Not a 4 star and over priced.

Hotel rooms are old and dated, they do not look like the images on the website. The spa is an extra €15 for 1 hour which only has a small pool, sauna and steam. The lobby and bar is nice but the pool area is tiny and ran out of loungers. Across the road is a park area full of teenagers so I woke up most nights to loud noise and shouting. Staff however were friendly but understaffed. I felt bad for them as they seemed to be doing the best they could do.

A lovely hotel

The staff were really friendly and spoke good English. The hotel has a relaxing atmosphere and the downstairs area is really spacious and modern with a great bar offering a range of drinks and table service. The pool is ideal and there are lots of different sun loungers available. The rooms were nice, quite small and we only had one chair on the balcony. I feel these could be updated to be more in keeping with the downstairs area. We asked for a double but were given twin beds, no problem though.
The food was great offering lots of variety and a show cook every night. The staff in the restaurant are really attentive
There was entertainment a couple of nights around the pool. One was a dj the other a duo band singer and guitar, both great.
The hotel is in a good position for the town, it’s not far to walk - we did it in 5 mins when we realised it was lunch time whilst at the beach
But it’s far enough that it’s quiet from the main area
We got the coach from Barcelona airport using Moventis, worked really well and took 2 hrs. On the way back we went to Barcelona for a few days and the coach took 1 hour
All in all, a great hotel with friendly staff - would recommend and would like to return

We had a fine stay. An adequate hotel for the price and comparisons. The spa seemed a bit of an after thought but was nice enough for an hour or so. Towels and soap for after would be a nice addition. The hotel staff seemed a bit unorganized and unclear but maybe that was our language barrier. I would give this place 2.5-3.0 stars.

Variety is the Spice of Life

Just off the main street where all the night clubs are, it’s in a great location if that’s what you’re here for. We booked with breakfast and dinner included and it was excellent value for money. We stayed two nights and there were different selections on offer for the buffet dinner for both nights. Breakfast was just as varied, with a wide selection of fruits, cereals, pastries and the typical full Irish/English breakfast. Staff were friendly and welcoming and spoke great English compared to our poor Spanish. It is a short walk down to the beach too.
The only down side is that because you are so close to the nightclubs, it can be quite loud at night.

From the minute we set foot in the hotel we were made to feel unwelcome by the staff, they treated us differently from other people because of our age and jumped at any opportunity to single us out. What was most shocking was that the one day where we got dressed up before dinner and wore make up they were completely different and the male members of staff were making objectifying comments about the way that we looked which made us feel extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. Apart from this the facilities were good in the communal areas but the rooms were cramped and not completed to a good standard. The bathroom flooded every time we used it. Wouldn’t not recommend this hotel or visit again

Augusta hotel in August 2018

A good hotel that caters for those aged over 16, this was our second trip. The good points are the service given and the choice of food at breakfast and dinner; the hotel has a good relaxing environment. The hotel has a small area for the pool / outdoor bar, and it could reasonably put in more sun loungers; at least for part of the day and replace them in the evening with tables for sitting out (people magically putting towels down on the few that exist and then themselves appearing hours later was somewhat annoying).
The rooms are small, but comfortable and the AC helps in the August heat. Our room looked out over the small back road, which was noisy with delivery trucks for the hotel or supermarket, which h could be 7am or 2pm! The view was poor, mainly cats sitting on an old asbestos cement roof across the road.
We did not use the spa this time, but did use the gym, and unfortunately whilst there was more equipment than the first visit the condition was still poor, with some things just not working. Don't expect the wifi to work well.

Hotel was good on the lower level, i.e reception, bar and pool. However the rooms are very small with paper thin walls and there's a lot of 24 hr noise in Lloret. The breakfast buffet consisted of the cheapest food the hotel could buy, plenty of it but poor quality.

VG facilities really liked the outdoor pool area, great sun trap & very comfortable loungers. We used the locked luggage room prior to check in and after check out. Very handy & hotel staff very helpful.Good indoor pool & gym. Room clean fairly spacious & decent bathroom. It had what you needed.
Breakfast excellent with very wide choice.

Guests mainly seemed to be over 50 this was fine by us, no late night noise.

Basically the hotel offers very good value for money. Decent quality accommodation which will not break the bank hard to beat for the price IMO.

Party hotel, not an adult hotel

We decided to book this hotel since it marketed itself as an adult spa hotel and we wanted to have three calm days. While there are no children there, the main adult population of the hotel are 18 to 20 somethings using the hotel as a pre-party place before going to Lloret-De-Mar's numerous night clubs. There was loud partying and yelling from the verandas surrounding the pool area and boisterous partying around the pool area, making it impossible to relax for anyone not involved in the parties. At night they have a pool side DJ who caters for the older population of the guests, playing evergreens from the past four decades at about 120 decibels. This sound carried perfectly into our hotel room which faced the pool area, making it impossible to go to sleep. The DJ retired at 11.30 pm. This did not meet our expectations in any way and we told the staff this in very clear words.
In all fairness they were very understanding and had no problems when we told them that we wanted to cut our stay short after the first night. Since we had booked it through hotels.com, I had to get in touch with hotel.com's customer service, but this entire process was very smooth and we were reimbursed for the two nights we didn't stay.
The training room is very spartan and the spa area also looks like it could need some refurbishing. If you are young adults looking for a party place, this is perfect. If you are grown-ups looking for a nice, relaxing place, stay away.

Le personnel est à l'écoute et très sympathique. Les locaux sont beaux et entretenus. Il manquerait à mon goût des volets aux fenêtres.Par contre, c'est un hôtel sans enfants c'était notre choix mais il y a un immense parc de jeux pour enfants à côté et un terrain de football où tous les enfants hurlent de joie.... Surtout le weekend mais ils viennent bien sûr aussi après les cours, l'hôtel n'y est pour rien mais c'est très bruyant.

bonne situation dans la ville, parking voirie gratuit a 500 metres.

L'hôtel ne mérite pas un 4*. Hôtesse d'accueil pas aimable. Matelas bon a changé. Les photos sont Loin d'être comme sur le site chambre trop petite. Nous devions quitter la chambre a 11h la femme de ménage c'est permise d'entrée dans la chambre avec ses propres clés je sortais de la douche je vous laisse imaginer un peu 😡😡. Au niveau du déjeuner croissant congelé. Et au niveau du repas 19€ pas grand choix.

Het personeel was super. De wifi werkte wel niet zo goed maar dit had met gemengde infrastructuur te maken wpa2 beveiligd was en andere was dit niet. Voor de rest zouden de kamers wel nog een beetje vernieuwd mogen worden. Ook sloten met een RFID in de plaats van een sleutel zouden iets zijn.

Evitez absolument cet établissement :
Cet hôtel ne répond absolument pas aux critères d'un 4**** espagnol pour cette région :
- l'environnement est désastreux = quartier type favelas.
- Chambre très petite = cage à lapins non insonorisée avec des lits de 1.80M, passage 40cm et baignoire de 1M de long.
- Propreté très limite avec des bêtes qui se promènent, toiles d'araignées et poussière.
- Extérieur: piscine, restaurant, terrasse, tout est très petit. Vous ne respirez pas ! Aucune intimité possible. Nombre de chambres bcp trop important / espaces communs. Environ 30 transats pour 300 personnes ?!!!
- Restauration : cuisine sans saveur et sans variété = cantine. + eau payante !!?
Un lieu idéal pour sentir une rentabilité poussée au maximum avec l'impossibilité de négocier quoi que ce soit avec la direction.
Touristes = pigeons !!!!
Nous avions réservé 6 nuits et nous sommes partis au bout de 3j (le temps de trouver en plein mois d'août un autre hôtel dispo).
Nous n'avons eu aucun geste commercial de la part de l'hôtel: pas même 1h de spa ou 1 cocktail offert pour nous détendre seulement 5min dans cet endroit si désagréable. Leur seule proposition était de rajouter un complément pour avoir une chambre plus grande mais tjrs avec des lits de 1.8M.
Il doit sûrement remplir les critères pour avoir ses 4**** (restaurant, piscine, spa, ..) mais d'une qualité plus que médiocre.
Même en cherchant bien nous n'avons trouvé aucun point positif.
A fuir absolument !!!

Hôtel bien situé. Parking payant un peu cher comme dans toute la ville. Je conseillerais de laisser la voiture dans un endroit gratuit un peu plus loin (il y a un parking gratuit à proximité );la gare routière est proche et les taxis sont abordables. Le centre-ville et la Plage de Lloret sont plutôt bruyants (parfaits pour les jeunes );je conseillerais celle de Fanals(10mn à pied ) Blanes ou Tossa(en bus)si on désire plus de calme.
Pause détente autour de la piscine de l'hôtel bien agréable ;Personnel sympathique et à l'écoute.

Accueil mitigé : nous avons demandé s'il y avait un parking gratuit dans les environs, la dame fait mine de ne pas savoir, et insiste pour que nous prenions une place à l'hôtel (20€/nuit). Or il y a bien un parking public à 300m que nous avons trouvé par hasard le lendemain. Les chambres ne sont vraiment pas terribles (literie inconfortable, odeur de cigarettes, pas de frigo, pas de machine à café, wifi ne marche pas..) l'insonorisation laisse à désirer sans parler de la vue affreuse... Bref ne vous laisser pas berner comme nous par les photos de l'hôtel, l'environnement de l'Hotel n'est pas du tout \"verdoyant\" on est en plein milieu d'immeubles, ce n'est pas du tout apaisant... Cependant, le buffet est délicieux, les mets très travaillés et variés, la terrasse piscine est sympathique...

Fint og centralt hotel i Lloret de Mar

Boede her en lille uge med min søster. Vi ankom sent, ca kl.1.30 om natten, men blev rigtig godt modtaget af nattevagten i receptionen, som spurgte om vi var sultne, da de havde gemt aftensmad til os. Rigtig god stil.
Værelset var lige lovligt lille, men altanen havde udsigt til poolområdet og “scenen” hvor der var musik underholdning hver aften. Poolområdet er ikke stort, og der kunne godt være flere liggestole, da folk desværre har tendens til at smide deres håndklæde tidligt hver morgen. Maden er fin, men der følger kun drikkevarer med til morgenmaden, resten må man købe, selvom man har valgt helpension. Hotellet ligger fint i forhold til byen, stranden og busstationen. Det tager ca.7-10 min at gå til stranden. Der var lidt larm fra andre gæster, der festede om natten. Hotellet har 4 stjerner, men det er ikke til dansk standard. Det er lidt slidt, men rent og pænt.

Beim Check-In wurde mir ein Zimmer zugeteilt das eher ein Abstellraum in der letzten Etage war.
Ein kleines Bett, kein Tisch oder ähnl.
Erst nach Reklamation konnte das Zimmer getauscht werden. Das \"neue\" Zimmer war sehr eng was auch nicht gerade einladend war.

We come to this hotel every year, but a lot has changed. Since a couple of years adults only, but it hasn't changed to being better. It always had a very good kitchen, but this year the food on the buffet was cold.
Super staff in the hotel from cleaning department to manager and everything inbetween.

Nous venons de passer 3 nuits dans cet hôtel, nous sommes plutôt satisfaits de ce séjour :
+ Bien situé, proche plage et centre ville (peu de marche à pied)
+ Bel hôtel, bien entretenu avec piscine extérieure
+ Spa très agréable
+ De nombreuses activités et soirées au sein de l'hôtel
+ Excellent petit déjeuner buffet avec beaucoup de choix

- Il faut réserver le spa à l'avance, donc impossible d'y aller à sa guise
- Les chambres ne sont pas dignes d'un 4 étoiles : on sentait les ressorts du lit, rideau de douche à moitié arraché, etc
- Problème de chauffage dans la salle de bain donc surchauffe toute la nuit, difficile de dormir (l'hôtel m'a réglé le problème une journée mais le lendemain c'était pareil ...)

Très beau hôtel. les points fort le SPA est magnifique, la situation, le personnels vraiment accueillant et sympathique. La chambre vue sur piscine. terrasse piscine extérieur .

Les petit point faible, les couverture dans les chambre font très vieillot(à remplacer par des couettes). La salle de bain de la chambre 141 pas rénovée. Et la taille de la chambre aussi très mal insonorisé.
Mais je conseil vraiment cet hôtel car les point fort nous ont fait passé les point faible de la chambre. Rapport qualité prix imbattable. la demi pension satisfaisante.
J'y reviendrai et je vous le recommande.
