I couldn’t write all I wanted as restricted letter

I don’t like to leave pour reviews but our stay wasn’t the best.

Very long queues at reception desk regardless of the time of day and not enough staff to deal with the amount of people.

Our check in we was queuing for 35 mins and we arrived in the morning.
Unfortunately 3 times my room key card didn’t work and alongside length waits for the lifts on certain days so up and down the stairs to be told I shouldn’t keep my card behind my phone which I DON’T it was kept in my purse. Another time a cleaning lady let us in as I think she could see my frustration.

The hotel is either breakfast, half board, full board or all inclusive. This seemed to cause confusion for customers as only certain bars would serve all inclusive.

We was breakfast only and was given a time to arrive 9-9:45am well what an absolute shambles!!! No tables, long queues for food especially eggs and by the time you got to your table all food was cold. 2nd day when we waiting and found a table and set it up and got some condiments drinks etc when I got back to the table with just bread as I wasn’t queuing for everything else someone had decided to take our table and was already eating! We just gave up and walked out.

The pool area was manic and no beds unless you are down with your towel to put on a bed and then people going for breakfast or out for hours and staff did nothing. 2 life guards spent most of the time just chatting away stood together and no paying much attention to all the children.

Generally good stay, paid parking 2 blocks away.

The hotel cancelled the reservation on short notice and transferred to the sister hotel nearby “Aquarius”.
The answers from the survey pertains to this hotel, had a room facing the pool and the bar noisy drinkers until around 2am, a/c not working only heating due to hotel policy regarding the date to switch to “summer”, so had to open balcony for fresh air, so all the street and pool noise came through. .

Мы жили в апартаментах. Свежий ремонт, всё новое, мини кухня, микроволновка, посуда. Есть всё необходимое. Уборка каждый день, для апартаментов это не обычно и очень приятно. В обычных номерах за холодильник просят доплату, у нас был бесплатно. Главный минус этаж на уровне земли, но есть мини терраса. Питание в отеле не пробовали. Территория отеля небольшая, бассейн очень простой, но мы ходили только на пляж. До пляжа fenals 10 минут ходьбы. До большого магазина 5 минут.

It was an okay trip - I was hoping to get a parking but due to limited space could not get one - front staff was extremely helpful at all times - rooms are decent and overall good

The bedroom was tiny and we got 2 single beds. They must have been on wheels because everytime i rolled over the bed moved. Plus the walls are paper thin and our neighbour was banging and his tv was way to loud. Very glad we only stayed for 1 and a half nights.

Great place to stop on the outskirts of lloret de mar in a quiet area in door and out door pool and spa area. All staff friendly and helpful, good selection of food in the restaurant

this hotel is like almost every hotel in that zone: good for crazy holidays on the coast but dont expect 4*-hotel quality.
The food is disgusting and moreover you have pay for drinks!
Better take just room, without board.

VERY NOISY ROOM !!! NO WIFI ! SO SO FOOD !!

The hotel is large hotel, which provide all inclusive deals.The WIFI didnt work at all for all the 3 days of my staying there, The worst of all is that I got a room on the Lobbly floor facing outside street room no. 21. during the day and night the room was noisy. but very noisy. the walls between the other rooms including the bathroom maybe made from paper or its kinds. you hear everything, every word, every mobile that rotate from the other rooms, when flushing the roialet from the other room or taking shower you simply hear it and its totally bothers. more than that in the morning I heard noises from my ceiling in terms of moving chairs and foot stepping. I thought its a noisy gueest and that the next day it will be better. after hearing the same noises from 6:30 in the morning till 10:00 oclock and hardly could not sleep at night and not in noon brake, I went up to see whats the problem is, it seems that all the section of room in the lobby floor are simply under the dining room. I never had such unpleasent stay in any hotel all my life. It was my last night there and when I went to the reception they say there is no free room available and this noise is regular come from dining room.. I WILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!! also the food on all inclusive was only so so... will not reccomend on it as well.

Seems like it \"used to be nice\" place to be
maybe back in the 80's
when it was new
and no other places existed
but it's all very old
parking is expensive and inconvenient
food is very simple and quite bad

Bof bof ne mérite pas un 4*

.attente très longue avant d’accéder au restaurant le soir (plus de 30min d’attente ), personnel du restaurant pas très sympa sauf celle de l’accueil du restaurant.
L’hôtel est vieillot pas mal d’installations cassées dans la chambre (il manquait un pied à notre lit et chaise cassée etc)
Piscines agréables mais transats cassés.

Ca fait la deuxième année qu'on séjourne ici et c'est top, service de qualité, resto super nourritures variés et les équipements sont top (SPA, piscine...)
j'ai deux remarques :
1 ère : Payer 3€ pour un frigo / jour c'est pas top franchement par rapport à ça j'ai été choqué
2ème : J'ai essayé de réserver en mode (tout compris) mais je ne trouve pas l'option

Hay más aspectos negativos que positivos ya que las paredes/techos parecen de papel. Se escucha absolutamente.
Además, las propias limpiadoras deberían de respetar el descanso de sus huéspedes. Estaban gritando por los pasillos para organizarse su trabajo y me resultó desagradable.
Por otro lado, el Chek-out siempre ha sido a las 12:00 y en este establecimiento es hasta las 11:00.
En el desayuno, a las 10:00 han cortado hasta las máquinas para ponerte agua en un vaso.
Sinceramente, con todo lo descrito, no volvería a reservar en este establecimiento.

El check-in es muy muy lento. Tardan demasiado con cada entrada. Ya me ha pasado en más de una ocasión. Entre eso y lo complicado que es aparcar al rededor, difícil que vuelva a este hotel. Además es un poco antiguo. Por lo demás todo correcto.

La seule chose de bien dans cet hôtel est le personnel qui est très professionnel et au petit soin pour les clients. Bravo à eux. le reste est médiocre. Lit pas confortable, installation vieillotte, le wifi casi inexistant dans la chambre, salle de bain avec une douche pour enfant. Des que je prend une douche l'eau coule jusque dans la chambre car le rideau est trop court.

Petit bémol pendant 2 jour le personnel de nettoyage n’ont pas fait notre chambre . Nous sommes allés nous plaindre auprès de la réception qui nous a seulement dit que cela était pas normal mais sans compensation et sans faire appel à une femme de ménage pour au moins nous ramener des serviettes de rechanges , des papiers toilette etc..
nous nous sommes donc adressée direcetement à une femme de ménage dans l’hôtel pour au moins avoir des serviettes de rechanges.
Dans l’ensemble l’hôtel est bien situé et beaucoup fréquenté..

Personeel vrij kort af: ik had goede week op voorhand garageplaats bestelt bij laadpaal elektrische voertuigen. Toen ik hier naar vroeg trokken ze gewoon hun schouders op en verwezen mij naar publieke parking 1 km verder. Ontbijt onmogelijk door talrijke lokale bezoekers...

Cet établissement est très bien placé. Les alentours sont très animés. Par contre le WiFi est désastreux, pendant notre séjour de 11 jours il n'a jamais fonctionné !!! Le commentaire des autres touristes est le même. Le minuscule frigo de la chambre est PAYANT!! C'est inadmissible. Le fitness est à l'abandon, machines rouillées et cassées. Aucun désinfectant à l'entrée du fitness. La piscine de l'hôtel, est la seule au monde ou on ne peut pas jouer avec un ballon de piscine !!!. Les chambres sont vieilles et trop petites. En résumé cet hotel ne mérite vraiment pas d'avoir 4 étoiles. Point positif : le personnel du restaurant.

Séjour incroyable

Nous avons passé une nuit dans une des suite de l’hôtel qui était incroyable. Le niveau qualité prix est largement respecté. L’hôtel autant que la chambre était très propre et proche de la mer. En supplément le personnel est très agréable.
Le seul bémol était que le parking de l’hôtel était plein, nous avons dû nous garer à 10 minutes à pied, mais pas très étonnant en pleine saison…

La cama era incómoda. Se clavaban los muelles en la espalda. Según la página para reserbar entraba la nevera gratis y tuve que pagar por ella. La comida estaba bien fue lo mejor de la eatancia que se comía bien. Las piscinas estaban bien también.

Aunque se habia pedido balcon delante a la piscina nos han puesto en el otro lado. Apartamento con muestras de no estar alquilado hace semanas, hormigas, arañas y mosquitos. Nevera sin congelador. No se podia comer en el comedor por tems covid. Pero ubicacion esoectacular. Trato simpático y amable del staff.

Séjour papa seul avec 2 filles (5 et 12 ans) piscine couverte bien, salle de sport moyenne, repas bien mais attention eau payante obligatoirement !

Familievenligt hotel med en god service.

Hotellet er ganske godt, men som rejsende som par skal man være opmærksom på at hotellet er meget velegnet til børnefamilier samt unge mennesker, hvorfor der kan være en del uro på hotellet.
