Good location, next to the bus station, not the train station, that is about 10-15 minutes away by bus that stops right by the hotel, all the important places to visit are within 20 minutes in any direction by bus or metro. I expected a B&B with few frills but got a quality room with high quality bathroom, good facilities, on site parking and staff who went out of their way to help. I strongly recommend this hotel.

This “bus station” hotel has some good qualities. Lovely bathroom and comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only issues are there is no outside space, just concrete all around. They do however have a great car park. There are limited options for a GF diet. If you can eat bread, the buffet is ample. If you have a family and want go to the amusement park just down the street, then you will be perfectly happy. And Mc Donald’s is right next door. Not for couples...

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel, I assumed the low price was associated with the quality. Overall this hotel was very clean, staff was nice and helpful, and my stay was enjoyable. The room was basic, it was very clean, and they cleaned it everyday. They didn’t have room service, but it was no big deal to pick up my meals and drinks at the front desk. The quality was impressive for the low price I paid. I am happy with my stay there and would stay there again.

Most of the outlets did not work with the lights turned off. We plugged our phones and camera battery in when we went to sleep and they were not charged in the morning. Disappointing.

We chose this hotel for its location and because we had heard it was good. We were not disappointed. The room was spacious and very clean. Nice modern bathroom with a large shower. Air con included and a fridge, which is a nice touch. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. The reception area was clean and the desk staff were so very helpful and friendly.
We had breakfast the next morning which was good. Would have like to see maybe eggs included (my husband is diabetic and couldn’t partake of much of the breads and cereals on offer).
Also must add that you can park at this hotel. It’s located underneath and is very safe. It cost 9€ for an overnight stay which is very good. There is both taxi rank and a tram service very close to the hotel and the bus station is right next door. In terms of restaurants for an evening meal, there isn’t much nearby, but with all those transport options within easy reach, it is easy and relatively cheap to get to the centre of town. We will definitely stay there again and would recommend it for a good base point to explore Granada and a good location for transport including the airport which is about 20mins away. Brief Stopover with Excellent Comfort!
Arrived late at night after airline delays and extended travel. The Desk Staff were courteous and pleasant, dealing quickly with my registration and enabling me to retire to my room with the minimum of delay. A lovely hotel and very good staff!

The room was very basic though clean. The area is next to the bus station though about 30min by bus to the historical centre: Alhambra. There is a McDonald’s and ALDI next to the hotel.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Granada Estacion and I would always choose to stay there again when in Granada. The staff are uber-helpful, the rooms cleans and comfortable and the location of the hotel is excellent for travellers.

For a hotel in a busy urban area next to the bus station, this was surprisingly quiet and felt like an escape from much of the busy-ness outside. We booked it mainly because of its convenience for our bus connections, and it served our needs perfectly.

Put in a smoking room...
I came in on a late flight catching a bus the next day, this is just next to the bus station. I was given a room and soon noticed it was a smoking room. I'm very sensitive to the smell in such rooms and soon found myself getting a sore throat from the stench. I went to the front desk to request a room change. The staff was rude and said there were no non-smoking rooms available. The hotel seemed largely empty, the breakfast room the next day was deserted. This was one of my worst Orbitz reserved hotel experiences. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemies. BTW there were as well boogers wiped on the walls...disgusting.

Great Hotel - Right Next to Bus Station
I chose the H2 Granada because it was right next to the bus station, which meant I could get off my long coach journey and be in my hotel within minutes. The hotel has great facilities and is well-placed to catch buses to the centre of Granada for sightseeing. There are plenty of places to buy food - restaurants and a supermarket - all within the immediate vicinity and a 24-hour cafe within the hotel itself. The breakfasts were continental style and had a good selection of food (but no cooked breakfasts, if that's your preference). The only slight complaint I had was that, although it was a non-smoking room, there was a faint smell of stale smoke. The hotel is also on a busy junction s there is light traffic noise through the night, which didn't bother me but might bother others.

The rooms are modern, spacious, and clean. The staff is very helpful but like in most Spanish hotels the staff has basic to poor English control. The breakfast is the worst part of the stay in this hotel. Poor quality coffee (a dodgy the coffee machine seems to grind some beans but the liquid coming out is mostly coloured water),

My stay here was very nice. The staff were very nice and helpful and the room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The hotel is far from the old town, which was what I came to see in Granada, but it's right next door to the bus station and there were always cabs there when I needed one. I would recommend this hotel.

A very comfortable modern hotel in a good location and just 15 minutes by bus into centre of Granada. Bus station just 2 minutes from hotel and excellent cheap service. Plenty of eating places nearby hotel. The room we had was quite small but very clean and comfortable. Only minor criticism is that I didn't care much for having a glass (non lockable) bathroom door.

This hotel is very comfortable and is convenient to the bus station, which is 2 bus journeys away from the centre of Granada. If you are looking for character, this is probably not the hotel for you - it is very modern. However, this was a second visit to the hotel and I would book it again.

A good deal for my one night in Granada. Staff could've been better, but overall hotel was clearn, quiet, and comfortable. Location was good for me since I stayed only one night and preferred to be near bus station. But if you're staying longer you might prefer something closer to city center or Alhambra.

Convenient for cat travellers
My choice of this hotel was based on its location since I was traveling to Granada by car. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Granada close to the belt road, so one avoids driving through or close to Granada center. The hotel has its own underground parking, for EUR 9 a day, if I remember correctly. However, ample parking in the surrounding streets is lso available, which I used for 2 days. Using a rental car to drive to Granada sightseeing spots is not recommended due to very difficult/expensive parking and busy, narrow streets. Main Granada bus station is located next door, so here is an easy bus or taxi access to them from the hotel. Walking to the center is a bit far, around 3 km or so. The hotel room and included breakfast were not outstanding, but OK. Driving up to the hotel and parking the car initially was a bit complicated - we've had to circle the hotel 3 times to understand where in the vicinity it is possible to leave the car and unload luggage.

I stayed with my family, we were a group of seven. Hotel is definitely a good value for money; location is good, mainly for the people coming by bus, since bus station is besides the hotel. There is also plenty of room for parking. Service was very good, people at the restaurant and at the front desk were warm. Food was also good, with a good breakfast with enough options to choose.

Very nice, clean, and comfortable rooms. Excellent air conditioning (not a given in Spain.) Very helpful hotel staff helped us arrange sightseeing, right next to Bus Station, so the secure parking under the hotel was an added plus. Being next to bus station was a plus in terms of getting to sites. Breakfast was also good.

Everything we needed: clean, cheap, convenient
We arrived at night after walking over from the bus station next door (not a scary walk at all) and the front desk staff was friendly and quick. The room was super clean and had several outlets for our electronics. We were able to go downstairs and order a small pizza and soda for 7 euro, which made for enough of a snack. Breakfast was very nice (potato frittata was excellent) and although we arrived right at the end, the attendant was polite and made sure we got enough before putting everything away. The location is a ways away from the city center, the bus arrives just outside and is a straight shot. It seriously couldn't have been more convenient. We spent the whole day doing all the tourist stuff in the center (including ending the evening with a late night visit to the arabic baths which was AWESOME) and then came back to get our bags out of luggage hold (free and secure) to catch another late night bus. Besides all of this, the rate was cheap.

Great hotel for the price
Although this hotel is slightly out of the city, it was a great stay. This hotel is clean and looks relatively new. To get to the city you will have to pay roughly 1.20 euro per person/ride, it takes maximum 10 minutes. The neighbourhood is not so great there is free parking next to the hotel, but there was always a guy dressed as the parking employee, don't give him any money, this parking is free ( there was even a guy when we arived at midnight...). The only point where we were disapointed is with the hotel laundry service, they did not mention the price when we asked for it at reception, when our clothes were cleaned, they had an invoice of over 100 euros for washing regular clothes, socks t-shirts underwear, ask for pricing before you get anything washed there.

We have stayed in many '4 star' hotels in Spain which have been very nice but not really what you expect from 4 stars. This hotel, however, thoroughly deserves its rating.
It's not much trouble getting the bus into the centre but probably worth getting a taxi expecially if you are going to the Alhambra ot St. Nicolas church in the Albaicin (cheaper than two buses).
Parking is a bit expensive but is very safe.
Area is very convenient for fast food, supermarkets etc.

I had stayed in a few AC hotels in Spain. Very happy with their service. All conveniently located and the breakfast buffet is excellent. Excellent service for the price we pay.

If you will only use it to sleep and shower, good
1. Concierge staff is not well trained. they are kind of ´short´in peoples skills and-or the hotel is not prepared to receive international tourists. Eg, we asked for a map of the city, and we were given a miniature map that was not even useful with a magnifying glass. Or we asked for advice for places to go by night for live music and we had no answer.
2. No ironing board and no iron!! We were told it is actually forbidden in the hotel! Shocking since they are a modern hotel and cattered for the young and also business-professionals.
3. The ´fitness center´is a small room with a few weights and two bikes. I am not sure what qualifies as ´fitness center´but this was dissapointing considering the rest of the hotel.
4. Location is OK if you have a car and don´t mind driving a bit. Pro: you have a supermarket at the corner. CON: you have the bus terminal on the other side, so, noise, polution and some wonderers are not the most desirable.

We loved everything about this hotel. They charge for parking but there is no need to pay because there is a free adjacent parking that belongs to a bus station right next to the hotel. across the street there is a supermarket . The city is not so big so it's only a few minutes drive to city center or to the alhambra.

AC Granada - Nice hotel
Most hotels part of the AC chain are really nice, well kept and clean. AC Granada was no exception. The rooms were the standard size for Europe (small), very clean and comfortable.
The people at the front desk were cordial, but we hardly spoke to them since we did not have any problems and knew our way around Granada.
The hotel is about 2-3 miles from downtown, so the location is not the best, but you can take a bus almost in front of hotel that will take you directly downtown for just over EU$1.
Over all it we think it was a good choice since we only needed it for sleeping a taking a shower.

Ya había estado mas veces en este Hotel aunque antes tenía otro nombre, las instalaciones muy bien, nuestra habitación incluso disponía de terraza con mesa y sillas, al ser triple tenía dos enormes pantallas de Smart TV con infinidad de cadenas e internet, equipo de música, mini frigorífico, etc... el trato con el personal del Hotel muy bueno, lo único que no nos gustó mucho es que la entrada estaba en remodelación y eso quita vistosidad, por lo demás genial, repetiremos seguro.
