The location is fantastic, right near the Arc de Triomphe. There are terrific restaurants within very close walking distance. Many great shops about 6 minute walk (Ternes). 3 min walk to the metro. This has to be the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The amount of little bugs that were in the bathroom was insane to me. The room was small. The girl in the phone desk was not accommodating at all. It was extremely noisy, barely got any sleep. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

The hotel room I stayed in was well equipped and comfortable for efficient travelers (people who don’t over pack and need tons of space). I had a smaller room but it was perfect. Plenty of power outlets and lighting. The weather was very mild (~70 degrees) so the room was perfect temperature. So I can’t speak for very hot or cold days. The bathroom had towel warming rack which was nice. The shower was also small but perfect for me. Hot water was not an issue. The breakfast is very nice and probably your best bet for 12 Euro. Plenty of nearby dining options and very conveniently located to the subway. The arc d’Triumph can be seen from the windows (you will have o stick your head out though). The staff was always friendly and accommodating. I will consider staying here again.

We stayed for 6 nights in Paris at the beginning of our trip and came back for one night at the end. We were extremely happy with the location of the hotel as well as its proximity to the Metro. The rooms are small but comfortable and worked well for how little time we spent in the actual room. We opted for the breakfast each morning which was sufficient. Our only complaint about the breakfast is the lack of space for all those who were eating at one time. Overall, we were VERY happy.

Good location. Rooms are good size for Paris. We stayed 4 nights and did not like the cleaning service. Breakfast is poor for the price so would recomend eating outside the hotel.

A pleasant surprise
I expected less from this hotel than it delivered. Our room was on the fifth floor overlooking Avenue Carnot, with a view of the Arc de Triomphe. We arrived at 9:00 AM on a Sunday morning, too early to check in. The clerk graciously guarded our luggage while we spent the day exploring Paris. The lobby is nicely decorated as shown on the Hotel web site. The room was a bit small, but cozy. The bath had the usual half shower guard that is not much use for anything. The elevator is small which might be a problem for larger people. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the Champs Elysees, the Air France bus for the airport, and metro and RER Connections. On the downside, wireless internet has to be purchased at 8 Euros for 1 hour or 15 for 3. Breakfast is 13 Euros, better to go down to the local Bisto and get a decent brunch for 10.

Detta var vår tredje vistelse på Hôtel Régence Etoile och vi är lika nöjda nu som de andra gångerna. Hotellet ligger väldigt nära Triumfbågen och Avenue des Camps-Élysées och vi kunde se Triumfbågen från vårt fönster. Något som var nytt sedan sist, och som vi uppskattade var tillgången till ”Convinence room”, där vi kunde fylla på med gott filtrerat vatten när vi ville. Alla i personalen är så tillmötesgående och vänliga och jag rekommenderar verkligen detta hotell.
