Plenty of food options.
Dont book full board on expedia. It wont be honored and will have to pay for it again at the hotel. This was not okay and why I gave the lower stars. Very kid friendly and safe. Parking is avaliable and in a secure location. Lots of trash out our windows. Closet door was broken.

I booked this holiday last minute and was expecting the worst however I was pleasantly surprised. We stayed in block 2 and the building and rooms are in need of some TLC. Saying that, our room was very clean and cleaned/fresh towels on everyday. There was entertainment on all day if you wanted to stay in the hotel and lots to do for the children. The food was fine - continental breakfast buffet and different restaurants to choose from for tea. I wouldn't recommend going if you don't have children as it is a family themed hotel.

Please avoid and book Samba or another hotel.

This Hotel would have got 5* Review but for the cleaners to take 5 days to finally refil my shower gel and shampoo was appalling. The place got very busy from day 1 till i left and i was not going to que up at reception for something the cleaners fail to do. There are hotel that are 3* and they look much more cleaner, Livelier and newer. So dont be deceived by the Stars of this hotel. The kids slides was closed a message before hand would be nice as i only booked this hotel for my kids. Only entertainment and fun they had was the man working on security he played and also gave the children sweets. This hotel parking cost me more than my car rental.

It was a very good experience. Staff members are extremely helpful and polite. Food waa great, facilities great. And qhat an animation programme. The hotel is located in a very short distance to both beaches, 7 min walking from the station and in the centre.

Inaccurate Room Description

The property is very nice, however the room types listed on Hotels.com for this property are not accurate. When I checked in, I was not given the room I thought I was getting (due to what I was quoted on the app at booking). This made the sleeping situation a little more difficult, but we managed after looking at three other rooms and finally settling for one that would suffice.
The staff are very attentive and the overall experience was great.

The property needed some upgrading. The elevator broke down with us inside. The rooms are tiny. Most of the restaurants that were on the property were closed. The food was just ok. You could not take drinks out of the dining room.

Room terrible, walls like paper. Couldn't shut toilet pocket door. It was so damaged. Shower cubicle handle very loose. Huge hole at bottom of bathroom door like a beaver had chewed it. Could not open wardrobe because of self closer on the room door. Balcony 1 chair. Overlooked by both sides, no screen for privacy. Chair in room had a huge hole in the seat. Staff miserable.

Great Value Family Holiday

We booked this hotel for a last minute family holiday .we arrived before check in time around noon so our rooms weren't ready upon check in but we were given our all inclusive wristbands and told to come back at the advertised check in time of 14:30 and our room would be ready - and it was ready right on time. We were a family of five and out room was very spacious with a dividing partition between ourselves and the children. The Hotel is very large , 2 Hotels in one a 4 star and 3 star with the rooms located in various blocks. Ours was centrally located. The Hotel complex is built on the side of a hill so there are lots of inclines and steps so i wouldnt advise this hotel for people with mobility issues. Most of the guests were Spanish or French with a handful of British. We met no other Irish there. The pools were clean and had lifeguards on duty. My only issue was the sun loungers - despite signs up everywhere about not reserving loungers many guests did so and may not have attended the pool all day leaving others without loungers. The food was delicious. The queue for the restaurant was long at peak times but once inside the food was constantly replenished - plenty of offerings for all tastes. The all inclusive items around the pool were great with pizzas, toasted sandwiches, hot dogs, waffles, crisps and plenty of branded icecreams available. The area iself is apparently known for wild partying but there was no noise at night when we were there

Full of youths on tour or on camps- felt like we were in a football stadium with the amount of noise. The staff did attempt to quieter them down but it was unbearable. Serious lack of seating around the pools...too crowded in general

The hotel overall was amazing! We loved the pools and the spa as well as the water slides. However we were very disappointed with the service we received. First of all, we were greeted in the reception by a very rude staff member his name Mir, that kept the same attitude with us throughout our stay. Secondly, we were given wrong rooms as we requested 4 double rooms and 1 triple and we were given 2 triple rooms and 3 double. Also, the rooms were different from each other regarding their quality which wasn’t fair because we paid the same price for all rooms and expected the same standards for all of them. Finally, the cleanliness of the rooms was bad as our floors were filthy for the 7 days we stayed there, our bedsheets weren’t changed and we had to put our towels on the floor for the cleaners to realise they need changing after 2 days. So most of the staff wasn’t very helpful except the catering staff in the restaurant that were very fast and lovely.

Sight seeing in Barcelona area.

Nice hotel, easy to get to the beach and bars, would stay again.
We used this place, as a base, to do some right seeing in the area, staff were very helpful, good secure parking for 15€ per day.
Overall, we left happy.

Would not say 4* but explains why it was cheap.

Upon arrival we dropped our bags into the room, we stayed in park 2. The room was nothing like the photos but was clean so we happy enough. We then ventured and explored the area which the hotel has a great location, only minutes walk from the shops, bars and beach. The bed was really not the most comfortable thing and was extremely squeaky, everytime I would turn over I would wake my partner. 3 of our 5 nights stay was not great for noise, the hotel was run with what seem to be school kids running riot. The other two nights one was saved by security making people turn music off and keep noise down after midnight. Admittedly the hotel can't control all people staying but maybe should plan it better where they people. Definitely would not recommend it for a family or relaxing holiday. This hotel is more for stag and hen dos and teenage clubbers. We noticed the hallways becoming more and more dirty with what looked trodden in crisps. The rooms I feel have paper thin walls as you can hear everything around you. Breakfast was bareable but the hotel is only a short walk from many good eat outs.

Les maîtres d'hôtels des 3 restaurants étaient super, l'équipe d'animation et les spectacles au top. Tout le personnel très bien. L'accès aux piscines difficiles,les abords des piscines un peu sale et mal sécurisés avec les marches et le carrelage. Il manque aussi de place a l'extérieur,la plupart des tables des restaurants sont a l'intérieur contrairement à d'autres hôtels en Espagne que 'ous avons fait

El hotel está bien ubicado, pero las instalaciones son deficientes. Desde la habitación se oyen perfectamente lo que sucede en el pasillo y habitaciones contiguas. El buffet es muy pobre, con escasa variedad. El gel y champú hay que acudir a recepción para que lo lleven a la habitación, pues en principio, no lo dejan. Podrían mejorar la puntuación haciendo algunas mejoras en el servicio.

Ruime kamer (4-persoons Suite, gebouw Guitart Park II), bedden OK, badkamer redelijk compleet, maar geen bekertjes. Suite heeft twee balkons. Kleine, verouderde liften, helaas was het trappenhuis ook een beetje krap, maar toch veel met de trap gegaan, dit is sneller en houdt de liften vrij voor mensen die ze nodig hebben. Keuze uit drie restaurants, waar de verschillen niet heel groot zijn. Altijd buffet, vooral lunch en diner bieden veel keuzemogelijkheden, ook altijd wat voor vegetariërs en visliefhebbers. Nooit fantastisch, maar weel meestal goed. Het ontbijt valt nog het meest tegen, met matig brood, behalve fruit geen versproducten, en soms tekort aan schaaltjes, yoghurt of muesli.
Het hotel heeft veel hoogteverschillen, dus is niet zo geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. Er is een zwembad met kinderbad ernaast op het straatniveau van de hoofdingang, en er zijn op het hoge niveau nog een aantal zwembaden en de glijbanen. Veel ligbedden, en wij konden in het hoogseizoen steeds een plek bemachtigen zonder al om 07.00u al bij het zwembad te moeten gaan staan. Parkeren op het hotelterrein is niet goedkoop, maar is zeker aan te raden; buiten het hotel parkeren is erg druk en krap. Een pluspunt van het hotel: er is heel veel te doen. Overdag is er al meerdere momenten entertainment bij een of meerdere zwembaden, en ook 's avonds is er altijd een show voor kinderen tot 22.30u en meestal daarna nog tot 0.00u voor volwassenen. Het hotel ligt niet vlakbij het strand.

Nous sommes restés dans cette hôtels 2 semaines avec mes 3 enfants. Hôtel bien entretenu j’ai apprécié les activités surtout les enfants, il y’a de quoi s’éclater en famille vu le nombre de piscine.
La responsable est vraiment adorable elle m’a changé de chambre quand j’en ai fais la demande parce que le papa nous a rejoint quelque jours après elle nous installé dans une plus grande chambre très rapidement.
J’ai vraiment aimé cette hôtels nous allons revenir.

El resort cumplió nuestras expectativas. Puletas muy divertidas.
Fuimos una pareja con 2 niñas de 10 y 13 años con media pensión. El desayuno y la cena buffet, muy variado y abundante con opciones sin gluten a pedido.
Cómo siempre, en un hotel tan concurrido conviene ir temprano a comer.

Bon hôtel familial propre avec plein d activités pour les enfants. La cuisine est plutôt bien, plein de piscines.
Le seul hic pas de place disponible dans le parking malgré le prix de 20€ par jours on a mis plus d'une heure a trouver une place en extérieur. Et les gens a l arrivée a la reception ne sont pas du tout accueillant ils ne nous ont même pas dit bonjour juste:numéro de réservation. J'ai demandé une chambre avec une baignoir car j'ai des problèmes de jambes on ne m'a même pas répondu et arrivé dans la chambre c'était une douche...mais à mar ça top.

Mauvaise isolation sonore nous entendons la télé des voisins les voitures dans la rue et tout ce qui s’en suit.
Les lits doubles ne sont pas fixés avec mon compagnon nous avons dû dormir chacun dans notre lit afin de ne pas tomber.
Impossible de prendre une douche sans inonder le sol.

Schone hotel, veel liften aanwezig, ligging van de zwembaden niet logisch. Werking airco niet continue aan, maar met pauzes. Geen goede isolatie, je hoort veel herrie buiten. Bed was goed. Geen koelkast of minibar. Ontbijt elke dag hetzelfde. Schone hotel en kamers. Kwa eten en geen minibar vind ik het geen 4 sterren waard. Hotel zelf is mooi. Geen dagelijkse activiteiten, hotel aquapulca tegenoverons was elke dag wel iets gezelligs. Bij ons was het dode boel.

Nous avons réservé pour l’hôtel guitart central Park Aqua resort et on nous as logés dans un autre hôtel de la chaîne beaucoup moins bien classé et avec aucune des prestations annoncées. L’hôtel est vieux ainsi que le mobilier et les chambres. Il n’y a pas de parking ni de piscines comme initialement prévu. C’est très bruyant à toutes les heures de la nuit et de la journée et il n’y a pas de double vitrage aux fenêtres.

Lit pas du tout confortable (bruit de lit en ferraille, matelas usé). Chambre très bruyante. Couloir trop brouillant avec enfants qui courent à toutes heures dans les couloirs qui résonne dans les chambres étant donné qu’elles sont très mal insonorisées! Le petit déjeuner est bon, l’emplacement est pas mal à proximité de tout, les piscines sont grandes mais très peu de transats.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil du personnel, les chambres sont spacieuses, les buffets variés, la localisation de l'hotel. Petit bémol, de magnifiques piscines mais aucune chauffée ou couverte ce qui aurait été top pour un mois d'avril.

Un dia divertido

La verdad nos divertimos mucho, la comida super rica y las instalaciones son bastante grandes pero esta bien indicado. Las camas son comodas. La animaciln de la noche super divertida.

C'est notre second séjour dans cet établissement et nous en sommes toujours aussi satisfaits.
Le personnel est sympa, la sécurité est assurée surtout en en cette période de Covid et les animations nombreuses avec pourtant un respect des gestes barrières. Une attention particulière est apportée aux enfants ce qui est très appréciable également.
Les piscines sont juste bien pour toute la famille. De plus, la sécurité veille à ce que certaines personnes ne réservent pas des transats (par exemple pendant les heures de repas) afin de laisser à tout le monde la chance de se poser.
Nous reviendrons probablement cependant quelques points devraient être grandement améliorés :
- Le parking reste quand même très cher (12€/jour il y'a 2 ans et 15€ en 2021)
- Il est très étonnant de se voir proposer du vin (compris dans le prix) à chaque repas, pouvoir prendre des boissons (sodas, cocktails, alcools et bières, granités) à volonté dans le cadre du forfait \"all in\" mais de se voir refuser une simple petite bouteille d'eau !!!
- La vaisselle dans les restaurants à certaines heures est assez salle (traces de chocolat ou des restes de nourriture sur certaines assiettes ou des traces de café dans des tasses ou sur certaines petites cuillères).

Bon sejour en général, buffet a revoir manque d informations sur les plats beaucoup trop de plats a base de porc et manque de diversité et pour les desserts les pâtisseries sont infâmes. Aquapark tres bien, le personnel est sympathique et accueillant.

Piacevole soggiorno

Hotel mediocre, ha molti servizi a disposizione dei clienti, 4 piscine, parco acquatico per i bambini, tennis, calcetto, sale giochi, intrattenimento e spettacoli per bambini, spettacoli serali, spa, ecc.
Ma tutto è lasciato un po' al caso, non ben organizzato e coordinato.
Tutto sommato piacevole soggiorno.

Arriver à l’hôtel nous avions pas eu nos chambre supérieur pour 3 mais une chambre pour 2 . Nous avons été rembourser et nous sommes partie. Galère pour trouver autre chose avec deux bébé plus jamais….

Bonne vacance à proximité de tout mais très très difficile à trouver un stationnement et à notre arrivé nous pensions avoir une place de parking mais il nous stipule que c’est selon disponibilité merci la galère du début de vacance. Mais ville très agréable et sympathique.

Lo mejor: la habitación muy limpia y cómoda y la comida del bufet excelente.
Lo peor: no se respeta la distancia de seguridad y las medidas covid, sobretodo en la piscina donde las hamacas demasiado juntas.
