It wasn't what I was expecting... The room was lovely and very clean. The food canteen was chaotic, full of screaming kids, and average food. We had a room over a football pitch, kids playing football at 6 am and screaming, nearly every day! Wouldn't go back.

The hotel is lovely. Rooms are a bit small. Would have upgraded but too expensive. The food in the restaurant was very good however the food wasn’t very warm infact rather cold at all times which made it an unpleasant experience every day.

I would like to thank the staff providing such a great service. The rooms are kept clean and fresh towels are available on a daily basis. The only inconvenience that it may be noisy at night time, also you may be unlucky with the neighbours.

Good location to either stay in Lloret de Mar but also easy access to get out of town.
Parking is cheap with the hotel but a 20-25 minute walk. There is a valet service but it wasn’t that available. Wait time was usually longer than just walking unless you are well organized and plan ahead.

We loved everything. The staff, restaurants (especially at the pool and the specialty restaurant) were fantastic and the staff were wonderful! The pool area was wonderful! Only comment would be that the coffee pods do not get refilled when the room is made up each day which felt a little odd. Otherwise, we had a fantastic stay!

We have a family of 6 - we rented 2 family suites. They were roomy enough, clean with nice bathroom situations. The balcony was huge and really nice with a dining area and a lounging area. Everything was clean. Lights were on until around 11:30 at night (not in our control) and our rooms were right above the Circus Room, where a party goes on until midnight at least on the weekend nights that we stayed there. That kept the sensitive sleepers up until after midnight.
It was nice to have a coffee / drinks maker in the room and 2 cans of water in the refrigerator. It would have been nice to get replenishments during our 3-night stay.
The pool was clean and not overly chlorinated (I tend to be sensitive). I never got to use the infinity pool.
In general, a solid 4-star hotel in accommodation and cleanliness, but I found the vibe not so warm and hospitable. We did receive courteous and adequate service.

I was with my group after a late night out. We bought some burgers and ate them in the foyer. The manager told us that we were not allowed to do this/ There is never any food available late at night. We had seen other guests eating there late at night but they were not told to do so. If they don't want us to eat there, there should have been a sign stating that fact..

Booked for two nights as part of our Spain travel, Staff very friendly and accommodating, requested a last minute card and wine for my husband's birthday but they still made it possible, not too near to the beach area but very relaxing ambience and amenities. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Excellent customer service.

Hotel mal insonorisé. Nous entendions les jeunes parlaient dans les couloirs a 3h ou 4h du matin ou les enfants courir au dessus de nous ainsi que les femmes de ménages.

Les jeux d'eau extérieur pour enfants se sont cassés le soir de notre arrivée. Ça a été réparé apres plusieurs jours. Inadmissible pour un hôtel 4.5

A votre arrivée, vous recevez des capsules de café, mais si vous en souhaitez en plus il faut payer 1.5 euros par capsule.

Le sauveteur a la piscine était insupportable. Toujours à nous parler et à dire ne fait pas ça et ne fait pas ca toutes les 2 minutes. Il gâchait notre tranquillité à la piscine.

Tout ferme très tôt.
La salle de sport ferme à 19h30 mais des 19h20, on nous demandait de quitter car la salle de sport fermait alors que nous étions au milieu de notre exercice.
Le rooftop ferme aussi tôt donc tu ne peux pas aller prendre un verre après le repas
Toute la zone autour de la piscine ferme et tu ne peux pas y accéder pour te relaxer sur un transat le soir.
Seuls quelques tables et fauteuils sont accessibles.

La nourriture de l'hôtel est très bonne et grande variété.

Really lovely hotel with excellent staff, great breakfast, lovely rooms, fabulous rooftop pool, designer communal areas and huge cinema size screen showing Euro games. Walking around the resort it appears to be much nicer than all the other hotels. Major downside - I have no idea why they believe keeping all pool areas locked and inaccessible until TEN am is a good idea especially when the safest sun is early. Early risers are forced to hang around (or better go for a lovely beach walk) but I think this is ridiculous. Also the a/c unit is in the entry corridor to the room and so is fairly ineffectual at cooling the room even at the lowest temperature. I asked for a kettle as there is a coffee maker in the room but I was unable to work out how to get hot water from it. They said they do not have kettles - it would be very cheap and friendly to maybe buy 5 so that when a guest requests one they can say 'yes' rather than no?? I suggested this and was looked at rather blankly

Lovely, clean hotel with amazing staff and a great breakfast.

We stayed in a suit and the bath was amazing.

The hotel is about a 10 minutes walk from the beach and across the road from the bus station.

The outdoor pools weren't heated so it was too cold to swim. We went to the spa for €25 and that was nice toon.

We did not feel particularly welcome. We were confused about the meal service and could not get a straight answer about it. When we asked about a place to eat nearby they just suggested the restaurant in the hotel but then told us it wasn’t open. The location was great and the beds were comfortable. The room was fine but starting to show some wear and tear. Overall ok but maybe not a great place for Americans?

Great hotel, will stay again. Very modern and clean with a great rooftop pool and bar. Comfy beds and plenty of room. Champagne served with breakfast, what's not to like? My only two criticisms (they wouldn't stop me from booking again) are:
*You can hear all the other rooms around you very clearly. The air vent in the room appears to be joined to other rooms so you can clearly hear everyone else on your floor, as if they are in the room. Not great at 3am when you're trying to sleep.
*The toilet is seperate from the main bedroom by a piece of glass. Make sure you're very comfortable with your partners toilet habits as you're about to experience it all.

Like I say, great hotel. Good location, good food, great facilities, very helpful staff. Oh, free champagne at breakfast too ;)

Lovely hotel, great room (with excellent lighting), beautiful roof top terrace and pool which is much quieter than the main pool area, excellent breakfast. Only slightly annoying thing is the pool areas are only opened at 10am, whereas I like to sit in the sun earlier before it gets too hot. Impressed that a small fault with the shower was fixed immediately. All round a great visit and I will happily return

Food is overpriced, repetitive, and not that great. Place the DND sign on my door and housekeeping completely disregarded it banging on my door at 10 pm at night to borrow an iron for another guest. The pillows in the room smells and Not sure if the AC is broken or that’s the way it is, but it was to hot in the that room. Closing the pool at 8pm on a summer night is completely unheard of. The staff is not people friendly asking a simple question seemed like such a bother. 1 star would not recommend

It's a beautiful new property. The breakfast Buffet was fantastic both with regard to the quality of the food and its presentation. The one area I felt the resort fell short on was with their staff and the amenities. When you requested standard amenities like a shower cap, tissue etc. The staff's first impulse was to say - sorry we don't offer that, but yet if you probed a little bit they were forthcoming with the amenity. So with that said, it's a beautiful Resort. It easily could be a five-star property but the reason it's not is because the actual service by the staff is not what you'd expect in regards sense to the willingness and pamper. I would recommend the hotel because of the property itself

The called on the phone at 11.10 to say the check out is at 11am, at 11.15 they knocked like crazy people to say the same thing.
Supposed to be a 4.5 stars hotel.
No valet or help for the luggage at check in.

Pros:
Brand new hotel, nice design, nice pools, nice room, not far from the beach and main street.

We had the most wonderful stay. Marc at the pool bar and the staff in the Factory restaurant were so amazing, friendly and took the best care of our entire family. They remembered us our whole stay and made our trip even better than we could have expected! Thank you so much for an incredible vacation! We went there for the first time to the area and due to the hotel being excellent it made our holiday. We went with family members with grandchildren and when they left earlier than us we were able to visit the 8th floor for adults only and wish we had more time up there.
The reception staff were excellent as well as the restuarant staff. Our room was clean everyday and was spotless. Very impressed and would recommend this hotel.

Really disappointed to have to write this. Stayed many times and have had several issues, many promises of money back, free upgrades (couldn’t be upgraded as we had suites) and when you complain you get no where. No gestures of a free drink for the hassles.

This stay we had ants in the room, and now we have a flooded room and have had to wait for it to be fixed and cleaned.

Pay good money I expect top service which I haven’t had.

We had an amazing time! 5 min walk to the beach and across the street from the bus station. Hotel was renovated last year, it has a nice pool and kid area, but also adults only pool, bar and sitting area on the 8th floor. There is a nightly entertainment but discos/clubs were a short walking distance too. We booked breakfast and dinner with our stay and it was delicious, I highly recommend it. We were there 7 nights and dinner was never repeated, yet so much to chose from every night. Pool bar served yummy food and beverages as well. Everyone was so nice, and we would like to give a special shout-out to bartender/waiter Marc. He knew almost every guest’s name and made everyone feel welcomed.

Pleasant stay overall. Very clean, great service, many bars, restaurants with great food and drinks. We used half board option which came up with great breakfast and dinner options.

The only downside we can think of is there was not so much to keep teenagers busy apart from a pool table. The indoor and rooftop pools are only for Adults. The outdoor pool is not heated so you have to rely on weather.

Many offsite parking options that can cost 20-30Euro for up to 24 hrs.

What a beautiful hotel with friendly staff

This hotel is a such a lovely hotel. The location was super, not too close to the noise from the main road but not too far away if you wanted to join the fun. The food was amazing and reasonably priced too if you didn’t choose a board like us. The suite was so comfortable and relaxing and had that extra touch of ‘luxury’ with gold plated taps etc. There was no fight for sun loungers, plenty around with free towel service available. Staff were so friendly and always smiling which makes a difference. I would definitely go back to this hotel. Clean, crisp and modern.

Les chambres sont très propres, les lits très confortables.

Fijn en schoon hotel, vriendelijk personeel, eten is echt goed, half of volpension is aan te raden. Locatie is midden in centrum en uitgaansgebied dus snachts veel geluid en erg veel verkeer. Rustig op balkon zitten kan niet echt, maar dat is het enige.

Wir waren 13 Nächte hier und enttäuscht.

Zimmer: Groß, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet (Balkon, Minibar, Kaffeemaschine, Sitzecke, Shampoo etc.). Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel ist ein alter TV ohne Smart-Funktion jedoch nicht zeitgemäß. Eine Flasche Wasser gibt es bei Ankunft gratis, danach kostenpflichtig.

Lage & Umgebung: Die Lage ist top – Bars, Restaurants, Clubs, Meer und Busbahnhof direkt in der Nähe. Fußläufig erreicht man alles Wichtige. Sicherheit durch Kameras und Security war gegeben.

Essen & Trinken: Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet sowie mehrere Bars und Restaurants vorhanden, jedoch teuer (Abendbuffet z. B. 25 € ohne Getränke). In der Stadt isst man günstiger.

Service & Reinigung: Leider mangelhaft. Bei Ankunft schmutzige Bettwäsche und ein unsauberes Bad, trotz mehrmaliger Meldung blieb es bis zur Abreise unverändert. Die tägliche Reinigung ist oberflächlich. Personal beim Buffet war freundlich.

Weitere Kritikpunkte: Fahrstühle wackeln, sind langsam und einer war durchgehend außer Betrieb. Pools sind kalt und wenig gepflegt. In den Fluren riecht es morgens feucht.

Fazit: Die Lage ist gut, der Rest enttäuscht. Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht – vieles kostet extra. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Hotel adatto alle famiglie, con miniclub, spettacoli serali e piscina con giochi d’acqua molto divertenti per i bambini. Purtroppo mio figlio si è fatto male sullo scivolo perché davanti c’era un muro: sarebbe meglio aggiungere una protezione per maggiore sicurezza.

Il cibo al ristorante della piscina non era di grande qualità e le attività in caso di pioggia sono poche. Le pulizie erano buone, anche se migliorabili.

La posizione non è molto comoda: l’hotel si trova proprio davanti alla stazione dei bus e spesso si sente il chiasso della città; inoltre i parcheggi in zona sono tutti a pagamento.

Nel complesso, comunque, è stato un bel soggiorno grazie agli spazi e ai servizi pensati per i bambini.

Schönes zentral gelegenes Hotel mit allem was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Frühstück super, Abendessen gut und ausreichend. Leider viel zu viele Personen im Esssaal.
Was mir gar nicht gefallen hat ist, dass Eltern mit Ihren Kleinkindern eine riesen Sauerei veranstalten weil dies die Kinder alles machen lassen. Teilweise ist der Boden bis in 2 Meter Umgebung verschmutzt worden und niemand hat etwas dagegen unternommen.. Hier wäre es einmal angebracht seitens des Hotelpersonal solche Eltern darauf hinzuweisen dass es hier um einen öffentlichen Speisesaal handelt und nicht ein Kinderschlachtfeld. Das ist heutzutage ein Erziehungsproblem..
Leider ist am Abend die Poolbar zu früh geschlossen, aber es hat noch andere.
Wir waren meistens am Strand und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

So laut wie am Bahnhof durch Jugendgruppen

Früher war das Hotel ein ausgesprochenes Familienhotel für Einzeltat Touristen. Seit dem letzten Jahr frequent Nieren dieses Hotel vor allem Jugendgruppen von Personen von 18-20 Jahren, überwiegend männlich. Diese veranstalten von Mitternacht bis 6:00 Uhr früh Partys so dass man nicht schlafen kann. Die Sauberkeit hat ebenfalls stark nachgelassen, unsere Außenbereich am Balkon wurden niemals in vier Tagen gereinigt. Das Essen ist ebenfalls etwas schlechter geworden, wenn auch noch relativ gut. leider gibt es in diesem Hotel keinerlei Garage, ebenfalls auch keine Ladestation für E-Autos. Man muss oft sehr lange einen Parkplatz im Umkreis von 20-25 Minuten vom Hotel suchen, diese sind dann jedenfalls ebenfalls kostenpflichtig falls überhaupt verfügbar. Im Badezimmer tropfte das Wasser der Bewohner ober uns von der Decke.

Le séjour c est bien passé juste un problème pour le stationnement de la voiture j ai pris deux pv a 50 € et toutes les quatre heures il fallait que j’aille mètre 8 € pour le parking et bien sûr j ai dépassé l heure 2 fois en trois jours et ça me coûte 100 € de pv et et 96 € de parking donc un peu execif quand ont paye 1500€ pour 3 nuit ont devrait avoir un emplacement pour la voiture

Great place for adult vacation without kids

The hotel is modern, clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Breakfast is great. There are many facilities, however, for travelling with older children during the winter months, not very well thought as the spa and pool are for adults only with very limited one hour slot for children every two days. Also, even though there are pictures of sports fields outside the hotel, those are not part of the hotel, and use of municipal fields was restricted from tourists altogether.

Confortable et propre.
Le personnel est attentif et agréable.
Le quartier est safe.
A faire, au bout de la plage, à droite du château, un beau parcours de 11 kms aller tout le long de la mer. Merveilleux en fin de journée.

Les piscines non chauffées.
Restaurant pas terrible avec des quantités vraiment justes pour le prix (salade césar).
Dans les alentours, beaucoup d’alcool et de fiestas.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien,hacía mucha calor en habitación , decepcionados toda la familia , dormimos mal.
Otra cosa negativa fue el servicio a la habitación ( no sirven bebidas sino se consume alimentos). El servicio no es 24hr mi hijo llamó antes de las 23hr para comer algo después de una competición de atletismo y le dijeron que no tenían servicio por lo que se quedó sin cenar y muy cansado.
A parte de lo anterior el resto bien
