We really just needed a place to sleep, so it was sufficient. Overall the property is in various states of disrepair, there's no daily housekeeping (which is fine for a couple of days), the elevator door lights don't work so you don't know if you activated the buttons or if anyone's coming, the door to the outside closes all the way SOMETIMES but not always, the ice machine is broken, and the bathroom walls look dirty with yellow grime. I can handle it, but you should know that it looks NOTHING like the pictures and be prepared for what you're walking into.

Wanted $100 a night for parking, but no notice until you arrive for check-in. Toilet dirty. Shower curtain only covered about half the shower area because the curtain rod was barley hanging up by 2 screws. No phone in room. Towels were torn.

Hotel is not upfront about parking and costs. Told after booking it would be $100 to park. Also, they have NO HOUSEKEEPING. Mind you I was only staying 1 night. So no housekeeping means not cleaned from previous guest! Again this was told to me after booking. They do not allow you to cancel booking either.

Why expedia continues to allow booking to this NASTY, DISGUSTING hotel is beyond me. Safe yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs. Nothing but a giant scam.

When we checked in, there wasn't anyone for 20 mintues available to check us in. The 3 extra rooms we had cancelled a few days earlier were already charged out to us and I had to fight for the refund. The 2 rooms that we were checking into were not available (it was 11 pm!). They asked us to wait until the cleaning people were able to come clean some rooms. They eventually let us have a suite that was available, so we took it. There were only 2 outlets (and no light switches) that worked in the room. There were multiple extension cords strung throughout the room to plug in a floor lamp as the bathroom light and a few bedside lamps. The room also smelled like rotten cottage cheese and looked NOTHING like the photos online. We also got 2 towels for 6 people sleeping in the suite. It was awful and now I still have to fight to get the correct refunds for the overcharging.

This hotel is the worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life. There’s a reason the front desk is behind bullet proof glass. The room was dirty, the ceiling was falling apart, the carpet was dirty and 50 years old, and so was the rest of the room. The towel holder in the bathroom was missing an arm, the tub had chunks taken out of it, and the elevator didn’t work (our room was on the 3rd floor). This hotel is beyond repair. The building should be condemned.

You couldn’t turn off the lights , their was black mold all over the place , couldn’t take a shower with out getting water all over the floor , I wanted a queen size bed for me and my wife but we had to sleep on a full . Two people on one full bed was uncomfortable, I wanted a nice view of the Cowboys stadium since we where their for that but all I got was a fence to stare at . Will never go back to that motel ever again . I thought it would be a good one since it was 5 min walk to the Cowboys stadium but don’t be fooled

The only reason to stay here is only if you are going to the Cowboys game or tailgating, you are across the street.
1. Game day parking fee $100, yes even if you are staying there. I did not like that.
2. I made my reservations in 4/2025 for the 11/2025 game, In April it was a lower rate. A week before the came I got a call that it had been cancelled and for me to rebook. Of at a high rate. Good thing I went through Expedia because it was paid for they had to honor my old rate.
3. Can’t check in early $50fee
4. Room I got smelled like mold & pest medicine
5. Room change, smell not as strong. Went to Walgreens got air freshener
6. No plug by night stand. Unless you count the one by the ceiling. See picture
7. TV would work when it wanted. Turn it on wait about 10min then it would play. 26in. Small
8. The only other plug was 1 by the sink.
9. Smoke alarm no battery. Thank goodness no fire.
10. No breakfast, coffee maybe. If it’s there it’s there if not they will not make it.
11. Homeless people charging phones in stairs plugs
12. Anyone can walk in.
Cameras everywhere you see the screen when you check in but who is monitoring them? Not check in the screen is at their back.

The room wasn’t OK condition. There was some wet spots on my floor that I think were from housekeeping. You can tell they just finished my room before I checked in which I did check in early. The bathroom shower on is halfway falling out which you can see they repaired but the way that it’s one an angle shower curtain will only close a little bit. When you stay at a Motel 6, I mean, you know what you weren’t getting. For the price that you are paying you can’t complain, but you also have to be aware. That check-in was easy in the staff was very kind.

Probably the worse place I’ve ever stayed at. Not only did I pay 1225 dollars for 2 days where if I booked it with motel 6 it would have been 475. The place was dirty with dirty towels and didn’t have clean towels anywhere. The elevator was so terrifying to ride in. Completely disgusting stay and I will never us Expedia again because of it.

You are paying for the location. It’s the only reason I would stay here
The room was musty and stinky. The sheets were not the cleanest (something had been on them, and it didn’t all wash out)
The pillows were flat, we had to ask the front desk for a hair dryer, and there were only 2 towels (as well as 1 washcloth, 1 hand towel)
There was only 1 ice machine that worked on floor 2. They offered hot water and coffee in the morning.
There’s no place to sit outside if you want a smoke and it shares a parking lot with a strip mall.
The tv only for over air channels (12-1, 29-whatever,etc )so there was no news or sports. I couldn’t find any local channels either. But there were somehow 15 music channels.
Was literally across from the stadium tho and that made it easy.

The room smelled horrible and there was roaches and rodents all over the room. When asked to be switch to another room, the second room they gave us was worse!!! When we let the front office know, they gave us ant killer to fix the problem. I will never return here. Shame on Expedia for even suggesting such a horrible place. This should not be the standard the company should endorse for people to take their families to. I’m currently awaiting for a refund. Do not recommend at all!!

Carpet in hallway was very dirty. Then in the room the carpet was black sticky on many spots. Sounds not close on its own which is a huge security issue. There was one light for entire room which was a standing light

No issue with staff, only had a brief interactions. However its misleading on the property description. In very small print in a different place is where it says parking fee on event days. Doesnt specify how much. When i called to ask abt parking thru told me it's automatic 120.00 on top of what your paying to to stay there. Couldnt cancel rm cause it was non-refundable. Room is one of the worst i ever stayed at. Elevator sounds like it going to break on you everytime you get in. The ONLY, thing good abt this place is the location. DO NOT STAY HERE..... GO READ ALL REVIEWS on google, yelp and whenever else... its worth it staying anywhere else thats more of a distance.

The room was dirty, the bedding had stains, dirty and what looked like insect wings on it. Walked out of the room to get a drink from the vending machines and there was a STRONG marijuana smell. Immediately went back into our room and started packing. The smell was so strong it was coming into the room. Front desk staff refused to refund and tried to refuse giving the deposit back.

Left and never going back to this motel. Have already made complaint with company and demanded refund.

Mold on the ceiling and floor had wet spots of an unknown substance. Bathroom was very rundown and for the price you would think they could remove the mold on the ceiling and fix crusty rusty tubs. An additional $100 for parking which is FAIR. Literally a walk across the ATT stadium. Beds were nice and firm but the sheets had random orange spots.

When we checked in, they never asked about identifying our car for the football game. I knew there was a parking fee of $50 for the night of the game, but when I remembered a few hours later, and went back to the desk to inquire about the car, I was told yes there is a parking fee of $80, but he would only charge me $50. Like he was giving me a \"special\" break.
The room was nothing special, but the AC worked and the beds were comfortable. The toilet deceided to overflow on its own just before I went to bed. Clean water, but just overflowed into the bathroom. I called the desk, and was told theres no maintenance so we would have to move rooms. I had to wake my husband and we had to switch rooms. Very inconvenient and the new room was dirty. No vacuuming had been done, and the mirrored feature behind the only lights in the room looked like it hadnt been cleaned. No refrigerator, no microwave, no hair dryer, no shampoo, no coffeemaker, no frills. The only upside was it was within walking distance to the stadium. If I had it to do over, I wouldve stayed in a hotel farther away and fought the stadium traffic. The price woulve been the same.

Hotel maids left bleach on counter my wife laid her paints and not knowing , bleach destroyed her pants, spoke with front desk and all they offered was 10% off next stay. Did not apologize and I asked just for reimbursement just to cover cost of pants and they refused.

We arrived before the Cowboys game to check-in and paid $100 just to park at the hotel that we had already paid to sleep at. The room was hot when we arrived because the air conditioner was off. There was no shampoo and a used roll of toilet paper. Overall, for the price we paid, we are disappointed in the stay. Next time I will stay at different hotel.

Minimal barely describes the accommodations. The size of the “bath” towels were only “hand” towel size. Only 2 of the, one washcloth. No ‘bats’ of soap. Two slivers packages as soap. One plastic cup, no top to ice bucket. One electrical outlet on far side of room. Musty, dampness to carpet - couldn’t walk around in socks or bare feet. A/C works fabulously but that was the extent or comfort, amenities, style. Won’t be back.

Recommend a deep clean I understand this suggestions may not affect this location since it right across from the stadium which guarantees buisness. The building is dated but that wouldn’t be an issue if cleanliness was a priority. Non smoking room had a musky odor, ac unit definitely needs a deep clean. Front desk staff is nice but do recommend a better cleaning crew.

Changed my room 3×s,1st room stunk, Second had roaches. AC took a day to cool off the room. There's no ice machine or vending machines. Yet there are signs for them. Cleaning staff tried to get into our room while we were sleeping.
