This hotel text every box for me, the lobby and the reception staff or fabulous at check-in The room was spacious with a nice balcony, fridge and nice bathroom, comfortable beds and nice bedding. The pool area was very nice and chairs were comfortable. We had the breakfast buffet as well as the dinner. The staff in the restaurant works very hard to make everything absolutely perfect for you and the food is very nice and fresh, lots of fruit and many choices. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to anywayone! I told the manager that I gave this hotel 10 out of 10,! It was a quick walk from the bus station, lots of shopping close by and a quick walk to a beautiful beach.

Ideal location

Great location in a nice part of lloret....short walk to centre with many cafes and restaurants available.Staff quite friendly and helpful and pool not overcrowded. No need to rush and grab a sun lounger as available all day. Breakfast was good with a wide choice of food even though the odd time the orange juice appeared to be watered down. Great to have a sauna and steam room available and WiFi was adequate....air conditioning included which other establishments charge extra for. Staff available for advice and help at all times even as we arrived in early hours.
Altogether a great stay and would highly recommend the hotel. Staff member William was very helpful friendly and spoke great English.Will hope to return there in future.

Great little find, the hotel is in the old
Town and only 10 mins from the beach. The staff are friendly and helpful, superior room was a little small and the bed was quite uncomfortable. The whole hotel is clean, great pool only spoiled by smokers (not the hotel’s fault). Breakfast was good but very busy after 8:30.

Me and my boyfriend stayed at the Cleopatra for 4 nights. The hotel itself is clean and lovely, the staff there spoke excellent English and were super helpful when we needed directions or suggested eating place etc, and the cleaning staff cleaned and tidied the rooms each day to a great standard. The pool was large with fountains and jets adding to it, and the Jacuzzi although it was not warm, was relaxing. The outside eating area was simple but nice and there was also a pool table that we used, however I think myself and my partner were the only ones to use it as we were the youngest there (18 & 20) whilst the vast majority of people were 40+.

As for the location, it is central to almost everything and anything that there is to do in Llorett such as the main bus terminal which provides a direct bus to Barcelona City Centre (an hour), Waterworld (10 mins and the bus is free) and to different beaches across the coast. The town is really something, equipped with many different bars, clubs, restaurants and a beautiful beach.

If I were to make a few changes to the Cleopatra, it would be to move the loungers more apart as they are arm to arm so you feel like you are a bit too close to others. Also, its a bit awkward as once you've settled on one side of the pool, the sun has moved across the sky and the high walls of the hotel and surrounding buildings shade where you are so you have to move to another side. Overall, the Cleopatra was a delight and I would stay there again.

Arrived at cleopatra spa hotel about a week ago and I’ll tell u straight, 3 STAR. Read a few reviews on tripadvisor and booking.com they seemed decent, let me assure you its not decent at all.

The food was extremely limited, whoever said plentiful has obviously never been to a 4* before, the chicken was sooooo dry! If ur staying here limit yourselves to breakfast only, because you’ll regret it!!! ALSO THEY CHARGE €1.50 for a bottle of 500ml water at dinner n lunch! Cant bring your own beverages! Snatched away from u by the middle aged bald dude who seems to be everywhere (reception, bar, dinner hall, pool) not to mention he also tried charging us for ice on the last night when we got it free the whole week! Oh and why did we ask for ice? simply because there is no fridge or mini bar in the room, bit strange for a ‘4*’ ...

This hotel is definitely not a spa hotel, it just about has a sauna and its ‘spa tub’ is a puny little hot tub in the corner separated from The communal pool, did not dare to go into it. The pool is nice and clean however dont let the pics fool you its very small bit cosy i suppose, google images = its all angles baby!!

We booked a standard room it was very very very small, could hardly move around and thats coming from a small person!! Also dustbin cleaners will wake u at 5am every day with the noise of smashing glasses right outside the balcony!

Just returned from a great holiday.hotel in a great location.place is spotless due to the hard working staff,always had a smile.drink at hotel not expensive. €9 for a bottle of wine with dinner.there were obviously many repeat guests staying .our room was right above the bar/pool area never had a problem with noise.will go back here.

Cosy hotel but unacceptable noisy rooms

The hotel itself is ran pretty much by the same teams day in day out, it's good to see familiar faces eveyday as you get to know the staff.
The restaurant has a decent variety from day to day and the swimming pool facilities are also satisfactory although the location of the pool isn't the most fortunate in terms of shadowing at peak times for the sun but the beach is 5min away, there's no excuse not to get the tan you want.

Our only negative comments are on the rooms, it was by far the worse experience we ever had, we were given an \"upgrade\" with a view to the swimming pool but unfortunately these rooms are extremely noisy at night, the waste trucks circulate on the streets behind the swimming pool late at night so they woke up us up every single day as did the drunks that walk through those streets when bars close. The soundproofing of the rooms is terrible to non existent some investment should be done here.
The bang that the room door does when closing can wake up anyone in that same floor, the hotel could invest in soft stops to avoid doors banging in the middle of the night, there was a couple arguing in the corridor one night, you could hear everything, I could even hear the lift \"ding\" when people called it.
It was a terrible experience and we did not manage to rest at all in the hotel bedroom, in fact we were so tired we had to take naps on the beach, which helped on the tan but does not rectify the unacceptable noise issue, which is a shame for such lovely hotel.

Good hotel, close to town centre and 10 mins walk to beach. Comfortable and clean rooms. Good was not great, little choice but that said I was able to find something to eat. Bar was reasonably priced for some drinks but water at 2€ a bottle when u can get 2-litres next door for 1€ is crazy.

Lovely hotel with great pool area

Great hotel. We had a room with 3 beds, good size and clean. Balcony looked out over the pool.

Location was good, not too long of a walk to the beach where there were plenty of restaurants.

Food in hotel was good too, they do a buffet so you have a few choices. Same at breakfast.

Pool area was very nice, there wasn't a fight for beds each day (although that might have been the time of year that we went).

Great if you don't want a cup of ice

The room was very big and clean and included a balcony. It was also very close to the beach and tons of restaurants. However, they refused to give us ice for free at the bar and insisted that we had to pay for it - for a CUP of ice. The bar manager began to yell and was extremely angry. The front desk did not do anything about it. The light in our bathroom was also broken.

Chambre toujours propre mais les murs sont en carton pâte car c est très bruyant ont entend trop les autres clients, la nourriture est Bonne mais simple je n ai jamais eu de paella par exemple,
Le entrées sont presque toujours les mêmes.
Par contre les employés sont exceptionnelles toujours très gentils et serviables et surtout Kevin le barman. Dernière chose la piscine est toujours froide et non chauffée.

Tres bon sejour en famille (1 adulte et 3 enfants) chambre spacieuse, tres propre, personnel souriant et agreable, toujours a l écoute. Tres bien placé avec les rues commerçantes ainsi que la plage à 2 pas.
Seul bémol le choix du buffet le matin peu varié et le soir au niveau des entrées et des desserts devraient un peu plus variés mais quand meme tres bon

La habitación esta renovada y es correcta, pero el edificio es viejo y su conservación es deficiente.

Incomoda que no hay unas espacio disponible para dejar el coche mientras haces el check in.

Por otro lado el check out te lo solicitan que lo hagas a las 10:30, que creo que es insuficiente para un hotel vacacional o de week end.

Hôtel bien dans l ensemble, les chambres avec le spa sont très bien par contre le petit frigo ne refroidissait vraiment pas du tout et j ai du le signaler 2 fois pour qui fassent le nécessaire. La piscine est froide , le jacuzzi et les saunas quand à eux sont top. La pension complète est très bien à tout les repas c étais assez bien diversifier il y avait du choix . Prévoyez par contre de la monnaie ou votre carte de paiement pour acheter de l eau ou votre boisson car cela n'est pas compris .
les soirées musicales le soir autour de la piscine sont très sympathiques et le bar de l hôtel est top aussi.

Carefull!! Be aware that full pension doesn't include drinks and they don't even offer water. So if you pay for meals included, you still have to pay 2.5 euros extra per person per meal for a small drink. And the parking is 20 euro a day

El edificio tiene unas décadas, pero las habitaciones están completamente renovadas. Buena piscina, sauna, baño turco, etc. Restaurante correcto, y personal amable y servicial. Está a 5 minutos caminado en la playa y la única opción para aparcar es el parking del supermercado de enfrente, a 20 € por día. La única queja sería la falta de colgadores en el cuarto de baño. Nos ha sorprendido gratamente.

Séjour d'une semaine très agréable. Le personnel est très disponible, souriant, et professionnel. Les installations de l’hôtel sont appréciables (piscine, bain à remous, sauna -hammam,...) La proximité de la plage et du centre ville sont un plus.
Petit bémol, le parking est assez onéreux (20€/jour quelque soit la durée du séjour) un tarif dégressif serait le bienvenu.

The images of the hotel does not give the right picture of the state of the hotel. The hotel was quite old and the standard was not what I expected from a 4 star spa hotel. It might have been a good hotel 20-30 years ago, but pretty disappointing now.

Dans l’ensemble c’était bien, par contre au niveau ménage ça laisse a désiré: les deux premiers jours c’était correct, dès qu’il changeait de femme de chambre, l’autre qui venait c’était la catastrophe, même pas nettoyer comme il faut.
Le personnel en général très sympathique, qui parlait un peu de français.
Au niveau des repas, toujours les mêmes plats.
Pas de piscine pour les plus petits, dommage.
Isolation sonore pas terrible, on entendait les bruits de la rue ainsi que les voisins.
Séjour réalisé en juillet 2021, en famille pour dix jours.

Un très bon hôtel, situé en plein centre ville et à 10' à pied de la plage. 2 seuls bémols,pas de parking à proximité, on s'est garé au Casino à 15' à pied de l'hôtel. Par contre, notre chambre ayant 2 grands lits, nous avons ouvert le 1er et nous l'avons aussi vite refermé pour 2 grosses tâches jaunes, au niveau d'un oreiller. Impardonnable pour un hôtel de ce standing...Heureusement, l'autre lit était propre. Dommage. Dommage aussi que le hammam ne fonctionnait pas. Petit déjeuner excellent.

Der gesamte Eindruck und die Leistung des Hotels hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Vom ersten Tag an bis zur Abreise hat zusammen gepasst. Schon bei unserem letzten Besuch waren wir begeistert. Und das wurde dieses Jahr sogar noch übertroffen. Es gibt jetzt z. B. die Möglichkeit, sich für den Pool Handtücher auszuleihen. Das war am Abfahrtstag sehr geschickt, da dadurch die eigenen trocken blieben. Auch konnte der Check Out für eine kleinen Betrag von 11 Uhr auf 19 Uhr verschoben werden. Daduch konnten wir den letzten Tag noch richtig genießen. Ein ganz besonderes Lob an das Personal. Ob am Empfang, am Pool, im Speisesaal oder bei den Zimmern, alles war sehr gut und sehr sauber und wir hatten immer den Eindruck willkommen zu sein. Wir konnten unseren Urlaub genießen und der Besuch für nächstes Jahr ist schon sicher.

Hotel un po datato , pulizia nella norma ,potevano fare di meglio , personale gentile , ottima colazione e cena , abbondante con pasti sempre diversi .
L'unico neo il parcheggio , nella zona si trova poco , la devi mettere nei parcheggi a pagamento e fare 5/10 muniti a piedi , oltretutto costosi , 20 euro al giorno.
Un consiglio che posso dare è sicuramente quello di evitare di prendere la macchina a noleggio, tanto serve ben poco a Lloret de Mar

Nous avons logé dans la chambre supérieure vue piscine qui était au 5ième étage avec une terrasse.
Nous avions un lit double plus dans une autre pièce 2 lits simples pour nos 2 enfants. Chambres propres, grande salle de bain avec bain à remous et une frigo.
Une télé dans chaque chambre.
Hotel tranquille, personnel agréable, buffet correct avec beaucoup de choix.
Piscine et jacuzzi correct et agréable,
Nous avons été très satisfait de notre séjour.
