Not a family hotel

Weather was fantastic. The hotel is in need of an update and was full of teenagers.
Due to its location and clientele night times are extremely noisey and we found it difficult to sleep until the early hours ( 5/6am) we wouldn’t opt to stay here again .

Its not a hotel, its old apartment building converted to a hotel.
Very small rooms, old building infrastructure

Get ready for Surprise you will have to leave hotel by 10.00am as check out time is 10am or you pay for one more day.

One more surprise you muct pay 100 euros as security no matter if you already paid for hotel online you must pay it.

The room doors, walls,bathroom so old that you will wonder do you deserve it after paying so much rent & deposit.

Old but ok.

The apartments are tired and old. Generally clean but we could smell smokers and it’s the first time we have to remove our rubbish and clean the apartment. Limited kitchen utensils, no tea towels or kettle. Location Is fantastic and generally quiet at night.

I thought all rooms had a balcony, we had 3 adults and only one could stand on our balcony at a time. We could not open our doors as large cockroaches were coming in. Our view was of a derelict hotel, covered in rubbish, food and people's washing, the smell in the heat was awful. Would never stay here again. 😒

The property is 2 mins from the beach and 2 mins from bars and clubs. Staff where very friendly and the apartment was clean and had all u needed. It wasn’t cleaned for u but everything was there to do it. Clean towels delivered every other day. Roof top terrace with lovely pool . The only thing missing was a kettle ! Very good value for money.

Locked in our keycard, asked for a new one just to open the door but they charged us for that. Only one euro, but just the principle of doing that is a sign of the poor customer service. Also the guards were a bit weird, told us to be quiet when we talked in normal tone.

This hotel was brilliant, the staff are great and will do anything to help. There is everything you need just outside the hotel, bus stop, taxi rank, shops nightclubs and 2mins walk to the beach.

Great weekend break

Really good hotel, central location. Great for adults not ideal for families as it’s on the main strip and can get noisy at night. We’ve been twice now and would definitely book again. You do have to ask for extra toilet roll/towels but they are more than happy to provide them.

Good basic clean apartment at a bargain price.

Very central surrounded by lots of bars and fast food places. Close to the beach with some lovely beach front bars to sit and look over the Med with a cool drink. The Blue Bar was especially good with wonderful LARGE BEERS!!!. The Blau apartments cater to lots of different people but be aware that lots of youngsters stay here and they do like to stay out LATE!!!. Like 6am. It didn`t bother us in the least and at £25 pounds a night for 3 of us we thought it was incredible value for our 5 day break. Clean sheets and towels, fridge with small freezer section, hob, toaster, kettle ( on request) , TV but only limited English channels and a tiny balcony overlooking a back shopping street. Staff were lovely when you were polite and pleasant. 100 Euro deposit in cash on arrival (not surprising when you consider some of the rowdier elements who stay there). All in all a great break and we will be back next year if the price is still right.

Being Young Again

The venue appears to cater to youngsters and the city temporary demographics demands this type of accommodations. We were lucky to have quiet guests on both sides of our room; regardless, we heard, early in the night, eventual screaming of party animals that made us smile and reminisced in our much younger years - it was kinda cute. The staff was wonderful: I wouldn't mind staying again there.

Ghetto comes to mind

We were given the key to 509 which is at the back of the block....it resembled a ghetto scene from a New York crime drama. We asked to be moved and thankfully we were the following morning at a cost of € 30 (well worth it). It's clean and basic tho' comfortable. We were there Oct so it was quiet but if we had been there in High season the music from the disco's and nightclubs would be deafening. On the plus side the staff were all very helpful and pleasant. Loret de mar was nice but I must confess it's one of those places once seen no need to return.

Bathroom was rundown. And the people in the hotel that stayed was awful. Little boys and girls would bang, Scream and make so much noise I would wake up 4am every morning!!!!!!

Die Einrichtung ist sehr alt und man kann sich nicht wohlfühlen. Einzelne Bettwäschen waren nicht sauber. Ausblick in andere heruntergekommene Balkone. Zum Glück waren wir nur eine Nacht dort. Stark Renovierungsbedürftig. Lage an sich wirklich gut. Man musste 100 Euro Kaution in bar hinterlegen die man beim auschecken wieder erhalten hat.

Convenable pour le prix, quelques manques.

Convenable pour le prix et la proximité de la mer.
La quantité de papier toilette est limitée, l équipement de cuisine aussi. C est dommage de regarder à cela, c'est frustrant. Une poêle de 15cm pour faire la cuisine pour 4....
Sinon prix tous commerces et 100m de la plage.

Appartement bien situé face à la plage, mais à déconseiller pour les familles car impossible de dormir toute la nuit a cause du bruit fait par la majorité des jeunes qui séjournent dans cet appartement hôtel et qui n’ont aucun respect pour les voisins, réceptionniste de nuit à l’écoute mais qui n’a aucune main mise sur les jeunes, même les policiers appelés pour venir évacuer les bruyards ne daignent même pas se déplacer. Famille a éviter absolument.

Hay que cobrar al momento por no generar mal momen

Sitio correcto, honesto.
Me generó disgusto y incomodidad saber que no han llegado cobrar la estancia de mi tarjeta, mientras hace tiempo que quise cerrar el trato.

Ni borde skriva att detta var ett ungdomshotell, hade vi vetat detta hade vi valt ett annat hotell. Sen tycker jag det är konstigt att man kan få en spjälsäng men inte barnstol att kunna sitta i när man äter detta var dåligt. Precisera hotellet bättre vi blev mycket störda på nätterna av fester.

estupenda la estancia un apartamento muy agradable para dos personas aunque tiene capacidad para 4 completo con todo lo que se puede pedir cocina vajilla menaje me gustó mucho los cambios de toalla y papel higiénico cada 2 días aunque hay mucha juventud también hay un personal de seguridad que mantiene todo ha rayado sin posibilidad de que nadie te interrumpe el sueño por la noche los empleados super amables

Zona de playa

El hotel es lo que anuncian fiel a la descripción. Aunque es zona muy transitada por la noche y hay mucho ruido, así que llevar tapones es importante. Esta muy cerca de la playa. Personal agradable. Lo único que no tienen parking aunque pone en su página que si, además de haber preguntado y la respuesta ser que si había. Pero si pretendes hacer ruta de calas es perfecto.
