Clean quiet but fit not worth the price
It’s 15 minutes walk from bus to Alhambra ! The metro is 4 minute walk ! The hotel calked taxis that took me all over Granada and stole my money !! They forgot my wakeuo call the African maid and breakfast manager were excellent and it’s quiet to sleep !
But won’t stay there again

Property is closer to 20 minutes taxi to Alhambra as quoted by the Front Desk. Laundry self service is not available but just 50 meters there is one. The location was under whelming initially but once we got used to the streets we could connect to lots of great restaurants, cafes, and attractions by foot within 15 minutes. The savings from hotel afforded us more tours and attractions.

Mejorar aire acondicionado

La propiedad tiene buena ubicación, limpieza, variedad en desayuno. El único detalle son las camas que son dos camas pequeñas juntas. Aunque ya lo sabíamos pero deben tener la opcion de una cama grande. El otro detalle que no fue agradable es que el aire no se sentia y no se podia graduar para ponerlo un poco más frio.

The staff is very friendly and location within easy walking distance to central city. Rooms are spacious and breakfast buffet wonderful.

The parking is plentiful but is via a car elevator that is unusual for us Americans. Fold your mirrors in before entering the elevator. Park in front of hotel first to check-in, drop luggage, and then get instructions on using the elevator next to the hotel.

The roof top terrace and pool with sun chairs is a hidden gem affording views of the Sierra Nevada beyond the city. The only sad part is that the roof has no lights so they secure at 20:00 withour providing the opportunity for a evening swim or enjoyment.

La calefacción no se podia quitar porque la tienen en modo general y el cuarto era un horno, tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta. El interiorismo del hotel es viejo y las cortinas de terciopelo lo hacian aun mas tétrico y ofrecia un ambiente pesado. La coladera del baño apestaba a caño por lo que tuvimos que cerrar la puerta. No nos gusto nada y un pequeño detalle para quien lleve auto pues el hotel tiene parking pero coches largos y altos no entran en el elevador, tuvimos que dejarlo en el parking publico de enfrente y el hotel no ofrece descuento por haberlo dejado ahi.

Don't be fooled with the 4 stars from the front logo. The hotel is clean and the room was ok but is far from a 4 star hotel. Maybe was in the seventies. Not anymore.However room was spotless with a large clean bathroom and a comfy bed. Walking distance from town centre with a supermarket 1 minute away and a very close tram station.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff who got us checked in, orientated and arranged our parking with ease (€18/day). Rooms are basic but clean and tidy. Pool and gym small but very useable.
Great location on the edge of the city, took around 15 minutes to walk to Plaza Nuevo where you can easily get around from.
We decided to stay an extra night and the generous discount was much appreciated.
Breakfast a mixture of hot and continental (don't expect a full English) and was ample.

Great breakfast but a bit far from main sights

The hotel is easy to reach by metro from the train station. But there is a good walk to Alhambra and other sights. Nice room with a spacious bathroom. Spectacular breakfast with great variety of pastry and fruit. Double bed is just two single beds pushed together. Poor noise cancelation.

Good rooms and well located

City centre hotel that has big rooms and is well appointed. Booked in part due to offering EV charging, but when I asked to use it, I was told the access to the car park is via a lift and my car is too heavy to use it due to being an EV. Very odd an a bit annoying as none of the local chargers seemed to work. As a hotel, it was fine and it is in a good location for all the central attractions.

I picked this place as it had a pool. The rates were reasonable.
The location is pretty good, roughly where I wanted to stay. There's plenty of resturants nearby, it's within walking distance to the shops, the cathedral and other areas i wanted to visit.
Staff were friendly (and spoke english).
There were 2 lifts.

The room was nice and quiet, and clean.
Bed was comfy and had 2 sheets, a thin and a very slightly thicker one.
Pillows were good, I think one was slightly softer than the other, wasn't sure if it was deliberately done for choice but it's nice to have choice on pillows.
Room had aircon which worked and was easy to use.
Plenty of decent lighting (the view from my room was another building, but that didn't matter as I didn't visit to look out my room window).
Plug sockets by the bed along with the light switches.

The hotel has like a little vending machine by the reception which I only noticed on my last day!
There's like a mini supermarket on the opposite side of the road a few meters away which wasn't so well signposted. I had been walking to the nearest big branded one which was about 5 minute walk several streets away - there are probably more local ones if going in the other direction!

The pool was nice however some of the guests using the pool were inconsiderate (group of teenagers, who were making alot of noise and lots of jumping / pushing each other in. They had no consideration for other users, I got out of the pool several times because ofthem

Basic and a bit depressing.
How this place has four stars I don’t understand.
The room was cheap and small. Absolutely fine, but so dark with the window only onto the internal area between buildings.
No facilities to speak of. The bar and restaurant advertised were not staffed or open. It’s just the dining room for the breakfast buffet.

There’s a vending machine on the roof terrace and a fridge at reception with cold drinks to buy but you can’t even get a coffee at the hotel.

Room has a safe that requires an actual key which was not offered at check in. It would not have been big enough for a laptop anyway.
The room door slams so loudly if you don’t manage to catch it in time, which adds to the general prison feeling.
Room doors have no internal, manual way to securely lock it - just the key card from outside - which made it feel a bit insecure.

Pool on the roof is a great space with lots of shade and loungers, but you’re surrounded by phone masts and satellite dishes. There is a view through to the Sierra Nevada though which is nice.
You can get tired old towels from the front desk for the pool but that’s not something they tell you in advance so don’t go all the way up the stairs before you get one.

The lack of services and natural daylight in the hotel, and the general tired condition of the place, made it feel very low rent.
There are far better options for a similar price in the city.

One positive, I arrived early and was able to check in.

Hotel was ok although not quite up to my expectations. Pool and terrace were open and pleasant which was nice. Parking was not so nice..a very cramped parking lift needing wing mirrors retracted and very tight fit. Otherwise hotelnwas fairly basic with few facilities although the room was comfy enough.

Handy hotel for city break

We checked into the hotel afte driving from Malaga. The room was very clean and comfortable and not too noisy considering it looked over the Main Street. The shower was excellent and bed comfy. The roof terrace and pool area was ok but no towels provided and you were not allowed to take from room.
It would benefit from having a pool bar in high season.
Breakfast was good with a selection of fruit and cheeses. Limited hot breakfast available. Service was also good. You can easily walk into the central part of Granada from the hotel where there are lots of tapas bars and restaurants to choose from.

Very unpleasant stay, DO NOT book a room here!

We had booked a room with parking in this hotel few weeks ago. Upon arrival, there was no space to park the car outside so my husband stayed in the car and I entered the hotel to check in and to ask how to park in the hotel parking house. I was \"greeted\" by Manuel Ortiz, who declined my wish to park anywhere until I have brought my lagguage and checked in, even after I had mentioned twice that we have booked a room with parking to avoid exacly this problem. However, Mr. Ortiz was very rude and told me to go back, bring my lagguage and that he would allow us to park after we have brought our lagguage. I had to go back to the car and to bring the lagguage and as I got back, Mr. Ortiz was speaking to his colleague at the reception and would not even look my direction as I was standing infront of him. We were then checked in by his female colleague who had finished serving another guest while Mr. Ortiz was still having a chat with a colleague. Un anacceptable behaviour towards guest, very rude and very unprofessional. Furthermore, our room was very dark, the AC would not work properly. The mini bar was empty and the safe actually had a key which was not there. There was a board in the lobby asking you to watch your personal belongings, a safe key would have been helpful! Furthermore, very old, inconvinient bathroom. A max. 2 star is hotel, not more. Do yourself a favor and look for a different hotel, if you consider booking a room here! Cheers.

Definitely not close to being a 4 stars hotel!

Staff is probably the only good thing about this hotel. It is more like a 21/2 stars. Photos are extremely deceiving. Rooms very small. The most uncomfortable bed and pillows I’ve ever slept in. Looked fairly clean but amenities and details in the bathroom definitely not of quality. Tiny bath towels and harsh. Street were it is located is ugly. Unfortunately we arrived at night and the overall feeling of the area was extremely shady.

Great hotel for the city visit or skiing.

Great hotel close to the city centre. Rooms fabulous including a bath. Safe parking below. Restaurant buffet very reasonable for breakfast and dinner. Good choice of food and plentiful.We choose to stay here on each visit to ski in the Sierra Nevada, as it’s only a 25minute drive from the ski resort but there is so much more happening in Granada than on the mountain.

The hotel was close to city centre but far enough to be away to get away from crowds. The taps in the places by the hotel were usually better than that served in the city centre in my opinion.
We were in a room on the top floor (5th) which was very clean and spacious and was really comfortable. I had an interview over Skype whilst I was there and I used the free Wi-Fi with no issues whatsoever!
We only ate breakfast here once but when we did there was a great choice - fruit, loads of pastries, hot breakfast (inc Spanish omelette)...etc.
Everywhere was clean and well looked after and the staff were great. Some didn't speak English but I liked this and we made the effort to try and speak Spanish (google translate and free Wi-Fi!)
Oh and finally, the rooftop pool is great!

A clean, efficiently operated hotel. Helpful desk. About 10 minutes walk from the Palacios de Congressos airport bus stop (pick-up schedule available at desk). Comfortable room, quiet at night. Room safe key available at desk. If you don't mind walking (hills involved) most Granada sights are within 30-40 minutes.

We were visiting our daughter who is studying abroad this semester. Excellent breakfast buffet, however no \"cafe American\" (Dunkin Donuts and Burger King reasonably close if you need an \"American\" coffee; Two twin beds pushed together for couples is common in Europe but a bit uncomfortable. Extremely clean/updated room and a very attentive/friendly staff; The hotel was walking distance to the main downtown area and The Alhambra was a short bus ride away. Great place with no worries if you don't speak Spanish (though we had our daughter there for that)

We stayed for three nights and our room was on the 2nd floor. The room was spacious, clean, with comfortable beds. The bathroom was equipped with a bathtub. The hotel's location is great - in walking distance from pretty much all important historical sights, modern shopping streets and nice restaurants. On the downside the room was noisy. There was primarily noise coming from inside the hotel - other hotel guests taking an elevator, bath, or simply just speaking loudly - which is inconvenient if you need to get a good night's sleep and wake up early. If you don't understand Spanish, there was only one TV news channel in English. We did not try the buffet breakfast.

Et dejligt hotel. Kan anbefales.

Venligt personale, dejligt værelse, dejlig pool bortset fra, at der var en en hel koloni af børn, der talte meget højt og kom hjem ved midnatstid og støjede. Men om aftenen var poolområdet dejligt. Rigtig god morgenmadsbuffet. Tæt på centrum.
Parkering under hotellet til 18€ pr dag.

Lo mejor del alojamiento es el personal, muy amable y pendientes de que estuviéramos lo mejor posible.
Nos pillo allí el apagón y hicieron todo lo posible para que estuviéramos cómodas, nos facilitaron bebidas y platos para poder cenar lo que compramos.
La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, la habitación una castaña, nuestras vistas eran la pared que teníamos enfrente. Insisto, lo mejor El Personal.

Wir hatten einen Aufenthalt von zwei Tagen in Granada und uns für ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett entschieden. Es war sehr eng. Wir sind mit zwei großen Koffern gereist und dafür war eigentlich kein Platz. Zwischen Bett und Schreibtisch waren gerade 50 cm Platz. Die Parkplätze vom Hotel waren ausgebucht und das öffentliche Parkhaus gegenüber war sehr eng.
Das Frühstück war auf unserer Reise in Andalusien das mit geringster Auswahl und die Qualität war mittelmäßig.
Es werden viele Busgruppen im Hotel untergebracht.
Es ist sehr hellhörig und laut, gerade wenn das Zimmer auf den Gang nahe der Treppe liegt, wie in unserem Fall.
