This place is in massive disrepair. Very outdated and there was black mold in our bathroom. The door was broken and peeling away in the bathroom.
Beds are uncomfortable and pillows barely have any support. The only positive is the staff are friendly and helpful and the food was good in the buffets.
It has a lot of potential but definitely needs a renovation

We didn’t like the pool hours were only from 10am to 6pm. Since we only spend one night and arrived at 7 we missed the night swimming and check out was at 10am so we missed the day time hours.
The doors to the hallway were thin allowing noise in our room. We loved the food options and the entertainment for the night was awesome! Wish we had of stayed a couple of days to experience more of the resorts options.

We were travelling with 2 young kids and after hectic few days in Barcelona we booked this place as they had indoor swimming pool, gym, jacquzzi, kids club. Kids club was great but the rest of facilities were no good! Apparently the gym spa and jacquzzi was part of another building and had to be paid for seperately - this was not mentioned anywhere on the listing!!
Swimming pool was a joke, their massive indoor pool (advertised) was closed for renovation. Considering this was one of main reasons we went there, it was a waste of time.
No water provided in room, no kettle tea/coffee,hotel do not provide room service,no ironing board/iron.
This is definitely not 4 stars!!

Decent hotel, save visit until summer

Decent all round hotel, food can be a bit repetitive. I think we would have enjoyed the stay more if it was in season, we arrived the second week in October & everything was closed, pool bars closed, kids waterslides closed. This was a disappointment as we thought the season ended at the end of October.

Traveled with wife and 3 kids.
Here is what I thought:

Pros
+ Main pool is great and the kids pool has many big and small water slides
+ Staff is very nice and entertaining
+ Night shows were excellent
+ Food is fantastic
+ Hotel is very kids oriented and has a lot of activities for them

Cons
- Our room had a view of hotel pipes and we couldn't change it
- No lock on bathroom door (which is needed when traveling with small kids)
- It was hard to cross the room from one side to the other as there was only a small passage for a single person to cross
- The small table in the room was useless for working on it and main table's sitting area was just in front of the TV so you would block the TV if you wanted to work on it
- Many plates in dining room were broken and some were dirty
- Hotel exterior doesn't look that great (like all the other buildings in the city) but inside it's modern and very nice

Overall we really enjoyed our visit and we highly recommend it.

Fablous hotel 5 mins walk to town beautiful shops and streets to explore and stop for a nice cocktails the hotel went over and beyond to catering for children the shows and pony rides bouncy castles games Disney show 5 star all the way loved our stay pools are fablous

Last minute break

Booked at last minute stay here, emailed before hand as I have walking difficulties and requested low floor etc and all of my needs were met on arrival. Room clean and spacious only downside was the bed way to hard for comfort so took foam mattress off sofa bed and slept on that. Staff were friendly and helpful, food good and overall lovely holiday

Family friendly hotel

The hotel is ten minutes walk from the beach in a quiet location, there are a lot of activities to get involved in or if you just want to sun bathe there are several pools to chose from, I recommend the pool with the slides, adults and kids would enjoy this.

So so...

No WiFi - you have to go to the hotel next door to get WiFi.
You have to pay for EVERYTHING - TV remote, use of internet station, weighing the luggage.
No towels by the pool.
It's OK only if you intend to sleep in the room, and nothing else.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Pas de dernière mode mais c'est ok. Literie bien, je n'ai pas eu mal au dos.
Les repas étaient bons dans l'ensemble et variés. Beaucoup de snacks la journée en plus, en revanche ce n'est pas équilibré 😅
Concernant les piscines, elles sont sympas mais fraîches..
Le bémol est sur le spectacle du soir.. ils sont chouettes mais tellement forts que la musique \"gueule\" ça donne une mauvaise qualité. La fin est vers 23h50 il ne faut pas être couche tot

Un peu déçus pour un 4*

Un peu déçu par l'hôtel dans le sens où il y avait des taches et des trous sur les draps. Un peu moyen pour un 4 étoiles. Sinon piscine agréable même si un peu froide en cette saison, la piscine couverte de 25 m n'était pas ouverte.
Buffet moyen également, on s'attendait à mieux.

Muy buenas instalaciones, piscina cubierta, vestuarios y duchas que se agradece aunq tienen que mejorar en ese aspecto, parque acuatico y varias piscinas, multitud de actividades para niños. Como negativo: bufet algo justo en variedad de segundos platos.Aun estando justo el tema del bufet....volveremos seguro porque nuestros hijos de 7 y 2 años se lo pasaron bomba!!

Un très bon accueil que ce soit à la réception - petit coup de coeur pour M. Brahim ABRAHAM qui a su nous guider et nous conseiller sur les visites et les points forts de l'hôtel avec le sourire - au restaurant de l'hôtel : Jose a une SUPER équipe dynamique et très pro.
La piscine est géniale - les chambres sont très propres avec des chaines françaises...N'hésitez pas à utiliser le SPA avec des prix attractifs pour les résidents de l'hôtel !

Un hôtel sympathique, confortable et proposant de bonnes prestations. Le wifi est payant, un peu cher quand on pense aux autres établissements de Lloret qui le propose gratuitement. Idéal pour des familles avec jeunes enfants, parc aquatique au top, sécurisé, mini club tres tres bien équipé et des animateurs très gentils. Buffet de qualité mais manque de diversité. Préférez un étage élevé si côté piscine.

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar

Begin mei last minute naar dit hotelcomplex (Evenia Olympic Garden/Park/Palace) in Lloret de Mar geboekt. Het maakt niet uit in welk h(deel)otel je zit, zwembaden en teraasen allemaal toegangkelijk voor iedereen.
Merendeel vh personeel in het hotel is net zoals t hotel zelf op leeftijd, personeel vonden wij (uitzonderingen daar gelaten) uitermate onsympatiek. Buitenzwembaden mooi. Binnenzwdmband verouderd en niet proper.
Wij zaten in Olympic Palace, dit is het vernieuwde deel met goede ruime kamers (voor 4 personen met 2 van elkaar te scheiden ruimtes). Op kamer lege minibar ondanks all inclusive. Plus: schone beddengoed en handdoeken. Er werd ook niet moeilijk gedaan over bv extra handdoeken.
All-inclusive:
Kwaliteit en diversiteit van eten was teleurstellend.
Eten aan bar aan zwembad stelde niets voor (elke dag friet met hamburger).
Wij hebben geen alcohol gedronken en kunnen niet oordelen over kwaliteit ervan.
Restaurant (Coral) was middelmatig. Keuze beperkt (wellicht dat in hoogseizoen meer keuze is), en kwaliteit van eten was beneden peil.
Er was gelegenheid je vlees/vis vers te laten bereiden door dan helaas 1 kok die strucureel irritant traag zijn werk deed. Altijd een te lange rij mensen, zodoende vaak moeten kiezen voor iets anders.
Salades standaard elke dag t zelfde, fruit ok. Ontbijt was keuze beperkt en als je crepes wilde weer lange rij met zelfde trage kok.
Internet tegen betaling 5euro/d.
Strand circa 10 minuten lopen (500 meter). Speeltuintje naast hotel

Agréable surprise à l'arrivée: nous avions payé pour une demi-pension mais ils offrent visiblement la pension complète pour ce tarif.
Le parking sous-terrain est général au complexe des 4 hôtels Olympic au tarif de 9€. Ils vous laisse même en bénéficier sans supplément le jour de votre départ toute la journée (en entrée/sortie)
Pas loin du bord de mer, environ 700m par une petite ruelle directe.

Bon rapport qualité prix

Hotel très bien mais le soir l'animation est trop bruyante (chambre coté piscine).Il ne faut pas vouloir dormir avant minuit voire 1h car en plus les chambres sont assez mal insonorisées. C'est pour moi le seul défaut de cet hotel.

La situation de l'hôtel est excellente, à 10 minutes de la mer. Les piscines du complexe hôtelier sont très biens. La qualité du buffet était aussi d'une très bonne qualité.
