not. They also used so much one use plastic when there are so many eco alternatives and this was a shame. All pool drinks served in single use plastic, same with the beach bar and the beach bar was all plastic cutlery and plates

Wonderful family stay

What a lovely time we just had at Mitsis Ramira Beach Hotel. The hotel is well maintained and kept clean at all times. The staff were so wonderful, always a smile on their faces and so open and friendly to our kids, we were sad to leave them. The animation team was great!! The kids loved the kids club and the mini disco! Best DJ in Kos town! Yeah!! Initially we had a mix up of rooms but they made sure we forgot about it very quickly! Thank you so much for your kindness. We had a fab time. We will return to Kos one day but when it’s a little bit warmer so we can fully enjoy the pool etc.. the water was a little cold in October now! However, the weather was still nice and so much better than England. Thanks again! I will recommend to friends!

The food is very good and lots of choice
The hotel was full but it didn't feel crowded there is always sunbeds available around the pool and on the beach
Lots to keep you entertained all day long
The rooms are very big and cleaned daily to very high standards
Bathrobes slippers and good toiletries
With a well stocked mini fridge beers wine soft drinks
You couldn't ask for more amazing stay thank you

Nice hotel near Kos town

Lovely hotel with great staff. We had a room with a sea view, which was amazing looking over the water to Turkey in the distance. The beach was very close with sunbeds and umbrellas for guests to use. There was a beach bar for guests as well. Very pleased it was all inclusive so did not have to worry about anything. The week we were there, there was a heavy German occupancy and then the Russians came in. Personal experience with them was not good and some were so rude to the staff who all work extremely hard to give you a good time. Nothing is too much for them to help with. I accidently left my handbag in a bar and it was handed in, intact, so was extremely grateful to the staff and reception. The water in the hotel is drinkable.

Our stay at the Ramira

We did love the experience. Staff, in particular Maria (little lady, bar waitress), were very helpful and friendly. The food was really good and there was plenty of choice. Pool a bit smallish but we would rather enjoyed the beach. I would come back again, without any doubt!!!!!! Also, you can access the city easily by bus or taxi. I would recommend taking a day boat trip to another islands. Our experience at the \"Princess Diana\" boat was fascinating and ended with a dance to the Macarena.

Great Stay.

We arrived at about 1.30am due to delays - tired and starving! We were greeted by such friendly staff even that time of the morning - offered fresh lemonade on arrival and were told that food was not a problem as the restaurant was open until 6am! Amazing! - we went in, sat down and had a lovely meal with waiter service!
The staff at the hotel were exceptional, especially the animation team - I have to recognise Heidi and Nelly - Heidi because she got my 10 year old son involved in all the activities, he made so many friends and I hardly saw him the whole holiday! and Nelly just because she was absolutely hilarious - and great at organising all the sporting events. If you wanted to you could be entertained the whole day.
The waiters were very efficient - great to get drinks bought to you when you're sun bathing around the pool!
If I had to pick anything out as a criticism it would be the fact that the 2 main pools were salt water and that did get a bit annoying as it really stung your eyes - my boys got a bit fed up with that. Overall great stay though.

Stay was really excellent. Staff friendliness amongst the best we have ever experience din an all-Inclusive hotel. Hotel also had lots of little nice areas where they were generous for all inclusive - such as an abundance of ice cream and allowing use of facilities on day of departure even though very late (we also arrived very early but this was also no issue - our rooms were available at 8:00)
Complex was excellent, only lacing a fitness room from our viewpoint. The rooms we had were very good with nice views of the sea. There are a few rooms with limited views but most rooms have a great sea or pool view.
Food was very good whether in the hotel or the beach bar. They also have an Italian and Chinese Restaurant - we tried both. These were good for the main courses - they had some silly avoidable issues on starters where they were pre-prepared and not as good as they could be. But I am being picky now because overall the food was really excellent.
The animation was very good, our teenage boys played darts, football, beach volleyball and basketball. The team were very friendly and didn't hassle us parents to join in!!.

So overall top marks for the Ramira Beach.

Nice hotel but not satisfying. Good value for mone

Pros:
Location is great. Hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. When we checked in we got a room on third floor in a building without elevator and we asked to change since we had an old lady in our party and the hotel gave us better located rooms. Animation team is good.
Cons:
Hotel is old although renovated. In our last day there was 3 hours electricity outage (!!). There is no gym at all which was very disappointing. The food is ok but after several days and not much diversity in it , it starting to be very boring. There are two restaurants if you are lucky to get reservations for it : Chinese and Italian. Avoid the Chinese- it is terrible. The Italian is good though . Rest of meals are OK but again, every meal looks the same as it was before and food quality is not at its best. At check in you get a key for the room which is an old fashioned- why not moing to cards?
Safe in the rooms costs money although in an all inclusive plan you would expect to get this smal thing for free.
There is free wifi, but.. every 3 hours (!!) you would need to re-register and although it takes 2 min this sucks. Also it's pretty slow and some areas are not well covered.

Nothing to do with a 5 stars hotel

This hotel is a joke, has nothing to do with 5 stars hotels. We payed all inclusive 14 days stay in family room with a private pool. The room is one room with a door separating bed with 2 materasses (supose to be double bed) from other two beds. There was no window is ours part of the room, so you can not close a door if you want to breath. If you want to go in a private pool you need to pass thrue a kids part of the room with a table in the middle. The room is old and ugly. Our shower was broken, our remote control didn't work for two days, our frige didn't work for 7 days (we ask first day if they can fix it). When we ask for bottle of water they try to explain us that we get 2 bottels of water every two days (for 4 of us in all inclusive resort) and that if we want more we need to buy it in the store. In bars you can not get botteled water, they gave you water from a pipe that is yellow and smel very bad. There is no any kind of juice, just something that they called limonade, but has nothing to do with it. You can not ordered a coctail such as margerita, you can get only one kind of a coctail (I don't know what there put inside it, but is mostliy sugar). The worst thing are a lines, you need to wait in the line for everything, every meel at least 10-15 minutes (we couldn't understand why, because there was always plenty of empty tables), one hour at least for the hamburger on the beach and there is no sun beds no where (beach or pool) if you wake up after 7 o'clock.

Very good family friendly hotel.

Excellent all inclusive hotel. Stayed here during peak time in a room with a private pool. Room was spacious, clean and had everything you needed with added extras (bathrobes, slippers and toiletries). Room was cleaned daily and we were lucky enough to have our mini bar topped up daily.

Food was excellent in the main restaurant and Italian, Chinese. Waiter staff worked hard as at times the restaurant was very busy.

Animation team enthusiasm and motivation was tireless and they encouraged and interacted with all the guests everyday. Evening entertainment was your usual hotel shows however my kids enjoyed them thouroughly.

Location of the hotel is quite remote so hiring a bike or a car is a good idea. The beach is pebbly so bring water shoes and the sea is very choppy and gets deep quickly. Views of the sunset are a amazing.

The hotel grounds are stunning and are looked after daily. Pools are salt water and can sting if not wearing googles. But we had our private pool room so this did not bother us.

Would we recommend this hotel : yes
Would we come back : yes

Nice resort, in a quiet location

Lovely place, in Greece but close to Turkey. Not so full, because it is not on the main route of the travel agencies. They have good food, lovely staff (greetings to Niky from animation team) and clean. The only downside is tgey have limited no of sunbeds and places at the main bar. We recommend it.

Lovely hotel, great value

Overall I have to say the Mitsis Rameira is a fantastic hotel. There is a great variety of food available 24/7, from hot sandwiches at the kids pool bar, to bar snacks at the main pool and hot kebabs at the beach bar.
Almost everything is self service except for the food at the two restaurants (the Chinese and Italian), and there is a good variety. I found a lot of the food a touch too sweet, even the bread had a cake taste to it, but other than that I couldn't complain. The staff were incredibly helpful, sourcing soya milk for me and making sure I had some every morning.
I stayed in a room with a private pool which was wonderful. The minibar was free and restocked every 2 days. Room service is available for a 5 euro charge.
Take cash with you as you will need it for the room safe and the deposit for the towels (if required, 20 euro each).

4th time for us......

Fourth time at this Hotel. Just a 5 min Bus ride or 10 min cycle gets you into Kos centre. Sit on the beach during the day and then off to Kos for some people watching and then back in time for Dinner and the Hotel entertainment.

Nice hotel but poor quality food

The hotel was of a good standard but the food quality and staff attitude was poor. I am vegetarian and the food options were very limited. Even my partner, that usually eats anything, was disappointed with the food. The hotel staff failed to assist me when I injured myself and keep trying to move us to other Mitsis hotels as they had over booked. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Great hotel for all age groups

Something for everyone. Terrific mix of nationalities, lots of variety of entertainment and activities, excellent animation team & friendly staff. Always a good variety of food with lunch and snacks available at the beach. A good range of activities on offer with the beach just a minute walk from the hotel. The staff, particularly the animation team, made an effort to engage with all the guests.

The Ramira Hotel at Kos

Excellent service at the hotel with all the staff being very willing to satisfy the customers' needs.
There was plenty of food and excellent service at the restaurant.

hotel is in a great location.....

I have recently stayed at this hotel and I loved every minute of it.Wouldnt change even 1 thing about it.All the staff has made my stay the best i can remember in ages.The hotel is very beautiful ,has loads of activities through out the day and 2 beautiful swimming pools and great outside settings and also inside settings.The restaurant inside is superb and the reception and the staff who works there are brilliant.They are also a family friendly so would deffinately recomend this hotel to families.What made my stay so good was that all the staff who works there are very friendly and they do want to get to know you and then they want to know what your needs are so they can get them right every and each time and day of your stay.They will find out what you favourite drink is and they will make sure that you always get it before you even ask for it.They will make sure that your stay is perfect.I would recomened this hotel to anyone and I will be returning myself there every time I travel to KOS.It is very important this day get good value for money and this hotel had deffinately got it.And on this occasion I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff there who looked after me..

Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Familienzimmer mit eigenem Pool und Meerblick bekommen.
Der Pool war sehr sauber allerdings zu unserer Reisezeit Anfang Oktober sehr frisch da eigentlich keine Sonne hinkam.
Was uns fehlte war eine Möglichkeit die nassen Badesachen und Handtücher zum Trocknen aufzuhängen.
Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt.
Das Personal sehr freundlich von der Putzfrau bis zur Rezeption.
Das Essen war immer sehr gut.
Wer sich da nichts findet ist selbst schuld.
Auch die a la carte Restaurants sind super.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem.
Das Hotel an sich verdient eine klare Weiterempfehlung.
Wir hatten ein Mietauto an Flughafen was wir sehr empfehlen würden.
Denn die Strände sind auf der anderen Seite der Insel um einiges schöner. Hier ist es ein Kiesstrand.
Aber das ist Ansichtssache.
