Lovely hotel with central location. The room was spacious, clean and the bed comfortable. The staff were very helpful and I would consider staying here again.
Mark
Room was spotless. Staff were super friendly. Breakfast one of the best I've had, excellent. Secure parking for motorcycle.

Patrick
Parking right next door, breakfast was great and the beds were comforatble
Orla
Room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. However the cooked breakfast was poor. I ordered poached eggs and toast and it was horrible. I had two bites and left it - very surprised it was that bad. The coffee was poor also. The granola and yoghurt was good. I paid a lot of money for the breakfast and it was inedible.
Janet
Maybe ask for a room not at the front as it can be noisy late at night

Decent for a one night stay
The hotel is in a good location and our room was a nice size. The bed was also comfortable so we had a good night sleep. We had to wait for our room to be cleaned after check-in, but the hotel was understandably busy with there being an event on and we were comped parking by staff. There was no fridge in the room sadly, which we found a big miss.

The Receptionist that checked me in was very pleasant and welcoming however the Receptionist at check out was not at all pleasant. The hairdryer in my room was not working which I reported at check out. There was no room service menu in my room even though the information book said room service was available. The room was comfortable and clean

We've stayed at this hotel several times over the years . The decor could do with updating. The staff were friendly and efficient. The food was of good quality and reasonable. Disappointed there was no music or entertainment on Easter weekend . No atmosphere in the hotel luckily other places are within walking distance.
Aine
Average rooms at best
Couldn't fault staff and the restaurant is first class but the rooms are only average at best with a very dirty bathroom in the particular room we were in. Would definitely go again for food but just wouldnt be staying.

One night stay

Sheila
Lovely unexpected trip
We stayed last week, having travelled from the south of Kerry for a funeral. We had a lovely warm welcome from your receptionist. She gave us great info from where to eat recommending the hotel and other places in town, where to park to telling us what was happening in the hotel that night. When we got back to the hotel we just wanted a quite drink and both barmen on duty were very friendly, helpful and cheerful. There was music playing, lovely to listen to and there was plenty tables to choose from. Our room was lovely, very clean and had everything you would need. It was at the front of the hotel, street below was quite noisey but it was a Saturday night and thankfully we are sound sleepers, it didn't bother us!! Breakfast was buffet and there was plenty of everything. It was delicious. Overall for us, Dillions is a lovely hotel but it was all the staff that made such a huge impression, very friendly, helpful, cheery and all seem to enjoy there job! Well done, will definitely be back.
James
Amazing hotel close to shops and bars staff very friendly and helpful

Lovely Hotel with Gorgeous Staff
The Dillions Hotel in Letterkenny is the ideal spot to relax and soak up the Donegal atmosphere. Used as a base to climb Mt Errigal, visit Derry and other sightseeing magnets. The staff in the hotel are so kind and helpful. The restaurant is very popular and food was lovely.
Samantha

Spacious room with two couches and great shower.

Very loud music from nearby on a Thursday night until almost 1am.
Other than that, stay was good. Staff were nice and room was clean. Carpet is very old and stained. Plenty of food options nearby.

Very expesive €207 for 1 night stay for 2 guests on a very hard double mattress. Only 1 large bath towel for 2 guest's. Extremely loud smoke alarm going off in the early hours and broken lift in the morning also a very small choice for breakfast with the hot breakfast all being well over cooked. Staff all pleasant to speak too.
Maria
Short stay in letterkenny
The hotel was very convenient for the town centre, staff were very welcoming and breakfast was delicious. My only complaint would be that the TV reception was virtually non existent and for anyone using the hotel carpark, there is a £5 charge for a 24hr period, but overall we had a great time.
Patrick
Great place excellent staff and food overall would highly recommend it
martin
Hotel is middle town with parking available. Sraff very helpful and friendly, great food in restaurant.

Mid week break
Pleasant hotel. The staff are fantastic....extremely helful and friendly.

Curtains hanging off windows in both rooms not hung properly, cleaning of the rooms not acceptable, mattresses and pillows hard and uncomfortable, rooms are very dated colour scheme, only plus for this hotel is staffs friendliness

Room was very cold we asked to get heating on an 1 hr later room was still very cold. Arrived back in room at 2.30am an never slept for hrs with the roaring an shouting at front door. Unfortunately our room was just above the front door. Very bad experience an this was my husband’s 50th birthday treat

Great spot in \"downtown\" Letterkenny.
Excellent hotel on the main street of LetterKenny. A few excellent bars in short walking distance with Trad sessions some nights. I think parking was 5 euros for the night - super convenient. Would stay again.

The hotel overall was clean and staff were very friendly. The breakfast was not good at all and not much food or even drinks at 9.40am in the morning. The exchange rate was shocking. But as i said the hotel is clean and welcoming. Laura
