This hotel was quite lovely! The breakfast buffet was excellent! Finding the street and entrance to the front door was hard because google maps says you are there...but you are on the main drag still...so don't plug in the address on the website. But it is a lovely hotel and i would stay there again.

The checkin person was very nice. Understanding where he said for us to park in the garage was a bit confusing. The parking garage actually has an elevator lift for the car. It is enclosed, so don’t be claustrophobic. It took us down 3 levels to the parking garage. We parked, then took another elevator up to the lobby to check in again. Confusing, but we got it figured out.
The room was ok, but small (Europe). The balcony was pretty cool over looking the courtyard and playground. The Air Conditioner would not cool. It felt cool at the vent, but not in the room. No matter what we did, it would not cool the room.
The breakfast was decent, but extremely overpriced for what you get. It’s the same thing everyday. I did like getting an omelette and the fresh honeycomb.
Overall, it was OK. This is just our experience.

Good stay. The rooms as well as the bathrooms are nice. The hotel has its own parking garage which is a big boon and saves you a lot of trouble. You can walk to the old town area as it’s not too far or just take a taxi. The staff is very very nice and helpful.

PROBLEM: Breakfast opens too late. Many people waiting in lower lobby for it to open, and chaos occurs when doors open. Breakfast should be at convenient time for guests not convenient time for hotel. If upper management got up early and spent time in the crowd, they'd realize they have to open earlier.

Cupboard mirror door fell off it's runner nearly falling on my partner

Shelf on top of fridge become very hot as it was placed directly on the fridge giving no ventilation

No swimming pool in a spa hotel!!

18€ \ night parking, very tight spaces and even driving around the carpark as car cramped in every corner. It took several shunts to park.

The hotel is tired and showing its age.

Luis at the front desk absolutely made this stay memorable. Every restaurant he recommended was amazing and he went above and beyond when he,somehow, found out it was my birthday and sent you a bottle of cava to the room after our spa reservation. Nice hotel, shame about all the surcharges.

This was a really lovely hotel in the beautiful city of Granada. The hotel has a peaceful ambiance and a quirky, but very aesthetically pleasing interior design.
Only complant would be that there was no mention on the Hotels.com booking that one needed to pay for the spa. I also strongly object to then paying for the spa and also having to pay another surcharge for compulsory flipflops in that spa!
It was a shame that a really nice hotel stay was slightly spoilt by so many additional surcharges (parking was also extra).

The service at the front desk was wonderful. Lobby theme of a different era. Room was clean. Paid €10 more per night for view & more space, which was unavailable with my on-line booking. BEST PART- which made up for everything else, was the wonderful SPA downstairs with multiple saunas & pools for hydro-therapy & relaxation!!!

The hotel is fine BUT it's next to impossible to get to it by car - very inconvenient and impossible to pull up to the front door. We pulled into the entrance to the parking garage and my wife went around to the front to the desk to make arrangements to enter. Otherwise, no access from the street. Even the tour buses have to park a block away. Not sure there's anything they can do about it.

We liked the location since it was quiet and not too far from town center. We thought we could use the pool but found out it was a spa and required a fee of 30E each. At any rate the hotel was clean, our room was good and the staff helpful.

Motel with 1Star Not a Hotel with 4 Stars

It's more like a motel and not a hotel. I made a reservation for two beds, they gave us two twin beds and charged us 20 Euros extra. The air-conditioner barely worked, the beds are really old, small and uncomfortable; the pillows are old and smell like cigarettes. The very small rooms were marketed as non-smoking, but smoke was everywhere throughout the night. parking took a lot of time and it costs 18 Euros per night; it is however unaccessible. The SPA is only in the name, there's no SPA in this motel.

The city centre hotel was in a great location, a short walk to all the restaurants and shops, and only a half hour walk/5 minute taxi ride from anything else you would want to visit. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff were exceedingly helpful; booking restaurants for us, answering all of our questions, putting up with my questionable Spanish, and speaking brilliant English.
The parking was difficult to find, but there were other car parks very close to the hotel, so it didn't matter.

Hotel in quiet area but central too

Enjoyed the stay except for one problem.
All spanish hotels think that once September passes., it is winter.
therefore no cool air conditioner, Only HOT air blown out (Minimum 26c / 80f ish ).
Had to sleep with window wide open to try to cool the room

Only negative was the default of the hotel credit card machine to charge us in Sterling rather than Euros without asking, thereby making a currency transaction profit out of us potentially. When I pointed this out, they did refund and charge us again in Euros. The spa was closed for our brief stay so cannot comment on that.

I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference in June 2013. It is a 2 minute walk to the conference centre, so the location was excellent.
The room was very comfortable and clean. The only minor negative comment I have is that the coffee and shampoo was not replenished in the room. There was free wifi, but it was pretty slow and you had to log on every time you reconnected. OK for checking email, but probably too slow for much else.
There is a spa downstairs which is complimentary to hotel guests. The pools were quite nice.
A taxi from the hotel to Granada airport was 30euro or you can take a bus for 3euro. The bus is a 5 min walk from the hotel.

The hotel is not in a good location, and has not enough parking for the guests. We arrived during the Easter holiday, the hotel parking was full, and the staff was not helpful in finding parking alternatives. Ended up having to park in a public parking about 15 walk minutes from the hotel.

It is an affordable option if you're ok with staying outside the city centre. There was nobody at the reception when I arrived. I waited a couple of minutes before someone showed up and no apology/explanation was offered. I booked a triple room but it was definitely meant to be a double room, not a triple room. Supplies in the room were running low (e.g. built-in tube shower gel and kleenex). Included breakfast was decent.

Senator Granada was just okay

The hotel is fairly centrally located--great for heading to the Acera del Darro and into the area for some good restaurants and tapas bars, but for cars it presents a challenge. The streets are small and often one-way, and there is no road that passes directly in front of the hotel--difficult if you are traveling alone as you need to ask for access to parking. The parking garage has a car elevator (!) and is very dark. Room was sufficient--clean but not overly spacious--and it appears that all rooms are the same size, so for three people traveling toegther, the option to add a cot really reduced the space . Biggest negative issue was that, while attractive, the open air atrium in the building maginfied noises. The six or eight children playing and screaming on the ground floor until well after midnight created such a racket--that no one (hotel staff) tried to stop--and the noise carried through the entire building. Made it very difficult to sleep.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of construction in the area so hard to get in and out. Taxi close by so you can cab to eateries, take the tour bus to the Alhambra or the Capella Real. The town is kept clean. Can't wait to go back.

Hotel bueno en general, sin embargo la habitación para 3 adultos es pequeña y el acceso a recepción difícil,o por escalera o por un paso bastante lejano donde dejar el coche y llegar con las maletas, como te pille lluvia como fue nuestro caso pues ya ni lo comento, el acceso al parking del hotel con ascensor algo que se hace incómodo por lo que tarda y si coincide con que otro vehículo vaya a salir aún peor.

Bonjour, accueil excellent, malgré la barrière de la langue car le personnel ne parlait pas le français à une exception près, celui-ci a été très professionnel et très accueillant. L’hôtel dans son ensemble est de très belles qualités et est extrêmement bien situé dans Grenade. Établissement que je recommande bien évidemment. Le spa a été le petit plus dans mon séjour. Si je devais retourner demain à Grenade je n’hésiterai pas une seconde et je reprendrais cet établissement. Bien à vous.

a notre arrivé le premier jour vers 12h très bon accueil, mais on nous prévient qu' il n y a pas d eau jusqu a 17H , en revenant de visiter ma première douche a 18h30 était froide .
et le 3 eme jour on avait aussi un mot sous notre porte comme quoi on avait une coupure d eau toute la journées.

Una habitación super pequeña, mucho olor a cloro del spa. Un bufet inexistentes, con los 16 euros por persona desayuno 4 veces en una cafetería. Pienso que solo merece la pena los tratamientos del spa, que las chicas son muy profesionales, simpaticas y muy atentas.
Sigo esperando contestación del hotel, ya que me tuve que ir un dia antes por temas médicos. Y que casualidad que todas las noches me costarosn 67 euros y esa noche 160 euros, por ser San Valentín. Por desgracia y por una perdida muy grande de mi padre no me fijo en las fechas, solo queria ir a relajarme al spa. Pues ni me han devuelto la mitad, ni ningun beneficio ni nada. Y encima el hotel solo te manda a la aplicacion donde saqué la reserva. Aplicación la cual no vuelvo a usar por un trato tan dejado.
Volveré al spa, pero me alojaré en otro hotel ya que las 4 estrellas de éste son por poner. Yo le doy dos y muy generosa soy.
Decepcionada con el hotel y encantada con el Spa.

Hotel de 4 estrellas que bien podria ser de 3, al no ser por el Spa. El primer y segundo día han puesto el papel higienico usado casi sin nada. El segundo día no han cambiado las toallas de mano a pesar de dejarlas en la bañera. En la madrugada se sentía escándalo y puertas tiradas. En la hab 311 la puerta que separa una hab de la otra (contigua) no tiene cerradura que funcione y han puesto un colchon de espuma. Es la 2da vez que me hospedo allí en 1 año y ahora peor. Está bien ubicado en relación al transporte publico y al de Sierra Nevada ( en frente). Agua de cortesía la primera noche.

Posizione eccellente, con parcheggio privato custodito a 18 euro al giorno (opzione comoda data la limitata disponibilità nei dintorni). Colazione ottima e abbondante, camere ampie e pulite. La spa è un bel valore aggiunto, con vasche idromassaggio e sauna, ma è necessario prenotare. Perfetto per relax e comodità!

Bon hotel récent proche au centre-ville de Grenade facile d'accès vers l'Alhambra. Nous avons apprécié le spa. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est bon avec possibilité de se faire faire par le chef cuisinier une omelette sur demande. Le parking est disponible mais payant. L'accès se fait avec un ascenseur pour auto une expérience intéresssante.

tanto a la llegada ,como la salida. el trato fue perfecto, habíamos contratado una visita nocturna a la Alhambra y por no volvernos de noche pues somos de Almería reservamos una noche para 2 personas, de las mas económicas ,era solo para dormir, pero nos trataron igual que si hubiera sido una superior. incluso tuvimos un problema y tuvimos que dejar el coche en el parking un poco mas y accedieron sin problema .muchas gracias por todo. y \"chapó \" seguro que cuando volvamos a granada.
