Great experience with Hotel Anabel. I did book a Single room and got a double unfortunately with a wet room instead of bathroom. Showering was difficult, because I had to pay attention to not overflow the whole wetroom with water. This was the point of my disappointment.
The hotel it's well located, but in a more quiet area. Well decorated and maintained. I've had half-board, the restaurant was ok but not too many choices on breakfast and dinner.
The prices for breakfast are 7.50€ for breakfast and 15€ for lunch/ dinner per person if they aren't included in your reservation.
I really missed the scrambled eggs during the breakfast.

Despite of these small nuances, still giving 5 stars.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The hotel and rooms are modern decorated and clean. Very close to the shops but thankfully far enough from the noisy area. The only downside is the artificial grass in pool area which was dirty and unpleasant To walk on. The sun loungers need replacement as well. My son loved the kids club tho.

A great hotel for the pool, sunshine and spa

I booked Hotel Anabel to take advantage of the pool, the spa and it's proximity to the beach. My room was better than I expected with a balcony to relax on. Breakfast was plentiful with the staff always happy to help. The hotel was the perfect place for me to enjoy my 4 nights break in Lloret de Mar.

Decent 4 star hotel in Lloret de Mar. Rooms clean but quite small but with really good outdoor space.

We did half board, breakfast was pretty good, dinner ok the first two nights but better the final one when they had king prawns and pulled pork.

Good location walkable to city and beach. Parking possible but quite expensive at €20 per day.

as a vip member, i felt i was not treated fairly. none of the perks offered to a VIP guest was offered or acknowledged. Prior to my stay, I had been requesting to take off one night of my 3 day stay but management did not respond to expedia at all despite of several attempts. As I checked in, management said that they will not accommodate the one extra (last) night cancellation request because they will not have time to resell the room. Had they responded few days prior they would have!!! Overall communication from management was very poor. Will never go back!!!

My husband and I returned to Hotel Anabel after 53years. It was our 1st holiday together 1971. We were so glad we did. The family run hotel made such a fuss of us when we told them our reason for returning. The hotel is still fabulous. It is spotless and everything about it is high end. The bed, bedding and towels are what you would expect in a 5*. We loved our 4 days stay and it was very nostalgic for us. Thank you Anna (owner) for welcoming us back and for showing us all your old pictures of 1971. We will be back again and not leave it so long next time Denise & Neil

Clean, modern well located hotel.

Hotel was modern, clean & well located to explore the area of Lloret de Mar. It’s a short walk to the sea front and there are an abundance of places to eat out in the surrounding area. Only used the pool once but noticed even though it was July you could get a sun bed at any time. Comfortable seating around the bar area. The room was clean & modern with funky wallpaper. Fridge came in handy for water etc. Air con worked well & the shower was good. Staff all helpful & friendly. Only thing lacking was a decent view but we had a pool view which was fine as didn’t spend long on the balcony. 5 nights felt amount right of time in same place. No complaints.

Lack of English in staff, toilet and shower so close, check in staff was very rude lacking the word “please” probably one of my worst check ins, no info was given before that we had to reserve the car park however it was fully booked and we had to park to the casino hotels car park. The triple room wasn’t the largest and the view wasn’t the best. The room however was recently refurbished, spotless and included all the required amenities including the safe and the mini fridge. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was one of the best, included almost all the varieties and even the sparkling wine, the restaurant manager was really charismatic and very professional and all the staff were excellent and on top of every detail. The only weakness of the restaurant and the hotel in general is the lack of pleasant view so that the windows have be blacked out all the time! The swimming pool and surrounding area was really pleasant and comfortable. The location is ideal as it’s very accessible and close to everything. I would certainly recommend this hotel by all means to anyone wishes to enjoy a comfortable stay at Lloret de mar.

Great location. Not easy to find using the gps as the hotel is in the middle of town with little streets. Limited parking but for a small fee you can park at the casino 100 mtrs away. Room is comfortable but a little noisy. Very good breakfast.

Only issue was that there seemed to be lots of small flies that are a pain when you are trying to relax and catch some sun

Hotel Anabel is certainly ahead of other hotels in Lloret...
Very nice four star, good rooms with decent showers and comfy beds.
Food is ok, could do with warm plates and a carving station however we found something nice to eat every evening.
Nice pool and the indoor spa is a nice touch.
The only problem we had was when a guest decided to try all room doors at 4am, the hotel should have asked her to leave or go to bed and they didn’t.
Friends stayed at other 4 star hotels and we all agreed Anabel was a cut above.
Great evening entertainment also.

The hotel is very clean and all the facilities are great especially the indoor pool and spa for cloudy or rainy days. The staff were great and work hard to make sure everyone has a great stay. The only downfall was some of the staff could not speak English so was hard to communicate sometimes. Overall it was a great stay and i would reccomend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Lloret you will have a nice, relaxing stay

Food is awesome, something different everyday and so much to choose from! Not far from the beach, aboit a 5 to 10 min walk
perfectly situated because close to beach bit far away from the hussle and bussle in the evening. We had a large terrace all to ourselves since we had two rooms that were connected in the balconies, it was the highlight. They r still updating it seelms, so some rooms r super old and the top floors r much much nicer but they try to charge u extra for them.....the staff is professional and very helpful.

While staff is competent and congenial, the facility and operation are miserable. 15$ deposit for towels, that at times are not even available (sorry we have no towels!). Gym that is not air conditioned. Rooms that smell. No ice available except at $7.00 euro room service charge. Smell of smoke everywhere. Room keys that don't always work. Inadequate number of pool chairs, with guests locking up chairs early in the morning. Charge for the room safe. Very limited parking, also with a charge. The staff tries hard to please, but the hotel policies make it impossible for them to do so. I would never return to this hotel. Impression is that it is popular with German, Dutch and English guests that want a meal plan. I would not recommend that anyone stay here.

Nice medium size hotel, quieter area of Lloret, not near discos etc, but near to shops & some restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff.the fridge was not working & within an hour had been changed. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good air conditioning system. We arrived late & had missed our evening meal so we're given a voucher to use at any lunch time. Reasonable choice of food, could have done to be a little hotter, but not always easy when served buffet style. Towel rent service an excellent idea.
WIFI was not brilliant in room, had to sit in reception area to try get good connection, even then not always great.

Hotel is not a 4 star, a 3 star at best but......

Went to the place mid June in 2016. Was excited but when we got to the hotel several issues.

- Don't book this hotel if you hiring a car, their parking place is awful and the lift dropped 4 floors for us. Jaw dropping incident luckly stopped on the 1st.

- Rooms are 3 star at best and beds are not comfortable at all.

- Restaurant food is average, the plus side is they do know how to make cocktails.

- Cleaners do clean the place but you can tell they haven't renovated the place in a long time.

- The location of this place is next to very narrow roads.

- The plus side is its 5min from the beach and the it has a spa and pool side which is maintained.

If I go Costa Brava, I will book earlier and get a better hotel.

This is probably one of the nicest hotels we, as a family of 4 have stayed in.
Customer service is excellent, food is varied, plentiful and tasty, and hotel is very clean.
Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Lloret De Mar.

the room we got had hair all over the floor in the bathroom.
the sheets were also dirty.
we came for a honeymoon and they destroyed it.
when we complained about the dirt in the room they said they didnt want to listen because i was upset and instead of telling us they are sorry and cleaning this filty room - they told us to \"calm down\" and ignored us!
such a rude staff and such an aweful hotel. dont ever go there!
breakfast was poor.
the hotel is far for the beach, about 10-15 min walk from the center.

Very nice and neatly managed hotel. I can easily see myself staying for a long holiday at Anabel. Lovely pool and the room was clean, comfortable and all the rooms seem to have a balcony which is a big bonus. If we go back to Llotet, we will be staying at Anabel!

Location . Very Good. Between the shopping area of the town and the quaint Old Town.
Hotel Staff : Very friendly and helpful. Food: Very acceptable and constantly refreshed although a little basic. Pool: Excellent. Evening entertainment : although not my particular taste was of a reasonable standard. Minor complaints: Rather annoying to be charged extra for the key to safety deposit box in room, Music by the pool sometimes ridiculously loud even when sitting furthest away from speakers.

A good hotel. Very clean, well maintained, helpful staff, nice pool area, good food and reasonably priced bar. The entertainment in the evening at the hotel wasn't up to much. The hotel is a good 5 - 10 minute walk, through the busy town, to the beach. It is surrounded by other hotels and apartment blocks so there isn't much chance of a sea view. The resort is very busy with lots of shops, restaurants and bars and so is not for those who want a quiet holiday. The beach is good but gets very crowded. If you are driving here, make sure you book a place in the hotel car-park otherwise your car could end up in an unsafe, expensive, rubble-strewn building site. Apart from that one problem it was a good holiday and there are some good walks along the well-maintained coast footpaths.

Mi estancia en el Hotel Annabelle fue inmejorable. La habitación era amplia, cómoda y muy limpia, con todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. El servicio fue excelente: personal amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar.

La ubicación es ideal, cerca de todo pero en un entorno tranquilo, y el parking privado facilita mucho la estadía. La comida me sorprendió gratamente, especialmente el desayuno: gran variedad, productos frescos y de muy buena calidad.

Un hotel que realmente supera las expectativas en todos los aspectos. Lo recomiendo totalmente y sin duda volveré.

On a passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le principal point positiif c'est le personnel. Mention spéciale à Said, un employé comme on aimerait en trouver dans tous les hôtels dans lesquels on séjourne. Les repas sont bons et assez variés. Dommage que l'hôtel soit entouré d'immeubles pas très attrayant. La vue autour n'est pas très belle. Avdes fins d'amélioration je dirai que la salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement surtout pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Mon séjour s'est très bien passé. La chambre était propre et le lit confortable. En revanche, j'ai eu un peu de mal avec les coussins.

L'hôtel est excellent, mais le seul bémol reste le bruit. Nous avions une chambre avec vue sur la rue, ce qui n’a pas aidé : mon fils de 6 ans se réveillait souvent la nuit à cause du bruit des fêtards.

Les places de parking sont assez proches, ce qui est plutôt pratique. Le petit déjeuner était excellent.

Stadthotel mit Abzügen in der B-Note

Grundsätzlich muss man sich im Klaren darüber sein, dass man hier ein Stadthotel in Lloret de Mar bucht.

Das Hotel liegt im Herzen von Lloret, unweit der Haupteinkaufsstraße. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt, wo man seinen täglichen Bedarf gut decken kann. Zum Strand/Strandpromenade muss man ca. 500 Meter durch die Stadt laufen. Der Pool hat eine vernünftige Größe und es stehen ausreichend Liegen zur Verfügung, so dass man auch nach dem Frühstück freie Liegen findet und man sich nicht in die Handtuchschlacht einiger Frühaufsteher begeben muss. Hinzu kommt ein kleiner Kinderbecken. Bei schlechtem Wetter steht zudem ein Indoor-Pool im Spa-Bereich des Hotels zur Verfügung (für Kinder allerdings nur zu bestimmten Zeiten nutzbar).

Die Zimmer sind klein, aber sauber. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Badezimmer hat den Charme der 80er und ist lediglich zweckmäßig (Wasserdruck in der Dusche lässt zu wünschen übrig).

Das Essen (Halbpension) war qualitativ gut. Insbesondere hervorzuheben sind die umfangreichen Nachspeisen die angeboten werden. Die grundsätzliche Buffetauswahl ist allerdings begrenzt und wiederholt sich nach kurzer Zeit. Hier hätten wir bei einem 4-Sterne Hotel mehr erwartet.

Das Hotel Anabel kann man auf jeden Fall für einen günstigen Lloret Urlaub buchen. Stammgäste werden wir aber sicherlich nicht.

Les lits sont confortables mais un peu petit pour deux personnes. La chambre est propre, l'hôtel aussi, le restaurant très bon et repas variés. Le seul bemol les gens, les touristes qui regardent très mal et font des reflexions. Mais le personnel de l’hôtel é général est agréable, surtout la femme de ménage et le personnel du restaurant de l’hôtel! Je suis déçue des salles de bains, trop vieilles et abimées à mon goût! Un carrelage est tombé dans la salle de bain trop dangereux trop vétuste. Les balcons quand on a des enfants en bas âge sont trop dangereux nous étions au 5eme tout est vitré, il ne faut pas avoir le vertige et bien surveiller. Manque d’animations pour les enfants dans la piscine mais sinon top le spa jaccuzzi.

Très bon emplacement, proche de tout. Le lit était très grand avec un matelas confortable, et les chambres sont très bien isolées, nous avons bien dormi. Les deux piscines sont top, avec une température agréable, même pour bébé, et assez de transats pour tout le monde. Le bar piscine est pratique pour manger des petites choses, boire un verre ou prendre une glace.

Le massage avec la masseuse a été incroyable, un vrai moment de détente, je recommande absolument ce service pendant le séjour.

Les matchs sont diffusés sur des écrans dans d'immenses salons très beaux et bien aménagés. Le personnel de l'accueil est très sympathique, parle français et est très aidant, l'hôtel est bien adapté aux poussettes. Le spa est un vrai plus. Le parking souterrain est bien d’en avoir un, même s'il est un peu serré.

Qualité-prix très bon pour ce que l'hôtel propose.

Les points négatifs : le billard est payant, le petit déjeuner est peu varié, et il n’y a pas assez de place sur les terrasses intérieures et extérieures lors des soirées à thème. Les serveurs ne sont pas toujours aimables. La femme de ménage est passée une fois sans frapper malgré le panneau (cela peut arriver). Les animations n'étaient pas très satisfaisantes. L'attente pour l'ascenseur qui relie au parking est infernale, il faut parfois patienter très longtemps.

Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille et recommandons cet hôtel pour sa localisation, ses piscines et le confort général.

Es ist einfach herrlich in den Einzelzimmern im 7. Stockwerk mit einer großen Terrasse auf dem Liegestuhl die Seele baumeln lassen zu können. Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und warmherzig. Restauration médiocre.
Une réservation de place de parking par téléphone à l’établissement pour accéder à borne de recharge, le jour J pas de place,on m’a proposé 15€ pour la stationner le temps de la charger. il a fallu insister et payer 2 jours plutôt que 1 (arrivée en fin de journée je désirais prendre qu’un jour). La charge électrique a été débranchée pour un client de passage, mon chargeur en le laissant traîner vulgairement par terre . La dame de la réception chargée de faire venir des groupes de voyage semble s’exempter de courtoisie. Un comble pour une réceptionniste. De plus nous avons dû patienter 1h30 pour le Check In, car 2 personnes pour gérer tout un hall d’arrivée de cars.
Le SPA était agréable, juste l’eau de la piscine pas assez chauffée.

Über den Dächern von Lloret 😊

Sehr sehr freundliches Personal, sehr leckeres Essen, super Spa-Bereich, EZ im 7. Stock mit wunderschöner Aussicht und sehr ruhig. In 5 Minuten am Meer. Ich komme bereits seit mehr als 30 Jahren ins Anabel und kann es wirklich jedem empfehlen. Danke und bis 2025!

Immer wieder für mich die perfekte Auszeit

Die Einzelzimmer sind im 7. Stock und die Aussicht phänomenal. Sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal. Das Essen sehr lecker und eine große Auswahl. Spa mit 2 Saunen, 2 Whirlpool, ein Schwimmbad und Hamann auch empfehlenswert. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Bin bereits Dauergast und auch im Juli wieder zurück. Bis dahin vielen Dank.
