The hotel is very dated and certainly not 4 star- (maybe in 1985).Staff were incredibly rude. I was a solo traveller and it was impossible to get breakfast without a long queue. Never managed to find a sun lounger. Pictures are deceiving the pool is tiny and is certainly not comfortable for a family. There is a language barrier - but I don’t speak Spanish or French either. Room as ok very basic. No information given on check in. Entertainment- all I saw was a man with a keyboard, I believe 9-10pm then it’s like the hotel is closed. I didn’t stay in the hotel if I could avoid it but there isn’t anything close by. If you are travelling with a family I would certainly not recommend.
Different rules on different days, I was saying goodbye to my family who were staying next door and I was told to move away from the front of the hotel.
Left one day and went to the beach, returned later in the day wearing a crop top and shorts (perhaps an inch of mid-drift showing) and was refused entry back to my room because I didn’t have another top- I was told it was too much like swim wear, had to buy a T-shirt from across the road to get in. Similar outfit the previous day - no problem, asked why policy had changed I was told that was Tuesday, this is Wednesday.
My room faced residential apartments with dogs constantly parking, and there were pigeons nesting on the bathroom windows.
I travel often and I always look to provide balanced reviews but I genuinely cannot find any positives.

Lovely place. Outdoor Pool could do with a redesign to release more space. No one used the walkway or kids pool. Hampered the lifeguards view. Friendly staff. Food was good and varied. Our Room was very good, lovely bathroom. Short walk to fenals beach and to the bus station.

Good value resort hotel

Typical Spanish resort hotel, which seemed popular with French tourists.

Rooms located on 4 floors, surrounding the pool. Nice area around the excellent outdoor pool to sunbathe. Indoor pool is excellent for the months at the beginning and end of the summer season. Breakfast was really extensive and was better than expected for this type of hotel. The beach is a 10 minute stroll from the hotel. Parking was a bit pricey at 13.50 Euros per day and it was disappointing that the hotel was still charging for use of the room safe and the room fridge.

Overall, happy with the hotel and I would stay at this hotel again on any future visits to Lloret de Mar.

In the description Expedia mention minibar in each room, which is not accurate, you have to pay 3 euros a day if you want to have minibar. The staff was super nice, except for a lady in the reception. The food option in the chiringuito where limited expectially for kid options. Breakfast and dinner where super good.

Nice modern rooms, friendly staff and a nice pool area and a very relaxing spa with a steam room, hot tubs etc. Guests tend to be older with no kids, which makes for quieter surroundings.

5 mins from beach with awesome service

My wife and I stayed here for 6 days, while my son played in a soccer tournament. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Key things that we really liked were, the front desk ladies were very helpful, the evening bartenders were awesome make sure you ask for their specialty drink its very refreshing. The hotel had evening shows, we watched the magic and the Donna Summer show. Both were excellent and got the audience involved. Breakfast had a good selection and the food was good. We had a rental car and it usually took us 10-15 mins to find free parking around the area. Hotel offers on-site parking for a daily fee. The only thing I would suggest they improve is the AC units and faster internet. Room go down to about 74F, if they can go down to about 69 or 70F that would be great.

Great stay and very reasonably priced. Excellent location good for Fenals beach and the middle of Lloret a short walk away. The hotel itself was lovely.. great staff and facilities.. the pool spa and steam room well worth a visit! We were bed and breakfast and the buffet was excellent. I would definitely recommend for a good qualit6 reasonably priced holiday in Lloret.

Nice hotel, refurbished rooms , 90 tv channels but only 2 in English and they are news channels. Russians, French and Italians have tv entertainment but most clients staying seem to be English.
Good food, a wide selection on the buffet.

Overrated, understaffed, not value for money

This overrated hotel that should be 1 or 2 stars only is badly understaffed. Staff are rude, patronising and inefficient. WIFI is the biggest crap I've ever experienced during my 11 nights at this highly disappointing hole.
The lifts did not work during 7 days. So this hotel is not advised for the elderly.
Included breakfast was of a very poor quality in a restaurant full of safety risks due to the lack of adequate logistics to cater 500 people within a very hot environment as the entire airconidioning in the hotel does not work properly.
Aircon in the room is okay. Rooms are okay. Toiletries are a complete disgrace, starting with the industrial shampoo offered.
Lots of hidden costs: one has to pay for the use of a safe box which is essential, taxes and other duty taxes not displayed.
Issues with my reservation and very rude receptionist unable to help.
The manager of the bar, a guy with white hair is an abusive and rude person. He came to ask me to leave the pool as I was consuming a bottle of water not purchased at his bar. The entertainment offered by this bar is a joke. Really for kids only.
The hotel is greatly located and there are many great restaurants around and good shopping. The gym is a very outdated place with ancient equipment and it is a sauna due to the poor airconidioning.
The pool gets \"reserved\" at 7 am with people that put their towels in the sun beds without even coming to the pool until 10 or 11 and this happens because they don't have enough staff to t

Good hotel fair price.

Hotel is nice. Staff speaks English, friendly and helpful. Showed me where to park my car for free. Stayed here because my friend's apartment is close to this hotel. Did not try any of the hotel's amenities so I cannot comment on these. Good for the price. Fair value.

J'ai trouvé le personnel pas très accueillant le sourire de leurs visages aux abonnés absents, les repas sont froid pas très variés et les boissons payante même l'eau. Nous sommes venus il y a quelques années et le SPA étais gratuit il est depuis devenu payant. Nous sommes déçu par rapport au séjours précédents.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l'hôtel. Les prestations étaient de qualité et le personnel s’est montré particulièrement serviable et attentionné. Petit bémol : il n’y avait malheureusement pas de place de parking disponible lors de notre arrivée. Toutefois, une solution nous a été proposée rapidement avec une place à l’extérieur, à environ 5 minutes à pied. Cela reste un détail face à l’ensemble des services offerts. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

L'albergo non rispecchia esattamente un 4 stelle ma ha un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Il personale è molto gentile, le stanze molto silenziose ed il ristorante di buona qualità e molto variegato. Punto a sfavore il parcheggio in quanto, avendo dimenticato di prenotarlo, non ne avevano a disposizione ed in zona è difficile trovare posto dove do ripiegare sui parcheggi privati.

Bonjour le séjour c'est globalement bien passé j'avais une chambre et que vu sur la piscine
lit confortable avec pas que seulement des draps mais une couverture ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas en Espagne
je n'ai pas mangé sur place juste une fois le petit-déjeuner qui était très bien
parking privatif à 23 € par jour les places dans la rue sont gratuites mais pas évidentes à trouver

Maden var en stor skuffelse, som slet ikke levede op til hotelstandarten. Stort set alt var overtilberedt og salatbaren var uappetitlig.
Personalet i restauranten virkede overbebyrdede og manglede overskud. Vi fik tidspunkter at spise på, som var ret sene. Jeg kan bestemt ikke anbefale all inclusive på dette hotel.

On a passé une nuit la chambre nickel mais le parking complet dommage on a tourné pendant 1h avant de se garer sur le parking d'un super marché, le bruit des voisins sur le balcon et la femme de menage qui ouvre la porte a 9h alors que l'on peut quitter la chambre à 11h sinon a par ça la chambre rien a dire

Hotel nicht weit vom Strand für einen Kurzurlaub

Positiv ist das Personal beim Frühstück und Abendbrot zu erwähnen. Hier sind wirklich alle sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Die zusätzlichen Preise für die Getränke zum Abendessen (Halbpension) empfand ich als sehr hoch.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen. Für die vielen Gäste gibt es lediglich zwei Fahrstühle, denen man das Alter bereits anmerkt.

Die Minibar im
Zimmer muss man bei Nutzung an der Rezeption anmelden. Parkplätze kann man in einem
naheliegenden Parkhaus für 20 Euro anmieten.

Der Pool ist überwacht - hier ist Personal steht’s zur Stelle. Die Getränke im Pool Bereich sind ebenfalls teuer.

Insgesamt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt absolut ok.

Hôtel très agréable et propre personnel accueillant et souriant par contre il y’a pas de places disponibles autour et le parking n’est pas réservable via expédia donc il faut tourner un moment avant de trouver une place qui n’est pas à côté de l’hôtel et ne plus bouger la voiture. Ensuite la salle de sport devrait être libre d’accès mais il faut réserver. Les équipements devrait être renouvelés car trop anciens et en panne. Le premier soir nous sommes restés bloqués dans l’ascenseur quelques minutes. Sinon séjour agréable.

Très bel hôtel parfait pour les familles.Un personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Chambre propre et calme , literie très confortable. Piscine agréable avec maître nageur ,de nombreux transats et parasols.
Petits commerces et restaurants à proximité.
Seuls bémols le buffet de l'hôtel vraiment à déconseiller et beaucoup de difficulté pour trouver un stationnement.

Les chambres sont très bien insonorisées et spacieuses.
Pas de place au parking donc obligé de chercher dans les rues adjacentes. Personnel de l'hôtel agréable ainsi que celle du spa. Hôtel a proximité de la mer et du centre ville.

Séjour agréable au rapport qualité-prix très intéressant. Le personnel est toujours aussi serviable et agréable. (3e séjour dans cet hôtel).
Nous étions en pension complète, les buffets, sans être d'une qualité exceptionnelle sont quand même bien fournis et variés.
On ne nous a pas proposé de parking, et avons dû nous débrouiller pour trouver une rare place dans Lloret de Mar.
Front de mer juste à côté, à 5 min à pied.

Hotel situado un poco alejado del centro de Lloret pero muy cerca de varias playas bonitas. Las habitaciones bien cuidadas, limpias y cómodas. Tiene todos los servicos y detalles necesarios. No pudimos entrar en el Spa ya, que debido al covid el aforo esfava limitado y se tenía que reservar con antelación. El personal del hotel muy amable y atento. En general todo muy bien.

Il n’y avait rien de spécial dans cette hôtel comparé à ceux que j’ai déjà fait qui ont une étoile en mois la qualité des services était extrêmement restreinte et payant nous avions demandé un lit double ont c’est retrouvé avec deux lit simple couvert avec un dras mon mari a souffert dans les deux semaines de notre séjour avec sont dos et moi étant enceinte n’en parlons pas malgré d’être aller les voir à plusieurs reprise il n’on rien changé donc je peut vous affirmer que c’était la dernière fois qu’on y allait à cette établissement !!!

Very disappointed by this 4* service and attitude

Staying at this hotel right now and it is below my expectations. Not a 4* level of service. At the booking we specifically asked for a quiet room with one queen-size bed and we were given a noisy street-side room with 2 twin beds. Tried to talk to reception staff twice, but they repeatedly said they could do nothing about it. Very disappointed by such a service and attitude.

Massenunterkunft / Laut / Frühstück und Abendessen haben wir in vergleichbaren Hotels deutlich besser angetroffen.

Anmerkung: Obwohl Hotelparkplätze laut Beschreibung vorhanden sein sollen, sind diese nicht mehr vorhanden.

A deux couples ,pas besoin de prendre la voiture ni pour la plage ni pour sortir le soir,hôtel propre ,buffet, petit déjeuner 👍👌.

le nouvel aménagement du restaurant provoque des queues aux buffets qui n'existaient pas avant. La piscine couverte réduite d'un quart est moins agréable pour les nageurs. Donc, je préférais l'ancienne formule.

No sabía donde me metía. Ahora entiendo LLORET !!!

MAL, Mal y mal... No entiendo la puntuación media de este alojamiento, pero viendo la tipología de clientela que deambulaba, no me extraña su nivel de valoración en relación al estándar de lo que significa la palabra \"H-O-T-E-L\". Para empezar y siendo honestos, de las 4*SUP, le sobran 2,25 Estrellas y el sufijo \"SUP\", que parece ser ha perdido el significado otorgado por la querida RAE. No sé por donde empezar... Quizás por la antipática persona de recepción con pocas ganas de solucionarme una pequeña duda y únicamente farfullaba mi idioma y en mí país. Es la primera vez que veo una habitación sin papeleras, sin MINIBAR, cuando en la página de HOTELS está detallado este imprescindible útil del SXXI... ah y querían esquilarme con un suplemento o depósito para que me lo instalaran en la habitación. A partir de ahí me quedé ojiplático !!! Irrisorio set de baño, sólo dos mínimas pastillas de jabón que no hacían espuma !!! Y los dispensadores de gel/champú de la ducha no era lo que un ser humano necesita para su higiene... Otra de muy buena: los enchufes estaban capados con lo cual no podías cargar ningún dispositivo !!! El climatizador tenía la temperatura fija en modo calor ¿en serio y en el mes Abril que no podamos disfrutar de una fría brisa? Toallas y sábanas muy desgastadas... Misión imposible conectarse al WIFI. Afortunadamente y para no hacer más leña, rehusé el SPA y Breakfast. El único punto positivo fue que sólo reservé para una noche y le doy las gracias a mi karma.
