Nice located hotel with nice view dont get me wrong. On the cleanliness side it was more then terrible. We change room 15 minutes after we check in because our room smell terrible. It was smelling like mold. (See attached pictures if possible)

The hallway to go at your room if very unclean. Its unfortunate because the pool and view from dining area is amazing.

If you are sensitive to clean places DO NOT GO THERE!

Do NOT book with this hotel. They offered the room next door, which still has issues with the property conditions. Not just the room, the hotel itself does not meet the standards it set for itself in the photos it has shared on Expedia. There is a weird smell in the room. They told us the conditions are not their responsibility due to these rooms being “recently renovated” and to contact Expedia (but we have picture of the hotel and room that prove otherwise). We just want our full refund so that we’re able to book somewhere else without the financial burden. This is a decision we’ve made after careful thought and consideration, something we wish we did not have to do.

We are so glad we booked here for a 1 night stay and wish we had been able to stay longer.
The staff are fantastic and can’t do enough for you. The hotel and grounds are lovely and the views are outstanding.
The breakfast was nice an enough choice for all.
We will definitely be back and booking a longer trip with a sea view!

Booked a comfort triple room with partial sea view. There was no aspect of comfort to the tired old room with three single beds crammed so tight you could barely get between. No space in bathroom to put any toiletries. Shower looked so awful I couldn’t bring myself to use it.
A partial view means walking outside to the overgrown ‘terrace’ turning 45 degrees and glimpsing the ocean. When I questioned the unfriendly front of house staff if we were in right room she said yes it was a ‘lateral’ view of the sea.
Speaking of staff the woman at the front was rude and patronising, not just to me but aggressive to another group and yelled at a young exhausted guest to move her car - even though there is NO parking available, despite being charged €13.
Felt like an old people’s home filled with scary mismatched decor.
There is far better in Lloret.

The staff was friendly & helpful. I could see the Castle from my balcony & the bed was comfortable. I loved the brunch. The chef served fresh eggs & pancakes daily. The pool was fantastic & there was live entertaining every night. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Lloret de Mar.

The property is located in an amazing setting! Beautiful views, great outdoor and indoor common spaces! Pool is great as well and all other restaurant and bar facilities!
However- the rooms are a completely different story! Small, dark and full of moisture! It’s a shame that a really nice property like this doesn’t have matching rooms to the overall feel!

We truly enjoyed our stay, the staff is amazing, very attentive, they all speak English. The property was clean but all the furniture needs updating, some chairs were broken, the one in our room was dangerous to sit on.
The view from the pool and patio were amazing, we would highly recommend this hotel.

Was surprised by the high reviews on this property so I decided to give it a chance. It is cheap, but you get what you pay for, and nothing more. I booked a two bed room months in advance and when we arrived they said they were sold out of that room. The room they put us in looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I wore my shoes in the room because my feet would get so dirty if I didn’t. It was also moldy and musty in our bathroom.

They charge you for use of safe in your room. The housekeeping also entered our room multiple times without announcing themselves and would often do it so early, it would wake us up. Staff was extremely unfriendly and quick to rush you out as well. The landscaping is beautiful and that would be my only positive comment.

Almost Perfect

The suite overlooking the Mediterranean was fantastic, the breakfast was top-notch, and the staff was friendly. If I could improve one thing it would be the front desk's ability to help one customer at a time. The gal at the front desk working the late shift kept going back and forth between myself and an undecisive group of people that kept asking questions while I waited for my room key. I know it's Europe, and patience is a virtue, but a 20-minute check-in near midnight when all you want to do is sleep does test your patience. I didn't complain since the receptionist really was doing her best, was absolutely professional and warm, but just didn't prioritize customers properly. I hesitate in even bringing it up.
Other than that, my stay was very pleasant.

The hotel common facilities are really beautiful. Staff is very friendly. Be aware that 95% of the room pictures they use are from their special rooms (not standard room). Cleaning was disappointing - dust in the AC and the balcony was so dirty that was impossible to use.

The carpet outside our room was dirty and smelled of mould. The sea facing room from the first floor was very average. Staff members (few of them) were very good.. Breakfast spread was good

Excellent experience, will stop again!

What a wonderful stay at a hotel steeped in history. From our check in, to leaving we had an amazing stay. The lady on reception (Marcelle) was absolutely wonderful. She spoke a multitude of languages, and can converse fluently. She was so helpful and informative. A real asset to the hotel! We stayed on a Dinner, bed and breakfast basis. All meals were typical Spanish buffet style, and more than adequate. The waiters and staff in the restaurant and bar were also very nice. The rooms are slightly outdated, but spotlessly clean. The beds are amazing, best nights sleep I have had in ages! We were lucky enough to have a Sea View room, which is remarkable to wake up to. There was traditional Spanish entertainment on one evening...Dancing and Singing..which we thoroughly enjoyed. The walk to Lloret itself is quite a trek, but great for building up an appetite for the evening meal. We will definitely return next year to this lovely Hotel. We stayed out of season so didn't use the Swimming facilities, but they are absolutely amazing looking over the bay! 5 stars from us!

Lidt forvirrende ved ankomst med en bom midt på vejen uden instruktioner, men vi blev fint modtaget og det er meget charmerende med de forskellige møbler - Boutique stil, kunne bruge en kaffemaskine på værelset, når man vælger at servere morgenmad fra kl 8.00, det er lige sent nok når man som os kommer fra Skandinavien.

Très bon séjour en famille, malgré quelques petits

Nous avons séjourné une semaine en famille. L’hôtel est très propre, que ce soit dans la chambre ou les parties communes. Le personnel est impeccable et toujours aimable. Le buffet est bon et varié, renouvelé tous les soirs. Animations sympathiques chaque soir, et une magnifique vue sur Lloret.

La chambre est un peu vieillotte mais fonctionnelle, avec une clim efficace et une literie très confortable. En revanche, pas du tout insonorisée : on entend les voisins et les bruits du couloir. La salle de bain manque de rangements (à 3, pas d’espace pour poser les affaires de toilette). Les rideaux sont occultants mais laissent passer la lumière au lever du soleil.

Le Wi-Fi est capricieux, mieux vaut prévoir la 4G. Parking pratique. Accès à la ville soit par un escalier (très raide à remonter), soit via l’hôtel voisin Alba Seleqtta en utilisant leur ascenseur (astuce bien utile !).

Un bon séjour globalement, avec un bon rapport qualité/prix, malgré quelques défauts à connaître.

Some health and safety issues are lacking in the property. The wood pieces in the pool area is moving and hurt my feet. We warned them but they did not care. There are rusty nails in the open. No precautions have been taken. A tall person can easily hit his forehead or face. Unfortunately, there is no professional approach. While the guests are on vacation, the workers are making dowels. It is not clear whether you are on vacation or listening to dowels.

Sejour en famille, hotel très beau, bien situé. Nous etions 7. Lors des repas nous avions tjs une grande table de 7 places. Sauf une fois ou le responsable etait là du coup on nous a placé sur une autre table comme des sardines. Certains membres du restaurant ne sont pas souriant, aimable.
La vue de l'hôtel est juste fantastique.

Auf einem kleinen Berg über Lloret de Mar, nahe am Strand gelegen. Daher gemessen am Rest Llorets relativ ruhig. Altehrwürdiges Haus mit leider einigem in die Jahre gekommenem Mobiliar, Teppichen etc. Schade, da für Lloret beste Lage und toller Meerblick.

Mir wurde ein Zimmer angeboten was verschimmelt war. Und, wie man 28 Jahre lang ohne Renovierungsmaßnahmen durchhalten kann, ist schon bemerkenswert. Aber der Zimmertausch war ganz einfach - das Schimmel Thema war bekannt. Der Empfang machte Probleme beim Parken.

De la moisissure au plafond, un abat jour complètement défraîchi et effiloché, deux lits simples qui ne cessent de glisser pour un lit double demandé, des meubles qui ont plus que vécu, pas de petites cuillères pour le dessert, un minuscule parking payant 14€.... et on affiche 4*!!! On parle d'un Palace??? Cest loin, très loin d'être le cas. Vraiment décevant.

Mugg på vegger (Mold on walls)

Det var masse muggsopp på veggene. Vi fikk oppgradert rom etterpå så på en måte god service og hyggelig dame i resepsjonen, men dette var så mye mugg at det er helsemessig risiko på det første rommet, og når det i tillegg var så åpenbart lett å se, så har de faktisk visst om dette, og likevel tildelt oss rommet.

L’extérieur de l’hôtel est incroyable, la piscine immense avec une vue à couper le souffle sur les hauteurs de Lloret, les repas en demi-pension plutôt bons (surtout le petit-déjeuner) et le bar près de la piscine très sympa mais la chambre fait largement baisser la note pour un 4 étoiles. Chambre vétuste, une clim qui fait un bruit de tracteur, impossible à régler en mode nuit et qui doit avoir le même âge que ma grand-mère et une sdb juste passable. Vraiment dommage que l’intérieur ne soit pas à la hauteur de l’extérieur.
Si vous voulez une vue éblouissante je recommande mais n’oubliez pas que la vue se paye et que les 150 marches pour descendre en ville doivent ensuite être remontées.

Det luktar avlopp i hela rummet konstant! Det luktar mögel i korridorerna, puts ramlar av. Slitna möbler på rummet, fuktskadat golv. Ovårdad uteplats med skräp från tidigare gäster. Dåligt städat! Hotellet har inget gott kaffe! All dryck till middag kostar extra trots halv pantion!
Positivt med utsikten, parkeringen och närhet till allt.
Kommer inte tillbaka! Tyvärr!

Estuvimos 1 noche en pareja. El decorado por dentro no es de nuestro estilo pr la habitacion estaba limpia. La piscina nos a encanto y la tranquilidad y vistas de afuera también. Personal fabuloso. Bien ubicado ya que en todo el fin de semana pudimos bajar al centro y playa en tal solo 10 minutos. Muy bien ubicado.

Très bel hôtel, nourriture très bonne, chambre faite chaque jour par contre chambre 523 sinistre car face a un mur, la propreté piscine laisse franchement a désirer, elle n'est pas nettoyée régulièrement,j'ai pris des photos de zones jaunes dans l'eau que j'ai montré à la réception . Il est aussi à bien comprendre que nous sommes 8 étages au dessus de la mer accessible via un long escalier très raide vers centre ville ou par un plus petit escalier qui mène a un parking se trouvant au 6 ème étage d un autre hôtel que vous devrez traverser comme un labyrinthe de chambre pour prendre ascenseur et aller a sa réception au 0 pour vous retrouver en ville. Parking très cher 14 euros par jour toujours complet donc vous devez vous garer en bas de la colonne a monter a chaque fois. Étant seul alors que j'ai payé sur base chambre double obligatoirement j'avais la demi pension j'ai demandé si je pouvais du coup aussi déjeuner vu que je payais deux repas pour un ça m'a été refusé

Fantastisk beliggenhet. Hotellet er fint men rommen lever ikke op til 4 stjerner. Litt slitt og uten noe ekstra som vannkoker eller vann. Betaling for safe på et 4 stjerners hotel er lit drøyt. Spisesalen svær og upersonlig men med god variert frokost. Fine uteområder. Litt charterstuk over hotellet men beliggenhet er som sagt topp.
